Here are some notes I took while watching this morning. They are by no means complete and they were quickly jotted down so they may have mis-represented something. Please watch the video. Well worth it.

5th generation warfare deploys:

OODA Loop: the cycle of: observe, orient, decide, act. Developed by military strategist and United States Air Force Colonel John Boyd. Boyd applied the concept to the combat operations process. The approach explains how agility can overcome raw power in dealing with human opponents. It is especially applicable to cyber security and cyberwarfare. The idea is to act quickly so as to disrupt the opponents decision making process.

Asch Experiment: People are willing to ignore reality to conform to the group.

Milgram Experiment: 65% of people are willing to kill someone if the authority figure told them to do it.

Lock Step: Tighter top down control modeled after Chinese Social Credit System

5 eyes Alliance: US, Australia, GB, New Zealand, Canada - Reciprocal agreement to act upon other country's population to avoid internal laws.

Overton Window: The range of policies politically acceptable to the mainstream population (window of discourse). 5th generation warfare seeks to manipulate the Overton Window (see Trevino's degrees of acceptance)

Dunning-Krueger Effect: A cognitive bias where low ability people in a domain tend to overestimate their skill/knowledge (we all have a tendency to think we are smarter than we really are). They use that in someway.

bad jacketing / rap jacketing - is used by 5th gen to attack their enemy groups by causing infighting that blows up the group. They will spread lies and gossip then quietly retract it (for instance Assange and the rape case, all the stuff against Trump).

Do not trust Wikipedia. It is manipulated and changed by 5th gen operatives all the time.

What we need to do is:
Test everything, think for yourself

Don't infight (bad jacketing)

Don't promote activities that keep the general population separated. Find common ground with opposing groups (left/right). Look for Symbiosis - mutually beneficial relationships

As we're still in the throes of the 5th generation warfare, the following may not be relevant at the moment but perhaps it's better to be aware so we know what's coming. I've also seen mention of 7th and 8th generation warfare. Maybe a discussion on whether the recent BRICS split is part of this (their Big Plan) or whether BRICS has broken away. They certainly all bought into the Covid shenanigans and so all options are still on the table. This is huge . . .

PS: While writing the above I've been listening to the video and it struck me that since Robert Malone suffered his own "bad-jacketing" at the hands of his own colleagues, as well as the ptb, he's turned it around and come out fighting. There are many more examples of how we can manipulate space and time in 6GW warfare, but my evil masters will not give me the space to explain them here. Just understand that in 6GW, we are getting inside our enemy’s OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act). Once inside, we can control what they see and hear, what they think, what they decide, and what they do, all to our advantage.

Wow! Do these people care, or even know for that matter, that they have adopted the Luciferian consciousness (aka the Left-hand path)? Ony death and destruction comes from thinking like this. I really don't think there is a "remedy" for our current situation as long as this kind of mindset dominates our leaders. Those of us on the right hand path need to separate (relocate to "safer" areas to survive in the near-term), and then leave this planet.

From what I can tell what Malone describes as "5th Generational Warfare" has been successfully employed upon humanity for the past 100 years very clearly, and more likely thousands of years before that.

The only difference today seems to be that the people employing it has expanded from a small group of private sector individuals to now include the military.

The covid19 playbook was nearly a complete copy of what we saw with the polio scare in the 1950's and 1960's.


For over 2000+ years humanity has known that arsenic/ lead/ heavy metal can cause paralysis or death.
At some point between the early 1920's and the 1950's the private sector realized it had been poisoning millions of people with arsenic/ heavy metal based pesticides (https://scienceline.org/2016/01/arsenic-and-old-pesticides/), they didn't want to be held responsible so they told us that polio was caused by an invisible virus (without any evidence supporting that claim) The only experiments that supported the claim that polio was caused by a virus involved injecting biological material into monkey's brains (https://web.archive.org/web/20180724192715/http://jem.rupress.org/content/jem/12/2/227.full.pdf).


Read this paper from 1954 to learn more about the economic and political reasons they lied about the cause of "polio" along with hundreds of references that make it clear that humans have known that "polio" is caused by arsenic and heavy metals for 2000+ years (https://archive.org/details/sim_archives-of-pediatrics_1952-04_69_4/page/172/mode/2up).

