Williams X Jet

The Williams X-Jet, developed by Williams International, was a small, single-person, lightweight vertical take-off and landing aircraft powered by a modified Williams F107 turbofan engine — designated WR-19-7 — with some minor modifications. Because of its design, the craft was dubbed "The Flying Pulpit". It was designed to transport one operator and be controlled by leaning in the desired direction while regulating engine output power. It could move in any direction, accelerate quickly, hover and rotate on its axis, as well as remain aloft for up to 45 minutes, and travel at speeds of up to 60 mph. The United States Army evaluated it in the 1980s, but it was deemed inferior to the capabilities of helicopters and small, uncrewed aircraft, so the X-Jet program was halted.

The Radiant Energy Device

Dr. T. Henry Moray of Salt Lake City invented the first gadget to extract energy from the meta frequency oscillations of empty space in the early 1900s. Moray was eventually able to create a free energy gadget that weighed sixty pounds and generated 50,000 watts of electricity for several hours. Ironically, despite frequently demonstrating his gadget to scientists and engineers, Moray was unable to secure money to further develop the device into a usable power station capable of supplying electrical power on a large scale. Before World War II, Moray worked briefly with the Rural Electrification Agency on the machine's development. These officials repeatedly pressed Moray to pass over all details of his gadget to the Soviet Union, including arranging for high-level Soviet scientists to visit the Moray laboratory to view the device in action. On the initiative of the Communist-infiltrated R.E.A., one person—let us call him "Z"—spent about two months in Moray's laboratory and managed to gain Moray's full confidence. Moray eventually revealed most of the secrets of the manufacture of his special valve to "Z"—the only person in whom Moray had ever entirely confided. There is considerable evidence that "Z" was a Soviet operative, and that this was where the Soviets originally got the idea to construct the hyperspace amplifiers that would later be utilized in their psychotronic weapons.

A few items that prove that humanity has not needed fossil fuels for about 100 years. There are over 5000 patents that are sequestered and withheld from the public dealing with a multiplicity of technologies involving energy production and other advancements in associated disciplines.

First, an Excellent interview with Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden - U.S. Army researcher into 'zero-point' / aether power acquisition.. His Bio from the video description:

Colonel Bearden is a leading conceptualist in alternate energy technologies, electromagnetic bio-effects, unified field theory concepts, and other related areas. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the US Army and holds a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. This was filmed in 2001 and as a result, some of his predictions obviously did not come to pass... but it appears to me that they have been merely delayed.

This is an excerpt from the book, "Secrets of Cold War Technology - Project HAARP and Beyond", by Gerry Vassilatos. - ISBN 0-945685-20-3

Tesla had already considered the condition of charged particles, each representing a tightly constricted whorl of aether. The force necessarily exerted at close distances by such aetheric constrictions was incalculably large. Aetheric ponderance maintained particulate stability.

Crystalline lattices were therefore places within which one could expect to find unexpected voltages. Indeed, the high voltages inherent in certain metallic lattices, intra-atomic field energies, are enormous. The close Coulomb gradient between atomic centers are electrostatic potentials reaching humanly unattainable levels.

By comparison, the voltages which Tesla once succeeded in releasing were quite insignificant. In these balanced lattices, Tesla sought the voltages needed to initiate directed aetheric streams in matter.

Once such a flow began, one could simply tap the stream for power.
In certain materials, these ether streams might automatically produce the contaminating electrons, a source of energy for existing appliances. One could theoretically then "tailor" the materials needed to produce unexpected aetheric power with or without the attendant detrimental particles.

Tesla did mention the latent aetheric power of charged forces, the explosive potentials of bound Ether, and the aetheric power inherent in matter.

By these studies, Tesla sought replacement for the 100,000,000 volt initiating pulses which natural law required for the implementation of space Ether. Tesla had long been forced to abandon those gigantic means by other, less natural laws.

Thereafter, Tesla shifted his attentions from the appreciation of the gigantic to an appreciation of the miniature. He sought a means for proliferating an immense number of small and compact aether power receivers.

