I enjoyed the video, it was well done and informed.

From my perspective there is no good reason to wait for our governments to enlighten us on this subject, or any subject for that matter.
Otherwise, yes it will continue to be very frustrating, like much of the mind created world.

Bless the whistle blowers, the brave souls for taking action, they are shining the light in all the dark corners, for all of us to see.

While I am very excited about what is happening in the world out there regarding this subject, I experience it as sort of a temporal marker
as I shift from one parallel reality to another.

It shows me I am on the right track, the right frequency domain, to facilitate shifting to the version of earth/reality, where I and the world out there will experience a global contact event.

From my perspective that shift has already occurred within myself and what I am seeing in this version of earth/reality is simply a reflection of that.

How do I know this? I am seeing craft/UAP’s in the sky at my location. I am fully aware of the difference between actual ET craft and back engineered craft.

More importantly I am already having interactions with other beings, other civilizations. I have been on their vessels, they have been in my house.
These interactions are occurring on what we might refer to as the Astral Plane, Non-Physical Reality, Spirit, Template Level Reality, take your pick, their just labels.
For me it’s where I actually exist, Anthony is a projection of my consciousness, one aspect of it. Everything is happening within my consciousness.

It's much easier for other civilizations to make first contact on the Astral Plane where vibrationally I am operating at a much higher frequency.
My perspective is more expanded. It’s akin to meeting someone half way.

More and more the veil between physical and nonphysical reality is quickly dissipating.
Physical reality for me is becoming more malleable.

So again from my perspective, first contact at this stage is already happening and has been happening for a long time for many of us, just not what one would expect.
Instead of Extra Terrestrial, also think Extra Dimensional, Quantum Tunneling. The ability to travel between parallel realities, other dimensions, in some cases.
As multi dimensional beings this is quite normal, common, nothing “Alien” about it , a term I don’t readily use.

My experience during these interactions is that of reuniting with family. From my perspective, I am constantly interacting, cross connecting with other aspects of myself.
Which includes my connections to other civilizations, again for me this is quite common and not the least bit woo woo.

This is how I imagine first contact is happening right now, in rural areas, on the astral plane, humans quietly and without fan fair making contact. It may be a while before we see ET/ED ships hovering
above major cities as Hollywood promotes.

There are some aspects of this discussion where we talk about service to self ET/ED’s , with negative agendas, and even humans using back engineered craft to do nefarious and negative based things against humanity.
I am well aware of all of that, however I don’t experience those things, because I don’t inhabit the frequency domains where that is occurring. So I have no direct experience of it, so talking about it would just be my opinion or belief.

I would love to hear any feedback from any others who might already be interacting with other civilizations in a similar manner.

Disclosure or not I would bet that it comes down to, a few things, but the first thing
is Money. That's what the greedy big-money manipulators live by. We have seen it
through our recent history.

I would guess that the controllers tried to use aliens/UFO people to advance their military power.
That would be OK if the public were informed as they always should be. The public generally are
down to Earth and in favor of what is right for all of humanity.

Then there are the elite who are for themselves first, always.
We should watch what they do like a hawk.
They live off of the masses.

We need to know, when it is time, what the UFO/people think of humans and meet them halfway
without govt. interference.
There are many types I know, so we would need to tread softly and carry a big stick.

When disclosure comes, we hope it is not another form of manipulation. When we are sure it is legitimate,
we the public, need to make sure that we are represented fairly, not like the way it has been for ever.

While he sure seems to be trying to earn a living with his "disclosure" he also seems to be "not a disinformation agent working for the DIA, which is rare is his subject matter.

He has become MUCH MORE open about things starting in 2023 after he "came out of the closet" as being an ET and making plans for what he is doing now with his son prior to incarnating as a human.
I'm not saying what he says is true, just providing context.

For example he now talks about negative ETs and human trafficking, mind control of human leaders by ET, etc etc.

This was not mentioned prior to 2023.

Nearly all content is behind a paywall now other than teasers, and I ain't got time for that :chuckle:

I still don't know what to think of Courtney Brown but he is completely ignored by what I called the DIA Disclosure PSYOP Group made up of people like Elana Dennan and Dan Burisch.

This is a plus for me.

He was also "discredited" and attacked financially/ legally when he first started trying to make other academics aware of the phenomena of remote viewing.

But the recent drastic shift to an organized "corporate" structure makes me suspicious. Seems odd to criticize greedy business men and then become one yourself.

For example they want you to sign up for $10 a month, subscription, if you provide them with your credit card number you "get" a "free" 1 week trial.

Hoping people will forget about signing up for something is wrong plain and simple so...

In his 1975 opus The Mothman Prophecies, the late John A. Keel wisely observed that the ancients had found a solution to the enigma. The continuing lack of transparency about UFOs in the US is causing concern not only about the existence of NHI but about the psychological fallout of uncovering a conspiracy.

Google and Bing are now directing readers to these fake websites as well as to stories about NASA--even when the title of our article is placed in quotes. So--there is a lot of effort to prevent readers from finding the article.

Remarkable testimony from 2 very convincing individuals.

It's highly reminiscent of the type of "ultraterrestrial" contact reported on by people like John Keel. It meets all the criteria almost perfectly. The beings are often human looking(as opposed to the classic grey etc); the crafts are cigar shaped and reveal something like a window that makes a cockpit visible to observers; the crafts have a tripod landing structure ( or something similar, something almost too cliche to be true); the interaction is bizarre and seemingly meaningless; the car goes haywire.

