Just a super-quick reply here, but (a) I know very little about this (maybe other members know a lot more!), and (b) when I looked it up just now it seems that it can all be fixed with a few lifestyle changes. The liver does have an amazing ability to heal itself!

The majority of the population has a fatty liver. Learn more about the liver and how to make a really simple shake to keep fat off of your liver.

Many people have a fatty liver and don’t even know it. Today I want to help you better understand the liver and how to remove fat from the liver.

The purpose of the liver is to break down toxins into harmless particles.

A fatty liver can become heavy and enlarged. This can lead to fullness under the right rib cage and shoulder pain.

Important functions of the liver:
• It makes bile
• It helps convert thyroid hormones
• It buffers excess sex hormones

Bile is made by the liver, and it helps you break down fat. A lack of bile can lead to a lot of various health problems. Bile is also very important to keep fat out of the liver. Anything you can do to help increase bile reserves will help you remove liver fat. You may even want to take purified bile salts.

Keep in mind that the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting can help remove fat from the liver. I believe this is essential if you have a fatty liver.

A great shake to keep fat off the liver: Ingredients (organic if possible):
• 2 cups kale (frozen)
• 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup plain whole-milk kefir (organic and grass-fed if possible)

Instructions: Blend all of the ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes. Drink once a day in combination with a Healthy Keto diet and intermittent fasting.

I would like to urge caution in relation to this so called Dr.

Eric Berg (c. 1972–)is an American quack, antivaxxer, chiropractor, cholesterol denialist, conspiracy theorist, scientologist and ketogenic diet advocate. Berg promotes pseudoscientific health advice and quackery.

Berg is not a medical doctor. Berg practised chiropractic for 29 years and is now a full-time YouTube blogger who has made thousands of videos offering health advice. Berg has over 10 million subscribers and claims to have made over 5000 videos.

Berg is not a dietitian or physician. He obtained a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 1998 at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport. Eric Berg advertises himself as "Dr" and received much criticism for this. He now adds a disclaimer to all of his videos stating "Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. His use of “doctor” or “Dr.” in relation to himself solely refers to that degree."

Berg has put a Quack Miranda Warning part of which reads "Information on this site is provided for informational purposes only, it is not meant to substitute medical advice provided by your physician or any other medical professional."

In May, 2021 Berg's son Ian Rafalko revealed that Eric is a scientologist with a rank of OT 8 and that he has a donated millions to scientology

Some of you might know this guy. He has a few thousand videos on YouTube. He’s pretty popular at this point. He gives a lot of health advice. He’s a chiropractor, as you can see, so…

Not only is this man a Scientologist but he donates copious amounts. His profit margins are insane, they’re through the roof. So he’s donated probably around 7 plus million dollars to Scientology?

And every product of his that you buy, you donate to Scientology as well, because he has a separate savings account just for that.

He’s an incredibly selfish and void-of-empathy human being. And the reason I know is because he’s my fecking father. — Ian Rafalko

Obviously it is up to you, harmless in trying, just realize it is most likely not the solution to your issue.

I felt it to be fair to give you a warning about this man.

NAFLD is a result of consuming HFCS as opposed to natural sugars. This is well known among beverage people which I have been involved in since the introduction of HFCS in the early 80s.

For six years almost every day when I just wake up I drink one big 300 ml glass of mineral water adding 1 dessert-spoon of Turmeric Curcumin (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?118687-Turmeric--Curcumin--New-Research-Is-Game-Changing-) plus some black pepper on an empty stomach ... it really tastes awful, but it has so many benefits including for the Liver!

I do not know if you have done any studies (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?118687-Turmeric--Curcumin--New-Research-Is-Game-Changing-) on this method? ... But if you did, you may have used/tried it when I created this forum thread (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?118687-Turmeric--Curcumin--New-Research-Is-Game-Changing-) 16 months ago. I can not guarantee if it will work for you the way you want it to be, it is just a suggestion for consideration purpose only. It may help or it may not ... I really do not know in your case.