With one such device, Tesla succeeded in obtaining power to drive am electric car. But for the exceptional account which follows, we would have little information on this last period in Tesla's productive life, one which very apparently did not cease its prolific streams of creativity to his last breath.

The information comes through an unlikely source, one rarely mentioned by Tesla biographers. It chanced that an aeronautical engineer, Derek Ahlers, met with one of Tesla's nephews (Peter Savo) then living in New York. Theirs was an acquaintance lasting some 10 years, consisting largely of anecdotal commentaries on Dr. Tesla. Mr. Savo provided an enormous fund of knowledge concerning many episodes in Tesla's last years.

Himself an Austrian military man and a trained aviator, Mr. Savo was extremely open about certain long-cherished incidents in which his uncle's genius was consistency made manifest. Mr. Savo reported that in 1931, he participated in an experiment involving aetheric power. Unexpectedly, almost inappropriately, he was asked to accompany his uncle on a long train ride to Buffalo.

A few times in this journey, Mr. Savo asked the nature of their journey. Dr. Tesla remained unwilling to disclose any information, speaking rather directly to this issue. Taken into a small garage, Dr. Tesla walked directly to a Pierce Arrow, opened the hood and began making a few adjustments. In place of the engine, there was an AC motor.

This measured a little more than 3 feet long, and a little more than 2 feet in diameter. From it trailed two very thick cables which connected with the dashboard. In addition, there was an ordinary 12 volt storage battery. The motor was rated at 80 horsepower.

Maximum rotor speed was stated to be 30 turns per second. A 6 foot antenna rod was fitted into the rear section of the car.

Dr. Tesla stepped into the passenger side and began making adjustments on a "power receiver" which had been built directly into the dashboard. The receiver, no larger than a short-wave radio of the day, used 12 special tubes which Dr. Tesla brought with him in a boxlike case.

The device had been prefitted into the dashboard, no larger than a short-wave receiver. Mr. Savo told Mr. Ahler that Dr. Tesla built the receiver in his hotel room, a device 2 feet in length, nearly 1 foot wide, a 1/2 foot high.

These curiously constructed tubes having been properly installed in their sockets, Dr. Tesla pushed in 2 contact rods and informed Peter that power was now available to drive.

Several additional meters read values which Dr. Tesla would not explain. Not sound was heard. Dr. Tesla handed Mr. Savo the ignition key and told him to start the engine, which he promptly did. Yet hearing nothing, the accelerator was applied, and the car instantly moved. Tesla's nephew drove this vehicle without other fuel for an undetermined long interval.

Mr. Savo drove a distance of 50 miles through the city and out to the surrounding countryside. The car was tested to speeds of 90 mph, with the speedometer rated to 120.
After a time, and with increasing distance from the city itself, Dr. Tesla felt free enough to speak. Having now become sufficiently impressed with the performance of both his device and the automobile.

Dr. Tesla informed his nephew that the device could not only supply the needs of the car forever, but could also supply the needs of a household - with power to spare. When originally asked how the device worked, Tesla was initially adamant and refused to speak.

Many who have read this "apocryphal account" have stated it to be the result of an "energy broadcast". This misinterpretation has simply caused further confusions concerning this stage of Tesla's work. He had very obviously succeeded in performing, with this small and compact device, what he had learned in Colorado and Shoreham.


As soon as they were on the country roads, clear of the more congested areas, Tesla began to lecture on the subject. Of the motive source he referred to "a mysterious radiation which comes out of the aether". The small device very obviously and effectively appropriated this energy.

Tesla also spoke very glowingly of this providence, saying of the energy itself that "it is available in limitless quantities". Dr. Tesla stated that although "he did not know where it came from, mankind should be very grateful for its presence".

The two remained in Buffalo for 8 days, rigorously testing the car in the city and countryside. Dr. Tesla also told Mr. Savo that the device would soon be used to drive boats, planes, trains, and other automobiles. Once, just before leaving the city limits, they stopped at a streetlight and a bystander joyfully commented concerning their lack of exhaust fumes.