The only thing she didn't report that I expected her to was some clumsy dialogue from the entity, which is quite common in ultraterrestrial reports (...something like "I'll see you in time" or "What is your time?". The ultraterrestrials that Keel writes about seem to struggle with our time).

This year hope to go back out in the field for night-time observations. Although I am about 8 miles away from the original sighting location it will be interesting to follow up after the last good sighting and video capture from 2017. The plan is to meet up with another videographer from the New York area, his youtube channel is BudgetMoon. Perhaps one or two others might be joining us, not sure yet? This will be the first time other than Dr Garry Nolan and a former coworker that will share in the observations with me. This is the guy that visited me here in Oregon in the above video that exomatrix posted. When he got here he witnessed some orbs/spheres but the most unusual thing was during our outing well before sunset we had positioned ourselves across the river and when nightfall descended we witnessed a shrub with an illumination coming from in the shrub or behind it. We couldnt tell but the strange thing is that no people were observed the whole time before it illuminated or after.
(UPDATE!) One other amazing observation just came to my mind when I posted this. Im really surprised. The simple fact is there is a darker shadow space between the 2 parts of illumination. This happens to match up exactly with my hypothesis that the UFO has a middle section that is not illuminated. I just posted the second video to show what I mean about an open dark space.

I'm shocked that it took so many years to catch this in the video, just seeing it today when I posted the video.

The conviction with which San Marino could approach the UN in September could be implicated. Mainstream news all simply seem to be following the Pentagon’s lead both because to be convincing they try to be conventional (and in good standing with military sources) and because they are likely infiltrated.

Either the DoD is stalling to buy time perhaps hiding NHI artifacts and reversed engineered devices or are hiding crimes and (more speculatively) even dealing with the wrong NHI to acquire their technology, perhaps even shooting down (as proxies) craft from the truly human-supportive side. Maybe they are stuck in a quandary and can’t easily back down from their alleged dealings with the wrong NHI. And They probably count on congresspersons accepting their report along with these congresspersons being able to claim that they have already done their duty by ordering the creation of AARO, passing the (watered down NDAA) and so on. Of course, much also depends on how the DNI Director and senators like Rubio, Schummer and less powerful like Burchett and Luna no say and do.

The Department of Defence has released 10 pages of documents about UFOs, in response to a freedom of information request (https://www.defence.gov.au/sites/default/files/2024-04/Defence%20FOI%20386-23-24%20-%20Statement%20of%20Reasons.pdf).

The dossier (https://www.defence.gov.au/sites/default/files/2023-08/defence_foi_845_22_23_-_document.pdf) includes 17 Defence communications about UFOs and unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) created between July and October 2023.

The key message is Defence has no particular interest in the subject. One document clarified Defence stopped actively monitoring for UFOs/UAPs in 1996.

“There was no scientific or other compelling reason to continue to devote resources to the recording and investigation of unidentified aerial phenomena,” it said.

“Defence does not have a policy on the reporting of unidentified aerial phenomena by either members of the public or defence members.

“Defence safety of flight incidents, including those potentially posed by UAPs are handled by the Defence Aviation Authority, with civilian flight incidents the purview of the Civil Aviation Authority.”

Interest in UFOs has seen a surge in legitimacy since the United States Congress made annual national intelligence reports on UAPs mandatory. In the January 2023 report, they said sightings had increased significantly, noting this could be a deliberate campaign to destigmatise the subject.

In its 2021 preliminary report (https://www.dni.gov/files/ODNI/documents/assessments/Prelimary-Assessment-UAP-20210625.pdf), a spokesperson for the US director of national security wrote while UAPs represented a possible national security threat, there was no compelling evidence to suggest they were extra-terrestrial spacecraft.

However, they noted there were reasons airforce personnel may not report UAPs.
“In a limited number of incidents, UAP reportedly appeared to exhibit unusual flight characteristics. These observations could be the result of sensor errors, spoofing, or observer misperception and require additional rigorous analysis,” they said.

“Narratives from aviators in the operational community and analysts from the military and IC describe disparagement associated with observing UAP, reporting it, or attempting to discuss it with colleagues.

“Although the effects of these stigmas have lessened as senior members of the scientific, policy, military, and intelligence communities engage on the topic seriously in public, reputational risk may keep many observers silent, complicating scientific pursuit of the topic.”

Federal parliament’s leading UFO enthusiast appears to be Peter Whish-Wilson, who has asked Defence questions on the subject on five separate occasions since 2021.

A known enthusiast for the subject, he has been the subject of mockery from Labor senators (https://www.theage.com.au/national/who-s-laughing-about-ufos-now-20230820-p5dxzn.html) for taking the subject seriously. After repeatedly telling the Greens senator they had not spoken to their United States counterparts about UAPs, Defence admitted it had sent an attache to discuss the matter.

Some quick thoughts on alleged UFO whistleblower Jason Sands

1) I will suspend judgment until I've processed everything, and perhaps attain more information. And, most importantly, reviewed his discussion (whatever was able to be recorded)

2) His comment about "20 and back" reveals next to nothing. He didn't elaborate or explain it at all. So we have next to no way of knowing what he meant by it as I recall. Though, I still understand why it could be seen as a red flag.

3) It's possible that people who have worked on The Program are sometimes fed disinformation through various means - that's something to always keep in mind.

But again, so that nobody twists my words, I will reserve judgment for now.

