Cliff is absolutely right in terms of brain patterns and the impossibility to change them for most adults and that each culture has its really difficult to change brain patterns based on language and culture.

Any multilingual and/or multicultural person knows that. Even brain scans can show it. When I speak English my personnality is slightly different to my French one or the one I have when I speak Spanish. It was yet more difficult in Turkey because their culture is far from mine and I did not master the language enough.

However, stillness and observation helped a lot. This is language and cultural adaptation, often through cultural shock. It is a long difficult training for changes to happen easily.

However, it can be made easier through the kind of mind stillness you have in meditation and quiet thourough observation of what is.

I suggest those behaviors for what is coming.

Listened to Cliff speaking of this 'Ontology' - now ontology is a branch of philosophy which concerns itself with determining what we can know as being 'real' it is basically metaphysics, I recall becoming intrigued by 'Epistemology' which is related to Ontology, this seeks to understand what we 'know' how we come to know and how we know it is 'knowledge' - this is what I used to consider the real work of philosophy, I say 'used to' because this was an intellectual game I played to justify my attending college and spending lots of time reading books and discussing ideas with professors e.t.c I am not sure that Cliff is using this term Ontology in the classic sense, he has grasped onto it to describe the anti-Einstein physics, the non-Grit universe. I know what Cliff is getting at but somehow I think there is a better term for this other than Ontology, this is a little vague and ethereal for me, but then again perhaps this is indeed the essence of ontological thinking!

Goodness me, all these big words…Ontology/Oncology, all with different associations. Epistamology for example, easily confused with Epesiotomy, or Apisectomy. A ghastly mix up potential between nether regions, my dentist performing one and obstetrician performing another… Can’t things be simplified these days? No wonder we’re all lobotomised pyschologically….🙄

Same happened to me:

- Feeling uncomfortable because he was using the term 'ontology' in a strange way.
Ontology, Epistemology, etc. were everyday bread and butter in the world of 'AI 1.0'.

- Similarly ClifH seems to use some terms of computer science and programming a bit strangely.

He is mostly self-learned, so this is to be expected.

But I think he is very smart, honest and has great insights.

I have learned to interpret parts of what he says as sayings of a Mystic, half-holy man, who does not care about opinions of others, after a lot tripping in spirit-world while self-healing, and almost-dying some years ago.

The way I hear Clif, he speaks of computer programs as if they were a single, mechanistic, deterministic, sequence of computations and logic, like a program for a classic "Turing machine". The Intel RDRAND instruction may not generate all that great a random number, as Clif notes, but there are far more capable ways of generating arbitrarily high quality random numbers using computers.


RDRAND and RDSEED are everywhere, including Linux OS unless you explicitly build your kernel without RDRAND instruction, like disable CONFIG_RANDOM_TRUST_CPU, but in that case you would have to explicitly configure it to source from non-RDRAND sources like physical interrupts, TPM modules, etc (like OpenBSD does avoiding entirely RDRAND and RDSEED by default).

Hardware based like "HWRNGs from YubiKey" bypass the CPU entirely.

Anyway libraries and systems can be configured to completely ignore RDRAND and RDSEED, sourcing entropy from trusted mechanisms. That is what I learned along the years.

Yes. HWRNGs are hardware random number generator (aka non-deterministic random bit generator), YubiKey by Yubico it is used for 2FA, passwd management and also cryptographic signing. You can check full data here: https://www.yubico.com/

YubiKey was not projected to be only that, but it has HWRNGs capabilities to generate true random numbers from physical processes, and that will allow to avoid rely on CPU-based instructions like RDSEED/RDRAND, but have this in mind YubiKey is not dedicated for seeding an RNG for a system-wide cryptography, OneRNG is a dedicated one, you can read more here: https://onerng.info/

Lastly YubiKey provides hardware backed randomness for specific tasks like cryptographic key generation but it is not intended to be generate raw entropy or to be used as a primary entroty source for systems. It is just limited to cryptographic functions. You may need something more appropriate for a system-wide use, to avoid relying on RDSEED by default.

From what I recall, most of his code is written in Perl which I would say, is a very limiting factor, although there are thousands of Perl modules now.
For those of us (few remaining elders) who became experts in C and Unix back in the Bell Labs and UC Berkley days of the 1970's, Perl came along later, and was especially valued by system admins, who found in that one language, Perl, the variety of system and text file tools that we elders accomplished using the broad and varied set of various specific command-line tools that we had previously coded and became skilled in using.

Perl, if you're skilled in it, is excellent for writing task specific text processing tools (though it's a write-once, read-never, language). Perl also has the fastest I/O routines of any major language, prior to the last decade. Perl's I/O routines are not based on the nearly ubiquitous stdio routines that most Unix/Linux tools are now based on, to the dismay of a few old timers such as myself, who find stdio to have some critical performance limits and some too easy opportunities to code buffer overflow bugs (just ask Microsoft programmers coding in C's children C++ or C#.)

