The Gateway Experience
Congratulations!! You are embarking on an exciting and rewarding adventure. You are about to discover your ability to perceive, direct, and control your life in ways you never imagined possible. The Hemi-Sync process provides the tools. You supply the action.
Hemi-Sync® is a patented audio technology developed through 40 years of researching the influence of sound on human capabilities. Complex blends of Hemi-Sync sound frequencies facilitate different states of consciousness as you proceed through the Gateway Experience. There are no subliminal messages. You are in control.
Cultivate openness - Approach each exercise without expectations. Open yourself to the same childlike sense of wonder that characterized your first explorations of the physical world. Many people find it helpful to hold relaxation as their only goal, allowing them to notice and value subtle shifts in consciousness. Maintain awareness of your experience without judging and remember that you may perceive in different ways. Pay attention to kinesthetic sensations such as motion, tingling, or pulsing in your physical body. You may "see" lifelike or symbolic images in your mind's eye.
Auditory perceptions may manifest as verbal messages, sounds, tones, or even music. Gateway participants often report intuitive perceptions of sudden comprehension, a knowing, a gestalt. There is no right or wrong way to experience these exercises. Allow yourself to appreciate and value the uniqueness of your own perceptions.
Recommendations for use - DO NOT LISTEN while driving. Use any standard quality stereo equipment with headphones in a distractionfree, darkened room where you can remain undisturbed for about 45 minutes. If exterior sounds penetrate, simply let them pass by. Do not use DolbyTm or other noise-reduction systems.
Wait an hour after eating and use the bathroom before getting comfortable. Avoid alcohol, drugs, or excessive caffeine.
Loosen tight clothing; remove shoes and glasses or contact lenses. Experiment with lying down or sitting with your head supported, to find out which you prefer. Adjust your position as needed: scratch an itch, pull up or remove a blanket when metabolic changes produce coolness or warmth.
Lower the volume so the words are barely within your hearing range. Otherwise the voice after a silent period may startle you. You may experience variations in the volume of the Hemi-Sync frequencies. These are intentional; do not readjust the volume.
Many people find that documenting their experiences in a journal is a fascinating method to reinforce learning and review progress. Try it. You may find it helpful to review the "frequently asked questions" (see below) from time to time as you move along.
Work with each exercise in sequence after you feel comfortable with the one(s) proceeding. The right pacing is different for each of us; there are no rules. You may listen to one exercise daily for a week or a month and then work at a slower or faster pace with others. Trust your intuition to know when you are ready to move on.

Consider for a moment, that You, the essence of You, are more than your physical body. Now imagine there existed a method for expanding your consciousness far beyond the confines of your physical body. Where would this take you? What revelations would you have? What if there lay the answers to Who you are, Where you are, and perhaps, Why you are?
What we know about human consciousness today is only a fraction of what perhaps human consciousness could be. Robert Monroe, a trailblazer in the field of consciousness exploration, gifted the world with the creation of a specialized technology to help humans explore the borders, or edges, of consciousness as we know it.
Here we are explorers. Take your protein pills and put your helmet on. Well, headphones at least. It’s time to meet your energy conversion box, resonant tuning & Focus 3. It starts simple but expands fast.
e Keep a journal to document the details of your experiences, such as date/time, body position, medication or unusual diet, mood/atti- tude, energy level, moon phase, or any other unusual circumstance.

Discovery #1— Orientation
Energy Conversion Box becomes your mental container tohold concerns, distractions, or interferences for the duration of the exercise. See it,feel it,hear it,think it,or simply imagine it.Your container may be simple or ornate, high-tech or antique, a wood- en chest, a sphere of light, avacuum cleaner or a nuclear particle collector.
Imagine concrete symbols to place in the box, such as a wallet for financial worries, a photo or doll representing someone who is on your mind. You can place limiting words like “can’t,” “shouldn’t,” or “must” in your container; brick walls to symbolize your defenses; a desk or computer to symbolize work. Experiment. It’s a tool for your use. Allow it to change and return to it whenever you wish during an exercise to place inside any new distraction.
Resonant Tuning accelerates the gathering of your vibrational energy while reducing internal dialogue. It helps vitalize and charge your entire system and loosens blockages in natural ener- gy channels. Notice any physical manifestations as you vocalize aloud. The sounds on the exercise are only a guide. Set your own rhythm and pace, move up and down the scale, experiment with different vowel sounds.
Breathe only slightly deeper than you normally would and, as you inhale, imagine pulling sparkling, vibrant energy into all parts of your body. Allow itto move gently around in your head as you hold your breath. Try releasing tired, stale energy through the soles of your feet with each exhalation.
The opening and closing of your eyes may at first feel awkward, but try doing it anyway. It’s a valuable first step in your learning that you are able to control autonomic processes and habitual behavior.
You can return at any time to full waking consciousness by simply breathing normally, opening your eyes, or moving the fingers of your right hand.

Aloha from the Kīlauea Volcano in Hawai’i. Today will be an Introduction to Focus 10. Walking through all parts of your body from forehead & lips to your toes, telling them to relax, to sleep.
Discovery #2 — Introduction to Focus 10
Focus 10 is a level in which your mind remains awake and alert while your body sleeps calmly and comfortably. Follow the instructions, focusing upon and then totally releasing each body part. Your body knows how to do this and to “look with your closed eyes” as you move towards profound relaxation.
One ofthe paradoxes of“mind awake, body asleep” is the possibility of heightened sensitivity: awareness that the pores of your skin breathe, hearing the swish of blood flow behind your ears, feeling your heart beat. Spontaneous remote sensing is also possible: hearing sounds you would swear you are hearing this time but not the last time, or perceiving faraway, delicate odors. Place all expectations in your box, relax, and simply go with whatever you are experiencing.
Health Affirmation at the end of each exercise helps you balance physical and nonphysical energies. Know that it is working for you without effort on your part.

Long ago there was a man rowing a boat in the fog when he ran into another boat. “Why don’t you watch where you’re going?!?!” He proclaimed.
The fog cleared and there was nobody else in the other boat.
I’m uncertain of your intent behind making that comment. It doesn’t seem to be very supportive but it does seem fearful. By “Audio perception” do you mean you have no hearing or is the sound for the video not coming through for you?
If you don’t understand how this helps and want to learn more then I will gladly do my best to bridge that gap. However, if you are just here to make some negative comment trying to tear something down because you don’t understand it and have no desire to better yourself then I have no more energy for you.