My understanding is that both Grusch and Elizondo have been caught lying.

I do recall as an example, that Grusch in his relationship with ARRO had made statements that he had contacted them many times, in particular, the head of ARRO. A FOIA has shown that this was not true. Remember Grusch has his handler, namely Chris Mellon. This was revealed by Daniel Listz in a private interview, but revealed later.

Regarding Elizondo, FOIA requests have shown that Elizondo had been lying on different occasions.

When you have extraordinary camera UFO footage like that, you have to use STANDARD critical default questions:

01. WHO FILMED IT?
02. WHERE WAS IT FILMED?
03. WHEN WAS IT FILMED?
04. ANY OTHER (independent) SOURCES that confirm what we see here ... if not, why not?
05. ANY LOCAL NEWS REPORTS that conforms what is seen here? ... if not, why not?
06. WHO UPLOADED THE ORIGINAL? (the first) ... What else does he (or she) upload?
07. Is there ANYTHING else that can give more "credence" what is seen here? ... if not, why not?
08. Are there any skeptical inquiries done by anyone? If yes, always allow all sides to be heard!
09. Always ask WHY so many people refuse to dig much deeper before spreading it around helping to make it go "viral" that does not do justice to real UFO research! It only will be used as a "showcase" how easy so many can be fooled.

I worked on a team that dealt with with NHI technology and left in 2018.

Hi, I'm writing this because I never got any sort of debrief or moment to decompress from a job I quit in February of 2018. I worked for an agency that dealt with issues related to non-human intelligence. Sometimes these were referred to as EBE's, or as a friend lovingly called them, "Ayyys".

I can't divulge what I did specifically, most of the information I'm going to discuss is anecdotal information I found out about from colleagues. This is because it would be easy to identify me from what my role was, as the information I can say about what I did specifically would be personally identifying. Feel free to dismiss my post as a hoax entirely, I know the right people will believe me. I'm posting this for myself, to make peace with the gravity (no pun intended) of the situation. I tried VA and independent therapy, but divulging this sort of information to a hipster trained in active listening probably wouldn't go well. Posting here is a last resort, but I hope I'm welcome to discuss what I can.

I'll first talk about my career history, what working for the agency is like, how it functions, and then my general thoughts. If my post makes it past moderation, I'll answer as many questions as I can. I'm unwilling to post an ID privately to moderators or otherwise. People who did that faced consequences. I don't think those people were reddit leakers specifically, but any act to talk about the information in any meaningful way outside of the chain of command ends badly. I'd rather be accused of making things up than risk that, because I simply don't care what people think of me. Hopefully my post will clear up why.

I'm currently a university professor (not at the university my username would lead you to believe). I was inspired to write this post when one of my students referred to me as, verbatim "a dude who has to know about aliens". If only he knew that wasn't even the start of it.

I graduated from college in the early 90s with a degree in something I'm passionate about but never used. I started my career as an assistant for a mechanical engineer at an aerospace contractor I got after working some connections I had. Entry-level contractor jobs are easier to get than you may think (well, maybe not if you've posted here). I eventually was a project manager overseeing a small team working on experimental aircraft. Over the course of my career in aviation I worked at 3 different contractors. I was on some of the teams working in autonomous flight in Nevada, among other places.

I'll share two major things I noticed that, looking back, could be related to NHI research.

It was a sort of open secret I was let in on at some point in the late 90s that if a large-scale invasion or threat to the mainland US were to materialize, the US had an "ultimate trump-card" of sorts that would render everything we were working on as completely obsolete. Jokes like "well, work smarter not harder on 'x' because if it were to come down to it, we wouldn't use that technology anyway." weren't uncommon. I assumed this was referring to nukes.

Later, I spent time doing inspections at various secret facilities due to my standing in particular agencies. If I'm identified, I will definitely lose that standing, so there's that. This was not as exciting as it sounds, it was very technical and boring. I was mostly just a glorified HVAC inspector. I visited a handful of facilities, but two of them in particular stood out as there were areas within them I wasn't allowed to access. At the first facility, the scope of my job was to inspect the entire location. One area had its own security, who, after a long discussion, basically told me to kick rocks. My boss wasn't authorized to let me through either. I wrote a scathing report about this incident in my overall assessment of the facility and my boss erased it from the document entirely. The situation at the second facility was similar. I'll admit, I was what I guess the my students call a "Karen" about it. I knew that whoever was operating these areas was working completely outside of congressional regulation, which, while it does happen in certain sectors, is really not a good look. Once I got the job I'm talking about, I was able to confirm the second facility was related to NHI research. I was never able to confirm the first was.

After a teaching stint, I was offered an interview for a position in my project management roots again near where I was living at the time. I wasn't told what I would be working on, which isn't uncommon. I was excited to get back to work because I had been working on goal-oriented drone swarms in my free time and assumed that's what the interview would be for.

The interview took place in a SCIF in someone's house. Looking back, this was most likely a house that wasn't lived in, but just used for the purpose of interviewing potential hires without giving away the location. It's also likely this was the location because this agency doesn't exist in any official capacity. Yes, it has a name, it gets sort-of-kind-of funding. Saying the name would get me killed. I wish I were exaggerating, I was told the name at the start of the interview, and I had never heard of it before. I've never even said the name out loud. Paradoxically, even though the agency "doesn't exist" if someone knew the name, it's likely a paper trail exists through publicly available documents. A lot of the information isn't classified because the agency is so secretive going through the process to classify it in the first place would reveal it to too many people.

