AMERITHRAX LETTERS DECODED - Ciphers Discovered in Letters from Anthrax Attacks

I am a cryptographer from Princeton, NJ originally, and when I saw that the letters from the Amerithrax Attacks on 9/18/2001 were mailed from a mailbox across from Princeton University, I was surprised to find out that the FBI had mentioned that they had found a cipher in one of the letters, even though there were two pairs of letters found, as well as another that is still unpublished from the attack on the Florida Tabloid Publisher. It seemed their whole case was based ultimately on the suspicions found in a single cipher that they claimed they found.

The mention of a number of oddities in the case can be used to build the suspicions that the US never had any solid leads on a suspect, who the press had already dubbed "Mr. Z".

But all the while the US had taken their leisure in the invasion and occupation of not one, but two nations, under the guise that the Anthrax in the letters constituted a weapon of mass destruction, and that it had to be one of the foreign Arab and Muslim countries that made it, because they were sure that the same group that had targeted the WTC was responsible. The invasions and occupation were dragged on for some time until the facade began to fall, with the realization hit that there was more knowledge about the attacks that was being withheld.

First came the accusations against Hatfill, made by influential media and press associations of a specific lobby, who tried to sleuth their way into creating the first implication of an American in the case, and forcing the US to confront the fact they were still occupying Afghanistan and Iraq on fabricated grounds.

The continued accusations flew in the face of their lies told everywhere in the news, as new attention was drawn to the fact that the entire case was a failure, in which their focus then once again turned to an American who worked in the Lab at USAMRIID, Bruce Ivins.

Having their new investigations based on the suspicions that Bruce Ivins was a skilled cryptographer, they made their declarations, but did so in order to intimidate and harass him publicly, instead of arresting and trying him on the suspicions that there was a cipher in one of the letters.

The crime of the century was announced and a suspect was named, but there was no arrest. It stands as a type of showboating used to rally the media to be ready to report on the findings, in which the FBI presented a pathetic case using the following cipher to "prove" there were secret messages within.

Using this as a template to understand their logic is nearly impossible as one of the T's they used is just added out of their own suspicions to complete the cipher, without the same traits used on the other selected letters being scored over erratically highlighting them.

Now take a look at their logical assumptions deriving a phrase FNY PAT....that literally can mean anything, but they chose to create their entire case on a variable they forced a solve from, and merely tied in the phrase F**K New York, and then assumed that was one of Ivins' college friends named PAT. How this makes sense, when he mailed them in Princeton, NY, and sent them to random people in media and Congress with Pat Leahy "intercepting" one letter as well, wouldn't suspicions be more towards finding something as compelling as the statements on the cover letters hiding the ciphers?

Here you find that the assumed political reasoning behind the threats they suspected Ivins made, in reality made no sense at all. How would he have seen the attacks, been affected by the reaction, and then in one week, whipped up a batch of the most advanced strains of weaponized Anthrax?

These are all impossible to even begin to try to reason, because as a cryptographer, you would notice more traits of the letters that stood out, and you would naturally look around for the reason the media coined the suspect "Mr. Z".

This is where I stepped in to the story in 2016, to work on the letters having read up on this pile of manure that had collected tons of swarming flies all around it.

So looking for keys to the meaning of the alterations from these letters, in the intentional scoring seen in one and the blocked and linear perfection in the other, I came to reason that these were parts of a form of encryption known as steganography.

The scored letters were arranged in the layout of the letter "Z" with a crooked arm in the upper left, and carried through the letter, making the design out to be a familiar shape, as seen in other letters from Mr. Z.

These are from the Bates Letters, in which there was a series of matching letters that were mailed to a victim's family during a string of killings in the 60's.

The other letter concealed a certain look, making it into a block of words that were short and spaced a bit, as if they were made with an erased graph that would be used to help write them out in straight lines.

This would also host a simple vertical read of the first letters in the boxed in-section, comprised of three words on each line, specifically matching the length of the word YADDA, meaning "Talk of the Town", or rumors/gossip.

These are internally made to reveal traits of the author in which would denote that they were not Arab/Muslim, but that they were in fact from an Israeli/Jewish author.

Seeing this would then become a specific trait that would also lead to another pattern, in which the blocked-in section of this letter was used to form the breaks by entering the text into a graph, as seen in the match of the last word, GREAT, used as a GRATE or GRILLE template.

The use of a 6x6 was chosen as there was an apparent use of the G to be drawn as a number 6.