Hope you succeed in finding a solution soon! ...

How to trigger fatty liver? = "Foie gras"..
Force feed carbohydrates + fat, and its carbohydrates that trigger insulin => force glucos into fat-cells.. and first into liver!
so go atkins diet? = reduce carbohydrates!

To produce “foie gras” (the French term means “fatty liver”), workers ram pipes down the throats of male ducks twice each day, pumping up to 2.2 pounds of grain and fat into their stomachs

Hello Sunny-side-up,

Detoxing Your Liver: A Complete Guide

How to detox your liver?

When it comes to detoxifying your liver, luckily, you don't have to follow any fad diets, fasting juice cleanses or sit in a sweat lodge. Taking care of your liver health is as simple as eating healthy foods, consuming the right beverages and incorporating liver health supplements into your wellness routine.

Follow these simple do's and don'ts to show your liver love, every single day!

DON'T fall for trendy "liver detox diets."

When the words "diet" or "detox" come to mind, you may automatically start to think about the latest fad diet you saw your favorite celebrity tout on social media. Beware of these, or any product that says it has liver "cleansing" benefits!
Eating nutrient-rich foods to support your liver health is a lot simpler and more sustainable once you know the right foods to eat (and those to avoid as well). Instead of trying to follow some difficult and questionably healthy liver detox diet, stick with a well-balanced approach to eating such as the Mediterranean Diet, which not only supports whole-body health, but also helps with liver support and detoxification. You'll be packing your plate with fresh vegetables and leafy greens, a variety of fresh fruits (fruit salad, anyone?), whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats.

DO fill your plate with liver detox foods.

No, there are no foods that cleanse the liver; that being said, some foods may help detoxify your liver more than others:
Cabbage

: Make every day feel like St. Paddy's Day with a heaping helping of cabbage. Eating cabbage helps stimulate liver detoxifying enzymes that help flush out toxins. Kimchi, coleslaw, cabbage soup and sauerkraut are great ways to incorporate cabbage into your daily diet.
Olive oil

: Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil on your veggies—this healthy fat provides so many health benefits! A little olive oil goes a long way by helping to support against levels of fat in the liver, maintain healthy blood flow and promote liver enzyme levels. EVOO? More like E-V-O-WHOA!
Apples

: Does an apple a day keep the liver toxins away? Not quite, but apples are high in pectin, which help the body cleanse and release toxins from your digestive tract.
Leafy greens

: Leafy green veggies are powerful produce that can be eaten raw, cooked or juiced. These leafy greens are high in chlorophyll and help the liver properly remove environmental toxins from the blood. Make sure you pack your plate with these powerful protectors, since you need a well-nourished liver to neutralize heavy metals, chemicals and even pesticides.
Garlic

: Garlic not only keeps vampires away, but also toxins and helps detoxify your liver. Even a small amount helps activate liver enzymes that help flush out toxins from your body.
DON'T waste money on "liver detox drinks."

Detoxing your liver doesn't stop with a healthy diet; you will also need to be mindful about the beverages you consume as well. But you don't need to drink anything with "detox" on the label! Water's liver cleansing benefits are all you really need; being properly hydrated helps support against liver toxins, aids in digestion and may support healthy weight management.
But plain agua isn't the only option! These healthy beverage options are also liver-friendly:

Green tea

: Is there a liver detox tea? Maybe not, but green tea sure is a good friend to your liver because it helps your system flush what it doesn't need, which will aid your liver's natural detoxification process. Additional benefits from green tea include: supporting your immune system, protecting your liver from toxins and alcohol consumption as well as maintaining healthy liver enzymes.
Lemon water

: Water is a wonderful way to naturally flush and detoxify your body, but sometimes plain ole water can get a little boring, especially if you are drinking at least 64 oz. (as recommended by the dietary guidelines for Americans) throughout the day. A squeeze of lemon (or any other citrus) will not only add some pizzazz, but also some extra protection from Vitamin C.
Coffee

: Your morning brew will keep you energized all morning long, and just like any beverage, it contributes to hydration, which naturally supports liver health. Consuming at least two cups of coffee contains detoxifying benefits that may support healthy fat levels in the liver while promoting antioxidant capacity.
DO avoid alcohol and spirits.

