Help please, can't find video

Hi guys, wonder if you can help, I'm sure i had earmarked to watch the rest of a video to watch this evening that was on here earlier today. Forgive me, I remember the chap wearing a cowboy hat and the video was trump still being commander in chief of the army and that biden was a stand in actor (amongst other things). anyone remember the title of the video/post or even better a link?