I still have, to this day, perhaps a couple of dozen lines of Perl, scattered about the 100's of thousands of lines of code I've developed for my own use, such as for processing Avalon logs and SQL dumps, where I find Perl's speed and precision in handling certain specific text transformations to be valuable.

For the kind of work Clif was doing analyzing the text his webbot crawlers found, if he was skilled in in, Perl would be a compelling choice. Given what I vaguely recall of Clif's background having included being, back in the 80's or 90's, a sys admin guru in Microsoft or some Telecom company, I forget which, it would make sense that he was skilled with Perl. Furthermore, he would have primarily used Perl on simpler CPU's of the time, which were substantially simpler, more like non-random Turing machines, in their architecture than the CPU's (and associated memory and power management) in most of our present mobile, desktop, and server systems.

The best random number generator, with serious entropy, that I knew of back in the 1990's was used to publish genuinely random numbers over the early Web by some of my colleagues at Silicon Graphics. It extracted entropy using a digital camera that watched a lava lamp, extracting entropy from the sequence of digitized images taken I'd guess 30 times a second.

Nowadays, I can (and as one of my self-amusing side hobbies do) extract greater amounts of genuine physical entropy from most any multi-core CPU running a modern multi-threaded operating system, just with code, no lava lamps, ... as there is now a nearly inscrutable layering and entanglement of timing, voltage, temperature, caching, ... interactions going on beneath their surface, if one knows how to capture that essential physical unpredictability with a couple of hundred of lines of C and shell code.

Fortunately for all of us who enjoy following Clif, his "hobbies" have taken him in more widely appreciated directions. However, if anyone reading this has need for a seriously good random number generator to be run in a Linux/C/shell environment on a modern multiprocessor, you're welcome to ask me.

Each hash in a proof of work crypto such as Bitcoin takes a few milliseconds.

The problem is finding a hash with a particular pattern. Bitcoin mining machines keep including a different random number in with the next proposed packet of transactions, until the hash of the combined result has the required pattern, a sufficient number of leading zero's. My desktop computer can perform a SHA-256 hash on a 2 Mbyte block of data, such as Bitcoin uses, in about 6.4 msecs. No doubt the custom Bitcoin mining machines can do better than that nowadays.

However, the current Bitcoin requirement is for 19 leading zeros, so that means on average, half of that, some 218 hashes, using that many different guesses looking for a "lucky" random number, are needed each round. That' a billion-billion hashes, and would take (if I got my zero's right) about 192 million years just running on my one desktop. Fortunately, there are enough Bitcoin hashing machines running, around the world, each guessing and testing to find a lucky random number that will make the SHA-256 hash of a packet, using that number in the random field, to keep repeating this on average every 15 minutes instead.

Every four years or so, the number of zero's required increases by one, making the problem twice as hard. This is a simple way of keeping up, more or less, with the ever increasing efficiency of computers.

Other cryptocurrencies, that are optimized more for efficiency than for resilience from certain kinds of network attacks, are far more efficient, by choice.

Aha - your site. The word "Mike" is visible on one or two of the displayed pages, but the word "Gorman" is hidden in the html.

I'm more a back end plus theory guy. If I had been a car engine designer, then in my retirement I would have had a garage with lots of good old tools, where I rebuilt or modified a few engines that I owned, and I would spend my sitting time studying the concepts behind various other engine technologies, such as electric, hybrid, and helium. I'd have no shop to buy, sell or repair anything. I'd have no interest in or reason to have my own website. I'd post and read stuff of interest to me on some small website and maybe fix the car engine of that website's owner, if he lived down the street.

I just watched Cliff's Trump ****s Up video, currency VS Money: I notice that Cliff alluded to the idea he knows about Zero Point Energy, but that the official world would not like what he has to tell them. I can't make up my mind if Cliff is like one of those people who believes they 'know everything' and has access to all kinds of recondite knowledge but is really a self deluding braggart, OR if he is in fact a remarkable genius who does indeed know many things, his language model and predictions for the world give him a certain kudos, and credibility, but does this cover everything Cliff asserts, are we being too naïve here and enabling a confabulator, or is he definitely worth listening to and taking on face value?? These questions plague me, I have never put myself forward as being a prophet, or a leader of people, but I do know a thing or two, I have a genuine education and broad experience, my senses are perturbed by this man sometimes. He has some talents:

His vocabulary is large and his language precise.
He speaks of himself in friendly, humble terms.
He speaks of diverse, large, topics with his careful language.
He does NOT try to impress with dramatic voice or gesture.

The result is that he sounds quite impressive in his expertise on whatever topic he speaks.

However, on topics that I have some familiarity with, or just my own more firmly held views, AND on his forecasts, I think he is sometimes way wrong, just as often as the rest of us.

In other words, he's mastered the art of speaking like a master, but can offer up b.s. (albeit finely worded b.s.) just as a high a percentage of times as anyone else.