When it comes to detoxifying your liver, alcohol consumption is a big no-no. Beer, spirits and even carbonated alcoholic drinks can all have an impact on your liver health. Not sure whether you are drinking too much? Check with your healthcare provider, who can advise whether you should cut out alcohol completely or only consume in moderation.
DON'T eat sugar and processed foods.

You may be tempted to grab a sugary snack or bag of potato chips in between meals for a quick bite to eat, but sugary foods and overly processed foods inhibit your liver from detoxifying properly. Processed foods are packed with preservatives, synthetic ingredients and chemicals that can make it harder for your body to function properly.
Meanwhile, sugar inhibits your body's ability to produce liver enzymes and inhibits the detoxification process. Instead, have a fruit salad that contains natural sugars or grab some healthy fats, like a handful of nuts.

DO incorporate liver supplements.

Again, we urge you to be cautious when you see the words "liver detox supplements," because nothing can cleanse your liver except your liver itself! However, scientifically studied liver health supplements, such as milk thistle, NAC, turmeric and even probiotics can support your liver's detoxifying abilities.
Liver detox supplements: Do they really work?

Liver supplements work in conjunction with a healthy diet, hydrating beverages and healthy lifestyle changes—they support optimal liver function. While there are no "liver detox supplements" that can cleanse your liver, there are a number of formulas that keep your liver's normal detoxification process in tip-top shape.

Milk thistle

: Used for over 2,000 years, milk thistle has been touted for its liver supporting benefits. This liver legend contains antioxidant properties that not only support healthy liver cells, but also promote a healthy inflammatory response as well.
NAC

: N-acetyl-l-cysteine (NAC) has big liver benefits when it comes to supporting your body's detoxification process. It helps support optimal liver function with its antioxidant properties and ability to promote a healthy inflammatory response.
Turmeric

: The antioxidant effects of turmeric help your liver keep toxins away that may impact your liver health and its ability to function at peak performance.
Probiotics

: You want your liver to be a mean, detoxing machine so getting rid of toxins or any other harmful substance will lessen the load on your liver health. Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that can help promote balance in your gut while keeping out harmful bacteria. You should already be incorporating probiotic rich foods into your daily diet (yogurt, kefir, kombucha, pickles, miso and tempeh), but to unleash the full power of probiotics, make sure to supplement to support gut and digestive health.
Lifestyle changes to maintain your liver health

Taking care of your liver health goes beyond just what foods and beverages you consume, and also includes those healthy lifestyle changes you are making between meals. In order to detoxify your liver and support overall health and wellness, make sure you start making the following healthy lifestyle changes:

Work out regularly

: Exercise is not only a great way to help you maintain a healthy weight, but a good sweat session can also help detoxify your liver. That sweat session will elevate your heart rate and help flush out toxins naturally. If you are new to exercise, start slow. Incorporate walking into your daily routine is a great way to get going if it's been a while since you worked out. For more advanced fitness gurus, try a hot yoga class, run outside, or try a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class.
Sweat it out

: Working up a sweat through exercise is great for your liver. It's also beneficial to simply relax in a sauna or steam room, which has detoxifying benefits.
Get quality sleep

: Did you know that liver detoxification is so easy you can do it in your sleep? Quality sleep is a crucial component to promoting a healthy metabolism and removing harmful toxins from the liver. As you sleep, your body turns its energy towards healing, restoring and detoxifying your liver and other bodily functions.
Top signs that your liver is detoxing

Supporting your liver's natural detoxification process helps provide energy to your cells—and that makes the rest of you a well-oiled machine, too, from your metabolism, to your brain function, to your hormone balance.

