So I think the gloves are coming off on all of us in humanity, the satanic dark deep state is pulling all the stops now, watch how there microwaving us at night now. My sleep pattern is really screwed up waking up at night , cant sleep ect ect. I'm actually thinking about putting foil in my attic to see if that makes a difference. Sounds crazy but these days everything is on the table .

I for one cannot sleep. and something odd as well, I get into my loft feel fine for about an hour and then begin to itch. first a little, then alot and by 3 am im up, itching and sharp jabs in my feet toes etc.
once up in the morning , the itching subsides and no symptoms for the rest of the day. then rinse, repeat
im lucky if i get 4 hours of sleep.
sad to say im getting used to it. i no longer expect much and believe we need to morph to survive. there is no stopping whatever it is

I can’t remember the last time I slept through the night. I consider myself lucky when I get three or four hours of uninterrupted sleep.

What I noticed is I get a more restful sleep from naps during the day. I quickly drop off into a deep sleep and wake up refreshed. Maybe there’s something to be said about the 12-13 hours of nightly microwave pulses. (I live on the east coast of the US.)

It seems all living things on this planet are being targeted. It could be from exotic technologies, economic, social or spiritual. I'm also in the little sleep group. I recall the Schumann resonances swinging wildly and that after QE2's death it flatlined. Since DOD places bases on earth's grid points, they could be using it to manipulate cycles along with the smart grid and orbiting devices.

Well, to contribute to your poll, I am also in the group of broken sleep through the night.
I sleep for about 4 hours and then I am awake. Usually waking between 3am and 4am regardless when I go to sleep. But I am able to get back to sleep quickly and my dreams are then more linear, rememberable, and often there are people from my past - both family and close friends.
I can't remember the last time that I slept through the entire night.

This is going to be unpopular, I know. It is a fine line. It has to be remembered that we are writing our own script. The way we frame things is important. Primary to what anyone else is ( or isn't ) doing, we are doing what we are. The stories we tell ourselves are more real than anything else by far. Our own habits, tendencies and behaviors are what do the most to us. <-- the way we take back the sovereignty that is at all times already ours is by realizing this. We are always in command of our own ship. We sail it where we want, how we want. There is not a moment in all of existence in which this is not so.

Some other elements should be taken into account before reaching a final conclusion that we are being microwaved, such as the individual's age and health status. What Casey wrote is also important - Our own habits, tendencies and behaviors do impact our sleep patterns and quality of our life in general.
It is known that older people sleep less due to the reduction of melatonin secretion.. My 2yo sleeps 10 hours a day with no problem at all, but my 40yo self is a different story :chuckle:

Yesterday afternoon they were back to spraying chemtrails all over the place at high and low altitudes if that means anything. I often wonder if the reason why they banned lead based paint was because it gave our house a sort of shield around us and radar or anything else couldnt penetrate that. I sleep the first 2-4 hours and and then after that its up and down, I usually read at 3 am every night til I get sleepy again. If I ever do go into a REM sleep its rare and like a holiday when i wake up. Running deer do please post an update on that blanket, really curious to find out about that.

The timing may be more about the available surplus electrical power in the grid.
In UK, It used to be, and I think it still is, that users were offered lower prices on electricity used at 'night'. Such widespread use of whatever causes what we saw in the video would probably be running on the unused power margin of the grid.
Also in the UK, there was some chatter about an observation someone had made that the cell towers he'd had a look at were power wired to deliver very much more power than they would require to function as just a cell tower. I enquired about that with a guy who had been a TA ( territorial army ) electrical engineer but he, being a King and Country kinda guy, dismissed my concern saying that without something for it to bounce around inside of ( like a microwave oven ) microwave radiation "can't do much".
I thought, 'what an idiot' but I didn't want to start a fight. At that time he was working for the Highways Agency and could have done some digging around to help me with my curiosity but his only interest in my enquiry seemed to be that I was sticking my nose where I shouldn't be. Not a great outcome, unless you count it as a kinda confirmation that there's stuff we're not supposed to know.

