Dear Bill and forum members:
I am new to the community. This is my first post. I hope members might provide some insights on a particular piece of information that caught my attention a while ago.
Like you, I keep my eyes and ears open and look far and near for pieces of the truth, which are indexed in my memory and subconscious and retrieved in a synchronistic, rational, spatial, and analytically intuitive manner, ultimately revealing a glimpse of the larger picture.
I was profoundly impacted by two documents regarding a certain working group that meets with off world entities. Coincidentally, I believe Charles is in contact with one group of off world entities that this working group studies. One document called "The Link – Extraterrestrials in Near Earth Space and Contact on the Ground," authored by A.R. Borden and company can be found here:

It is a wealth of information, but not an easy read. The style of writing and arrangement of information is highly analytical and rigorous. But it is written in a way that enables individuals from all backgrounds to glean its contents and extract useful meaning from it.
The second document called "Between the Devil and the Returning Rock," authored by A.R. Borden and company can be found here:

Both documents are very well written. They trigger many questions. They are also both works in progress. My understanding is that the authors are currently working on their completion.
I have read these documents and combed the text. Where possible, I have cross referenced much of the information. A.R. Borden and company are very serious individuals with incredibly good primary and secondary contacts within intelligence agencies and with seemingly off world entities. Their manner of writing, analysis, and methodological research process is uncannily similar to what you would find in an academic journal. Thus, you can infer that their group is highly sophisticated and intelligent. Moreover, they are not caught in a Hegelian dialectic. It appears they have traversed the boundary between fear and doom and love and light to reach a view point that incites rational and intuitive dialogue on some very important issues, many of which are discussed on this forum.
I did a brief search on this forum for any mention of A.R. Borden and his research but found nothing. If someone has commented on this subject, I would most appreciate a link to that section of the forum.
For a long time now, I have wondered what Bill, Kerry, and other researchers think of the LPG and A.R. Borden (an alias name) and company?