In past interviews, particularly for the inspection job, I could refer to specific colleagues, facilities I worked at, or contractors I was in good standing with to play the usual interview game. In this interview, I was treated like a brand new hire. While I was already offended about how I was being treated, the interviewer started grilling me about my love for Star Trek (?) and said that "theatrics" wouldn't fly in the position I was being interviewed for. Looking back, I should've never accepted the job, but the allure of working on swarms was too great.

The first office I worked at was an office building that didn't stand out in any way at all. I believe our neighbors in the office park were a fashion studio and a dentist, among others. The difference was our building had 24/7 armed security. The first few days were heavy paperwork and on-boarding. One of my old bosses called me on an office phone to talk to me before I was officially on-boarded. As a management nerd, the biggest challenge of working for this "agency" is that it's a paperless office. It has its own highly sophisticated intranet with hundreds of archival documents. The implication was, that unless it absolutely had to be saved, to never, ever write anything down. I remember an early colleague telling me "a gantt chart is a great way to get fired". This was a challenge at first, remembering all of the information with no documentation is not something I'm particularly built for, especially when the information is about NHI.

Later, I worked in a facility within-a-facility just like the one I had tried to inspect. It stored a craft. Being near the craft for extended periods of time is extremely dangerous, especially if it is being experimented on with power. I didn't observe any injuries to anyone while I was there, but all sorts of long-term nasty injuries were relayed to me through rumors and warnings. The craft was shaped like a dreidel without the handle. There was a large exterior piece that went missing when it was recovered. The theory is it acted as a stabilizer, although some argue it was a crude weapon. It sat in a custom hydraulic rig that could be used to rotate it into all sorts of different positions, kind of like those aerotrim astronaut training balls where they spin you around. I wasn't on the team that got to use the rotation rig. The rig was so large and extensive I spent a few weeks thinking it was part of the craft before someone told me otherwise. Typically, the craft would held on its side in the rig for easier storage. Its weight just naturally sat it that way, although it was intended to be flown vertically.

The shape was directly informed by its purpose. Every shape is custom molded in a metallic material that would revolutionize the way we travel if we had it. In following the topic as much as I can manage to, I've seen some other people mention the material. There were some material scientists that had been working there for decades. I never got to go inside the craft. It was guarded 24/7. Boy, did I want to look.

The agency goes out of its way to hire individuals who have little interest in working in this space at all. They recruit particularly out of BYU, although you have to have a contractor or government career for around a decade to be considered for an interview. Published papers don't hurt. When I worked at the second facility the sorts of people that were there were frustrating to interact with because my initial reaction to working in the that facility was extreme excitement, and it wasn't shared. I believe this is partially responsible for the stagnation, high turnover rate, and compartmentalization. I quickly learned who to trust, and gained some enormous that helped my work. Part of why I'm being secretive about my ID is because the turnover rate results in a sort of "summer camp" work environment. It's easy to point to "classes" of people in various non-leadership positions that all were hired, fired, or quit at similar times. If I said when I started, ended, and where I worked I'd be easily identifiable because there are so few people that match my description. Leadership has been there forever. No, not literally.

The agency is divided up into several "wings", not unlike the executive, legislative and judicial branches. I'm not insinuating they're a shadow government, but the wings check and balance each other in a way a government is at least... designed to. These wings include mechanical engineering, biologic research, weapons research, computer science, tracking, what I'll call anthropology, what I'll call crash recovery because that's what colleagues who are planning to come forward will call it, and security. I'll list some information about each. There are definitely more wings that I don't know about.

What's unique is these sub-groups exist all as part of different parent government organizations and are HQ'd where their parent agencies are. For example, the tracking wing is sort-of-kind-of embedded as R&D at NORAD. This is a simplification of the actual "paperwork" involved, it's honestly complicated and I don't know much about how it works. I do know that this is how they maintain funding even when the parent agency goes completely dark for stretches of time. It's worth mentioning that these departments employ, at most, 50 people each. It's typically much lower than that. This is why we're all pushing for whistleblower protection. It's not hard to identify us because there are so few of us in the first place.

Mechanical engineering is exactly what it sounds like. It's the most extensive, the oldest, and the most compartmentalized. We have crashed craft in various states of complete. We had a recovered craft that worked almost perfectly that was shot down by ourselves. I saw this coming, and it's part of why I quit. There's a lot of information about this wing in the public sphere. Part of their job is to determine what each shape of craft is used for. This is an important job beacuse we're unsure of NHI's intentions. If we discover the designs are intended to hurt us, action will have to be taken. I don't know what that means in practice, but it's what the engineers mostly study. Consider this lecture (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n068fel-W9I) around the 10 minute mark about the differing characteristics of an F22 versus a passenger plane. Now imagine figuring out the purpose of the passenger plane versus the F22. Since we're humans, and those are human designs, eventually a team could figure it out. It's not as easy when the designs aren't for us, or purposes we fully understand. Triangles are the most impressive design, and we don't have one. It's likely China does, leadership is mad about that. This team discovered, a long time ago, that the reason why craft appear so bright to us humans is because it's not really "light" but rather the product of the crazy amounts of power these craft require. Sort of like smoke coming out of an exhaust pipe.