Well, lately I have been getting wifi from a little mobile box while I am waiting for a land line installation. That thing absolutely fries my head when used in the car.. inside a metal box like a micr wave oven.
Maybe all those metals in the sky from the chemtrails turn the place into some kind of metal box in relation to micro waves..

There's not an awful lot I can do about what 'they' may be doing to us out there and at the moment, I don't stress about it. I concentrate instead on what I can do - in my own house: wifi switched off at night, every night, all computers off too. No TV. Sometimes I unplug the landline. And at least an hour 'down-time' before bed. If I wake in the night, and I do, every night then my strategy is to keep calm, not stress about it - realising that I can survive (and often have) on 2-3 hours sleep and knowing that I'll get better sleep the following night because I'm so knackered
Casey is right, in that it's our attitude towards life in general that defines, We create our reality every second of every day and I'm aware that I can choose to define what's happening out there as either a 'tragedy', a 'nuisance' or a 'blip'.
As someone who has suffered and made herself ill through stress, I try to take the easy road and not spend time worrying about stuff that will happen, whether I worry about or not.
To this end, I heartily recommend John C Parkin's F**k It book series.

This is where a cyber community and a real world community are hugely different.
In a real community those who switch off the stress of keeping up with every dot and tittle of what's going on by turning their back and getting on with the basics of living would be generating the human normal for the rest of the community doing the sentry duties and night shifts and whatever that's stressful.
That might be as daftly obvious are handing out drinks and food with an air of community love and humanity that blesses the drinks and food with that special ingredient that makes all the difference.
As I write this I'm remembering a 'community' event that I took part in 2 or 3 times during my boyhood as a country farm kid in a location where my family were usually outsiders and didn't do much mixing with the locals. But on those occasions Us boys went off on the adventure of helping in a sheep gathering and shearing 1 or 2 day event where over 50 people took part. There were the shepherds with the finest sheep dogs. There were back-penners who brought sheep forward to front penners ( which I was usually part of doing ), who hander the sheep over one at a time to feeders to take over to a shearer who'd just finished one ready for another, and there were people dashing about grabbing the shorn fleeces and rolling them up and throwing them into the big fleece sacks. All the time that was going on there were a large number of people in a different building cooking and preparing food and drink for a large group who would stop at meal times to sit at long laid out tables of it.
The whole thing was a community synergy and that profoundly made a lasting impression on me. Our cyber community would have a hard time replicating such a thing, but it's a vision I always try to hold on to as we come to these issues from all our different angles and skill sets.
I almost don't want to post this because it might come across and being so far off topic but I will because I feel it's deeply relevant to how we all get through the current challenges.

If woken in the night, anywhere near the 2-4am hour - meditate!, contemplate, window gaze, light a beeswax candle and take your gaze into the flame. I assure you, not only will you fall off after not too long a time, you will do so wondrously. And be treated to the most AMAZING surprises. Make this choice. It is waaay better than not.

Maybe, some of you are like me... I usually have no trouble falling asleep... These all events of the day, all news, what is happening around the world... knowingly, I am so powerless to do anything, to help in that moments.. leave me some time completely exhausted at bedtime. We all know about these negative energies and bad intentions and what they are doing to us, people...
In our home, we do have some protections against Wi-Fi, against intrusion of negative energies... but... those middle-of-the-night "noises" that rouse me awake some times and get my mind running like the engine of a car... I find a big help in meditation.. in trust, everything it is as should be just now... I am safe... trust in Source... I am helping myself out with Hoo Phono-Phono... with EFT/Emotional Freedom Technic/... just simple prayer helps me a lot!
Here is QHS devise, I purchased few months ago... You have to be member.. it's also helpful! I am carrying it with myself in my pocket through the day and night. I am healthy in my nearly 80th... no synthetic drugs ever... just few vitamins... Thanks God!

