DECEPTICONS
Things that Americans were taught to believe, but aren’t true
1. Governments are supposed to protect us.
(Nope. No government can “protect” everyone. The best they can do is prosecute criminals AFTER the fact.)
2. The President is the leader of the nation.
(Nope. The president is the highest ranking public servant, one step down in status from the lowest American sovereign.)
3. America’s job is to make the world safe for democracy.
(Nope. America’s governments were instituted to secure the endowed rights of the American people under the republican form of government.)
4. A dollar bill is a dollar.
(Nope. A dollar bill - Federal Reserve Note - is an IOU (debt) denominated in dollars, but has a minus value until redeemed.)
5. The Second Amendment gives us the right to bear arms.
(Nope. The Declaration of Independence and the republican form is why people have the right to bear arms. However, those who consented, and are militiamen, have no endowed rights, only mandatory civic duties, that may include limitations on what arms they can bear and how.)
6. America is a capitalist country.
(Nope. It has been socialist since 1933, when the people accepted that government could take from one to give to another. That abolished private property, in compliance with the communist manifesto.)
7. The U.S. Constitution is the foundation of our freedom.
(Nope. The USCON is the internal reorganization of the government into 3 branches. The foundation of all American law is the Declaration of Independence, which is paraphrased in every State constitution.)
8. Everyone owes their “fair share” of taxes and service to the State.
(Nope. That’s only true under the socialist democracy. Under the republican form, people have endowed rights that governments were instituted to secure - not tax, regulate nor trespass.)
9. You need government permission (license) or pay a tax to live, work, own land, build a house, buy, sell, transmit, hunt, fish, drive, fly a plane, operate a business, enter occupations, marry or own a dog.
(Nope. Only those who have consented to be governed, as citizens, enrolled into national socialism (FICA) and have contracted with usurers (via personal bank accounts) are so obligated. Non resident inhabitants are not liable.)
10. The common law was abolished.
(Nope. It is the basis of the law and the republican form. However, the majority of Americans have consented to be governed by the democracy, and have thus migrated from common law to statutory law.)
1. Disarmament for "our protection" is a scam. No government has the resources to "protect" everyone. Only we can protect ourselves, and why we have the right to bear arms in defense of our persons, liberty and private property... unless we consented otherwise.
2. The president, unlike other countries, is not the leader of his political party, nor the government. He has the delegated power to execute laws enacted by CONGRESS, and is commander in chief, when in a state of war (also declared by CONGRESS). Since 1933, and the "Emergency", sweeping powers were granted to the president and the secretary of treasury (aka "US Governor of the Bank & Fund). Pursuant to the USCON, the CONGRESS is still the power... but are hiding behind subterfuge to escape culpability.
3. Democracy is a vile system, where a majority can legally persecute a minority - or tax the snot out of them. Slavery is not possible under a republican form, but it was a revenue taxable privilege under the constitution's democratic form.
4. A dollar is defined as a silver coin with no less than 0.77 ounces (troy) of silver. A one ounce gold coin is a double eagle, equivalent to 20 unit dollars. See Coinage Act of 1792.
5. People who have the right to life, have the right to defend that life with whatever weapons they deem necessary. No government can deny that right, nor regulate which arms they can bear. BUT, those who consented to be citizens, socialists, and bankrupts, have no endowed rights. Ex: militia duty - the obligation to train, fight, and die on command - is an obvious abrogation of all rights to life and liberty.
6. Capitalism is defined as the private ownership of the means of production and that which is produced. If government or anyone else has a claim, it is NOT capitalism. So called "capitalists" (bankers, corporations, insurance underwriters, etc) are NOT capitalism, and prey upon the real capitalists (owners). Collectivism (communism, socialism, marxism, etc) abolishes private property ownership, but does not abolish corporations and banking - go figure!
7. All men are born equal (before the law - none higher) with Creator endowed rights (life, natural and personal liberty, absolute ownership of private property, inherent powers, etc) is from the DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, the foundation of all law in the USA. All state constitutions and or statutes paraphrase the Declaration, because that is the foundation of the republican form of government, guaranteed to all Americans (See Art 4, Sec 4, USCON).
8. Sovereign, free and independent people owe NOTHING to the State.
Absent consent - - -
“He owes no such duty to the State, since he receives nothing therefrom, beyond the protection of his life and property.”
“He owes nothing to the public so long as he does not trespass upon their rights.”
- - - Hale vs Henkel, 201 U.S. 43.If you go about your life and livelihood, never trespassing upon the rights of another nor consenting to be governed, you owe nothing to the state.
9. People who have natural and personal liberty are sovereigns over their domain (private property) and the right to travel upon public roads and waterways without needing permission (license).
Unfortunately, most Americans surrendered their birthright.
10. The common law is misunderstood.
COMMON LAW -"The system of jurisprudence, which originated in England and was later applied in the United States, which is based on judicial precedent rather than legislative enactments; it is contrasted with civil law (the descendent of Roman Law prevalent in other western [European] countries). ... generally derived from principles rather than rules; it does not consist of absolute, fixed, and inflexible rules, but rather the broad and comprehensible principles based on justice, reason and common sense."
Ballantine’s Law dictionary, p.37
All statutory laws that are based on inflexible rules are NOT the common law.
The common law is based on the broad and comprehensible principles of justice, reason and common sense. To give justice there must be an injured party, whose person, liberty or property was deliberately injured. If there is no injured party or there was no deliberate act, it is not a criminal act under the common law. However, disobedience is a criminal act for those who have consented to be governed (ruled).
Look up malum in se versus malum prohibitum.
Based on the Declaration of Independence, we know that American governments were instituted to secure the Creator endowed rights of the sovereign people (being born equal - none higher - thus have the highest status at law). The governments are servants, not masters of the sovereign people.
Only those who consent to be governed, are obligated to support and defend their sovereign governments. This was also stated in the Declaration wherein the Founders (and all subsequent citizens) pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor (obedience). Folks who have pledged their lives and property to the STATE have NOTHING left for government to secure !
... D'Oh!