Next up, advanced Focus 10. Exercising “movement” from one state to another. You eventually realize that your awareness is moving around while you aren’t. We have learned about the Energy Conversion Box, Resonant Tuning, now we learn about our Resonant Energy Balloon (REBAL) which is our protective energy shield. All tools that we can bring into our daily lives. This is only the 3rd track of the series and we have about 40 more to go. I’m so looking forward to doing this again.
Discovery #3 — Advanced Focus 10
Resonant Energy Balloon (REBAL) is a valuable tool to create a high energy state within and around you. Your REBAL acts as a magnet, attracting influences you desire and shielding you from undesired energy. The more you build your REBAL, the better you sustain higher energy levels. Your REBAL may spontaneously change form, develop a delicate membrane, or become radiant like an intensified aura. Although you may not always perceive your REBAL, play with sensing itthrough feelings, and/or storing the energy as in a charged battery.
You can turn it on and use it while in C-1 or in any other state much as you would turn on a light. Use one resonant energy breath as the switch. Inhale vibrant energy and, as you hold it, think of a bright moving circle with the number 10 inside it. Let the circle surround you as you exhale. Experiment with “popping” your REBAL while in a group of people and see ifits resonance attracts people who are in harmony with it. Try extending it around your car to note if you negotiate traffic or find parking any easier.

Wow what synchronicity in motion.. i just got all the tapes in mp3 format and was falling asleep after 10 minutes of Part 1.. now almost made it through part 1 and almost immediately found the pressure in my temples and forehead dissipating as I am going through a kundalini awakening and slowly activating my 3rd eye region. It feels good to be awake amongst the population.

Dear Bobme, I do remember you writing about your problem with hearing in another thread, and I am sorry that has made it difficult for you. I am thinking that the vibrations of the video will still be transmitted to your being even if you aren't hearing them via "brain signals", kind of like we are being affected by sounds we cannot hear or frequencies we cannot perceive. It is possible to reach the state of deep meditation without videos too, and I find it most helpful to concentrate on love and gratitude while putting away all the thoughts that are troubling you. Maybe you could try that while listening to the videos and see what happens :sun:

Discovery #4— Release and Recharge
Release and Recharge teaches you amethod you can use daily, with or without the tape, to release and convert self-imposed emotions. Learned fear can be a useful warning signal, but you no longer need it after you acknowledge the warning. In Focus 10 you can calmly identify and gently release fears, blocks, hmits—any interferences to your growth and replace blocked energy with the pure energy that existed before the limits were imposed.
For purposes of this exercise, “fear” denotes the primary emotional charge connected to the self-imposed limit, and “emotion” denotes related feelings. Trust that your larger self knows what you are ready to uncover; simply follow the instructions and see what comes up for you. If nothing comes, bubble “nothing” away and accept that the process may be working on deeper levels of consciousness.
When you are directed to perceive “the memory, the event,” you may connect with a specific occasion or with a memory of your prior, unlimited experience. Always pull in clean energy as a final step.
Here’s an example of how energy conversion works: You may perceive a fear of speaking up in groups. Once you have bubbled that away, you perceive the emotion of embarrassment associated with that fear. After releasing both, you reconnect with the joy and gratification you felt as a small child when sharing your experiences with other people. You then reclaim your pleasure in communicating and sharing yourself with others.
Once you are comfortable with the exercise as described, you can experiment with deliberately depositing and then retrieving from your Box a symbol for anything you believe may be interfering with your progress. Follow all the other instructions; the only difference is that you predetermine what to work with. For example, if you suspect that unconscious fear of separating from the physical body is blocking your progress, place a symbol for this fear (a magic carpet anchored to the ground?) into the Box and follow the instructions to release it.
This exercise is not a quick fix or one-shot panacea. Most self imposed limits have many layers and will require repeated efforts. But if you truly desire to transcend your limitations, it can greatly facilitate your progress. Take heart from the many people who report it to be among the most valuable exercises of the entire series. Many use it daily to clear out current frustrations or disappointments.

Aloha Miller, thank you so much for interacting. I am going in order so it will help the overall progress. Each one builds on the previous ones. In the beginning, I found the paper describing all of it. Once I found the sound files I still wasn’t sure of what I was looking for. I didn’t understand the Wave Concept here.
All of the tracks so far have been listed as “Wave 1” and each track has an additional name. Thanks for pointing out how you see this. Consider it as a music CD. The Monroe Institute is the artist. Wave 1 is the title of the album {there are 6 more Waves to come} and the tracks are individual “songs” on the album.
Each Wave has 6-7 tracks on it. They all build upon each other so I will be having them listed as in order. When I first found these files I jumped around a bit and I was completely lost.
Once I approached them in order it all began to make sense. Plus, I had been working on Meditation for over 20 years but the first week of Hemisync took me way deeper. I think I’m starting to get it now. The woman I was living with and my mother both noticed a huge difference in me. My demeanor, my speech pattern, even my posture. Way more chill technically speaking.
It has also really opened up that channel to the higher self which is always there. I just have to choose to tune into it. All loving words. I can even communicate with my grandmother who past a few years ago. Lots of benefits here but the one big one is releasing the fear of death. It’s hard to explain, you just need to go through it on your own. Like, I can’t walk across the hot coals for you but once you do it your empowerment increases.
As per how many times each one should be listened to is up to you. Throughout the years I have revisited them often for specific tools like the energy bar tool, log rolling for remote viewing, Focus 15 for self hypnosis and a lot more. Listen to what you feel you need. I listened to advanced Focus 10. 3 times yesterday. I’m about to listen to Wave 1 track 4 Release & Recharge today before my 5pm meditation.
Honestly, the only negative aspect of all of this coming up for me is using excessive magnetic fields more than I would like to. My phone emits about 1,300 microtesla whereas the Earth only ranges from 25 microTesla at the equator and 65 microTesla at the poles.

In any case, he was a successful business guy who started an Institute outside of Charlottesville where people would go to learn this stuff, including CIA folks.

Yes he did say that. He has three or so books and they were written back in the 70s (I think) so they are clean from a lot of the dogma you see in later books from other authors. I think it was also Monroe who coined the term "loosh" which he describes as the energy these beings feed off of.

It pointed to me my last task in my current incarnation: how to accomplish that...
those videos could be a start basis, plus Monroe FIRST recommendation: NO FEAR!
first no follow any "light tunnel", just dwell in the darkness for a while... and then "to chose" whatever direction...
I kept all this until "been old" but those videos could be a nice try "NOW" as training.

Discovery #5—Exploration, Sleep
Exploration, Sleep is based on the concept that sleep is a natural Gateway into other states of consciousness. It may be that, whether or not we remember, our nonphysical consciousness passes through this Gateway every night. The exercise helps you recall this common, natural process in C-1 when you awake.
It is important not to hold expectations. Let them go. Relax. Approach the exercise with a playful sense of curiosity and interest. Just as you opened to the wonders of the physical world when you were very young, be open now in the same way to nonphysical experience. You may choose to add to the Affirmation a statement such as, “I am wholly without expectations, and open to all experience that awaits me.” During this exercise, questions such as, “Am I starting to separate?” or “Is this what I’m supposed to be feeling?” interfere with the process. There’s plenty of time to assess your experiences after the exercise. Simply go with whatever happens and remember that you may perceive in many different ways.
The Hemi-Sync® signals fade at the end of the exercise, leaving you in natural sleep.