I do enjoy listening to him however ... he's my kind of geeky old, articulate fart. He's got less hair than I do, apparently more Bitcoin, certainly more followers, and fewer remaining of his "nine cat lives", but we have quite a bit in common as well.

Ok - it's taken me a couple of days to figure out where I think that Clif's "COUNTDOWN TO ZERO" video and related "Agenda : 2039!" substack essay that he posted in the last couple of days fall short.

In his "COUNTDOWN TO ZERO" video, Clif spells out three failed attempts to revive the US Dollar as the global reserve currency, that he expects to unfold (and unravel) in the coming three months or so:

Fixing this $US system that's based on US Treasury debt.
Rebuilding this $US system to be based on gold or oil or such.
Some other poorly thought out scheme, based I guess on cryptocurrency.

Clif then says, with less specifics, we'll go our own way.

All of these three alternatives involve debt-money, in which the Federal Reserve lends money into existence, in exchange for debt and promissory notes of various sorts.

There are three kinds of economies:


Long term, stable communities living off the land, whether as hunter-gatherers, or as farmers in small communities dominated by farming. What must be saved from year to year, such as seeds, animals, and tools, and what must be preserved across the generations such as certain knowledge and skills, as well as infrastructure such as barns and wagons, is known to and personally held, nurtured and maintained by the farmers and their families and communities.

Expanding, technology civilizations based on energy technology that has its limitations of one sort or another, such as wood, coal, gas, oil, uranium, hydro, wind, or solar. War, debt-money, centrally controlled "news" (whether by priests, newspapers, radio or the Web), and centrally controlled longer range transportation (whether by caravans, Roman roads, British ships, or US Navy protected corporate shipping) are common "tools" used to aggregate the power of individuals and communities, to aggregate the wealth and power of a few. Maintaining control of the primary sources of energy is core to maintaining control of such civilizations.

Civilizations of abundance, with powerful technologies including nearly free ZPT (Zero Point Technology) energy, in which (we can imagine) our affairs can be conducted in the spirit in the communities of [A], but on a scale and wealth greater than possible in .


We clearly an Expanding, technology civilization, labeled [B] above. Our primary energy source for the last century has been petroleum (with substantial secondary sources from hydroelectric and nuclear power). Our monetary system uses debt-money (money lent into existence), with the US Dollar the dominant underlying global currency, and with US Treasury debt the corresponding debt. In other words, to create a new US Dollar, the US Treasury & Federal Reserve, in a hand and glove joint operation, issue and sell US debt (notes, bills and bonds), while crediting various agencies and institutions of the US government with the proceeds of those sales.

In short, our U.S. government spends US Dollars into existence.

Actually, the U.S. government (working with the Fed) is not the only complex that generates US Dollars. The European Union (EU) governments and banks, including the United Kingdom (UK), also hold (and I suspect sometimes create, without corresponding debt paper) US Dollars. These are called Eurodollars. Eurodollars now provide an immense pool of liquidity which the UK and EU can use to manipulate and leverage the US financial and monetary markets. If Tom Luongo and his colleague Alex Krainer are correct in their analyses of the last couple of years, Fed Chair Jerome Powell has been leading a major counter-coup against the British and Euro banks, and the Bank of England (BOE), founded in 1694, may well be going bankrupt as a result of (1) this counter-coup and (2) the BOE's major bond losses in the Ukraine war, when a collapsed, defeated and destroyed Ukraine will be unable to repay its massive war debts. But I digressed.

US Dollars, like all such debt-money, serve two purposes:


US Dollars are a medium of transaction, and

US Debt is sold to create the Dollars used to pay for all our government does, much of it "illegal, immoral, fattening, and off the books", but also to fund long term projects to acquire more power, fight bigger wars, build infrastructure, develop more technology, train workers, indoctrinate the population, and other more or (often) less worthy projects.


Crypto is replacing Dollars as a medium of transaction. That will become rapidly visible to a substantial portion of the population, in some form or other, over the coming months and few years.

But Crypto does [B]not create money. It only stores and exchanges money.

Money with real additional value is generated by making, growing, mining, creating, manufacturing or otherwise generating goods, services and materials with real additional value that can be exchanged for whatever passes for money at the time, which is just whatever can in turn be spent to get other goods, services and materials, such as may be available and desired.

Debt is a lien on future earnings, on the future money earned by "making or doing" stuff.

Once we live in a Civilization of abundance, with powerful technologies including nearly free ZPT (Zero Point Technology) energy, then the scarcity economics of our present civilization, in which a few control the masses by retaining control of critical resources, especially of energy, will no longer work, and the tyrants ruling over us using such scarcity economics will lose their power.

But ZPT will not suddenly (in a few months or a year or two) replace debt as the core well spring of our wealth and investment.

That sort of change is too profound, reaching into every fiber of our civilization.

