View Full Version : Balancing out the effects of staring into the Abyss

I'm still shocked about Janett Ossebaard's suicide. We all benefited from her relentless truth-seeking inquiries into the pitch-dark secrets of the Cabal. She turned all the spotlights on, so we all could see the cruel reality of the deep state......
BUT: bravely staring into every corner of the Abyss, she must have forgotten -- or neglected -- the effect of her findings and conclusions on her own soul and feelings. Her partner mentions "depressions" ..... no wonder!

So, let the following be her legacy and last message:
"whenever you stare down into the Abyss of the Dark Side, ALWAYS, too, lock up (ca. 20% of your zeal-time) at the many sparks of hope and inspiration".

My personal selection of "Spirit-lift-ups" of Avalon threads:

* "You must laugh at least once a day" (sheadowstalker)
* Vintage films (Tintin)
* Bill's Mara stories
* other Animal stories
* Bill's Pema reports
* posts like Bruce G Charlton's advice to Ravenlocke in "WW3 Ukraine/US vs Donbass/Russia" (post # 12810) concerning 'despair'
* Mike's humor
* stories of people spontaneously helping other people and animals
* the loving animals posts
* "Beautiful nature pics" (onawah)
* threads about (physical and spiritual) healing remedies
* Carolyn's (heart-to-heart) stories
* Wade Frazier's and Bill's Nature pics

Outside of Avalonia
* NDE Experiences
* gardening
* observing children "play"

Well, how do you do it??!!

Great thread, Reinhard!
Being aware is an important thing, but I, too, love those uplifting threads to get myself re-minded.

I do many small things to reverse the downward spiral of despair, like stopping and asking myself, "What do I need for body, mind or spirit NOW?"
And then I honor the very next thought, no matter how silly at times. Things like - eat an apple, walk outside barefoot, call so-and-so, take a nap, dance around the house (haha), hang from a tree... it can be anything, but it often does break the despair.

I really enjoyed the NDE below that I listened to last night, and found it helpful in driving home your points.

Thank you, Sue,
to be in the NOW definately needs to added to the list..... reminds me of a German song: Momenten-sammler (Gatherer of moments).
How about a new title: Despair shatterings.
Great NDE story!