Discovery #6—Free Flow 10
Free Flow 10 is an opportunity to pursue your own purpose with all the tools learned so far. Up to this point, you have been creat- ing your own experiences under the guidance of the instructions on the exercise.
Now you are your own guide.
Seek only what you really want to know, and be responsible for the knowing. Whatever you receive becomes a part of you. Your beliefs, energy, and attitude influence the intensity and the extent of your free flow exploration. A sense of gratitude enhances communication and union with sources outside your conscious boundaries.
If you have a particular purpose, write it down beforehand in a succinct, straightforward manner; hold it in your mind as you begin, but remain open to whatever you experience. Expectations ofwhen and how guidance should come may block the very knowledge you seek. You need not know the way to guidance. Choose only to be guided. You may or may not “see” or “hear.” Tingles or twitches and intuitive cues can be equally enlightening. One Gateway experiencer felt nothing but a cramp in the leg. The valuable insight that the object of attention was “cramping her style” came only later.
Use repetitions of this exercise to “play” with a particular tool: your Affirmation, Box, REBAL, etc. Each time you work with the exercise, explore from a fresh perspective. Don’t expect your experience to resemble anyone else’s. Value your uniqueness. It’s alright to re-examine a previous experience, but do so with openness rather than trying to recreate an identical situation.
In summary, enter the free flow with awareness, serenity, openness, and enjoy!

Your continuing explorations can catapult you into higher levels of awareness.

From my understanding, and this could be wrong, he felt a very powerful presence. Incredibly powerful. Felt it almost fly in from very far off. Felt it was powerful, vastly intelligent. But I don't recall anything related to form or species. I'm by no means an expert.
I feel my utilizing some of these sessions "attracts" certain things, very tall beings that come up from behind me very quickly. They loom. Watch. They sometimes don't leave for a while. I've had these encounters for as long as I can recall, but the volume always goes up in correlation to my meditative practices (or when the seasons change, because ... yeah).
I think these tapes and sessions were used to initiate some sort of contact and it can still be done.
Now its done by dmt (or whatever else they've created) and contact is much more frequent and personal.
Opinion only, of course.
edit: in regard to any "negative" energies encountered. Find the "eyes" of the thing, the idea, and stare back coldly. does this always work out in my favor? no. more often than not though they just bug out.
Sometimes psychic attack occurs.

Focus 12 - Overview - The high energy state and expanded awareness of this Focus level enable you to become more conscious of inner resources and guidance. As you continue to use what you learned in Focus 10, you may well find entirely new experiences.
Rarely is nonphysical energy perceived in the same way we perceive in our physical, waking state. Be receptive to subtle nuances of kinesthetic, auditory, or visual experiences. You may sense a "knowing," a telepathic comprehension that can be later translated into words. With trust, patience, and practice, you will learn to perceive more clearly. Sometimes this happens slowly, step by step; sometimes dramatically and suddenly, like water breaking through a dam.
Let go of preconceived notions about how these exercises "should" unfold for you. Place them in your Box at the beginning of an exercise or at any time they intrude. This opens you to a fuller and richer range of possibilities in your exploration.
Threshold #1: Introduction to Focus 12
Simply relax as you are guided from familiar Focus 10 to Focus 12, and calmly observe any differences. Effort and analysis are counterproductive. With repeated experience, the distinctions become more pronounced and you come to appreciate Focus 12 as a powerful and empowering state which readily lends itself to a wide diversity of purposes.

Just want to mention that people should take hemisync seriously. Meaning take the protection/ energy cocoon part seriously.
I personally have been negatively impacted 3 times using hemisync
( I was using it everyday multiple times and quickly was able to leave my body and "explore" both our physical world and the other non physical portion of our universe.)
Don't have time to say more now but the annoying "dark entities" you see should be ignored, and again remember to take it seriously it can severely impact you in real life (depression)
On a positive note I can now meditate without hemisync and regularly leave my body. I have also noticed significant improvements to my cognition and ability to visualize concepts in my mind.

Start with the HemiSync Orientation Track mentioned above and go from there. It happens very fast, I had tried meditating off and on my whole life and only had a few "significant experiences" until I tried HemiSync, it is VERY clear that there is actually something to this technology.

Our practice on OBEs has already begun my friends. Let this come to you as it will. Just know that when you are asked to imagine that you are a log slowly turning, it is the root of this and profound. Take these things seriously in the order they come and it will be powerful for you.

I’m still on wave 1 and after 4 attempts I made it through to the end.. I feel I need to be able to practice wave 1 before moving on… plus it helps if I’m alone in the house as having other people around is a major distraction when attempting to meditate 🙏🧿🖤

Hello all.. was having an anxiety filled day so decided to bite the bullet and spent 3 hours going though the abridged version of Wave #1... almost immediately i started seeing in my mind's eye triangles (or pyramids)//swirling vortexes and the infinity symbol in a constant wave of light... this triangle seems to be a common shape when I close my eyes, towards the end of the session, I began to experience very light headedness when monroe starts talking about floating on water like a log.. unfortunately due to multiple people in my house distracting me, I could not have the proper OBE experience I was hoping for.. however in saying this, the whole 3 hours left me feeling refreshed like I had just woken up from a deep slumber..onwards to Wave #2 and beyond!

Dear Bobme, I do remember you writing about your problem with hearing in another thread, and I am sorry that has made it difficult for you. I am thinking that the vibrations of the video will still be transmitted to your being even if you aren't hearing them via "brain signals", kind of like we are being affected by sounds we cannot hear or frequencies we cannot perceive. It is possible to reach the state of deep meditation without videos too, and I find it most helpful to concentrate on love and gratitude while putting away all the thoughts that are troubling you. Maybe you could try that while listening to the videos and see what happens :sun:
I wanted to confirm, that I am deaf in one ear and the videos work for me, so if anyone has hearing issues there can still be benefits.

That’s so wonderful to hear about you troubles and victorious outcome. Take these as you can, it will all come when you are ready. No pressure, no rush. I will do my best to keep these available as well as build a small support network for it. I’m about to do a post for the next one after revising all of the old links.
You can keep practicing the log rolling but I found it to be pretty boring. You can develop a different technique that works for you or you can just move on. Now that you have the concept the next few will all build on one another. Imagining you are a log turning IS an OBE. Your awareness goes outside of your physical body and that is where it all begins.