Clif High recognizes this, and in his substack article I linked above, Clif lays out a 30 year forecast for how ZPT may come to replace our current scarcity based, petroleum fueled, expanding technology civilization.

Given the above, and given what I've been observing, with enough profits to put a smile on my face (I'm usually a happy sort; my smiles come cheap) in the crypto markets over the last decade or more,

I forecast that:

Over the coming year or two, we will substantially shift from a US Dollar dominated global monetary system using SWIFT, to a multi-lateral global monetary system, using XRP for cross border monetary transactions, where each nation controls a stable coin in its own currency. For example, US Dollars can (even now) be moved in and out of the crypto world by buying and selling the USDC crypto with and for US Dollars. The USDC to US Dollar exchange rate is locked at almost exactly one to one. The United States will regulate the USDC crypto and exchanges in and out of USDC, but once you have your money in USDC, you will be able to send or receive it, via XRP, to anyone else on or near the planet, who might be using any other national currency and associated stable coin in that currency. This will work whether you're sending $US 10, or $US 10 Billion.

In line with Alex Krainer's work, the European Union will disintegrate back into its various nations, each with their own historically named currency, each of which will have a corresponding crypto stable coin.

The forex trading wizards, who buy and sell and trade in the various national and (until the Euro collapses) regional currencies will shift to working in the crypto world, moving money between the various national stable coins, thereby dynamically setting exchange rates between any pair of foreign currencies (hence the word "Forex") in near real time, around the clock.

The dominance of the crypto "Bitcoin" in the first decade of cryptocurrencies will fade. Bitcoin was essentially how the cryptocurrency system initial build was funded. But now that the cryptocurrency world is connecting up big time to the traditional national currency world, Bitcoin will become a relic. But only if you assume that economics is the deciding factor, when it's actually much more to do with how rationally people think and behave in times of crisis--which isn't very...

The changes already evident in weather (we know it has nothing to do with carbon emissions), and the measurable diminishment of the planet's protective magnetic field and ozone layer, including other natural factors such as the failure of migrating animals to find their way-- not to mention the increasingly insane behavior of the population at large-- are just some of the signs that attest to the shortsightedness of ignoring such phenomena.

Add the failure of at least one large portion of the electric grid, which could happen at any time once there is a solar event large enough.

Young's thinking is largely shaped by Theosophy and Anthroposophy and I don't always agree, but I think it's unfortunate to fail to at least consider it.
...And easy to appreciate how very thoroughly human evolution is explored within that contect.
Even just the first half hour of this one talk can open up one's thinking to perspectives that are usually side-lined or not considered at all, particularly in the mainly materialistic context which prevails so much today.

I don't try to hold my computer mouse and my paint brush in my hands at the same time I hold my Phillips #2 screwdriver when I am trying to remove a Phillips #2 screw, even though I own and value all those tools.

If you choose to discuss elsewhere on the Avalon forum, on threads that are a better fit for such considerations, other aspects that are engaging your mind at present and that you wish to share with others here, I promise not to complain there at length, in multiple posts, that you aren't also discussing Clif High's comments on debt-money and crypto-coins there. Deal? Mr Pythonic Cow, regarding that 22 trillion beats per second business, Cliff's idea concerning the wink-in/wink-out durations, I think it is related to the frequency model, like video screens, and much of electronic durations, definitely a frequency modulation kind of concept, the cosmic pulsing of consciousness: I quite like this one it has a solid engineering kind of flavour! My current mental model for that level of the materium is of a fluidic like æther, that we might (I don't have a good guess) model accurately using a locally uniform frequency, but in my view ...


The universe doesn't wink in and out at that coordinated frequency, which would be a massive violation of a principle I hold to, of locality. Rather the æther might be everywhere oscillating, and we couldn't even say that it's the same frequency of oscillation everywhere, because we have no more fundamental material "yardstick" (or stopwatch) to compare the rate of æthereal oscillation in two different places or times to determine if they are the same or not.

Even saying that the æther has such a frequency is a bit of a paradox, because the way we measure frequency these days is by asserting that the frequency of microwave radiation that maximizes a particular emission of radiated cesium atoms is exactly 9,192,631,770 Hz. "This is one foot long because the King has asserted that 'one foot' is the length of his foot."

The idea that one could move an arbitrary distance, at essentially infinite speed, just by "winking back into existence" somewhere else, after just having had one's body do its once every 22 trillion times per second wink out elsewhere ... that all sounds like mumbo-jumbo b.s. hokum to me. Clif might have had one too many of some substance that might be illegal in some localities.

As I listen to yet another explanation by Clif High of what he thinks is happening to the US Dollar (later part of FIGHTING THE BLUE CHICKENS with CLIFF HIGH, JORDAN SATHER & JC - DEC 4 (https://rumble.com/v5vwwjq--fighting-the-blue-chickens-with-cliff-high-jordan-sather-and-jc-dec-4.html), a 2 hour 20 minute long (twice that if you fall asleep in the middle of it) three way discussion between Clif High, Jean-Claude, and Jordan Sather, ...

