I have read a lot on this subject, I have lived threw hand-in's. This country still has the best living conditions of anywhere...
Every country where they changed these laws crime has gone crazy...
The touch on woman's feelings to ban gun's or get them out of houses... it doesn't work...
When people want to do something they will... but this right should not be stopped it's screwed up a lot of places allready...
I know all the reasons for and against.
the UK banned a lot, crime with handguns went up 100% within the first years, now again 100% how is this possible?
think long and hard before voting your rights away here. it is easy to do it's much harder to get these back.

I read somewhere that Hitler was once asked why he didn't attack Switzerland and he said it was because he didn't want his troops shot at from every bedroom window in the country. It is also believed that after the roundup of the Knights Templar half escaped to Scotland and the other half to Switzerland. If that is the case then I would imagine a national mood might be to remain armed after remembering how their forefathers were disarmed and rounded up for death on that fateful Friday the 13th.