Biology is something I personally suck at, even at the high school level. I can say the NHI look like the aliens from close encounters. As far as I know, we never had one alive. My source who told this was unsure if it was true or not. I didn't learn much about this wing, it's the most secretive. I do know its HQ is hidden in almost plain sight. I still feel like the guy who told me where it is had to be lying, because it was just too obvious. There are bodies stored in other locations apart from their main HQ.

Weapons research is a large wing, and is fairly new. It was absorbed by the Space Force when it the SF was created. Frustration with the SF as a whole is part of why I left shortly before it started. I don't know much about it. It has a high turnover rate and is dangerous to work in. People were injured and compensated by a large private aerospace contractor instead of the USG. Its main job is to strap a nuke to a reverse-engineered craft and just see what the hell happens.

Computer science is (or, was, it may have moved after I left) hq'd at a facility in my home state. This is rare, because most of the other wings are within a stones throw of DC, or Nevada. This is mostly based around researching the crafts navigation system. The navigation in every craft is the same. The craft use a system that originally befuddled generations of researchers, but it's essentially a 3D dijkstra algorithm. It finds points around the craft, and chooses the most efficient possible route through space time to get to that point. Some of the parameters it uses to gauge efficiency are totally unknown to us and are a serious point of contention. It's not autonomy, but rather obstacle avoidance not unlike what you would see in a self-driving car. But, the self driving car could go through air, space and water without worrying about what medium its in. Additionally, the algo accounts for the crafts place in time. I don't think this means that the craft time travel in the way we think they can, but rather go so fast that they experience dilation (https://youtu.be/6Ww1xmDDfM4) and can hit objects in the future, and, potentially, past at their target destination. It's possible they do this on purpose sometimes. I don't know much about the internal programming of the computer or how it actually does any of this. There are a few senior scientists that hold that information dear. One of them jokingly refers to it as "Ayyyy C", as in, C for NHI. I know that he doesn't work with a computer, only a pad of paper and pen.

Although the algo is extremely effective, Nuclear explosions and experiments somehow interfere with this navigation. Craft particularly avoid Diablo Canyon, even if we put something they really want there. They mostly avoid previous crash sites as well. More on crashes later.

Speaking of avoidance, tracking, like I mentioned, is (or was) part of NORAD. The NHI deploy craft of various shapes and sizes all the time. I don't want to claim that they have advanced cloaking techniques, but from what I heard, the tracking department basically is in an eternal game of cat-and-mouse. They don't have adequate technology to track the transmedium craft. All I would say on a record is NHI know we can track them, and know how to avoid us. They usually avoid detection by going underwater, especially in the case of particularly large (by human measurement, enormous) craft. It's interesting that historical UFO designs mimic the design of buildings and vehicles of that time period. Whether this was just humans not being able to reference what the designs look like, or a form of mimicry is anyones guess. Someone in leadership knows the answer, I don't.

It's important to note not everyone at NORAD was part of the tracking team, but the tracking team is embedded in NORAD and interfaces with them on a minute to minute basis. This leads to scenarios where NORAD will report an object, and the tracking team will silently acknowledge, but give no explanation. This lead to a catastrophic incident that happened after I left but knew about from a colleague. Supposedly, tracking is being moved to the Space Force to clear up these miscommunications. If I were working there, I would probably be working on that onboarding process. NORAD was moved to Cheyenne not only to protect from a foreign adversary, but also because the facility is uniquely equipped to track NHI craft.

The wing I called "Anthropology" is the weirdest one by far. It focuses on a few different things. They originally studied NHIs intentions and "culture" if it's possible to call it that. The reports I read from this early research changed the way I see the world.

Anthropology and Computer Science were at one point decompartmentalized to study how the NHI interact with the craft. The NHI are linked to their craft in a way that borders on biological. The actual way they interface with the components of the craft is not as sophisticated. Take this video. They send signals using their body to systems that control the craft. It's hypothesized that they can and prefer to control craft remotely, but I'm not sure if we were really researching this.

Take note that if the driver of the jerry-rigged death trap in the video panics, the car would accelerate due to heightened brain activity. When people wonder how a superintelligent being can crash, this is part of the answer, in conjunction with the navigation system malfunctioning. I personally don't think the NHI feel "stress" as we do, but if they heightened their activity and overrode the pathfinding system instead of letting it do its job, there could be an accident.

A smaller subset of this wing focuses on how humans can interface with craft that are currently in the sky. If you see an image of a large disc above a gas station in the snow, it was someone in this department "summoning" a craft not unlike how cheap RC car controllers can interfere with each other when used at the same time. Some people are better suited to interfere with NHI craft than others. We're not sure why.

On somewhat comedic note, one colleague was harshly punished for using this research to encounter NHI craft at a party. There was an outdoor bonfire, alcohol, and questions about what she did for work. She wasn't killed or anything, just called a dumbass and told to never, ever do that again.

Some people in this department are BYU graduates who believe they are directly interfacing with what were recorded in the bible as angels. There is an even smaller subset of this wing that focused on NHI communicating with humans. All I know about them is that they did that work at some juncture, but probably have other jobs now.

Crash Recovery probably has the most people involved. It's split up among several parent orgs, but funding is funnelled away from it and into other departments when there's little activity. This is common among the entire agency, as funding and staff get balanced between the different wings based on progress or lack thereof. Most of the crash recovery staff are staff from tracking and security that are involved in Crash Recovery. It's also made up of members of all of our favorite three letter organizations. Crash Recovery's overall structure was referred to as a volunteer fire department. It's typically some people playing pool and watching movies, but when the need arises, all hands on deck from the current staff, and on-call members.