... I can summarize in another format my view on the collapse of the US Dollar, highlighting how I would expand on or disagree with Clif High:

Clif notes, correctly I believe, that the US Dollar is debt-money (dollars are tokens for the receipts, loan repayments, from US Treasury debt, not tokens for something material, such as gold bars).

Clif notes, correctly I believe, that debt-money systems have a finite life expectancy. All such systems die, and the US Dollar is on its death bed, and probably has been since the financial crisis of 2007-2008.

Different aspects of the US and global monetary system will change differently.

I expect major losses in American's investments and collapses in the price of assets, for example real estate, that are usually bought using debt (mortgages). Hopefully (I say as an old man collecting Social Security) elders will continue to receive expected value on their Social Security and (most, not all) retirement funds, but the younger an American is, the less they get from whatever they've already paid in.

Many banks, debt financed institutions (overbuilt hospitals, universities, investment firms and government offices, for example) will collapse, be consolidated, or shrink dramatically. Financial assets such as stocks, bonds, mortgage backed securities, the Federal Reserve's balance sheet and a quadrillion dollars of derivatives will crash substantially or collapse entirely. Lots of multi-million dollar homes in the suburbs of New York City will go "no bid", as Wall Street shrinks dramatically.

Fungible asset storage within the United States may well be a blend of debt and hard assets such as gold and bitcoin for quite a while. Money as "debt-money" will not vanish within the United States. Some money will still be lent into existence. Some bonds, bills, notes and asset backed securities will still be sold. But that internal U.S. financial and monetary market for debt-money and its corresponding asset paper will collapse substantially and in some cases catastrophically. I expect Ripple/XRP to be a significantly useful tool in this space, providing a fast, economical and tamper resistant platform for cross currency transactions, of all sizes, tiny to massive.

Aset-Wrld: Assets outside the United States:


BRICS nations are already unwinding their US Treasury debt portfolio as best they can with minimum (albeit substantial) losses. They are migrating both to other debt instruments, and to various hard assets, such as vaulted gold, mined minerals, or drilled oil and gas.

The role of the US Dollar as the global reserve currency, for trade and assets outside the U.S., Trad-Wrld and Aset-Wrld, is being phased out.

The role of the US Dollar as daily or monthly spending money within the United States (Trad-US) can probably be maintained. The US banking and political systems have a strong incentive to keep this working, more or less. The risk of government and banking collapse and revolution is high when currencies fail within a nation.

In short, the global "US Reserve Dollar" is collapsing and being replaced by bi-lateral national agreements. The portion of the domestic US Dollar asset value that has been highly pumped up by the Dollar's role as the global Reserve Currency will collapse substantially and dramatically, while the US Dollar as the domestic currency of trade will limp through. This is the consequence of Triffin's Dilemma (see above link) finally being played out.

The role of the US in the global monetary system will contract to that of "just another nation", making bi-lateral trade agreements. Fortunately the US has mineral, petro, and food assets to offer in trade, and hopefully (I say this as an American) the US can rebuild its technology and manufacturing to provide other value to offer in trade.

The roles of the US as the dominant global arms dealer, political disrupter, toxic pharmaceutical producer, and war monger will hopefully (I say this as a human) shrink dramatically.

The Global US Dollar is dying which will include a 90% collapse of domestic US prices (stocks, bonds, real estate, and a few globalized "industries", such as arms, drugs, covert ops and intelligence, smuggling of arms, drugs, and humans, fake news, and Hollyweird) that have been overly inflated thanks to the (dying) global leverage of the US Dollar ... the resolution of Triffin's Dilemma. The US Dollar will become "just another national currency", albeit the currency of a nation blessed with abundant land and resources.

Chris Martensen has made quite a few videos about the reliance of oil etc. for our food production, everything we manufacture, transport, just about everything needed in the way we now run our world.


Those energy rescources would no longer be the top priority that can lead to greed and wars and fear of survival in small and large economies. It would hopefully be a cleaner energy and maybe no carbon tax? :bigsmile: I do believe Clif mentioned it would take over 80 years to transition to a new energy scource, and it would be quite a radical change.

To introduce my observations:

_ Some times when you go into a new environment (house,room,Bar,Club,work place etc...) you got some "vibes" from those places...likes,dislikes, whatever! and the same with "new people"

Thanks for the tip, Harmony. I didn't realize that embedding a Rumble takes more than a casual glance at the visible URL link when viewing the actual video. Learning something new everyday in my old age. As Bill explains, one has to click on the Embed link, then look at the last line of the script with the Rumble line and copying the video tag (which is the second parameter) that appears in the Rumble function reference/call.

The best random number generator, with serious entropy, that I knew of back in the 1990's was used to publish genuinely random numbers over the early Web by some of my colleagues at Silicon Graphics. It extracted entropy using a digital camera that watched a lava lamp, extracting entropy from the sequence of digitized images taken I'd guess 30 times a second.

