Hi Everyone

I have been contemplating whether I should bring this topic onto the forum.

As much as I am certain of what I saw, my mind has me second guessing myself to dismiss it as being just a figment of my imagination. But there's this feeling inside me that just can't let it go.

I know that sometimes the mind, when seeing something unexplainable can sometimes fill in the blanks in order to interpret it, but at this point I'm not sure anymore if what I saw was at all real.

I have always been of the view that anything is possible, so......

Anyway let me get to the point.

My husband and I decided to take a drive along our western coast and stopped at a location that doesn't have too many people visiting. He had his phone out taking photos of the landscape as usual, while I walked up a hilly cliff that overlooks the ocean. Although we were both facing the same direction looking along the rocky coast line, I had a higher view and better angle of what looks to be an inaccessible beach surrounded by rocky cliffs and the ocean in the distance.

Attempting to better focus in that area something or do I say someone caught my attention in the distance. I noticed a man standing on the sand of that inaccessible beach looking in my direction. He then turned and walked toward a child playing nearby and proceeded to walk toward the mountain side while ushering the child with him out of sight and my view.

The strange part of this story is that while I was wondering if I am really seeing a man and a child, my mind was questioning what i was seeing, as the ratio of the vast distance between that man and the people in close proximity to me were not adding up or making any sense when taking into consideration the distance. I should have been unable to clearly see any people on that beach because they would be too tiny to see.

After weeks of keeping it to myself, I finally asked my husband if he noticed anything strange or out of place on that day but he confirmed he didn't notice anything. He did however, take pictures of that area during my sighting and what I saw appears on the picture but it's too grainy to make out anything of significance. The one picture shows something on that beach and the second picture shows nothing.

I'm thinking I may have seen giants that day but proving that remains in my minds eye and a gritty photo.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

That is a great photo to show how shadows can alter the perception of color, but I’m not sure how that compares to the subject matter of height versus distance other than to establish that if you don’t take shading into effect, the color of the tile should be much lighter. When looking at the photo the first thing I noticed was the shading making the middle “ lighter” gray blocks appear darker, just as it did the black ones beside them.

The suggestion was that there was a noticing that in the distance there should have been a visual of the person further away being smaller… and it was recognized that they weren’t, so either the beach was closer than realized, the people at the closer beach smaller than the father and child, or indeed they saw
Something abnormal…

Regarding giants on the West coast. The California coast and inlaying forests are known for many sightings of giant people or Sasquatch beings… just my own guess as to what they potentially saw. Some of the giants, from the past aren’t all hairy and it is said they look just like us too!!!

I was at a higher angle than where the photo was taken and the eyes see better than a phone with a camera.

Something is definitely visible on these photos, but am not sure what.
This reminds me of a similar encounter with 8-10 foot tall beings in Brasil and Florida.

If you drag that little black speck from the beach over to the right where the houses are I would say it looks like a normal size person given relative scales.

I looked at this for a long time and I perceive that it is inaccurate. If you really look at it, box A in the second illustration is slightly lighter. Although it might be true that shadows can alter perception, I believe this might be a very deceptive manipulation to encourage one not to trust what they see.

I could be wrong but I really looked at it for quite a while and just the subtlest of changing the shade of box A in the second picture along with the shadow might be a very clever manipulation. Sadly, wikipedia went from a very interesting form of information to many times being a "narrative" mouthpiece.

Thank you Ewan, however that beach is not accessible from where the houses are. The only accessable area is where the photo was taken from.

Further please check the photo and you will see grown men fishing in the right corner of the picture.

I feel certain that Giants are going to make a comeback. Today scientists have created 50% viable Human - Animal chimeras, that's a fact. In a past thread on Chimeras it was heavily discussed by members also information was posted about the Kandahar Giant showing pretty good proof by special ops military accounts. Here is where the story gets really interesting. The Kandahar Giant was taken away by helicopter for further study. IMO scientist have created new giants using the DNA from the Kandahar giant using gene splicing. And wouldnt that make a great fighting force of men in the military? Also the Bible references that there will be giants again roaming the earth as in the day's of Noah.

Mojo, I was just thinking about the Kandahar giant as I was reading through this thread! Also when I was in Bosnia at the Pyramid conference, Klaus Dona did a presentation on giants with a LOT of photographic archaeological evidence. It's definitely a subject that mainstream authorities won't discuss.

Wasn't it said that in the late 19th century, all the skeletal remains of giants found in the US and stored at the Smithsonian were dumped into the Atlantic?

Interesting I haven't heard that they dumped all the giant skeletons into the Atlantic but perhaps so, I wouldnt be surprised especially the rumors of the Smithsonian hiding things like this. The Kandahar Giant is really interesting and some of the military involved know but cant really say much. Too bad our government hides the truth.

Using Google translate I looked up the spelling of Giant in other languages. It's Reuse in Afrikaans which is a derivative of Dutch and one of the official languages of South Africa. That made me think of the alleged giants in stasis chambers in hives around the world. Those were the primary architectural colors of Atlantis, the pyramids, Illuminati, Coat of Arms of Bavaria, Nazis & numerous companies. Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C4%A6al_Saflieni_Hypogeum) was discussed at length. It was discovered in 1902 by accident and masses of bones were found including elongated skulls. There's a story of a tour going through there and the party wanted to know what was located in a square hole and the guide said go at you own risk. The women that went in saw 25 ft/7.6 m giants walking in a line. Later some thirty school kids went in there and were never found. Reports claim they could hear screams coming from the caverns.