Entry of the entire text of the letter is made to fill one 6x6 and the second is filled with 12 spaces left open.

The lower block is then shifted over to be placed at the end of the other, and the message is suddenly changed in tone and inflection, revealing the underlying message from their cabal.

It leaves the rest to be filled in as a clue with the phrase OCTOR CAN CURE, having the MD present vertically at the end of the block to carry the read through the spaces with a hint.

These are accentuated when the other letter is also ran through the same technique, but with the letters of the Z-shape removed before hand, as they were "scored" out.

This time the letter fills up two blocks but leaves 25 spaces empty, and the jump to figure out the missing words is made when realizing where the "Z" shape was used, and what was behind those killings and other ciphers, as they set the standard for the keys to the Z340, one of the hardest ciphers in the world to break, and bring on the theme from the Operation Wrath of God, being WE DONT FORGIVE WE DONT FORGET.

These letters were acting as a similar threat to a person in the first at Princeton, the reason they were mailed there.

They continued to address their activity as from the side of an Israeli/Jewish operation, and used symbolism from older operations that they conducted in the US, to carry out a number of attacks and killings which have been documented and researched for decades.

Here is one of the first signs of keys to the whole series of ciphers, made in the discoveries inside of the 2001 Amerithrax Letters, confirming the involvement in the manufacture of Bioweapons, and the targeting of American Politicians and Media, in order to get their point across that they were able to "convince" everyone that Iraq and Afghanistan, and Two Americans were all accused and put under their thumb, while an array of other more sinister operations were being planned.

With this basic examination of traits of the layout of the two different letters seen, there were other hints added of additional layers of the cipher that would eventually all build the same traits around the targeting of Arabs/Muslims.

Mostly there were a number of subtle marks to be seen, like the line that read "TAKE PENACILIN", which was mispelled.....revealing the illusion of a drawn line at an angle, from the appearance of the words TAKE PENACIL, as if a PENCIL. The ILI would later denote the presence of a Baconian Cipher, a "bILIteral" cipher.

Here is the "slant" technique applied to deliver the message that reverses the cover letter's intentions and once again highlights the declarations from the Israeli/Jewish themes in the cipher.

The read of the two sections from the top down appears first like an Israeli/Jewish Chant or Rally......TAKE PENAC (PNAC - Project For a New American Century)..... reading DEATH TO DEATH TO ALLAH and from the other side NOW IN AMERICA ISRAEL IS GREAT.

The effort made to extend the GREATER ISRAEL plan into the US was achieved by the 9/11 Attacks and now in the Amerithrax Letters we are seeing the ciphers revealing their threats to initiate the use of ISIS or the Israeli Secret Intelligence Service, to create a terror network, as the second block of letters was seen to host the phrases ...... HIS ISIS IS NEXT, EXCELLENT GREAT WINDOW, WE DONT HAVE TO FORGIVE AMERICA, WE DONT HAVE TO FORGET......revealing the ongoing and underlying sentiment that they hold against the US, while exploiting the events to suit their interests in the Middle East.

You see that they have a number of interests with these letters, as after 9/11, there was a need to keep up the threat to give it the status that it needed to be the catalyst for the invasions.

But they screwed up royally, because due to the circumstances they were in at the time when they switched their accusations over to the threats made by two Americans, the entire military was engaged in fighting the illusion of a "terror network" sponsored by Sadaam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden, which neither were ever found to possess any form of manufacturing facility that could manufacture these biological agents. They screwed up two times in invading, and then two times in accusing Americans, while there were two sets of matching letters and an errant 5th letter that was not seen or mentioned in this declaration by the FBI.

There was much more to be seen that was not even fathomed at that time, as a number of internet groups began their own investigations into the attacks, forgetting about the letters for years.....so much so that it was obvious that they had been fixating on the attacks for the psychological impact, and that the ciphers were ignored as they had physical statements and declarations of threats in them, which any cryptographer could have easily discovered, finding at least a couple.

The next layers were the Biliteral Ciphers that were hidden in them. Now these are specific in their design, and rely on the letter counts in the words to end in a 5 or 0, or they will be voided as unauthentic in their imperfect forms. These also had sections that were boxed in with the use of a word count, and it would show that they ended in one letter with a count of 65, and the other, with the box encasing the lower sections, of a count of 60.