They told us the only thing that could save us from "polio" was a vaccine, and that vaccine happened to be a bioweapon (http://whale.to/v/sv40.htm), the FDA in 2003 admitted under oath during a senate hearing to knowing the polio vaccines were contaminated with what they called the virus SV40, and that the virus caused cancer within weeks in hamsters. They mandated the vaccine anyway.

Sounds a lot like covid. Whomever was managing this HUGE psychological operation sure seemed to be utilizing 5th generation warfare, but we can be fairly sure they were not military (Although they already had control of the FDA and mainstream science)

Just pointing out that this "manipulate humanity via PSYOPS" concept is clearly not a new thing, although perhaps it has come of age.

It was generally very good (IMO) and I agreed with most of it - BUT - a couple of David's 'blind spots' as you call them - could.....put him at the upper echelons of his 'Group B'.... those who oppose the Official Narrative but slip in important points (knowingly or unknowingly) that benefit the Deep State Technocrats
.....

For example - I do believe that the Covid 'virus'....or whatever the hell it was - aka the bio weapon that was released to prime everyone up for the Vaccination bio weapon ..... was real.... but the numbers were inflated by various means of deception along the way - I say this because I. myself had 'something' in December 2019 that was very different from illnesses I had had before - a quality about it that made me remark to anyone who was interested that I felt as if I'd been hit with a bio-weapon... which I believe I was - also many people in the town where I live were struck down by an 'unusual chesty 'virus' and some even died from it - but it wasn't common knowledge and at that point no one compared notes about it all....

so - in the greater scheme of things this might not be terribly important but I do feel David skirted around this -

the second thing that I would say was a blind spot is his remarks and assessment about Trump - it seemed lazy analysis to me and ignored the nuances of Trumps role as President, as it stands at the moment - his (Trump's) problems come from working deep in the belly of the monster and doing what's possible within the established power structures that are holding on tight and dragging societies towards the Technocracy - I think Trump is being forced to make compromises to get movement in the direction he and his supporters want - - - now if he goes and significantly arms Ukraine and war with Russia escalates leading to global conflagration and WW3..... I will have to change my mind - :)

All in all though it was a really good presentation especially urging people to resist and get involved in what ever level they feel they can...and understand that it's personal + they themselves and their family are the target of the power crazy global warmongers.... not a vague someone else or some other country....

I’ve been sitting with this for a while. Over the past few days, I put together an outline and shared it with a few trusted friends. Their response made me realize: this needs to be written.

Some of you may remember the 10-part series I produced on 5th Generation Warfare and Mind Control (https://sarahwestall.substack.com/p/mind-control-and-5th-generation-warfare-28f). I’ve now pulled it out from behind the paywall—because it was free when it first aired, and it needs to remain free. I created that series because I could feel what was coming. It was important.

Since then, though, I’ve noticed something deeper, more insidious happening—not just in the world, but within myself, and in the voices around me. There’s a quiet, widespread shutdown happening but also a ground swell of meaningful change.

So I turned to ChatGPT—yes, I know some people hate that idea. But if it’s already being used to mine all of us, why not flip the script and use that same data to understand what I’m sensing? It interacts with millions of people every day and processes countless data points. If they’re going to use it to mine our minds, then I’m going to use it to reflect what’s really being mined.

Its kind of incredible I am able to get to this information to be honest. It does show that if AI can remain open, it could be a powerful tool. I’m not naïve though—I know that’s unlikely. But for now, it can be useful.

Here’s what I found:

A wave of burnout, despair, and "Invisible War Trauma" is widespread and real. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel if we persevere and use it to build.

What is going on?

The millions of conversations and posts is showing collapse-level stress.

People who have dedicated their lives — or even just their hearts and time — to seeking truth, sharing knowledge, and resisting lies are facing a perfect storm of both external assaults and internal damages.