Nowadays, I can (and as one of my self-amusing side hobbies do) extract greater amounts of genuine physical entropy from most any multi-core CPU running a modern multi-threaded operating system, just with code, no lava lamps, ... as there is now a nearly inscrutable layering and entanglement of timing, voltage, temperature, caching, ... interactions going on beneath their surface, if one knows how to capture that essential physical unpredictability with a couple of hundred of lines of C and shell code.

Fortunately for all of us who enjoy following Clif, his "hobbies" have taken him in more widely appreciated directions. However, if anyone reading this has need for a seriously good random number generator to be run in a Linux/C/shell environment on a modern multiprocessor, you're welcome to ask me.
My mind has continued to stew (slowly, on a back burner) over Clif High's adamant claim that one can generate real random numbers using a computer program.

As I was listening earlier tonight to a modest Youtube video on NP-Complete vs Polynomial (NPC vs P) algorithms, I finally realized what I think is behind Clif's claim.

First, a couple of background definitions, from Google Search's AI:



In computational complexity, "P" refers to a class of problems that can be solved in polynomial time (meaning the time to solve scales with the input size raised to a constant power), while "NP-Complete" represents a set of problems within the "NP" class (problems where a solution can be verified in polynomial time) that are considered the hardest,

Though Clif will likely never read this, I composed my rebuttal to his claims as the following message to him:

There are numerous rich sources of easily digitized analog randomness in any of the more complex "modern" CPU's such as their multiple layers of interacting caches, buffers, pipelines, power, thermals currents, voltages, clocks, and other CPU (as described in Computer Science from the Bottom Up Chapter 3: Computer Architecture (https://www.bottomupcs.com/ch03.html)) and memory hierarchy components, that one can leverage in the ever changing computing milieu to generate numeric variety that is not (P)olynomially computable.

Similarly at the operating system software level, once one is running several threads at a time, competing for CPU, cache, RAM, disk, and bus resources, then the mapping of virtual to physical resources becomes random, not (P)olynomially reproducible, but (necessarily) known to the kernel and easily discoverable by an application able to make the right inquiries of the kernel it's running on.

Therefore one can code very high quality, really very random number generators in modest little programs, so long as one has a "good" (multi-core, complex architecture) CPU and kernel (virtual memory, multiple cores, layers of memory cache, multiple threads, ...) or similar, such as found in most any mobile, laptop, desktop, or server system, and so long as one codes so as to leverage the NP-Complete complexity of some of the available underlying analog dynamic behavior.

Unlike my SGI colleagues of the 1990's, we no longer need to digitize something such as a lava lamp (as in the lobby of SGI Building 6 where I worked for a while) to get randomness. Now our code runs on hardware with at least as much NP-Complete analog uncertainty as that lava lamp, which uncertainty our code can easily extract to fuel our random number generators.

This claim sounds like total B.S. to me. At best it's an oversimplification of some phenomenon (whether just theoretical or actually physical, I don't know) ... a gross oversimplification.

For one thing, whatever is happening to a hair on Mara's left ear (Bill's dog) on a hill in Ecuador at this instant is not in precise synchrony with whatever is happening on some key on my keyboard in North Texas ... much less is either in precise synchrony with all the atoms and photons, all of them, in the HD1 galaxy, located approximately 13.5 billion light-years away from our Milky Way galaxy.

The entire bloody universe is not blinking in and out like a single, universally synchronized, flickering LED light.

For another thing, that I just now noticed, that applies at the very small scale, rather than the very large. In the time of one over twenty-two trillion times per second, light travels about 3 nanometers. The width of the hydrogen atom is approximately 0.1 nanometers, and the size of that atom's nucleus is 0.00001 nanometers. The structure of the universe, at these smallest scales, is much finer, much faster, than twenty-two trillion times per second. Light can travel 3/0.00001 == 0.3 million times the diameter of a hydrogen atom in that time.


The universe is way faster than this at smallest scales.
The universe is way less synchronized than this at the largest scales.


The "best" science we currently have figures that the smallest time and distance intervals that "matter" are the "Planck time" and "Planck length" related to Planck's constant (cf https://www.techtarget.com/whatis/definition/Plancks-constant). Planck time is approximately a few million-trillion-trillion times quicker than Clif High's twenty-two trillion times per second.

Clif's numbers are not even in the right ball park. They are further off the mark than my best golf shot, made here from North Texas, would be of making a hole-in-one on some golf course on a planet in the Andromeda galaxy (I've never played a single hole of regular golf in my life).

P.S. -- Some of my above calculations may be off by a factor of two or so, one way the other, which matters less to my above observations than would the size of the nuts of a male mouse that an elephant just accidentally stepped on would matter to the elephant.