Using the standard Biliteral Alphabet, this would bring on a strand of text reading REBEAILARECAA or more subtly pronouncing REVEAL A BEALE RACE, with the hint from the Beale Ciphers being mentioned, a famous pamphlet from the original Zionists behind the Peralta Land Grab, in an effort to take over Gold Mining in Arizona.

The other letter was entered into the Biliteral format and would then deliver the message RASACILARWCAB....or more obviously starting on the right reading left as BACKWARDS CIA RASCAL

This is a stab at George Bush, the former Director of the CIA.

As we move through this scenario there is another layer found that was hidden.....knowing that the entire letter is filled with other hints, like one of the E's being slanted to appear like a British Pound sign......with the T next to it appearing as a 7.

Now this was far enough for me to find a solid answer for the people behind Amerithrax Letter attacks, but that one last odd symbol was difficult to place as to the meaning.

Noticing the angle that the slant was applied to with the ILI in PENACILIN, it resounded with the idea that the read of the letter was supposed to follow through the lines in the path of the number 7, as if drawn from the upper left through to the line and then angled down on one side, and inverted on the other following the same type of read.

The odd part here is that there were internal numbering signatures that showed how to arrange the blocks of text that needed to be formed to deliver a secondary layer of messages.

We see that it mentioned THIS IS NEXT TNT, and the phrase XTNT for EXTENT, meaning that this block was supposed to be on the end on the right so I shift the blocks around and it begins to read like a book.

I then realized another set of Old English Box Ciphers could be made from the text in its original layout. These are formed with the blocking of letters in proximity to the others to form shortened and rythmic patterning of stennos, or shortened words.

Read Vertically it would say TITTANAKEE or TITTANAK KEE or KEE A TITANIK TAKE......

The scheme here laid out every movement that happened on 7/7/05 in the London Underground Bombings, of which was used to thrust the UK into the war.

This was an amazing find for sure......

But there is more found before this all began, that compells you to look even deeper into the ciphers behind the CIA and Israeli Mossad/AMAN.

This would be the discovery of the planning behind 9/11 itself.

This would be the biggest clue to the original plan and the motives behind why the Towers were selected of all places to attack.

The Towers were more important to a group that was manufacturing Superdollars than any other criminal organization there, and it was all done through Fuji Bank.

Marsh McClellan were onto something big, and that was the paperless transfer system that they were creating, which was a threat to the CIA's plans to also implement the creation of Blockchain into the money laundering scenario only a few years later, the same year that Ivins died in 2008.

Here's where the story gets juicy.

In 1990 an Art Installation was commissioned for the decoration of the central courtyard inside the CIA's new headquarters building in Langley, VA. It was called KRYPTOS, meaning HIDDEN in Greek.

But there was more to it than just 4 ciphers on a copper scroll and some landscape pieces with codes on them. It was an entire working cipher that was used to deliver messages to two Agents in the field from their "Z" Operations. It was used to create planning for the operations that led from 1990 up and through the events of 9/11, as if a clock of sorts. The NSA and CIA both solved the first three seemingly harmless ciphers early on, but the K4 cipher remained elusively hidden from anyone, until I decided to kick in a four pack of Rockstars one night, and break into a series of the hardest ciphers ever conceived.

It was so convoluted that it was never meant to be solved, as the last section was somewhat shrouded by the fact that the maker of the puzzle had given out a clue of a set of words BERLINCLOCK that he claimed would fit into the puzzle in a specific place in the solve. Regardless of the 34 years of trying, not one person was able to use that to solve the puzzle, with the artist finally caving in and adding two more words to the puzzle, EASTNORTHEAST, all the while convincing everyone that the first two were correct, when in fact they were nulls, and used to keep anyone from solving the puzzle correctly.

Now I am just a professional in the manner in which I host a basic examination of a cipher, assign a particular type of mechanical application to it, and reveal the messages within them. I am not a very imaginary thinker when it comes to this stuff, and rely on textbook methods to break down ciphers, but I know from research that the hardest ciphers are the one's that are made to only be solved with a specific key, and that it is usually agreed upon by the two parties involved ahead of time. I know that the more dangerous the cipher's contents, the more time is spent in dressing it with illusions and false identifying traits that lure you away from finding the answer.

In this puzzle, you see in the body of the text two things that stand out....plaintext reads in shortened Old English Box Cipher form, and the added distractions in the use of vulgarities that inspire the loss of focus on the main read of the important messages. These are standard practices that are recognizable from previous ciphers as well.