Exploration Mysteries: The Giants of Patagonia

Explorers and mapmakers called uncharted lands Terra Incognita. Though Columbus’s expeditions revealed parts of the New World, some regions remained isolated and mysterious. One such blank spot was Patagonia. It remained an unknown frontier for centuries after Columbus, with only crumbs of information filtering back to Europe.

Idealistic Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan made his name circumnavigating the world in the 1500s. In the far reaches of South America, he claimed to have met a mysterious race of giants. Word of these Patagonian giants spread, and the legend has persisted. But was there any truth to Magellan’s claims?

Background

Magellan and Columbus had the same vision. They believed the Earth was round and that they could reach the east by sailing west.

Magellan initially petitioned the Portuguese king Manuel I for funding to sail to the Moluccas (in modern-day Indonesia) but was rejected. Instead, Magellan did what Columbus did: He turned to Spain. King Charles V agreed to sponsor the project, and Magellan acquired a fleet of five ships carrying 270 men. He departed Spain in September 1519.

However, the expedition experienced continuous bad luck. The crew suffered malnutrition, starvation, disease, and bad weather. There were mutinies and plenty of bad behavior.

Their ships crawled along the coast of South America and eventually made landfall in a mysterious region that Magellan later named Patagonia.

Magellan finds giants

A scholar named Antonio Pigafetta accompanied Magellan to document the voyage. He described the expedition’s first encounter with giants.

According to Pigafetta, Magellan and his men saw a very large naked man dancing on the beach. Magellan ordered one of his crew to mimic the dance to show they meant no harm. The dance worked, and the crew approached. Up close, the sailors were astounded to find that the naked man was over nine feet tall.

They named the giant Paul. “Paul” allowed the foreigners to meet his people, a tribe that wore animal skins.

“His face was large and painted red all over except that around the eyes were yellow circles,” Pigafetta wrote of Paul. Pigfetta claimed that their reflections in mirrors scared the giants.

Magellan wanted to exhibit this extraordinary race of people and decided to take two men back to Spain. He lured them onto his ship with shiny metallic objects. But both men died on the journey back to Europe.

“Patagonia” translates as “land of the bigfoot” in Portuguese, and the people were called “patagao.”

More reports of giants in Patagonia began to pop up, including by Dutch sailors in the late 1500s.

In 1764, naval captain John Byron (the grandfather of the poet Lord Byron) claimed to have met the giants during his global circumnavigation on the HMS Dolphin.

“If I may judge of his height by the proportion of his stature to my own, it could not be much less than seven feet,” Byron wrote. Some of his sailors described the giants as nine feet tall.

In 1853, Captain Benjamin Franklin Bourne published an obscure account of the giants. His book, Giants of Patagonia: Captivity Amongst the Extraordinary Savages of Patagonia, claims giants kidnapped him when he sailed to Terra del Fuego looking for gold. In Bourne’s account, the giants spoke broken Spanish, were very large and muscular, hydrophobic, and morally lacking.

“They are taller than any other race I have ever seen. Their average height is nearly six and a half feet,” Bourne wrote. He described the race as having superhuman strength, brown or black eyes, and coarse hair. Their tribe numbered 1,000.

But not everyone was convinced. Sir Francis Drake thought the Spanish were lying about the giants. “The Spaniards did not think that any Englishman would come hither to reprove them, and therefore might presume the more boldly to lie,” he said.

Yet a chaplain acquainted with Drake swore to have seen bodies measuring 12 feet long while on a voyage in the region with the English privateer Sir Thomas Cavendish.

My basic stance was: "Giants crop-up in many historical, religious, legendary and mythical sources, from all over the world; so there is no good reason to doubt their reality - except that we don't seem to have any nowadays. "

Giants are going to be in the news again. Scientists have already created chimeras with 50% animal-human integration & viability. They have the DNA of giants and Countries like China would love to create an army of giants. Imagine facing them in warfare? We have the story of David & Goliath as a reminder of how Goliath intimidated the whole Israeli army for days before David took him on. But it's not just China that would be messing with DNA and creating Chimeras. Watching this documentary, which was to me pretty convincing, I was reminded of this prophecy:

I read today (in Cal Flynn, Islands of Abandonment: Life in the Post-Human Landscape, ch. 8) that mining prospectors have, for millenia, used the presence of plant variations to help them find deposits of metals and other minerals. For example (and this is the relevance to giants), it says that the presence of a high level of manganese in the soil will produce giant plants, with lush growth, and the presence of too much copper sulphate or chromite will produce dwarf plants. Apparently, one can also detect the presence of certain minerals by the color of certain plants.

I'm wondering whether there is a human version of manganese, or a version of these findings that affects animals. In other words, are there substances, the presence of which in the soil or the food chain, produce giant humans or other animals? Does anybody know of any material on this? It might even be just mythological material, such as, "The giants in those parts were partial to eating XXX plants."
