And this is exactly why there are no double-blind placebo studies evaluating the safety of vaccines. Because this is exactly what those studies would reveal, which--putting aside the eugenics agenda behind it for the moment--would devastate the 60 billion dollar vaccine industry, not to mention the pharma-industrial complex treating all those injuries and sickness, which increases the scope of profitablity ten-fold (or more).

I would recommend looking at things from broader perspective. By the virtue of interbreeding Amish people are also vulnerable genetically and there’s high rate of chromosomal and other con-genitive disorders happening to children in their community, likewise metabolic disorders that can’t be efficiently removed and treated.

Owing to their very healthy lifestyle, abstinence from alcohol and tobacco, small use of electricity and modern electronic equipment , no distant travel etc.
they seem to live organically happier life

Perhaps individual autism ( as a symptom) is a co-produce of modern , anonymous society who has lost touch and feel for its members
as most tribes, clans and other human groups of old were small enough to pay adequate attention to each member, no matter their age or gender
so unless the individual would be “guilty of crime” they were not allowed

and its results are logically very similar:

people end up locked in their own selves for years, without “human touch” unless

Yes, my understanding is that there was a teaching hospital in London, where maternity was split between interns and traditional midwifery.

The interns' side had a ghastly infant mortality rate.

It was found they were dissecting cadavers in the morning, then heading straight to deliver babies, no hand wash.

The answer turned out to be soap.

So, yes, around the early 1900s, it was the increase of sanitation with ordinary soap and bleach that cleaned up the majority of disease transmission. Vaccines simply stole the credit.
