It's very dark so I'm not able to make anything out.
What am I supposed to be looking at, or rather, what is it that you can see?

I see some bugs flying in front of the camera ...

Filming upward? Filming downward? Filming Normal Forward? ... any intel about the cave? where?

I see what many refer to as orbs. Provided they are not bugs, pollen, dust, spores and so on . Was there a draft? what was the temperature? and dust and all mentioned? any bugs?

In the video, I thought I heard someone say "star". Yes, I see a hole or impression in the rock formation that looks like a five-pointed star. Very cool.

Sacred geometry, platonic solids... display themselves in nature all the time. This looks like an example of that.

The star shape could be caused by the makeup of the rock itself. Also, holes are sometimes left where crystals used to be.

It could also be an impression left by a fossil of some kind that fell out. Even I found a rock once with the impression of a shell in it while strolling along the edge of the ocean.
