View Full Version : Hyperthymesia (HSAM): When a person's memory of their life is nearly perfect

I never knew about this, until Ben Davidson (from Suspicious 0bservers, featured prominently on the Geomagnetic Reversals and Ice Ages (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?107798-Geomagnetic-Reversals-and-Ice-Ages) thread, mentioned near the end of this interview (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?107798-Geomagnetic-Reversals-and-Ice-Ages&p=1618953&viewfull=1#post1618953) that he has very mild hyperthymesia which, besides him being a speed reader, helps him to connect all the many dots in his own research.
So I looked it up. It's a very rare condition (there are only about 60 recorded cases in the world) in which a person has an almost perfect memory of every detail of their own lives, including (e.g.) what they had for dinner, or what time their dentist's appointment was, on on a specific day 10 or even 20 years ago.
There's an article about it at https://healthline.com/health/hyperthymesia, and a celebrity instance is actress Marilu Henner, her wiki page here. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marilu_Henner) She's now 72 years old, and has demonstrated to medical researchers that she can remember almost every detail of every day of her life — since she was 11. (Wow!!)

Thank goodness most of us don’t have this condition, as to live with some horrendous memories forever would be hell, bullies never forgotten, pain and suffering for eternity, loss, and angst. Ghastly suppers made by Mum, family rows. So glad we are spared this! Phew 🫣
My Mum became a wonderful cook, but during the days of rationing, being skint, no fridges, we ate food going off and were made to sit until it was eaten - hours if necessary.🤢
So....
Why wasn't Marilu Henner outrageously good at something?
Where is her triple PhD in physics, engineering and mathematics?
Where are the insights one with such abilities could provide?
This is why IQ doesn't impress me.
Memorizing hijacked information that has been injected with propaganda makes you actually stupider than the guy with a learning disability.
Just saying...
Smart people can be some of the most dimwitted of humans.

But is this 'condition' really about being smart? I do not believe it has to do with high IQ in general. There is something else at play here. Maybe a specific brain condition or (less materialistic) access to some higher dimension where you retrieve all the info. To me it could be a form of autism especially a kind of 'savant syndrome'. Savants also have a high IQ but only for one or two specific fields / tasks / talents while they are otherwise rather 'dumb' or 'helpless' especially regarding social skills or whatever. Maybe HSAM falls into this category too. I think that photographic memory also is a similar case.

As Dr. Judy Mikovitz indicated doctors are people who can speed read and retain all or nearly information. Otherwise, they would never have made it through med school and be able regurgitate all of the information (as well as all Rockefeller/Big Pharma disinformation). Their prescribing and administration of so-called "vaccines" during the scamdemic reveals their lack of discernment, questioning of authority and general dimwittedness, IMO.

Marcus, there’s a lot of parts to your post. These are some random thoughts that popped into my head as I read it.
I would not be included with those that ask ’Why wasn't Marilu Henner outrageously good at something?’. For one, she’s a vibrant, fitful, 72 years old, out there following her passions. (see December, 8, 2023 vid below) Not surprising, she provides joy and laughter and education.
It’s mentioned in the vid that Marilu Henner has done 76 films, 7 broadway shows and New York Times best selling author of 10 books. Also, on the IMDB Trivia page it states that she was inducted into the “National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2006”.
Not too shabby. https://i.imgur.com/u2d5YI1.gif
One doesn’t have to have multiple PhDs nor be expected to be insightful for humanity. No doubt Marilu Henner helps or inspires many in the pursuit of happiness and health from her diverse accomplishments.
To your comment on IQ, there are different kinds of intelligences: The 9 Types of Intelligences, 7 Kinds of Smarts, & Emotional Intelligence. (covered in this post (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?119136-Of-what-use-is-a-High-IQ&p=1509786&viewfull=1#post1509786))
Often some folks with learning disabilities are extremely bright and have figured out other ways to learn, problem solve and create.
I say kudos to those people who go about the business of life without needing to prove a thing. They make a difference just by being who they are.

From IMDB Marilu Henner Trivia page and a few others sites:
Both of her parents died in their 50s, thus prompting her to live a healthier lifestyle.
Being a life-long Fitness Practitioner and an author on Healthful Diet & Fitness Lifestyle, she was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2006.
Mother, with Robert Lieberman, of two sons: Nick Lieberman (Nicholas Morgan Lieberman) (born in 1994) and Joe Lieberman (Joseph Marlon Lieberman) (born in 1995).
In the 1990s, she returned to singing and dancing on stage in the revival of the musical “Chicago".
Has been confirmed to be one of a rare group of persons, who possess "hyperthymesia" (Superior Autobiographical Memory) which allows her to recall almost every day of her life as featured on the CBS 60 Minutes (1968) episode of December 19, 2010.
Other Media Ventures:
Beyond television and film, Henner hosts her own weekday morning radio show on which she features health experts and celebrity guests. She has also authored a number of books over the years, most of which focus on health and wellness via smart eating. Henner's titles include "The 30-Day Total Health Makeover"; "Healthy Life Kitchen"; "Healthy Holidays"; and "Wear Your Life Well: Use What You Have to Get What You Want."