Next up is a tool we can use everyday and each day we use it the better it becomes. Wave 2~ Problem Solving.
Before you begin to listen to the track think of a “problem” you have in your life which you would like to solve. When we get into these higher states of awareness it is easier for us to tune into our intuition, our higher selves. This is our #1 guide, our guru. When we begin to hear that still voice within it all begins to make sense. Compassion.
This track is going to take you to a place to receive messages about your problem. They may make sense or they may not but, the idea is to practice getting to that state. A place where filters and distractions don’t exist so that you can hear the true nature of the universe. The true nature of YOU. Then, you go deeper and know that you are the true nature of me. The true nature of all. No more “us & them”, just US walking each other home. And by that I don’t mean you need to support anyone or give back in any way shape or form. You just need to be you and take your path. Share your path with the rest of us interested because your journey has been different than all others. We all learn from our individual experiences but when we share become a larger hive mind. Building a much larger neural network just by the visualization of your journey, we grow from it. We experience it in an OBE (out of body experience) when we put ourselves in your shoes. We imagine being you. Wow! Imagination!!! A simulator….
Think of a problem you want to solve in your life ahead of time and just be open to what comes. Practice everyday if you like, this is something that gives what you put into it.
This is the official Gateway description;
Threshold #2: Problem Solving
Problem Solving begins your use of Focus 12 energy for its many practical applications. Place your question or
problem in the center of your consciousness, however you perceive this. Then direct it outwards to your total
awareness, release it, and wait for the response.
Answers sometimes come during the exercise, and may come in many forms. Among other possibilities you may
perceive symbols, abstract images, or colors; "hear" thoughts in your mind; sense subtle changes in energy; experience
chills, heat, or tingling; notice shifts in your feelings or level of emotional arousal; or suddenly have a clear "knowing."
If answers do not come as you listen to the exercise, take it as an invitation to heighten your sensitivities as you
move through your daily activities. Open your perception, for instance, to the conversations of others, passages in
books,synch ronicities, and the multitude of wondrous ways in which guidance may reveal itself.
Problem solving in Focus 12 is facilitated by the sincerity of your desire to receive a response, the intensity of your
emotion, and the clarity of your question. Expressing gratitude as you release your question is also important. This
acknowledges your trust in the process and amplifies the entire exercise.

It’s time to believe that we are the creators of our lives. Time to stop visualizing all of our lack in life and see the abundance we want in our mind’s eye. Feel the gratitude of what you see and send that message to the universe. If you want rain, don’t pray for rain because you are lacking. Feel the rain on your skin. Smell the rain. See what all of the extra rain has brought to you already. This is the SECRET. Feel gratitude for what you don’t have so that you have it….
It’s all just imagination so why not fantasize about the end goal? This is what the Monroe Institute has to say about 1- month patterning.
Threshold #3: One-Month Patterning
One-Month Patterning is very powerful for taking charge of your life. Based on the principle that we become
what we think, the energy of Focus 12 offers this process a speed and intensity in the manifesting of thought
not generally available in ordinary consciousness.
Think, feel, or imagine the physical, mental or emotional pattern you desire in your life. Just as you did in the
previous exercise, place it in the center of your consciousness and then release it. A sense of ease and detachment
about the pattern lets you know that you have, indeed, released it.
Be clear about what you want. For example, do you want a new house, or to be happy where you live? To lose 10
pounds or to feel better about yourself? Pattern only in the present tense, for example, "I am now receiving ..." Use "I" in
your patterning statement and perceive yourself as an active part of the pattern. Pattern only for yourself.
Be specific; the more detail in your pattern, the more likely you are to get what you want. Ask only for what you really
want, because you'll probably get exactly what you ask for. Put emotion and conviction into your practice to vitalize and
strengthen your intention. Then ask that your pattern work only for the good of your total self and simply let go of
attachment to the result.
Although a pattern set in Focus 12 can be changed or cancelled in Focus 12, don't keep checking or changing it
because of fear or doubt. You wouldn't dig up a seed to see how it's growing, would you? Start with small, reasonable
patterns. If you pattern the first time for $10 million, part of you may well be sceptical.|f you pattern for $50 and prove to
yourself it works, later patterns will come more easily.
Don't specify how your request will be fulfilled. Let your total self decide and direct the method. Though the exercise
refers to "one-month patterning," you can request that patterns be fulfilled in any time frame: a week, a year, by your
birthday, etc. Or simply release the pattern to be fulfilled in its own time.

Color breathing will help you focus on specific parts of your life with specific colors aka frequencies. It’s all energy but moving differently.
Here is what the Monroe Institute has to say about color breathing.
Threshold #4: Color Breathing
Color Breathing uses the resonance of colors to develop your ability in directing physical and nonphysical energy.
Sound, vibration, and other sensations are as valid as visualization for the mental perception of color. One man, blind

This is very powerful, the Energy Bar Tool. It’s going to seem simple at first but the tracks that follow build on this to allow us to experience OBEs (Out of Body Experiences), astral projection, remote viewing and dare I say, “time travel”. However, time doesn’t exist in the standard way we have been taught. It’s hard to explain in words but easily experienced in Focus 15, the No-Time state. Don’t rush ahead to get there or you will miss a few building blocks in between here and there.

In this experience we get to combine previous tools we have used which accentuate one another like wine and the perfect chocolate for it. We are starting to build a wonderful skill set to bring us peace, healing & spiritual growth into our daily lives.
This is the Living Body Map and this is what the Monroe Institute has to say about it;
Threshold #6: Living Body Map (LBM)
Since maps are an objective representation of territory, the underlying concept of the LBM supports the perspective and
detachment useful in healing. You have doubtless recognized how the progressive nature of Gateway Experience uses
previous learning as your adventure proceeds. In this exercise for influencing physical body energy, you learn a new tool
while using your EBT.
You are first verbally guided to create a white mental outline around your physical body. This "map" represents a
composite of your entire physical system. Then you change the outline's color to red, representing blood circulation;
then blue for your nervous system; yellow for the organs of your glandular system; orange for your muscle and bone
structure. As the exercise proceeds, you learn to use the LBM to identify where healing energy is needed. Then, with
your EBT, you are guided to direct purple healing energy to those parts of your physical body.
Remember that visualizing is not necessary for working with energy. To "think" or feel or sense a color or image is to
create it. As you follow the instructions, consider this as an opportunity to "play" with the shape and form of your EBT.
The verbal guidance provides a structure, but you need not adhere to it in a rigid fashion. We encourage you to
experiment and be creative with all the tools, to make them yours, to be open to fresh insight about what works best for
you.

Freedom #2—Remote Viewing
Remote Viewing guides you through three experiments using your EBT to reach distant people and places with your awareness. Listen to the exercise first while sitting up and without headphones to understand the required involvement of someone with whom to verify the results. Distance is not a factor; the person can be around the corner or thousands of miles away. Select a mutually convenient, specific, hour‐long time period so you can make notes before you contact the other person.
For the first experiment, have your associate write six numbers on a card, place it inside a white envelope, and lay the envelope on a cleared surface that you are familiar with in his/her home. For the second, have the person place a white cotton ball in another location you are familiar with. Ensure that the envelope and cotton ball will be standing alone, and that you are not informed ahead of time where they will be located. In the third experiment you send a message to your associate, noting where he/she is and what he/she is doing.
As you perform the experiment, notice how your perceptions work. Are you more apt to sense shapes, colors, or textures? What leads you to describe the things you perceive in the way that you do? What is your emotional experience as you are remote viewing?