When you maintain healthy liver function, you'll notice positive impacts to your mood, skin and digestion:

Healthy digestion

: Your digestive system and liver work in tandem. Your digestive system also has its own detoxification system that supports gut health and helps get rid of toxins. As you support your liver health, you may notice healthy bowel regularity as well as relief from occasional bloating.
Gorgeous skin

: Toxins in the body coupled with stress often leads to unwanted skin implications. By helping your body remove toxins, like free radicals and heavy metals, you may notice your skin looks better, too.
Improved mood

: It is important to note that when you feel your best physically, you will feel better mentally as well. With improvements in the appearance of your skin and digestion, and fewer toxins thanks to a focus on supporting liver health, you will feel lighter and happier—both mentally and physically.
How long does it take for your liver to detox?

Taking care of your liver health so that it can properly detoxify your body requires a healthy lifestyle—make sure you're exercising regularly and eating a well-balanced diet. For extra measure, liver supplements are a great way show this vital organ some extra support as it works hard to cleanse and detoxify your body, every day!

A word to the wise: slow and steady wins the liver detoxifying race. You may be tempted to try a quick fad diet or seven-day liquid cleanse, but a "quick detox fix" will only leave you (and your liver health) disappointed.

Is it safe to detox my liver?

It is safe to detoxify your liver with a healthy diet, hydration, liver supplements, and healthy lifestyle changes.

Just keep in mind that the road to optimal liver health is a marathon and not a sprint, so beware of quick fixes, particularly anything that's deceptively labeled "liver detox supplements" or a cleanse. (Even if these products may not harm your body, your wallet will suffer!)

Always choose supplements that are formulated based upon valid scientific research, and if you're ever unsure if a product is safe to take, check with your doctor first.

What I think is important about NAFLD is that it is part of something called "metabolic syndrome". That is a process that leads from fatty liver disease to pre-diabetes to diabetes. I don't know if doing a liver flush would be enough, unless you adopt a diet to detox ongoing. I would eat a healthy diet with lots of vegetables, less processed foods, more protein and less carbs, and stop eating sugar if you do now. Maybe use some supplements like turmeric or Ceylon cinnamon.

I wouldn't be afraid of Dr. Berg. Many people like his videos. He does not talk about Scientology or his products on his videos. He mainly gives advice about vitamins and minerals for different health conditions, and recommends lemon water, getting enough sleep, and things like that. His main bias is that he advocates a ketogenic diet.

Dr. Berg is being shadow banned by YouTube, in case you have trouble finding some of his videos. Not only does YouTube have a hard time with people searching for vaccines and chemtrails, they don't like the keto diet!

...

Obviously it is up to you, harmless in trying, just realize it is most likely not the solution to your issue.

I felt it to be fair to give you a warning about this man.
Ouch!

Let's unpack this pejorative expulsion:

American quack, (all chiropractors are called "quacks" by the AMA. Read up on the history of Morris Fishbein.)

antivaxxer, (as opposed to a vaxxer? You may want to do your due diligence on the vaccine industry.)

chiropractor, (there are good plumbers and bad plumbers, good doctors and bad doctors, good chiropractors and bad chiropractors. Being a chiropractor is not the indictment that the AMA paints with its wide brush)

cholesterol denialist, (yes, cholesterol is not the enemy it was made out to be by the AMA)

conspiracy theorist, (hahahaha this one makes me LOL. I've never heard a hint of conspiratorial mindset from Berg, but it is quite the ignorant pejorative and brilliant brainwashing by the CIA)

scientologist, (this is the actual issue that makes his son hate him and to cast aspersions on him personally, not on his body of work in explaining nutrient and food-related medical concepts)

ketogenic diet advocate. (Yes, and explains how to do KETO safely. The AMA doesn't like KETOgenic diet, and would rather you eat the SAD diet, guaranteed to keep you as a patient)

This is a very emotional and unscientific list of accusations that have nothing whatsoever to do with his advice to protect the liver and to repair the damage done by the standard American diet. Did you actually watch the video, 9ideon? I realize that the list of reasons not to listen to Berg was a quote from someone on "Rational WIKI", not from you, but you did post it and and added your conclusions. Maybe listen to the video and see if there is actually some bad info in there that you could critique and to justify your conclusions.

