00:29 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=29s) Russia and China achieved quantum communication over a 3,800 km distance using China's Quantum Satellite Motsi, potentially benefiting BRICS nations.
01:32 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=92s) Quantum communication, using qubits instead of traditional bits, is highly secure, but limited by range. Using satellites, like in this test, can extend the range to as much as 3,800 km.
02:31 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=151s) The quantum communication test involved a ground station in Russia communicating with one in China, utilizing encryption keys from the Motsi satellite to distribute coded messages, including quantum key-encoded images.
03:30 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=210s) Quantum communication networks have various uses, with potential applications in scientific research and the finance sector. Collaboration, like the one between Russia and China, may lead to a quantum network among BRICS nations.
04:33 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=273s) Russia aims to become a global resource for quantum experiments, similar to China's role in Russia's quantum journey. The role of quantum technology is becoming more significant in international collaborations.
05:31 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=331s) Quantum entanglement, a fundamental aspect of quantum communication, enables secure transmission of information over vast distances by instantaneously affecting entangled particles' states.
07:36 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=456s) Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) ensures secure communication using entangled particles. The BB84 protocol is a renowned QKD method, offering uncrackable communication for applications like secure banking transactions.
08:38 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=518s) A quantum internet, utilizing quantum mechanics principles, holds immense potential for uncrackable security, advancements in quantum computing, cryptography, and teleportation. Challenges include creating quantum repeaters and quantum memory.
09:38 (https://youtu.be/WdQtBa8_T4Q?t=578s) The quantum internet, still in its infancy, could revolutionize technology and communication. Scientists globally are actively working to overcome challenges and bring this exciting technology to life.

Scientists in Russia and China (https://www.newsweek.com/topic/china) have successfully tested a highly encrypted quantum communication system that promises to be virtually unhackable, in a landmark development for quantum technologies.

The feat, first reported by Hong Kong's South China Morning Post last month, spanned a distance of 2,300 miles between a ground station near Moscow and another near Urumqi in China's northwestern Xinjiang region.

The quantum communication breakthrough underscored a growing international effort to harness the emerging technology, offering a glimpse into a future where data security could reach new levels. It also hinted at deepening high-tech cooperation between Beijing and Moscow for military purposes beyond their already robust political and economic ties (https://www.newsweek.com/china-xi-jinping-russia-vladimir-putin-power-siberia-pipeline-terms-1846586#Echobox=1701172983).

President Vladimir Putin (https://www.newsweek.com/topic/vladimir-putin) recently lauded his country's military-to-military collaboration with its neighbor to the south during his November meeting (https://www.newsweek.com/russia-china-mikhail-mishustin-beijing-visit-xi-jinping-1854005) with Gen. Zhang Youxia, the No. 2 official on the Central Military Commission chaired by Chinese leader Xi Jinping (https://www.newsweek.com/topic/xi-jinping).

Shouldn't be a surprise, and if they are saying it publicly it's probably been around for a decade or two...

We know quantum entaglement is a "thing", the obvious first case use is communications (https://thequantuminsider.com/2023/02/20/quantum-entanglement-communication/), as quantum computers (I don't think they are real yet) and (this is real) LLM + algorithms will make encryption a thing of the past (the second set already has done it).

Think about communicating via quantum entaglement... there's ZERO way to intercept the communication as there is no transmission involved, encryption is not needed... this is going to be huge for the M I C

Gonna need a LOT MORE data for that one. :I'll go with a hard NO, I can extrapolate but it's a lot and it's "not there".... yet

China Developing 'Neurostrike' Weapons (https://rumble.com/search/all?q=Neurostrike%20Brain%20Weapons) To Gain Control Of Minds, Claims Report:

China's 'Neurostrike' Brain Weapons (https://rumble.com/search/all?q=Neurostrike%20Brain%20Weapons)

China is developing "Neurostrike" Weapons that target the brain and are designed to "cause cognitive damage" and "control entire populations," according to a new report by intelligence analysts.

rumble.com/v2zlbq6-chinas-neurostrike-brain-weapons.html (https://rumble.com/v2zlbq6-chinas-neurostrike-brain-weapons.html)

The details: The 12-page report details how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its People's Liberation Army have "established themselves as world leaders in the development of neurostrike weapons (https://rumble.com/search/all?q=Neurostrike%20Brain%20Weapons)." - which use microwaves and directed energy weapons to fire electromagnetic beams at their enemy.

What is neurostrike? It's a military term used to describe non-traditional weapons that target the brain in order to inflict temporary or long-term neurological damage.

Dive deeper into the report: It's titled 'Enumerating, Targeting and Collapsing the Chinese Communist Party’s Neurostrike Program' and was written by former Army microbiologist Xiaoxu Sean Lin, former Air Force intelligence officer L.J. Eads, and military scholar Ryan Clarke.

Here are some excerpts:

“The CCP views NeuroStrike and psychological warfare as a core component of its asymmetric warfare strategy against the United States and its Allies in the Indo-Pacific."

“Their new landscape of NeuroStrike development includes using massively distributed human-computer interfaces to control entire populations as well as a range of weapons designed to cause cognitive damage.”

This is only part of China's futuristic weapons plans: In late 2021 a senior U.S. official told The Financial Times that China planned to pursue emerging biotech weapons that include “gene editing, human performance enhancement, and brain-machine interfaces.”

What is the U.S. doing to counter? Back in 2021, the U.S. Commerce Department put sanctions on China's Academy of Military Medical Sciences and 11 related entities that were working to advance brain-control weaponry, prohibiting the export of American technology to these entities without a government license.

Chinese military general Sun Tzu wrote in his book 'The Art of War' that supreme excellence was "to subdue the enemy without fighting." 2,000 years later, Xi Jinping is attempting to follow Tzu's playbook.