Crashes are exceedingly rare. The number of crashes goes down exponentially because they learn to avoid the cause of the crash. When they crash, they make no effort to retrieve the debris, save for one instance. I personally believe some crashes weren't "crashes" but were NHI parking a vehicle for us, because there were no bodies recovered and the craft was in perfect shape.

Security, to put it mildly, are terrifying. Imagine the very best of the SEALS, NSA and Secret Service all working together. They are short-staffed, but that staff is not only elite, but dedicated. Their numero uno rule is people that mention the agency name are killed. It's not a question, and it happened during my time. You'll hear more about them as news about the retaliation Dave comes out. I wasn't directly interviewed by him, but I know several people who were. The security team figured it out quickly and, you could say they aren't his fans. They constantly monitor all discussions about the topic, but rarely act in real life unless absoloutely necessary. They staff facilities like the second one I worked at. This team also actively engages in disinformation, gaslighting and other similar campaigns. Their goal is to keep the US's secrets about this tech, secret, because other countries are close to breakthroughs. They also conduct counter intel on what other countries know, and counter-counter intel about what they know about what we know. Not to sound crazy, but, the security team will see this at some point or another, so, a friendly hello to them. Can't touch this ;p (I sure hope!)

I have a hunch that the current public facing task forces are actually their own wing within security. A friend of mine texted me once, "Sean Kirkpatrick, you can get your ass kicked". Ha. Don't confuse these public facing task forces with the work Dave & co. are doing. Dave is the real deal.

I should mention that Leadership is kind of its own "wing". It's not on paper, but they operate above all of the other departments. Leadership is made up of managers who pay close attention to each wing, they discuss info they know, and bring up contradictions to upper managers. I don't know how far this chain goes up. I reported to someone who reported to someone. I believe it goes higher than that. I have no idea who is at the top or what their credentials are. I suspect they're in the private sector, with their bankroll disguised as R&D for government contracts. Leadership, honestly, made the right choices with the information they had, at least when I was there. Some bad people started to get in charge and change the way things worked among the middle managers and individual teams. This pissed people off and led to multiple catastrophes. As far as I know they faced no discipline.

So, that was exhaustive. Those are the wings of the agency that I knew about during my time there. It feels good to get this off my chest. I've been sort-of keeping up to date on the topics coverage in mainstream media and want to give some of my thoughts on this.

If the US comes out directly and says "We have craft, we have bodies", it means we are on the verge of a serious global conflict like we've never seen before. They will only reveal this to the public if absolutely necessary. The way the information is going to come out is through people like Dave and further probing from congress. Not all of it should be public information, but I believe the technology that is just sitting... somewhere would completely revolutionize the way we live. I don't think anything significant will happen in my lifetime. It was a frustrating job, because everything was so stagnant and had so, so much potential. We're talking about technology so advanced it could render every single current global issue obsolete. If we solved two major issues with the craft and were able to manufacture them, we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves. The technology being incorporated into our technical revolution is a hoax. I heard one theory from a guy at a bar that the transistors at Bell Labs were inspired by technology at Area 51. This is a joke, the technology makes transistors look like sticks and stones.

I believe multiple species of NHI is misinformation spun up by the security team. There are mystery wings of the agency I didn't get to learn about during my time. It's possible one of these researches other species, but I doubt that.

NHI potentially experiment on us, and definitely experiment on animals. We have no idea why. The main reason you'll never see organized disclosure is because nobody can agree on what to say. We simply don't know enough. Namely, the NHIs intentions (sort-of, we have a good theory) and where they are from. The Anthropology wing believes the NHI are controlled by an intelligence that is beyond our current understanding of how life works. The biology reports conflict with this, which is why things can't be compartmentalized. If the government were to disclose info, they'd have to get the story straight. We also have no idea where they are from. "We" as in everyone I worked with. It's possible someone in high up in leadership knows. I don't think the answer is as simple as another planet or caves on earth.

The reason why specific facility locations are kept from the public is because some of them are sensitive and also not entirely NHI-researched based. It would be possible for some tiktokers and hippies to storm the first office I worked at if they were careful. Every place where the agency works is also home to other operations, which is why it's so hard to identify where they are. Lower leadership is hq'd in DC, and the upper management is split between Nevada, Australia and another foreign country. Security are everywhere and potentially even work remotely without an HQ.

I was contacted by a documentary filmaker when some of my friends were, but I turned it down due to my specific involvement and how easy it would be to track me down if I gave particularly juicy info. I believe the story will come out soon.

I no longer work in the field and teach full-time.

Yes, that's a direct quote from the paper. Needless to say, the researchers admit, this idea of hidden "crypoterrestrials" is a highly exotic hypothesis that's "likely to be regarded skeptically by most scientists." Nonetheless, they argue, the theory "deserves genuine consideration in a spirit of epistemic humility and openness."

The interest in unexplained sightings of UFOs by military personnel has grown considerably over the past decade or so. This attention grew to a peak last summer, when former Air Force intelligence officer and whistleblower David Grusch testified in front of Congress (https://futurism.com/us-recovered-non-human-vehicles), claiming that the US had already recovered alien spacecraft as part of a decades-long UFO retrieval program.

Even NASA has opened its doors (https://futurism.com/the-byte/nasa-studying-ufos) for researchers to explore mysterious, high-speed objects (https://futurism.com/navy-pilot-bizzare-ufo-encounter) that have been spotted by military pilots over the years.

