I saw this post. It is well written and covers a lot of good points that may have applied to you when you woke up and therefore should help with your task of helping those around you with the same challenges.

To all my friends out there who know what’s really going on…
To all my conspiracy theorist friends…
Yes, sometimes it’s a curse and not always a blessing to be awake.
Awakening is the most liberating, alienating, excruciating, empowering, lonely, confusing, freeing, frightening, expansive journey.
If you find yourself struggling as you try to process all this insanity, you are not alone.
No one talks about the darkness that accompanies awakening, or the GRIEF.
Not only grieving the life and illusions you once had but the realization that almost everything you thought you once knew, is a LIE.
The beliefs you’ve held, people you’ve trusted, principles you were taught- ALL LIES.
Shattering illusions is RARELY an enjoyable experience.
There is a considerable amount of discomfort that comes with growth and the grieving process doesn’t stop there.
With these newfound realizations, you then find yourself grieving all over again.
Grieving the loss of many relationships with people who just don’t “get it”.
Feeling alone; being ridiculed and shamed, not only by the masses but for many of you, your very own family and friends too.
Feeling like you no longer have much in common with the people you are surrounded by.
Struggling with carrying on bull****, shallow conversations that lack substance with those who are still fast asleep.
Even feeling disconnected from your entire support system because they can’t see what you see.
Some even grieve the loss of their ignorance- because “ignorance is bliss” and reality is harsh.   Awakening can be a lonely road and you will often find yourself journeying alone.
There is no way to sugarcoat it- Awakening to the realities of this world is brutal.
It will have you running through the entire gamut of human emotions.
You have to master the art of diving down the darkest of rabbit holes only to come out and still function in daily life, and that’s a skill people don’t talk about enough.
Some of you are struggling with feeling disconnected from family and friends, it’s as though they exist in another world.  Please know you are not alone, and not only are you not alone, you have an entire tribe standing with you.
We may be separated by miles, but we are DEEPLY connected; in purpose and in spirit.

I wrote it; but only in my head and in a different arrangement, and not as well as this author.

yes a good post well said, well written

I went down the 9/11 hole again today. Stew Peters interview with a pilot saying no way piloted planes hit the towers and pentagon. That it was remote controlled drones. This is also what Field McConnel states and I agree because I saw the 2nd plane approach from my town and it was a grey plane , not a white passenger jet

But I mention this because here we are today, so many lies since this 9/11 lie and it has not even been solved.
And this follows with the Nordstream 2, the horrific Hawaii fire , Jan 6th and a stolen election, then add all the events since then up to today.
At some point, I cannot even blame the citizenry, the normies and so on because they are simply guilty of believing the people they elected and hired are doing thier job, telling the truth. They are guilty of wanting to just live, raise a family watch football and enjoy a cookout
Isn't that the way it should be?

Im plagued with this damn search for truth. its too late for me to be anything else but Im ok with that

I look at myself in the shaving mirror every morning and think those words. It is comforting to know others feel the same.

Beautifully articulated - felt like I could have written it myself all those years ago when I went down the rabbit hole.

You mean the second plane that hit the WTC Doug? That was UA175 and it was grey. Not sure where the white passenger jet reference comes from. Maybe flight 77 that hit the Pentagon?

The actual plane that hit south tower, taken 1999

I wasn't aware Doug that you had seen the approach of one of the planes. I personally needed no convincing that planes indeed hit those buildings, but it is good to know we on Avalon have an actual eye witness -- and a reputable one! I also share your suspicion Doug that those planes were drones, as in, outfitted military 767s made to look like the original planes and dressed in AA and UA livery.

But back to topic. Even for me, well-versed and deeply invested in let's say 'alternative narratives' even in 2001, 9/11 was a hard pill to swallow. Should the whole truth about the events of that day ever come out to the normies it will rock the world off its axis.

A good friend of mine is currently in a psychiatric hospital, due to a combination of awakening to what's going on in the world, inner spiritual awakening and early life unresolved trauma.

That's quite a full on combination, and will take time and the right skilled therapist(s) to assist him to find resolution.

This type of awakening experience is becoming more and more common, and I feel it's really important for people who have the capacity, to invest in learning ways in which to support people going through these processes. It can even be as simple as sitting with someone and being calm, and allowing their body's central nervous system to synchronise with that vibe.

This piece of truth resonates deeply within me and there is more apprporiate place than Avalon to share it, thank you.

I feel detached from 90% of humanity and I don't even try to hide it anymore. I'm sick to the core of all the lies, the manipulation and the shallowness around me. This has taken somewhat of a toll on my mental health and my motivation to do anything and the global situation is only getting worse. It feels as if we're waiting for a post-credit scene, an explosive one at that, but also one that will shake us all and invoke change.

The author is completely right that being awake is not only a blessing but a curse as well. Ever since I was a child I've been able to intuitively feel the people around. My intuition has never been wrong - it's all in the eyes. It's true that the eyes are the doorway to the soul. This is what I'd like to add here, although I'm certain all the Avalon members are aware of it:

Seek the soul, look people in the eye and embrace the exchange of energy. It is always a two-way process and who knows - maybe you will be the one responsible for waking someone up. Or you may even find someone to walk together.