Over time, your capabilities will develop and strengthen. Remember, there is no failure in developing psychic abilities. Learning what does not work for you is equally valuable for your progress.

Freedom #3—Vectors
Vectors uses your REBAL to give you practice in going and returning with a sense of direction. While perception involving nonphysical energy is not limited to ordinary notions about space, using your physical body as a reference point is a good way to learn to establish control over your movements.
You are asked to imagine a clock face, with 12 always just above the top of your head. You first learn to extend your perception around the face of the clock in a two‐dimensional, vertical plane, with 3 being outside your left hip, 9 outside the right, and 6 just below your feet. In the next part of the exercise, you rotate the clock face so that 3 is in front of your hips and 9 is behind. The instructions lead you in exploring three‐dimensional space.
Notice the feelings associated with perceiving beyond your physical body. Detect any interesting or unusual features of a particular vector, or changes in awareness associated with changes of position on the clock.You may find one vector especially stimulating, even a source of information. As always, make these techniques your own; experiment with them; establish and practice with additional reference points.
The more you repeat this exercise, the more proficient you become in controlling movement. Eventually, you will be able to use this learning in all your explorations.

Since this is so new to most of us the learning, or should I say remembering, happens fast. The more time we spend in the Field we are able to blend this communication into our wakeful states. We will receive downloads regularly and just putting them into practice with little effort or thought. For now, we need to practice and our intent is the key.
We are going to be in the Field with a few questions posed. Like fishing, we are just waiting to see what we catch. Answers that come to us can be images, tastes, sound or even complete quantum thought packets where we gain entire understandings instantaneously. Just be open to what comes and interpret later.
Freedom #4—Five Questions
Five Questions leads you in asking: Who am I? Where and who was I before I entered this physical existence? What is my purpose for this existence in physical matter reality? What action can I now take to serve this purpose best? What is the most important message I can receive and understand at this point in my existence?
You may find it useful to review the comments for Threshold #2 to remind you that the answers you receive may not be verbal and may come at a later time. Keep in mind the various perceptual methods you have been experiencing and open your awareness to kinesthetic sensations, emotions, a sense of “knowing,” or images. Whether the responses come from your total self or from an external source, it’s up to you to translate this nonverbal communication into words or visual representations that hold meaning for you.
These questions are only a beginning. As you continue to practice this exercise you can substitute your own and repeat any question for clarification or fuller understanding. Ask what you really want to know, infuse your questions with this desire, and express gratitude for the guidance you will receive.

Aloha everyone, most of you know about the 7 major chakras in the body but did you know we have them in our feet and hands also? This exercise we are going to use our hand chakras to fill us with energy in Focus 12. This energy is said to satisfy our needs for energy and we will eat less. I have experienced this over the last few years and I feel like I am in the best shape of my life.
The more we eat, the more work our bodies need to do processing food. There is so much research showing that caloric reduction increases our life spans but I’m just doing what feels right. I have been able to fast for 9 days at a time and have been able to let go of my attachment to food. It’s not denying food, just the “need” for it. I’m excited to have what I have. I go to the store without a list and just get what is available rather than going to the store with a list aka expectations. Hmmm…
Once we learn to get energy from the universe we don’t need to take it from people anymore. Our energetic cups can be overflowing so we always have it to give. Especially when we can use this exercise anytime we want.

Energy Food teaches you a method for restoring depleted energy in C‐1; it is an encoding of the process rather than actual application. To know whether the encoding is accomplished or whether to repeat the exercise, use the method shortly after each time you listen to the exercise. If you feel more energized, you have achieved proficiency with another valuable tool for use in your daily life. Then move on to the next exercise.

I am shocked by this image.. This is synchronicity in motion: my experience last week.. at home, watching netflix having breakfast and having done a deep meditation the day before.. I felt very heavy in my head the next morning .. after breakfast i sat with my hands together and they started getting warm and tingling.. almost immediately I could see rays of yellow light emanating from my all five fingers on both hands... thought I was loosing my mind.. but this post validates my experience.

Aloha Parsi-X, I’m excited for you. Thinking back to when I first felt the hand chakras compared to what I’m doing now is wonderful. I have worked with them a lot and use them for energy work now. I saw a guy on YouTube talking about his journey and it really influenced mine. He does Reconnections from Eric Pearl’s book, Heal Yourself, Heal Others. I began to work with these energies on my own and when I finally got that book I was already doing things up to Chapter 10.
I feel like we are all sensitive to our hand chakras if we choose. Yet, most of us don’t. The ambient magnetic field of electrical devices overstimulate our hands and these energies are subtle. It’s as if we are trying to hear the tiniest sounds but we keep playing loud music in our ears so we can’t hear them. I went for a year and a half with no phone at all after iPhone 5 & that was profound for me. I’m not saying anyone needs to go without a phone but the more you can go without it, the faster your hand chakras will grow.
Once you begin to feel energies you can throw them around and direct them. You can even do distant “healing” sessions for people including yourself. Hemisync and the reconnection are like peanut butter & jelly, burger & fries, tofu & sesame oil. When you find two things that fit together so well you just know good things are going to happen.

Imagine floating out of the top of your head as a gas cloud. Looking at the back of your head. We are more than our physical bodies therefore we can perceive beyond the physical universe. Time to start moving around in the Field.
Even after years of practice I am still finding a lot of benefit going back to basics. Just like giving surf lessons for 20 years made me a better surfer. Nail the basics until it becomes second nature and then you have energy to go beyond where you were previously held back.
On top of everything else, this is what older cultures refer to as “Dropping the Body”. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. It takes a lot of energy for us to hold our spirits inside of these physical bodies so when we can let them go, we have a lot of energy that we didn’t have before. It’s nice to just sit in the energetic abundance but now it’s time use this energy and focus it in a healing manner.
In utmost honesty, I have a goal of getting 144,000 of us working together around the globe amplifying our energies to help all others but at a certain point we are going to turn our energies into Mother Earth herself.