P.P.S. -- I have never heard Clif provide any source, reference or explanation for where he got this "twenty-two trillion times per second" from, and I have never noticed that particular frequency show up in any of my other studies of conventional or unconventional physics. I have zip-zero-nada clue where he got that number from.

How do take on the GOOD that cherishes every being? You cannot legislate that understanding.

Yes, Clif, you are wrong about what you wrote. That's apparently due to the fact that you don't appear to know much about ETs.

I do like your characterization of the "Elohim worship cult" since the Elohim are also known as, Anunnaki, Watchers, Ra, Ptah, Thoth, Ahura Mazda, Queztalcoatl, Helios, Neter, Mercury, Hermes and many other names of the Sun Gods and their fellow ET conspirators who masqueraded as gods. They demanded to be worshiped (or else!) and they started religions and nefarious secret societies around the planet for thousands of years.

Actually, if one enlarges Dick Allgire's drawing of "A BIG URBAN AREA", there is nothing in it that indicates a fire is taking place or has taken place. None of the written notes on the drawing indicate anything about a fire. Nothing on the drawing indicates that it is Los Angeles. Looks like Clif jumped the shark again. :facepalm:

I may have anticipated a theme that could frighten more cautious readers. Still, there is no way to prepare a traditional readership for the hypothesis I seek to test in Gods of the Bible, starting precisely from the Hebrew translations and the demystification of theological, spiritualising readings. Yahweh, the protagonist of the Old Testament, was just the leader of the family of Jacob.

Other families, peoples, and nations had their leaders; only they did not take the pain to write an accurate account of such relationships. Or maybe they did, and the books were lost. But the question is: who were these “leaders” that the ancient people considered “deities” and referred to by different but equivalent names? The Sumerians called them “Anunnaki,” the Egyptians called them “Neteru,” and the Babylonians called them “Ilanu.” The Bible calls them “Elohim.” Who were the Elohim, then?

This is a bit of a strange one from Clif. I did a bit of research into the subject matter mentioned and it is clear that this video is just a click bait fictional story.

But watching Clif's video he seemed to interpret the video as "true"

The most obvious sign that the video is fiction is it's portrayal of quantum computers as being functional.
In reality (unclassified quantum computers made by companies like Google) have never been able to do much of anything. Nobody has even made a single functional quibit. I would think Cliff knows this?

Could he be under duress?
I find it hard to believe that Clif would take this fictional YouTube video as truth, but it sure seems that way.
Nothing in the video can be confirmed other than the fact that Google did have a Sycamore X computer that was shutdown because it didn't work.

I did a bunch of research on Sycamore back when Google first claimed it could beat the best supercomputers in the world. Turns out that was a lie, and it couldn't due anything due to error correction problem.

I see there are quite a few videos on the internet about the Voyager's message found when one of our quantum computers went through the incoming data. I haven't lisened to all of the video I have linked below, as it is late here where I am, so not sure how deep it goes. The short description above doesn't give Clif's audio message above a full idea of the content. The main thing that Clif was describing was that the information that was reconstructed was an image when decoded. That image changed the people who viewed it in a profoud way. SYNOPSIS

Sorry to segue here, I did listen to this ep and went and grabbed a PDF of Thinking and Destiny by Harold Percival, it is an epic tome well beyond my skillset in reading it, it is 1080 pages long as Clif mentions and I am only 70 pages in and it's a slog, enjoyable though, and oddly enough when I make a start in reading it, I feel enveloped by a lethargy of tiredness and confusion unsure if self generated or off person in order to stop me reading and to go and do something more brain deadening, anyone else experience similar?

Heidi is not 40 years my junior. Not quite. The difference in our ages was a barrier in my mind. Does that part offend you? Understandable as it is not within our societal norms.

Why continue to present the situation? Well, now we are talking the complexity of human emotion, its ability to be contagious from one human to another, and the demands of this current emergence from the event-stream.

The situation is that males in our western social order have not been raised correctly for many generations. They don't grasp their roles. This is especially damning to the romantics among these younger generations. Most don't grasp the power that they possess BY being a romantic. It's true. Only the romantics are morally fit to lead as they treasure Love. These kids do so treasure, even if they are so ignorant of their own nature as to not be able to articulate it, thus, you see my persistence in this matter.

There is no courage in humans without Love. Courage is in great demand now.

i am going to shift from referring to this unfolding period now as 'The Singularity' as that label has an alternate meaning flipping people's thoughts over to AI and such. Instead i will be using old school language from Terrance McKenna who called this period as "The Eschaton at the End of Time".

i am in agreement that this period of the unfolding Eternal Now is indeed emerging from the event-stream as 'The End of Time'. Thus my labeling this instance of the Eternal Now as the TimeZone.

The impact of this Summer of Emergence on your mind's foundational understanding will be so profound that you may become 'unstuck in time', unable to process the perceptual information in a meaningful manner thus unable to connect with our common shared reality.