Mr. Savo spoke up whimsically, saying that they had "no engine". They left Buffalo and traveled to a predetermined location which Dr. Tesla knew, an old farmhouse barn some 20 miles from Buffalo. Dr. Tesla and Mr. Savo left the car in this barn, took the 12 tubes and the ignition key, and departed.

Later on, Mr. Savo heard a rumor that a secretary had spoken candidly about both the receiver and the test run, being promptly fired for the security breach. About a month after the incident, Mr. Savo received a call from a man who identified himself as Lee De Forest, who asked how he enjoyed the car.

Mr. Savo expressed his joy over the mysterious affair, and Mr. de Forest declared Tesla the greatest living scientist in the world. Later, Mr. Savo asked his uncle whether or not the power receiver was being used in other applications.

He was informed that Dr. Tesla had been negotiating with a major shipbuilding company to build a boat with a similarly outfitted engine. Asked additional questions, Dr. Tesla became annoyed. Highly concerned and personally strained over the security of this design, it seems obvious that Tesla was performing these tests in a desperate degree of secrecy for good reasons.

Tesla had already been the victim of several manipulations, deadly actions entirely sourced in a single financial house. For this reason, secrecy and care had become his only recent excess.

The origin of the government's program is the Invention Secrecy Act of 1951 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Invention_Secrecy_Act), which evolved invention secrecy from a temporary wartime agenda into a permanent one. As a result, every time a patent is submitted by an inventor today, it can be flagged for review (https://fas.org/sgp/othergov/invention/stats.html) by a multitude of government agencies and all it takes is a single opinion by one of them to keep the invention from ever seeing the light of day. Patents can be restricted not only based upon being a national security threat but also for disrupting economic stability as well.

This means that any number of potentially ground-breaking inventions that challenge the status quo may be restricted and suppressed. This could include energy technologies that could eliminate the need for oil and gas, advanced propulsion systems that could eliminate the need for conventional cars and planes, and healthcare solutions that could disrupt the pharmaceutical industry by eliminating the need for costly treatments and pills.

FreeTheTech.org's aim is to finally end all the speculation by forming a Citizen Review Panel consisting of both experts and general citizens alike to independently yet privately review all classified patents in order to shed more light on the subject. They're hoping this effort will yield greater transparency and accountability so that an informed public may begin to discuss potentially declassifying some of these technologies for the benefit of the country as a whole and world at large.

The Invention Secrecy Act

The Invention Secrecy Act of 1951 requires the government to impose "secrecy orders" on certain patent applications that contain sensitive information, thereby restricting disclosure of the invention and withholding the grant of a patent. Remarkably, this requirement can be imposed even when the application is generated and entirely owned by a private individual or company without government sponsorship or support. There are several types of secrecy orders which range in severity from simple prohibitions on export (but allowing other disclosure for legitimate business purposes) up to classification, requiring secure storage of the application and prohibition of all disclosure.

At the end of fiscal year 2023, there were 6,155 secrecy orders in effect.

The third and last option is that a Secrecy Order is compelled on the idea and invention. The creators are then forbidden from sharing, disclosing, discussing, developing, selling or marketing the ideas within the United States or in foreign nations.

We heard that MDI, the creators of the AirCar - excuse us, the "Compressed Air Vehicle (https://www.autoblog.com/2008/03/22/new-york-2008-actually-its-not-called-the-air-car-qanda-with/)" - broke off all commercial relations with Miguel Celades, who had been carrying its commercial operations for a while. The good news is that MDI is still working on their vehicle and has taken some steps to get it on the road. The French environmental website Ecolo-Trader has unveiled a picture of the first MiniCAT (http://www.ecolo-trader.fr/Premiere-immatriculation-de-la-voiture-a-air-compr-vtptc-94.php) model with regular car plates, which should mean it's road-worthy and has received all the legal requirements from the French Ministry of Industry. MDI's MiniCAT has an range of 80 km while running exclusively with compressed air and, thanks to a system which heats compressed air (using fuel), the range can be extended even further. According to the website, which refers to the Southern France newspaper, MDI is planning a second factory to increase output of the MiniCAT. Many of the items on this thread are mentioned in this book, ie suppressed alternative fuel, medicines, therapies and UFO technologies, etc.