Marilu Henner is pro-vaccine.
So apparently super powered memory isn't all its cracked up to be...
Also.
I wouldn't take me so seriously.
Lord knows I don't take myself that seriously.
So I think smarty pants people who can't understand obvious stuff are idiots.
No big deal.
There is another answer though.
She could be pro vaccine because she is cool with a genocide.
Just because she is smart doesn't mean she's not evil.
Either way...
Dumb to what matters or evil to what matters having a super memory isn't all its cracked up to be

I wondered what that meant when he said it but forgot to look it up. Never heard of the word before.
Hyper-thymesia = Excessive memory
aka
HSAM = Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory

A piece of trivia that may or may not be related in any way: Mathematician and physicist John von Neumann (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_von_Neumann), besides being one of the greatest geniuses of all time, was well-known for being able to quote whole chapters verbatim from any book he had ever read.
(This ability of von Neumann was borrowed for Matt Damon's character in the wonderful 1997 film Good Will Hunting, all about a maladjusted super-genius struggling to come to terms with his life. :flower:)

As I recall, she was outrageously good at something; remembering her lines in the script of the TV show Taxi, and other productions she was in.
She was a good actress, but not outrageously good. I found her attractive in the day. I’ve not seen her lately. But then, I don’t watch TV, except for an occasional sporting event. Such as the Stanley Cup. Game 7 this Monday. (Please forgive my swerving off topic.).

Here's some interesting things about John/Janus.

P213. Janus was the real first name of John von Neumann who was the Hungarian scientist and time doctor on the Montauk Project.
Janus (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Janus)
In ancient Roman religion and myth, Janus is the god of beginnings, gates, transitions, time, duality, doorways, passages, frames, and endings. He is usually depicted as having two faces. The month of January is named for Janus (Ianuarius).

Both the crater (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Von_Neumann_(crater)) von Neumann on the Moon and the asteroid 22824 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_minor_planets:_22001%E2%80%9323000) von Neumann are named in his honor.
The Brookhaven Connection (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?114560-Peter-Moon-Books&p=1435896&viewfull=1#post1435896)
P61. The degaussing of the ship was a cover story. During the second test the ship became transparent, but sailors became stuck in the bulkheads. After the war the project was moved to BNL. Mr. J succeeded Dr. John von Neumann at BNL.
The Black Sun: Montauk’s Nazi-Tibetan Connection (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?114560-Peter-Moon-Books&p=1420681&viewfull=1#post1420681)
P85. Preston said WWII was a war of time. Mark Hamill was the covert producer of the movie ‘The Philadelphia Experiment 2”. On the imdb (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107819/fullcredits?ref_=tt_cl_sm) page for that movie, he’s listed as Mark Levinson in reference to Levinson time equations.
P86. The producer Doug Curtis said Mark Hamill had no involvement. Preston ran into Mark at a Mall and said he was working on The Philadelphia Experiment 2.
P87. The name Decker was blurted out in the movie which was a reference to John Von Neumann.
Montauk Revisited: Adventures in Synchronicity (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?114560-Peter-Moon-Books&p=1420678&viewfull=1#post1420678)
P168. Dr. John Von Neumann liked strawberry ice cream and so did Dr. Rinehart. I recall Dan Burisch saying an alien in custody liked it too, possibly the J-Rods.

Man Marilu Henner looks absolutely fantastic in that video where she is what.? 65 or so.
Wow!!!
Kind of reminds me of how good Marina Abromovitch looks at her advanced years.
Anytime I see a Hollywood star aging too well I tend to assume adrenochrome is involved.
This leads me to mention a long time suspected theory of mine.
Adrenochrome supply and control tends to be a centralized thing.
You can't have your fix shipped or fed exed to you. You have a system where you have to live within the delivery radius.
So note Bruce Willis on the death becomes her movie which many folks consider to be a movie depicting adrenochrome use with a comedic take.
We would assume the actors were folks in the know and using.
Meryl Streep has aged amazingly well as has Goldy Hawn.
Bruce Willis was aging amazingly well too...
Until he moved away from Hollywood.
He moved to Idaho where it was said that he became rather jaded.
Then he began to deteriorate.
Especially in so far as his faculties are concerned.
From what I've been exposed to this kind of deterioration is what we would expect from someone who has stopped taking adrenochrome...
Forgive my tangent.
Just sharing a thought.

I've been taking an Alex Jones supplement, Brain Force Ultra.
My ability to rotate a complicated 3D image in my mind has been enhanced a great deal, amongst other improvements.
In a way, that is also a type of memory...