But several (https://futurism.com/ufo-report-released) Pentagon reports (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/pentagon-ufo-uap-report-full-text-march-2024/) later, we have yet to find (https://futurism.com/the-byte/seti-institute-zero-evidence-aliens) any evidence of extraterrestrial life.

That hasn't dissuaded these Harvard researchers, though. In the paper, they suggest a range of possibilities, each more outlandish than the next.

First is that a "remnant form" of an ancient, highly advanced human civilization is still hanging around, observing us. Second is that an intelligent species evolved independently of humans in the distant past, possibly from "intelligent dinosaurs," and is now hiding their presence from us. Third is that these hidden occupants of Earth traveled here from another planet or time period. And fourth — please keep a straight face, everybody — is that these unknown inhabitants of Earth are "less technological than magical," which the researchers liken to "earthbound angels."

UFO sightings of "craft and other phenomena (e.g., 'orbs') appearing to enter/exit potential underground access points, like volcanoes," they write, could be evidence that these cryptoterrestrials may not be drawn to these spots, but actually reside in underground or underwater bases.

The paper quotes former House Representative Mike Gallagher, who suggested last year (https://www.newsweek.com/ufo-mike-gallagher-comments-video-1809664) that one explanation for the UFO sightings might be "an ancient civilization that’s just been hiding here, for all this time, and is suddenly showing itself right now," following Grusch's testimony.

The researchers didn't stop there, even suggesting that these cryptoterrestrials may take on different, non-human primate or even reptile forms.

Beyond residing deep underground, they even speculate that this mysterious species could even be concealing themselves on the Moon or have mastered the art of blending in as human beings, a folk theory that has inspired countless works of science fiction.

Another explanation, as put forward (https://avi-loeb.medium.com/no-high-rise-left-standing-from-early-mars-or-earth-9376389ae070) by controversial Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb, suggests that other ancient civilizations may have lived on "planets like Mars or Earth" but a "billion years apart and hence were not aware of each other."

Of course, these are all "far-fetched" hypotheses, as the scientists admit, and deserve to be regarded with plenty of skepticism.

"We entertain them here because some aspects of UAP are strange enough that they seem to call for unconventional explanations," the paper reads.

"It may be exceedingly improbable, but hopefully this paper has shown it should nevertheless be kept on the table as we seek to understand the ongoing empirical mystery of UAP," the researchers conclude.

(We need to know HOW Lue knows this.)

“'Humanity is, in fact, not the only intelligent life in the universe, and not the alpha species,' Elizondo wrote.

(I love the previous work they have done but I think it would have been better if somebody besides Ralph and Leslie had reviewed this book. I'd like the viewpoint from an open-minded journalist who has not covered this subject and is not a debunker. That rules out @julianbarnes (https://x.com/julianbarnes) :)! )

"Elizondo wrote that the craft and 'the nonhuman intelligence controlling them present, at best, a very serious national security issue, and at worst, the possibility of an existential threat to humanity.'"

(Some people are mad because Lue considered that threat possibility. Well, deal with it because, AFAIK, we just don't know. Or do we? I hope he explains why an existential threat is still on the table. Is just it a matter of leaving all options on said table? If so, that tells me they may not have made as much progress with deciphering intention as we had hoped. Or, do they have specific data that points in the existential-threat direction?)

"In an interview, Elizondo said that he had firsthand knowledge of what he was discussing, but that his security clearances prevented him from explaining the source of his knowledge."

(That may explain why, when Karl Nell was asked at SALT about what evidence he has seen, he replied like this:

Nell: "Well, probably a better way to ask that is, how can the folks in the audience come to the, you know, a common understanding of what this phenomenon is? And so there's sort of two tracks here. One is from first principles, and another is actually from the data. So let's take a look at the data. So we can look at some folks that have very high-level access to information like Paul Hellyer, who is the defense chief for Canada, has come out and said the same thing.

"We can look at Haim Eshed, the head of Israel's, or former head of Israel's Space Force has said the same thing. Chris Mellon, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intel SAPCO has essentially said the same thing. Lue Elizondo has said the same thing, David Grusch, has said the same thing. David Grusch cleared for presidentially level material. So you're looking at people that are in a position to know this, and they're telling you the same thing."

(I would have preferred if the words "Paul Hellyer" never came out of Nell's mouth, and the same for Eshed, who is still an unknown, as far as if he had any inside information from his job as the Israel space security chief. And I wish Nell would have added: "I've seen some things firsthand but I'm not allowed to go there." But, IMO, he's probably just being extra careful and trying to avoid prison or losing his clearance, if he still has one.)

"[Elizondo] got Pentagon approval to publish his book partly by attributing some of the information to other sources whose comments had previously been approved. Elizondo also said he was not approved to discuss his involvement in any other secret projects beyond the program he once led."

(Other projects is tantalizing. But we're still stuck. And if Lue testifies at any upcoming hearing, he won't be able to share that information in a public setting. Will firsthand witnesses be in the same boat? That seems to be the case. If so, we're kind of f**ked.)

"In 2007, the Defense Intelligence Agency launched the U.F.O.-related Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Applications Program, funded with $22 million..."

(That might be the first time Kean or Blumenthal has written about AAWSAP. Seven years late but I'll take it.)

"Elizondo said that he met with the A.A.R.O. director and his staff for three hours in a secure facility on Feb. 2, 2023, and gave them classified information about the history of the crash retrieval program."