Freedom #6—First Stage Separation
First Stage Separation builds on previous exercises to take you farther in consciously controlling your nonphysical energy. Practicing five different methods of dissociation from your physical body provides the opportunity to discover that one is more comfortable for you, or to experiment with combining two or more of these methods. With each one, you can return to the physical body by using the “Return to C‐1” encoding.
Log‐rolling — Focus on rotating and rolling the nonphysical energy within your physical body as if an axis runs through your body from your head to your feet. When you sense a release of “surface tension” between your physical and nonphysical energies and you are rotating freely, stop the focus on rolling and allow it to continue. Once the “out‐of‐phase” condition is comfortably established, you simply turn over and move outward. Reorientation can be easily accomplished by rotating until your nonphysical energy is in alignment with the physical. You may perceive something akin to a little “click,” and you are reintegrated.
Pole — Using your feet as a pivotal point, you are directed to move your nonphysical energy slowly up and out, head first, until you are in an upright position. When your energy feet are the only point of contact, intent is sufficient to accomplish complete separation.
Backing away is simply that: you slowly back out and away from your physical body. Once this is achieved, you can turn away and practice directing your movement with the techniques from the Vectors exercise.
Flowing involves sending out your nonphysical energies through the top of your head in the form of a cloud or fog or thin spray of gas. Once separated, this often reforms quite naturally into a replica of your physical body. You can then “jet” away on your EBT, float off inside your REBAL, practice with your vectors, or use any of the other tools you have learned.
Floating involves an emotional association with the concept of floating or soaring. As you contemplate how pleasant it would be to float upward, like a cloud or a kite, your nonphysical energy responds to this emotional wish. Once separation is achieved, you can gradually diminish the emotion so other parts of your total self can direct your experience.
Repeated practice in a relaxed state, without expectations, is the best way to achieve comfort and confidence in your ability to separate and return easily and surely. Think of learning to walk. When your
first attempt to stand erect as a child ended with a plop to the floor, did you give up and decide to spend the rest of your life crawling? Of course not!

I am just committing to regular use that is goal oriented and I believe that is key, at least that is my personal experience. The immediate results are less internal chatter so the brain is becoming more of a tool,relaxation during the process. Using the brain as a tool rather than as the default ruler (which has been the case most of my life) of experience frees up a bunch of energy. I am amazed at the amount of energy used in having endless chatter, not to mention the distraction and susceptibility to the distortions of our current reality.
My goal with the commitment to regular use is to experience OBE's by balancing out both hemispheres. Once I realized that OBE's don't have to be random and uncontrolled I realized it would be well worth my time and the effort to attempt the OBE, not just read about others experiences. I do believe there is great value in others experience and charting the structure of our realities. Robert Monroe was a great advocate of harmonizing the hemispheres of the brain. I will do my best to keep and post anything I think would be beneficial.
What I have to constantly remind myself is that we have to make time for things we want to do, not just "hope" I can find some time, or it will not happen. I have found figuring out the nature of this reality on the top of my list!!!! Understanding the nature of the construct will make the symptoms we experience, such as the breakdown and corruption of our social structure more understandable.
I am also aware that my approach is not a popular one, in the least. Thanks for asking, Miller!!!!

The thread has been paused at the end of Wave 4 due to lack of access to further waves (5-8) but there is a torrent page with Waves 1-6. I downloaded them but having trouble opening them. Waves 7 & 8 are more free flow self empowering focusing on your own exploration which I gained many insights through.
Considering that the Monroe Institute still charges over $100 per CD and the info is about 50 years old shows the value. However, all Waves (1-8) can be purchased online for $119 so I am considering something like a GoFundMe or other way to raise money for it that way all of us can have legal access to it. Please share your thoughts. For now, below is another detailed description of what they are and what they can do for YOU.

A German scientist named Heinrich Wilhelm Dove discovered in 1839 what happens when one tone (or frequency) is introduced into one ear and then another tone is introduced in the other ear. It is called a binaural beat, which to us sounds like a warbling sound similar to what you might hear while riding in a two-propeller airplane.
As an example, let’s assume we are playing a tone of 120 Hz in one ear and 128 Hz in the other. The brain will then translate this to 8 Hz (binaural beat). A Hertz measurement is equivalent to the number of cycles per second a frequency is expressed. If we are experiencing this ourselves, then we are more likely to be able to access the state of awareness associated with the difference. In our example, then, we’d find ourselves with the opportunity to experience the alpha state.
How Do We Know Sound Technology is Effective? We all experience a range of normal brainwaves that can be measured by an electroencephalogram (EEG). This device measures our brainwaves as well as provides a means to evaluate what states we might be experiencing at any given moment, states that are considered normal and part of our daily experience.
When we are measuring cerebral signals we typically find readings ranging from 1 to 20 Hz (hertz). Although, we are capable of reading lower and higher signals. Our focus for this discussion will keep us primarily in the .5 to 30 Hz range. To better understand, we’ll discuss several brainwaves patterns. We can measure brainwaves using cycles per second, which is called a hertz (Hz). The lower number means slower activity is occurring in the brain.
Beta (13 Hz to approximately 30 Hz)
Beta frequencies originate in the cortex, the thinking/reasoning part of the brain. Beta is the state of awareness we tend to find ourselves in when we are wide-eyed and alert. A beta state is indicative of times when we are engaging with life—being busy or productive, worrying, fretting, concentrating or being fully engaged in an activity. Robert Monroe referred to this state as being in C1 consciousness. When we are in this state we are usually wide awake and alert.
Alpha (8 Hz to 12 Hz)
Alpha waves originate in the thalamus, the great relay station in the brain that receives sensory input from external and internal stimuli and then passes them on to the cortex and other parts of the brain for processing. One way to think of alpha is in terms of driving a manual transmission car when the stick shift is in neutral. From a neutral position, one can easily transition to the action phase (beta) or to a state of relaxation (theta and delta). This state or these frequencies can be achieved when relaxing or meditating. Children under the age of six years spend much of their waking time in the alpha brainwaves regions. Typically, one is lying or sitting quietly with eyes closed to reach this state. We tend to step “out” of an alpha state when our eyes are open, when we are thinking or when we invite in our analytical mind to evaluate and review.
Theta (4 Hz to 7 Hz)
Theta brainwaves are instrumental in the limbic system (amygdala, hypothalamus) in the brain. The limbic system is the key to emotional and memory aspects of our brain function. It’s a place that is subconscious for most people, and often overriding or hijacking the rational thinking or reasoning of the cortical brain. These frequencies can be easily reached when sleeping. In the more alert phases of theta, you might find that you tap more readily into your creativity as this is a highly functioning cognitive state. Delta (.5 Hz to 3 Hz)
Delta waves are generated by the brainstem, especially during sleep, and allow the cortical, thinking brain to be down-regulated when we need to have rest and recovery. This state typically occurs when one is experiencing a deep level of sleep. Studies indicate that a person benefits mentally and physically from regular delta experiences while sleeping. Delta is also involved in global communications of the cortical brain and has a multitude of other functions.

( Just about two minutes after listening to the last track you have posted I opened Google maps and went to remote valley I barely heard before with sense of familiarity and the photos of that place brought instant sense of relief - it’s not important “which place” it was because each of us have their own places and alignments.
Btw I recommend the “Google map method” to your perusal following your meditation times to times. It may be anything from intuitive exercise or delivery of information you may be missing.
Google maps has lots of information and useful photo and video material from voluntary users - travelers. It has most of the travel data you may ever need.