I also listened to the whole podcast/video "I hate my daddy!" hit piece by Berg's son, Ian. It is literally 99.9% about Scientology, not about debunking Eric Berg's nutrition/health advice. I've watched a number of Berg's videos and have never seen or heard anything about Scientology or Hubbard or Zenu, but I have heard credible health and nutrition information.

I've also never heard Berg utter a peep about the modifiedRNA C-19 injections, which I wish he had, but then I realize that he would then be deplatformed on Youtoob. I've never heard him talk about legacy vaccines or warn against them (I wish someone HAD warned me before I allowed the quacks with MDs to inject my daughter 50 times with toxic sludge called vaccines.) Anyone who pays any attention to people like RFK Jr. on vaccines knows that the problems vaccines cause are not from the vaccine dead virus injected (that theoretically then allows the body to train itself to effectively kill live version of that virus), it is all the adjuvant neurotoxins and biological garbage in the injections that cause immune system degradation. Just hearing someone make the ANTIVAXXER!!! indictment should strongly alert you that you are hearing a dumbass emoting and parroting Big Pharma manipulative lies.

Concluding that listening to this Berg video on the subject of fatty liver is "harmless in trying, just realize it is most likely not the solution to your issue" is ignorant and pearl-clutching, negative emotionally-based advice, with evidently most of the emotion triggered by Scientology, not Berg's dietary/nutrition advice.

Good breakdown. I would add getting lots of sunlight/natural light to the list.

I wouldn't leave out the superfood Spirulina and I think this is the best brand: https://bioluminaspirulina.com/
That company has a direct connection with the first Spirulina company, Light Force, which Dr. Christopher Hills started, who was responsible for bringing Spirulina to the West, did a lot of research on it and helped develop the best ways of growing and harvesting it.
Spirulina contains a lot of chlorophyll which is very good for cleansing toxins.

I would add to Onawah's post quoted here, a warning......... THE greatest warning in the history of warnings, if such a warning is possible...... A VERY STRONG WARNING...... That if going down the route of using Spirulina...... to be suitably prepared........ for the onslaught....... and onslaught it is.......... of excess 'gas'

I wish I'd been told about the excess gas that taking Spirulina can create. For the first few days I just put it down to something I'd eaten, it was mildly amusing, in that bloke sort-of-way........ Let's call it what it is: Farting!

But after the 3rd or 4th day of increasing-in-violence, not to mention the smell, of farting it was 100%, legitimately concerning....... Until a friend of mine explained the cause. Quite funny thinking about it now.

Anyway, there's a little heads-up for you, just in case.

 I've never had that experience with Spirulina, but because it's so very cleansing, I can see how that could happen.
Aloe vera is also excellent for cleansing and is also anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
I don't know what kind of access there is to fresh aloe in the UK, but I think there are freezed dried powdered products that might work.
(Heat treating aloe is a ruinous process, and that's what a lot of aloe products are subject to. )
But there is a warning for aloe too, for people who are "backed up" because it will cause diarrhea for a while, until the colon is thorougly cleansed.

Sunny-side-up, I've been listening to Dr. Eric Berg DC for health information with explanations and not just directives. You may want to check his videos out.

4YcYAVAyk9E

Source (https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Eric_Berg)

YsO_j9sSWXs

Obviously it is up to you, harmless in trying, just realize it is most likely not the solution to your issue.

I felt it to be fair to give you a warning about this man.