External:

Relentless censorship – silencing and muting of voices across platforms

Financial ruin – loss of income, deplatformed businesses, severed partnerships

Deplatforming – removal from platforms with no due process

Institutional betrayal – abandonment by employers, publishers, or peer groups

Targeted smears – character assassination, hit pieces, and false framing

Erasure of work and voice – content deleted, history rewritten, legacy wiped

Internal consequences (often overlooked but equally damaging):

Spiritual exhaustion – loss of hope, disconnection from purpose

Isolation and alienation – feeling like you’re the only one seeing the truth

Self-censorship – fear of speaking out, even in safe spaces

Identity erosion – questioning your worth, value, or sanity

Learned helplessness – psychological conditioning to accept powerlessness

Hypervigilance – constantly bracing for the next attack or takedown

Loss of meaning – when the fight overshadows the reason for starting it

Some have begun calling it “informational warfare PTSD”. But I’d go further: this is the psychological fallout of sustained 5th Generation warfare. It’s not just targeted at whistleblowers or journalists—it’s an ongoing, systemic assault on the human mind, designed to destabilize, discredit, and demoralize anyone who resists the dominant narrative.

As stated above, the toll is both external and internal.

Whether you’re on the front lines like I am or simply seeking the truth in your own life, the impact is very real. For many, the emotional and psychological strain is heavy and for some, crushing.


Is It Getting Better or Worse?

According to ChatGPT when I asked, based off millions of data points, it claims that as of mid-2025, the data shows the trend is getting worse:

Emotionally, many are near breaking.

Economically, many are being drained dry.

Institutionally, suppression is becoming more efficient and sophisticated.

What is making this worse for many is that the mainstream illusion of stability masks a deeper collapse — a collapse of trust, truth, and transparency.

Beneath the surface, a silent war is raging and beneath that is hope and change.

People are not only disengaging but also changing their behavior:

Mainstream media: Trust and engagement are at historic lows.

Only 32% of Americans said they trust the mass media to report the news fully, accurately, and fairly.

Cable news ratings (July 2025) show dramatic losses:

Fox News is down 30% in total prime-time viewers and 48% in the key Adults 25–54 demographic year-over-year.

MSNBC dropped 27% in total viewers and 40% in the key demo.

CNN lost 42% in total prime-time and nearly 55% in the demo

Note: Youtube is working hard to compensate and is actively shifting promotion to these platforms; likely not fully real and artificially created with “Up next” autoplay, fake subscriber counts, fake likes, fake play numbers and other features. They are also often promoting mainstream media over more popular independent media. Regardless, this shift is global and will be relentless (they won’t be sitting back while they lose control)

Legacy institutions (government, academia, Big Tech): People are tuning out, opting out, or actively resisting.

Social media: Many are exhausted by toxicity, censorship, or performative content. Even on platforms like X and Instagram, silent scrolling is up, but active engagement is down for many accounts.

Politics: Voter apathy is rising in some demographics, driven by disillusionment.

Workforce: “Quiet quitting,” and burnout widely reported - Recent Gallop poll showed only 33% of workers were engaged and 18% were actively disengaged.

In tech and media sectors especially, many high-performing employees have left high-paying roles to freelance, homestead, or start micro-businesses, citing stress, ethical concerns, and values misalignment with corporate agendas.

Education: Opting out of traditional structures are becoming widespread - for example enrollment in traditional public schools has dropped by over 1.2 million students between 2020 and 2024 and homeschooling has seen an increase of 30-40% in some states.

Evidence is showing very real change is Emerging.

As is the case when any real transformation occurs, things must “reach bottom”. I would argue we may be getting close, but not there yet. But real change is forming as people are waking up and creating support networks.

Alternative platforms are emerging and are starting to see deeper engagement with meaningful conversations, especially growing among the youngest generation.

Offline communities and parallel economies are growing. Spiritual and purpose driven work is growing and private decentralized networks are thriving under the surface.

We are clearly not there yet, but change is forming.

Real lasting change is possible but it may not come with loud declarations, rather with quiet resolve.

However, we cannot fool ourselves, if I am seeing this in the data, so are those wanting to control us.

To ensure humans not only survive this onslaught, but also spiritually and emotionally thrive, we cannot wait for someone to rescue us. We need to realize lasting change will come from those who pivot and build.

In conclusion for all of you out there:

To the friend with the bailout plan: You’re not crazy. Safe networks are forming—and you are part of the fuel behind them.

To the one quietly resisting in your community, your home, or your profession: Your courage is not unnoticed. What you’re doing matters—to all of us.

To the weary truth-teller: We don’t need permission. We don’t need the old systems. We just need to keep going.

To everyone: We cannot wait to be saved. We must build the future we want—and need.

The fight is not over. We can do this.
