Wanted to start a thread for people to post their symptoms, experiences etc. with these flares as they arrive on planet as way to facilitate corroboration of experiences and track the flow of impacts of these as they arrive on planet.

If you can post links to scientific corroboration or other related articles for flare info that is great!

Please post the day/date and any holiday or major date event correlation at the top of your post so we can remember these correspondances as this thread moves forward, especially since the outer world of events seem to have curious correspondance with this solar activity, but what those are is hard to track unless more people discuss this over time.

Hoping for this to be an outlet for those of us feeling the intensity of the light information/solar frequency inoculations as they arrive.

My current symptoms:

Flattened by these energies. Outer world phenomena aggressive public encounters, traffic feels frenetic. Relationally more examples of gaslighting and/ordenial or unwillingness to engage truthfully.

Had to sleep a LOT today, could not move. Molasses.

Upside: Nearly white peeper frog (normally bright green in my area) in my little meditation garden!! Miraculous visitor sleeping on my oversized hosta leaves! If an albino frog shows up surely a spiritual transformation is occurring!

I have the app - space weather live - it's showing Kp5 right now :) 20:20 PST been watching the 'weather' for years now. Great stuff that is - some people really don't handle it very well at all though.

Solar flares have usually been good for me, but I would love to know the astrology on that. I sorta figure it must be a Uranus aspect getting triggered (which is in Taurus - as am I) so maybe its that.

My Uranus is also apart of a grand cross - so change is something I have had in spades my whole life lol maybe that's why they don't bother me like they do others.

I just hope that second blast from the Sun :sun:coming in tomorrow, if it's going to squash me as well, will be pushing from the left side instead of the right, which is the primary direction from which I've been feeling the presssure coming from today.
Which sounds weird, I know, but I usually feel unbalanced in some way when the Sun is blasting Earth like it is now. :yield:

Emotionally flat and irritable. Exhausted by mid afternoon in spite of a nice trip to a national park. swim by a waterfall. Had to lay down and sleep, briefly I thought, but it is now early evening. Still tired and drained.

I am abnormally sleepy last 36 hours,is that because of the sunflares? Is that a normal effect on people ?
I have luckely enough time to sleep,and the sleeping feels nice but if i could not have slept i wouldnt feel well..

when the flares happen i am usually energised
if it is earth facing creating geomagnetic storms a few days later, a mild storm can be energising, a strong one can be challenging depending on my mental emotional state, which is amplified

It seems to be a pretty common phenomenon to have to sleep a lot, some folks say that is because we are working to integrate these frequencies, others feel that depending on one’s soul mission in being incarnated in 3D at this time it may mean you are being pulled into other dimensions during sleep state to help work to stabilize certain field dynamics that often come with these massive influxes of energy. Others I have seen talking about the gamma level radiation and how these can be destructive or constructive depending on how one integrates them.

Pairing that awareness along with the stated goal or mission of the Project Avalon to be a ‘chronicle of human awakening’, along also with this idea that Corey Goode floated out ages ago that the current internet is accessible by people within the SSP’s , my unfortunate experiences with knowing full well ‘the thems’ who are not so benevolent in the earth based government control structures are likewise perusing this site, as well as my great hope that some of our star family also is accessing platforms like this to aid in their assessment of our ground crew team progress from their parking lot of ships stationed in the ionosphere a d even the Kuiper Belt as I understand it, I wanted to create this thread to sort of link all those awarenesses into a real-time gallery of personal accounts from us, as Earth ground crew surface humans, to allow all of us to be able to assess the impacts of these frequency shifts as they happen real time.