I appreciate your concern of this mans "credentials" I spent so many years grabbing credentials and they are not much of anything. If someone throws a bunch of human made credentials at me I am very, very cautious of them. Most of them are limited with those credentials. In my honest opinion much of it is a mockery fo the great inversion we live in. Fatty liver, which used to be delegated to alcoholics is not the birthright of young children. Look at the history of McDonalds french fries. I am not going to look up the details, but it comes down to a specific spud they want for their fries because they are long in shape and look good in the package. The little problem with that is that this type of potatoes are subject to fungal infections. So what is a corproration to do? They create a fungicide that is extremely toxic, so toxic that farmers will avoid the area for days after spraying the spuds. This is just one tiny potato. Imagine all the crap you eat in inversion land that is like that. You must make a concerted effort to improve your health with food. My number one go to is eating alfalfa and mung bean sprouts. Might not give you the high of fries and burgers but we are on a slow walk to to the slaughter house. I am not saying you have to eat sprouts only. Make a simple change at a time. I will work with you if you like. The liver regenerates. Lets stay alive to fight these bastards. We have stubborness on our side and the fab wealthy are getting weaker and weaker. . Want to take me out, o thou great elite and wealthy, that would be a great favor. I don't like this place any more.

Sunny-side-up, you may want to take note that there is a difference between a liver cleanse/dotox, and working to reduce the fat in a fatty liver.

Liver detox is (as far as I know) a short-term attempt to get some of the toxins out of the liver, whereas fatty liver therapy is focused on getting rid of the fat, not the toxins, and is a long-term lifestyle/diet change (realistically, a dietary change for the rest of your life.) Logically, as you remove fat, I'd assume that you'd also be removing at least some fat-soluble toxins, so fatty liver therapy probably detoxifies to some extent as well.

As someone mentioned, high fructose corn sweetener (HFCS) is very problematic, very hard on the liver to have to deal with fructose in quantity. Also look at reducing other sources of fructose besides HFCS. Sucrose is a combination of glucose and fructose. Our body only burns the glucose molecules in sucrose, not the fructose molecules. Fructose molecules are processed by the liver, some is turned into glucose by the liver, some is turned into fats like triglycerides and don't give us any energy. Most fruits have both glucose and fructose, but some fruits are much higher in fructose, and thus harder on the liver.

Search for information on "balanced sugars in fruits." I personally found that information to be harder to accept than trying to give up sugar, because my favorite fruits were at or near the top of the list of "unbalanced sugars"/higher fructose ratio fruits. (Fructose is sweeter than glucose, so naturally, if you love the sweetest fruits, you'll probably find them to be the highest in fructose.)

Dietary changes, especially lifetime dietary changes, are very hard for most people (it sure has been for me), so I wish you perseverance in your journey! The old adage, "all things in moderation" is probably generally good advice, but probably not powerful enough for a path to vibrant health once you have a fatty liver.

Dr. Russell Blaylock has a book about liver disease including fatty liver disease.

My own note after listening to this interview with Dr Russell Blaylock, If you have a diet with high glutomate that's the first thing to fix. MSG is a weapon they are deliberately finding ways to get into us.

When you type in fatty liver on Amazon there's a lot of choices. It tells me there are a many folks with the problem.

https://i.imgur.com/DGmCanq.png

Here’s an example of a sub-category for fatty liver cleanse detox (https://www.amazon.com/s?k=fatty+liver+cleanse+detox&crid=28ILT1N0V9GML&sprefix=fatty,aps,176&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_3_5). The same for fatty liver reversal books (https://www.amazon.com/s?k=fatty+liver+reversal+books&crid=20UEEPM5T205I&sprefix=fatty+liver,aps,75&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_7_11). You can research products there and purchase elsewhere.

I usually begin with the ratings of 2-3 because often the promotional reviews skews the percentage.

Based on the latest research, Skinny Liver is an authoritative, easy-to-follow guide not just for your liver, but for your whole body.

The liver is the seat of our overall health and wellness and the health of nearly every organ is intimately connected with our liver. A healthy liver is essential to a fully functioning body, but our modern sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits can truly damage the liver -- and damage our health overall.

A silent health crisis is impacting one-third of the American population -- nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Because its symptoms often don't manifest until the liver is seriously compromised, many people are not aware that they are at risk. Did you know that if you have fatty liver disease, you are more likely to develop cardiovascular disease (heart attack and stroke), and potentially several devastating conditions such as liver cirrhosis and liver cancer? Did you know that fat is as dangerous as alcohol to the liver?