It seems the Patent Office is the sticking point, so if you invented a life-changing technology maybe it's better to just go ahead and manufacturer without patenting; sure, it doesn't protect the asset for financial gain, but once it's out there . . . Nothing's changed since Tesla went cap in hand to JP Morgan. :(

Low energy nuclear reaction devices refered to as LENR, are nothing new. LENR type devices were once introduced to the world in 1989 by Stanley Pons of the University of Utah and Martin Fleishchmann of the University of Southampton under the moniker "Cold Fusion". Their discovery then boasted a co-efficient of 100 times energy output to that of the input. However, remarkably, their US patents were later denied and allowed to expire upon claims that they were incapable of reproducing the results upon which the patents were written. What sort of scientific researcher would stake their reputation upon a patent for a process that they were unable to repeat?

Now for the last 6 or more years we have had the E-Cat, another LENR device provided by Andrea Rossi. Rossi's device has been tested and repeated and confirmed by many independent universities and skeptic societies alike. Much similar to the Cold Fusion of Pon's and Fleishchmann, the E-Cat utilizes a reactor containing heavy hydrogen or Deuterium. With Rossi's device, his reactor is known to use powdered nickel metal, lithium and lithium aluminum hydride (LaAlH4) and produces in its spent ash a deposit of copper. Which speculates a catalytic reaction is taking place to produce the excessive energy output. Recently in Aug of 2015 Rossi was awarded a US Patent for his apparatus and then later in 2016 he completed a full year-long test of his device in which he stated they had “generated energy at a rate in excess of six (6) times the amount of energy consumed by the plant, often generating energy exceeding fifty (50) times the amount of energy consumed during the same period.”

A legal battle deputing ownership of the E-Cat intellectual property ensued shortly there-after through which Rossi retained ownership rights. To this reporter it would appear, that if there ever were a case for an over unity device, Rossi's E-cat and LENR technology as a whole could provide evidence which would rewrite modern scientific definitions. For no chemical reaction known to science has been able to account for the abundance of heat generated by the catalytic fusion reaction of Rossi's E-cat LENR apparatus. It is also the opinion of this video's author that when involved with new energy technology, what we as the public are allowed to know is only as very small percentage of what is already fully understood by the military industrial complex of our western nations. But even that little bit is jeopardized by powerful interest groups.

Now enter Zach - "The Google whistle blower" (courtesy of Project Veritas) . In an interview with youtube channel producer of 'Justinformed Talk", Zachary Vorhies (https://rumble.com/search/all?q=Zach%20Vorhies) raised the subject of blacklist censorship being specifically deployed to delist Andrea Rossi's E-catworld.com website in 2017 along with directed censorship against exposure involving stories which covered the Las Vegas shooting at that time.

For as long as we rely upon massive Silicon Valley conglomerates to provide for our freedom of information, it is becoming increasingly apparent that a potential form of abundant clean energy would never be allowed to be disseminated freely, whether fully realized or not.

The European CleanHME LENR project has been underway for several years. Researchers at a consortium of universities and corporations are collaborating to make nickel gas loaded cold fusion cells. Here is their website:

Here is a new with interviews of the researchers. They describe their results and show the equipment. They have recently made good progress, producing 10 W with 20 g of powder. That is a significant amount of power. It can be measured with confidence using ordinary calorimetric equipment. They are scaling up to a much larger mass of powder. The reaction does not occur below ~700 to 800°C. This is in line with other people’s observations. Load/deload cycles increase the heat, which also comports with reports from other laboratories. The effect is proportional to the mass of powder reactant. The powder doe not sinter at high temperatures. Sintering has been a problem since Arata pioneered the nanopowder approach. The laboratories and equipment are impressive.