I will certainly try the beeswax candle Casey.:candle: I sometimes light my oil burner 2 hours before bed, but instead of oil, I have Frankinsense resin (nuggets) in the bowl where water/oil would usually be. The gentle aroma is beautifully balancing and the little flame from the tealight underneath gives the room a lovely reassuring glow. It burns for four hours. It sometimes feels like a comforting nightlight - keeping the 'baddies away', heh heh.

Rather than money spent on a radiation blocking blanket, I'd suggest it goes towards an electromagnetic field radiation detector and make alterations in your environment. I recently came across an article that explains how EMS clothing and blankets aren’t efficient as we’re lead to believe. For instance, as I understand it, when you cover your body with an EMF blanket, the electric pollution is sent elsewhere and it may cause them to localize on another part of the body like the head rather than dispersing into the larger field. I can't remember the last time that I slept through the entire night.
I have had similar experiences for quite some time. Must be at least ten years or so. Every night I wake up 2am - 4am and it's usually very close to either 2.00, 3.00 or 4.00 am. I guess it's because my dreams get interfered but sometimes it's like there's a presence in my apartmant or something. I can't really explain it. It's like someone making some noises, of course there's no one there but it's like knocking sounds on the floor, someone whispering and most of the time before I wake, very weird dreams.. Hard to explain it. One more thing to add here, it usually takes hour or two to fall back to sleep and that's a huge bummer. Have to go to bed much earlier than usual if I have to get up 6 am.

We don't sleep well here either. The wife gets up many times during her sleep period.
I have always slept well. If all things remain equal, I sleep exactly eight hours. It's been that way my entire life. If I don't get eight hours, I feel tired all day.
Recently, maybe six months, this is no longer the case. If I sleep four hours straight I am lucky. Usually it is just one cycle and then I awake (1.5 hours is the sleep cycle, they say, from light REM to deep delta and back) Sometimes I just toss and turn for hours and never get to sleep at all.

It sounds like you know so much and I don’t know where to begin and I don’t even know if this message will reach you. I am in great danger and getting attacked daily with some kind of unseen laser. I do notice vehicles parked in front and then my head feels like it is going to explode and then when I leave my house I notice different people following me and pointing something at me and my throat seems to close. I also get really itchy at times. Another thing I get like quarter pieces of rice thrown at me like a web and it feels like a pin hitting my skin and then internal pain traveling. I also get these fibers all over me usually when I sleep I feel them. They are like the smallest thread and I have them coming out of my nails on my hands and feet. I also feel really hot spots on my back while sleeping and I awake every 3 hours. Have no idea what to do anymore and was hoping you might know something I can do. Nothing seems to work for me. Thanks so much!

Hi Tammy, sorry that you're going through that. Several of the symptoms you describe sound like Lime disease, and more specifically Morgellons' disease (often associated to Lime disease). One thing that will help is adjusting your diet. Especially AVOID refined sugar. Eat vegetable and fruits, locally produced meat, sea fish, whole grains, if possible try to get the organic foods. Rubbing tea tree oil on itchy skin will help. Don't overdo, test a small quantity or tea tree oil first to see if you have an allergic reaction to it.
Most important is to cultivate a protective mind state. Try to practice not reacting in fear when noticing people around you behaving in strange or harmful ways. Find your center of balance, and ignore them or calmly look back at them, with a smile if possible. Maybe they desperately need love and higher consciousness in their lives. Perhaps practicing meditation with a teacher at first is helpful, and/or group meditations centering on love and respect. Walks in nature with focus on love and beauty are very helpful. All of this is about building a stronger mind that can better withstand negativity.
Thirdly, avoid all wireless devices. Especially avoid cordless phones in your home, as they (i.e. the 'base') produce constant radiation. Being subjected up close to this constant radiation affects your body to the cellular level. Make a point of touching the ground every day with bare feet or hands, preferably in a clean natural location.