(There are other folks who did the same thing and educated Kirkpatrick/AARO on what they know about that subject.)

"Elizondo continues to hold the highest security clearances, and to consult for the government."

"A veteran scientist with top security clearance whom Elizondo quotes in the book, Harold E. Puthoff, was part of Elizondo’s U.F.O. program.

"Elizondo 'has briefed us on information that he obtained that appears to be firsthand data and I have no reason to discount that,' Puthoff said in an interview. 'He certainly had clearances to get primary information.'"

(What bothers me there is "appears to be firsthand data." One thing that Kirkpatrick has harped on is that none of the information he received from witnesses has been firsthand and is always, "So and so told me." And when he did look into it, it didn't check out as NHI. I would expect Puthoff to be rock solid on whether it was firsthand information or not, but it may just be a case of him having to trust Elizondo because he (Puthoff) doesn't have the clearances to verify what Elizondo told him.

Something like...Well, Lue said he learned about x and y, firsthand, but to know for sure, I'd have to see that evidence for myself and that's just not possible. So, since I trust Lue, I'll just say that it APPEARS to be firsthand information.

(This tells that Puthoff may very well NOT have firsthand access to the best UAP data if he's relying on others (like Lue) to tell him about it.)

"Elizondo also wrote in the memoir of personal encounters with U.A.P., describing green-glowing orbs about the size of a basketball that invaded his home on and off for over seven years. The objects were able to pass through walls, and behaved as if they were under intelligent control, he wrote.

"The orbs were also witnessed by his wife, two daughters and their neighbors, he wrote.

(I really hope we get to hear from other witnesses because they're so important. Especially neighbors. But the way the trolls and pseudos have treated Lue, they may want to stay in the shadows. And I can't blame them if that's the case.)

What is your take on crop circles? --- +/- their relationship to UFOs and ETs.

I ask because some people whose work I have benefitted from - such as John Michell, Stanley Messenger, Nigel Blair (and current penfriend Andy Thomas, to some extent) - have regarded crop circles as spiritually (and as a mode of communication) "taking over" from UFO sightings and ET contacts as a public phenomenon; and being closely inter-related.

I don't have any irons in either of these fires, but I would be very interested to hear about your understanding of these phenomena.

It would be interesting if it turned out that the physical craft are material projections of consciousness. They wouldn't need to be complex because they would have been imagined into being, rather than manufactured.

I'll raise your 90-95% with a 100% bet of my own. Elizondo is a spook. No one one works for the CIA at his level and then becomes independent. That Ross Coulthart's been courting this wolf in sheep's clothing is disappointing to say the least. I thought he was more based than that.

Can you think of anyone other than someone who was/is CIA better suited for the specific operation he was tasked with? He has to be able to:

-navigate around the overt andcovert bureaucracy and specific individuals.
-superior deception detection skill

-has to have a strong grasp on epistemology. Beyond that, has to understand multi-layered deception, and epistemological frameworks while discounting whatever he feels his own biases might be.

-has to be so skilled he is able to do very minor analytical work on threat potential.

Doesn't hurt that he has some familiarity with physical biology

1) If an SR-71 (or a Keyhole Satellite) can read car number plates (or tell the time from someone's watch!) from 80,000 feet or even Low Earth Orbit, you can bet your boots that super-high resolution photos exist of UFOs.

2) And regarding photos taken of disks on the ground, in incidents such as Roswell and many others, even in the 1940s and early 50s professional military photographers would have been brought in to capture everything they could in fine detail, every bit as crystal clear and finely focused as with the very best of today's digital cameras.

I've maintained for a long time that worthwhile UFOlogy research has to be focused on abductees and contactees, not endless debates about documents or lights in the sky. His comments seem to me, particularly pertinent, when it comes to the abduction phenomenon. Disclosing the truth of abductions would have driven me catatonic with fear, as a child. It still scares me.

However you aren't making easy for those of us who are well versed in the field, and have been researching this for a long, very, very long time indeed.

There aren't enough hours in the day or at night to go through all those, as they keep on coming.

Well anyway I am now stuck with 3 and so hours to find somehow, from somewhere, and I am already on borrowed times!

:Avalon:Made me laugh — but thank you! :P The 3 hours have definitely been worth it, for me. I was gripped by the entire thing from start to finish, and it underlined for me just how very banal most of modern UFOlogy has become.

Among recognized, high-profile investigators, only Grant Cameron is really banging the drum about the importance of listening closely to reports from abductees and contactees.

I think the real issue here is that of we do listen to the abductees and contactees, what we're faced with is so challenging to come to grips with that most people calling themselves researchers give it all a wide berth and just focus on documents and lights in the sky — an easy and (IMO) relatively valueless, wheelspinning thing to do.

It takes intellectual courage to look at things that are genuinely baffling. RIP John Lear — and many others of his stature. (Dr. David Jacobs is still with us, a man of great intellect and courage. But he's retired now, so we miss him too.)

Even some of the reports posted on this page seem to me to underscore exactly my point. (A strange, small, fast-moving object captured by a drone camera. Superficially interesting to glance at for a minute or two, but so what...??? :))

I have already given a presentation to the Hessdalen conference, (just come back from) to scientists from around the world that metaphysics has to be included if we are going to make the breakthrough. i.e. include contactees and experiencers with simultaneous experiments to the astrophysical approach.