Award-winning dietitian Kristin Kirkpatrick and hepatologist Dr. Ibrahim Hanouneh have teamed up for a life-changing program that will help you achieve optimal health. Skinny Liver's four-week program shares the steps you can take to get your liver health back on track, with everything from exercise to healthy eating and other lifestyle changes--along with delicious liver-friendly recipes.

Do You Have A Fatty Liver?
If you’re thinking you probably don’t have a fatty liver, you might be surprised. The majority of people in this country have at least some degree of pre-fatty liver, if not a fatty liver. The liver may be in a condition that’s too early to diagnose, but it’s not too early for it to start having a negative effect on your health. When the liver starts getting fatty, it allows pathogens to prosper and prevents toxins from successfully leaving the body; fatty liver is a big problem that plays a role in a lot of health issues. I share the undiscovered truth about pre-fatty and fatty liver in great detail in Liver Rescue: Answers to Eczema, Psoriasis, Diabetes, Strep, Acne, Gout, Bloating, Gallstones, Adrenal Stress, Fatigue, Fatty Liver, Weight Issues, SIBO & Autoimmune Disease. The health of your liver is that central to your quality of life and health now and in the future.

Liver detox / Liver flush (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?6528-Liver-detox-Liver-flush)

Sunny side up, your doctor has just 'diagnosed you with a symptom', not a cause - common practice these days. That 'diagnosis' doesn't help you any further. Fatty liver is not something inherent to your body, either. It is not something you 'have'. If you change your body's living conditions, the expression will change. (You may not understand that expression, however!) Which is one reason why you do not want to limit your larger (health) objectives to your liver only - your body may well have other priorities. Worse, you do not want to have 'no liver disease' as a health objective. The unconcious deals in positives only, will ignore the negative part (no) and give you exactly what you are asking for... So, you could settle for something like: 'I want to be the most healthy me I could ever be.' Or something of that nature. It's not a 'bad' or 'weak' liver either. Your body is trying to keep you as healthy as possible, with your liver in the first line of defence here. Embrace it, don't punish it. At least these strategies worked well for me.

I wanted to speak about my personal experience with the liver cleanse/flush (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?6528-Liver-detox-Liver-flush). You could google Hulda Clark or Andreas Moritz and find all you need online. Cleaning out your liver (flushing) is one of the most powerful steps to improve your health - I think. I have seen stones come out, I couldn't believe it. Apparently they are all full of toxins and parasites. Anyway, what I want to stress here: you have to keep going untill your liver is completely clean - no stones after two consecutive flushes. (And then maintain.)

I wish you the very best in achieving your optimal health. Plenty good avice above.

Yes, I've done this quite a few times. It's surprisingly easy, and the amount of stones emerging from the cleanse can be quite a surprise. :):flower: See this Avalon thread, with a LOT of information on it:

My 'Inflamed Prostrate' disappeared after eating Pumpkin Seeds (https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/11-benefits-of-pumpkin-seeds) and Garlic (https://rumble.com/v11joqg-heres-why-you-should-start-your-day-with-raw-garlic-and-water.html) (both organic non-GMO) every day in my self-made soup for a couple of weeks.

"Brain-fog" can also happen if you have too many metallic particles in your body being AFFECTED by nearby microwaves coming from among others: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?100537-Stop-5G-before-it-s-irreversible-&p=1446016&viewfull=1#post1446016), anything "cordless" like cordless speakers, cordless headphones/earbuds etc. etc. Even if you have NO metallic particles in your body, Electrosmog combined with Erratic Pulsed Microwaves coming from multiple sources are known to be cumulative harmful.

There is only one US patent for liver cure and it's niacin.
Patent no.: US 9,072,732 B2

Start with 1 g of niacin (the one that causes flushing) and 1 g of real folic acid (swansons brand is ok) and some of what we used to call liver factor ( glutamine) and wash this down with sheep's kefir. Do this in am and just before bed time.

Addition. There are 2 forms of glutamine that you want to try. L type and Acetyl.