As such an effect manifests, your mind may be overtaken by perceptual distortions that will place memory, or expectation (imaginings, delusions, fantasy) at a higher level of internal energy than perceptions of this common shared reality in this commonly experienced instant of the Eternal Now.

This is what will get your body killed.

People will be doing things, mostly normie people, and their perceptual problems will grab hold of their minds. They will not merely be 'lost in reverie'. Rather their minds will be unhinged from this Now, and overtaken by re-experiencing the conditions of that memory. So i know the probable unfolding of events for the Trumpitos the same way i am able to see these events nearly a year ahead of emergence.

Last few days of "Location Unknown" and today's Tanker explosion/sunk were known, and labeled months back. This manifested.

In mid-August a 'test' of the Trumpitos will emerge that they will fail miserably. It will be quite severe a blow to their political goals. They will see it developing then as i see it emerging now. Let it be.

So you are on your way to a job interview that will not work out because you are late as you stop to rescue a drowning man.

You get another job. This one in law enforcement for your local county corrections division. Years later your job requires you to escort a convicted murder to his execution. When you arrive, you recognize him as the man you saved from drowning that fateful day.

He went on to kill another man in a dispute over gambling wager. You believe that if you had not saved him the other man would still be alive.

What is your role and what are your responsibilities in this unfolding?

You can not control the outcome of your actions. You have no responsibility for such outcomes that are unknowable in that instance of the Now when the decision is made.

It would have been different if you had saved him during the fight where your vision could have included the probable outcome that your actions would save one man that he might kill another.

The rational voyager in this Matterium adopts the stance of detachment from the results of their actions. The karma that ripples from our actions is mostly unperceived and unknowable. That will change given enough Lives in this Matterium.

As a perpetual Tourist in this Matterium, your accumulation of experiences will lead to a changing of your perspective, within a Life. This change will facilitate your understanding of your own actions in a near real time manner. You will find that your mind becomes dynamic in its perception of your actions within the unfolding of the event-stream as they are occurring while your conscious awareness experiences itself being aware of your decisions as you are in the act of doing.

Then you realize that karma has made you an active agent of the event-stream. You can perceive the results of many of your actions ahead of the doing of them, so you have the opportunity to choose. You will discover that mostly you choose to not act.

You see the karma of the unfolding chain of events that result from your actions. As the event-stream manifests into this Eternal Now, you will notice your actions as an integral part of the emergence of streams of karma that result from each and every action of all other Life in this instance of the Now.

This is a very freeing perspective. It dawns on you that all karma is the result of choice. We all choose the Lives that we live. The idea of ‘victims’ is an illusion. Karma means that this Matterium is exactly and very precisely ‘fair’ to each and every individual as we ALL receive as the results that all of our actions over all of our bodies’ Lives shall dictate. There are NO victims.

When you are confronted with any aspect of our Matterium, the aware mind will note that the instance of that confrontation is to teach something, to reveal something to yourself in your own choices and actions that will further illuminate our common shared reality for your awareness and understanding.

Yes, there is Life that is abused in any given instance of this unfolding common shared reality. Such abused Life exists as part of your experience of this Matterium, in this Life, to aid your own karma. In that experience, of the abuse of Life manifesting in your awareness in this instance of the Now, your responsibility is clear; stop the abuse, without regard to the results. Capture and punish the abusers to assist them in their karma, without regard to the results. Aid, and comfort the abused, without regard to the results. It is the doing in the moment that is important.

No ‘victim’ in this Matterium can ever be made ‘whole’ for previous damage. The idea of restoration to a previous state is comical. This body’s Life is lived as a participant in a Universe Karma Engine. To view our common shared reality in any other way is to live your body’s Life in delusion.

Maturation of individual awareness is an integral part of the self revealing of the Ontology. Everything is all grist for the mill as karma grinds on.

We infrequently but now and then get copyright complaints, either on the forum or the library.

When we do, just so long as we remove the infringing material and reply that we have done so, that's entirely sufficient. I've been doing that here since 2011 something, and am more than comfortable continuing to do so, so long as myself, this forum, and my admin role here continue. I might not be as practiced with the law as Clif, but I am perhaps just as comfortable playing in that arena, to the extent of my skills there, as he is. Thanks to my history working on the copyright and legal issues on the boundary between proprietary and open source software, U.S. copyright law is something I've long been familiar with.

About the only way that I notice a space issue (disks keep getting cheaper faster than we humans can type faster, and have been doing so since I counted my production in punched cards, not disk drive sectors) is when someone (1) makes a large post (2) waits five or more minutes to get beyond a timer in the web server code, and then (3) makes and posts dozens of edits, one at a time to their long post. When that happens, our silly web server code saves the entirety of that long post, each time another such edit is posted. That causes our web server or disk storage bill no concern at all, but it does show up on my checking of disk space usage ... no one else on the planet ever notices in the slightest ... except when I mention it such as I just did here.

So whichever way works for you, works for me.
