white is benign and they will be in trine relationship by right ascendant
a more harmonious mars with potential for good works and a happier motivation for positive action
...mars in libra can bring efforts for some balance, and more peaceful relations under white star influence
..mercury opposite uranus coinciding can bring some interesting inspired thought and communications

sirius is around 17 degree south so at northern higher latitudes it appears above the horizon for part of a day..subconscious rather than unconscious.
.eg at london latitude early november. it rises 11pm sets 8am.