Please understand my humor, we live through some truly advanced transition to future. Hemisync and various types of neurofeedback are common part of life for much of the younger generation especially for those in high tech and other professional environments who don’t have the time for days off or long meditation retreats.
Almost everyone I know heard of Robert Monroe even while information gets outdated and some people still remember times when the Monroe institute courses were rather costly ( though touted high quality) but there’s so much evolution going on in the area nowadays.
On the topic of AI , sure that sounds “funny” to some but people in that field often aspire to merge their human intelligence with planetary intelligence after leaving this mortal body and in the tech area “immortalize themselves” in some useful form ,
it just occurred to me that RM could have done that, one way or another .
With humor , I repeat . Hope no one feels completely out of mind on the other side but true , the shady side of an AI can be completely humor-less and serious so one has to be careful what not to say.

Aloha ThePainterDoug, you are the only one who defines the word “results”. The advice I have for you is, trust yourself, you already know what to do.
In my own experience, I have found that it is very important to use these tracks in order because they all build upon one another. Wave 1 track 1, W1 tr2, W1 tr3…..W2 tr1, W2 tr2…etc for the first time around until you feel comfortable with the preliminary exercises like Energy Conversion Box, Resonant Tuning, learning the affirmation that we are more than our physical bodies and really dialing in Focus 10 from head to toe. That was a major progression for myself but it took time to get there. I’m not saying I’m “there” yet but it is becoming easier with practice. Just like anything else I have done in my life. Practice adds to my own comfort levels but I still drop my phone every now and then even though I have held it for years metaphorically speaking.
Try to be patient with yourself and open to whatever may come. I believe it is different for all of us. No doubt it is beneficial for us to just listen to these frequencies but the journeys are relative to our lives and perceptions. For instance, my energy conversion box is basically 6 black holes which trap my mind’s occupants. It’s all up to our own imagination really so why not? Then, I take the entire universe, wad it up like bed sheets and throw it in. After which, I removed my physical body and place it on a peaceful beach with waves gently lapping against the shore as a star (ours?) is low in the sky, golden hour.
What’s left is my light body. I close the lid of the energy conversion box. Turn away from it and drift out away from it. Since my entire universe is behind me in my ECB, where am I going?
The only travel is within my mind.
We begin with C1, wakeful consciousness, then Focus 3, Focus 10, F12, F15 & beyond F27 but it’s all what we make of it for ourselves.
Just believe that you are more than you physical body and enjoy the reconnection to your higher self. Do what feels right for you and the rest of us will be here when you want to check in.

Not heard of the World Economic Forum offering “forever jobs” quite yet :) but for sure we are approaching the edges of futuristic “consolidation” of humanity in one useful form or another ( like in the Matrix movie) which is terrifying ,
and I’m almost sure that something on that note will be tested in the upcoming decade or two.
The problem is; the true governing power on this planet is being transferred to elite technocrats before the “old guards” will notice or pay attention ,
as Arthur C Clark said:”Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic”.
Point two , most of the elite technocrats of today’s world supported by science, R&D labs and university curriculums are agnostics.
They do not believe in “after life” or “Cosmic intelligence “and its Life protecting principles since according to them , those can’t be proven.
Even while they can take morally advanced stand towards solving “majority of human problems” ( vis Elon Musk ), their future views can’t be guaranteed in the same manner as they refuse to acknowledge value of greater human consciousness and intelligence operating through human history that taught our ancestors countless , precious lessons.
Even if some of our “future” survival depends on advanced technologies, databanks and seed banks ,
the quality of it and how we come out , out of this “mash” depends on the quality of our individual and collective conscious evolution .
In the meantime ...the still overworked and under-eaten masses thrusted ahead by power of previous generations who still trusted them cultured ways of the old world and obligation ( or nearly) to reproduce themselves , have children , don’t look up too much or too far will accept the best of whatever any advanced tech has to offer.
On the cutting edge ( of the above) the velocity and acceleration of it all results in discrete ( or less) state of madness and social hysteria.
It’s when hemisync , biofeedback and so forth become very useful ( if people accept) since it’s free of religious programming and can take anyone out of the notorious control paradigm , that is show people being able to take control of own mind even for a moment is an advantage.

Plus ( no adds on :) ) I tend to believe that merging human brains with computer ( as an option for afterlife) will be possible in future , if not for the fact that human information at any point of time in history is earth-bound , so also limited.
Even if we think of today’s World Wide Web as “big data” with (optional ) free flow from space that is expanding exponentially but should we remove all “repetitions” of information, statements and axioms the results could fit to couple terabyte databanks , not more than.
Of course we could make use of an AI , very good use that is, to process “big data”.
But the results will definitely always be limited.
That’s again where Robert Monroe comes with advanced navigation manual such as “translate your statements to non-verbal messages”.
Our living consciousness and the beauty of living intelligence is in it being fluid. It does not operate “like computer” even though some-of-our-better-brains can do that much , our innate intelligence that is one with the much larger - we say infinite- intelligence of the Universe has endless potential for upgrade should we work on it or even give it a try 🙏

There are now 8 Waves (CDs) total and each one has 6 tracks. When I first began I skipped around to the titles I liked like remote viewing, discovering intuition and such but it didn’t take me long to realize that I had no idea what they were talking about. They are played as if you already did the previous exercises so they don’t go into as much detail.
I went back to the 1st track and did them in order and many people close to me, like my girl at the time and my mother, noticed a big difference in me. So did I. After trying to meditate for 20 years, I started to go out of body, dream state for meditation. Even in public places or SCUBA diving. That was especially powerful being in the ocean with the same magnetic conductivity of the body, only 2 ohm. Air is 100 million ohm {resistance}.
Myself and another instructor had just finished our 2nd dive with a group heading back to the anchor line. I had a lot of air left so I told my buddy I was going to stay and meditate while he took our divers up to the boat. He took everyone up about 25 feet above me to do our safety stop and I sat on the bottom.
As my buddy was watching from above, he told me that he saw me take two breaths and then my bubbles turned into a trickle. As if I was no longer breathing. It was probably only about 5-8 minutes out of body. As I remembered that I was using a body at the time underwater, I decided to come back into body to check my air.
Still having plenty air left I decided to go up to 15 feet for my safety stop. I was midwater so I just wrapped my arm around the line and hooked my pinky. I fell right back into dream state for another 5-8 minutes. Other divers had come up behind me and did their 3 minute safety stops telling people onboard that I was “sleeping”. My buddy just told them I was meditating.
After that I felt like I was really stoned and had a permanent smile on my face for about 24 hours. That was one of the best days of my life.
Fast forward to here & now, my meditations keep getting deeper, longer & more gratifying. But the best thing is hearing about others awaken parts of themselves that they didn’t know were there.

I revisit Wave 1 often. For now, this will get you started on Wave 2 and introduce you to Focus 12. My sources keep getting pulled off of the internet but all waves can be purchased on eBay for $113 last I saw. Be sure to search for Waves 1-8, often as I - VIII.
I think it would be great to have Avalon, anyone really, to buy them and upload them to the Avalon Library so we could all have access.

Binaural Beats 2023 20th Anniversary Edition!
What are they: A binaural beat is generated by an audio file feeding an audio player that uses a stereo headset to put a pure tone (sinewave) of a particular frequency in one ear and another pure tone of slightly different frequency in the other ear. These tones meet and generate a beat frequency at the corpus callosum (a membrane between the hemispheres of your brain) that has a frequency equal to the difference between the two original pure tones. It has been scientifically determined that this beat frequency within the corpus callosum will tend to entrain your brain wave activity to the beat frequency.
The first group of Thomas Campbell’s binaural beats, offered in 2017, evolved during a series of immersive events called Exploring the Larger Consciousness System with Thomas Campbell. Thirteen unique binaural beats were needed because that is how many sessions were designed into the schedule. These beats were sold as a set at MBTevents.com. Their effectiveness was widely acclaimed.
What do they do: These binaural beats drive an individual’s brainwave output to be similar to that of a lifelong meditator. With the range and pattern of base frequencies fixed, designing the optimal pattern of binaural beat frequencies was next. Simply relax and sense your progression through the now-familiar preparatory process; use the methods you know to achieve Focus 10 or 12; and know that you are now able to control the process by your own mental direction. Remain sensitive to NVC and new methods of perception. Here are a few suggestions to stimulate thinking about the exploring you may wish to undertake.
Travel through time with questions such as, "Who or what was I before this life?" or "Who or what will I be during my next human experience?" Explore connections between past, present and future with "Does the future influence the past?" and the reverse. Perceive yourself evolving in the direction you desire and notice if this affects who you are in the present.
Communicate with other life forms by interacting with the energy of a cloud, with a flower, a rock, a mountain, a forest, or a beloved pet.
Experience nature's energy by allowing the vital forces of ocean surf to swirl around you and flow deeply within you. Imagine yourself embracing a tree, strongly rooted in the earth and extending to the sky and feel the flow of energies from below and above gathering within you. Perceive a gentle movement of air around you and sense the weightless energy that is free to float, to fly, to soar.
Build your NVC by traveling to nonphysical energy systems. What is the landscape? Are there inhabitants? What information can you glean?
Go deeper within the earth by imagining yourself travelling to its very core. Or go deep within yourself. What do you experience?

This one helps us connect with the source of intuition. We can find trust in our deepest knowing and that trust allows for better flow. Just like an upward spiral.

Finally! Focus 15 <#28 on the list>
We are no longer limited by time & space.
I want all of you to find the methods that work for you but if you are interested I will go through my process for this track just below the link.

This far into the program we are just expected to know how to go through all of the preparatory process and we just meet in Focus 10 or 12.
I begin with my energy conversion box. We want this to be a very heavy lid in our minds. In the beginning I was picturing a lead box but it eventually became a box of black holes. There was a line of people outside the box like my mother, friends, girlfriend, dog etc and I would just say, “Get in the box!” 1 at a time
Since then, I have realized that the entire planet, including you, are all on my mind and even the rest of the universe. Now, I take the entire Earth and gently place it in my box of black holes. Next, I take the entire universe and wad it up like a blanket and put that in the box. The last thing I do is pull my physical body off of my lightbeing frame and place it right where I am at the time or on a nice warm beach around golden hour. Waves gently lapping against the shore.
As I’m seeing my body from just above it, I begin to back out of the box and I close the lid. Turn away from the box and usually look at my light body for a few seconds before I just launch out into nothingness. If everyone on the planet and the rest of the universe is behind me, what am I traveling through?
Next up is our resonant tuning. Humming along with others on the track. Feeling that vibration throughout my light body. With every inhale, I pump up my resonant energy balloon (REBAL). Coming out of the top of my head and swirling around me before it re-enters the light body at my feet.
With every exhale, I am expelling old & stale energy. Each breath makes my REBAL grow and become brighter.
Once this is complete after maybe 2 minutes, I repeat the affirmation. It took me a very long time to be able to recite it from memory so I don’t expect you to. I recommend trying to remember what you can when you can.
“I am more than my physical body. Because I am more than physical matter I can perceive that which is greater than the physical world. Therefore, I deeply desire to expand, to experience, to know, to understand, to control, to use such greater energies and energy systems as may be beneficial and constructive to me and those who follow me.
Also, I deeply desire the help and cooperation, the assistance and understanding of those individuals whose wisdom, development & experience are equal to or greater than my own. I ask their guidance & protection from any influence or any source that might provide me with anything less than my stated desires.”
With all of that preparation done, I continue to drift and expand out into nothingness. During this time I feel a blanket of energy covering my physical body. Feeling the warmth telling my body parts to go to relax, sleep. Ankles, calves knees, thighs, genitals, hips, stomach, chest & shoulders, neck & jaw, face, eyes and even scalp, relax, sleep.
That whoosh sound makes me feel like I am flying away from
my energy conversion box. Sometimes I count slowly to 10 or just visualize the #10 once my entire body is asleep but mind awake (F10).
From there, I continue to travel further out and away from all of my concerns in the energy conversion box going to F12. A state of expanded awareness. Very similar to, if not exactly the same as the Lambda state where monks achieve brain hemisphere synchronization.
This is where it gets really interesting, the Monroe voice guides us to F15. Not limited to time or space. Much “time” has been spent out there through the years and it’s always different for me. Ideally, it is like the Epsilon monk state where there is no brain activity. Just consciousness. No images. No thinking. No guides. Not even distance is comprehended. Just awareness of nothing.
Though quieting the mind and opening the heart echoes into my daily life in a profound way, I often get messages, images, understandings all at once. A quantum thought packet. If you’ve seen the movie the Matrix, it’s just like when he calls the operator and says he needs to learn to fly a helicopter or instantaneously, he knows “Kuuuung Fuuuuu”. I just get an entire understanding of something without linear words telling a story to convey the understanding.
Before you begin, you can also decide what you want to accomplish in F15. Such as, solve a problem, deepen your intuition, connect to your guides or even communicate with a deceased loved one. Receiving nothing less than your stated desires.
The REBAL & affirmation are great protection from the 3D frequency however, in F15 you are no longer able to be affected by anything 3D such as dark entities that I’ve heard of and never experienced. I actually find it comical when people believe in that stuff. I don’t doubt it is “real” to them but I know they created those situations. I choose to see everything as creator and I choose to sit in love & compassion.
As the Tao says, “There is no greater illusion than fear. No greater wrong than preparing to defend yourself. No greater misfortune than having an enemy.
Whoever can see through all fear will always be safe”
I encourage all of you to practice & practice with any part of the program that resonates with you. Get comfortable not being limited by time & space. Soon, we will be working in Focus 21, the time in between lives. Interacting with our spirit guides, better understanding our current, past, as well as future lives.
Time does not exist in F21. This is where the Explorers do all of their work.