I also know that I can only "prove" that I solve something if I can show a consistent patterning of these traits, which lead to a confirmation of bias, forming the direction of the leads in identifying the structure to each and the mechanics of them, with regards to known complications that others can recognize in this field. I can't just take any letter sequence I want and declare that they are the CODONS of a Genetic Sequence like in the declarations made by the FBI in the Amerithrax Letters, I have to actually extract the TTAAAGT strand of text from the "Z" shape of path ciphers and then discover that the strand is actually taken from Candida Albicans, used to manufacture the "Special Cancer Virus" we know as AIDS, as there needs to be a confirmation like the statement that accompanied it in the ciphers of the letters to be able to make that assertion.

So in being that focused on the specific techniques used, I have to find a reason that the Kryptos ciphertext block reads out WTC END and DIE HARD P*NIS at the same time.

How was it that this puzzle was sensationalized for decades, but the statement clearly seen in the corner was overlooked every time? With intentional misdirection, a tradecraft technique that is used throughout the media, fixating attention on specific elements that skirt over details and generalize the objectives that are stated for the reasons that are invented, for everyone to buy into.

To know how they did it, and where the rest of the messages were, you have to understand that they were planning this regardless of whatever they published for the public to see, as less than 9 months later the Scorpion Ciphers were born into the mix, with the reply from one of the "Z" Agents from the past CIA ops. This was from the notorious Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, one of the Zodiac Killer Suspects.

Remember the puzzle was designed to contact two Agents in the field, and to do so anonymously without alerting anyone as to the intended message, so concealment and diversion were the objectives. As in the past the media was used to misdirect attention to a single suspect in the serial killings in San Fran, there were actually two different police sketches in this investigation, regardless of their editing of one of them out of the picture.

This is because one was a Foreign Agent that was used as the scapegoat while the other maintained his anonymity behind his status in the CIA/Dod Operations taking place at the time.

The other is the ringleader, and planned out his moves through the communications with Ed Scheidt, who created the ciphers of the Zodiac, as well as the ciphers of Kryptos, as the director of the CIA's Cryptography Department.

The puzzle is meant to contact them to begin to expand on their "Z" operations, which ended in 1987, with the CIA's puzzle coming just a few years afterwards. You break the ciphers of the Zodiac, to discover the CIA was smuggling drugs into the US using the same team that was tasked with the assassinations of JFK, MLK, and RFK. They are stationed in LA and San Fran, and during the deliveries of shipments, have conducted ritualistic murders that turn on the city's police on high alert, with the media being used to distract attention from their real missions, smuggling Heroin and Cocaine into ports, while the police are distracted.

You find that as they were moving through their operations that they faced an investigation in the Church Hearings, tracing their leaders back as far as Sidney Gottlieb at Lockheed, stationed in Groom Lake, but having Patrick Leahy as the Chairperson of the Oversight Committee on Intelligence, you find that he sheltered the identity of Sanders who was part of the original team, with Barry Goldwater sheltering the identity of Lt. Col. Michael Aquino, who were both part to the assassinations.

You have the "Z" symbol from the Bates Letter in the Amerithrax Letters, with Israel moving that into the spotlight dangling their information in the wind, and you have the CIA moving their apparatus into the spotlight with Kryptos carrying the same traits. This is a continual pattern.

In fact the entire puzzle seems to be modeled on the technical aspects of the Zodiac Ciphers, evolving into a systematic breakdown using similar types of encryption, leaving specific details of the design to be recognized, leaving the person that discovered the themes "petrified".

Each of these ciphers deliver a part of the details of a plan that is refined over time, revealing more details from the inclusion of a number of additional ciphers.

Here is where the CIA impressed me enough to reveal all of their plans and show the creative influences that are added to the ciphers, taking it to the most extreme levels at this point.

It impressed me enough to don a pair of custom limited edition themed Arnette Hot Shots, complete with the design from the Kryptos character font, and a Zodiac and Scorpion symbol......a gift from the industry. Imagine a puzzle so powerful it impresses Rolls Royce, as they mold their Kryptos Wraith, and include their own ciphers inside the car.

The breaks in these cases expose the CIA's involvement in the targeting of "Stars", having a number of them under their employ from the past, and with newer influences being shown in the ciphers of Kryptos, exposing names like "Queen TayTey", Shnaia Twain, and Oprah, to name a few, and with the final breaks in K4 and its addendums, you discover that the CIA was running the show with archons like Arnon Milchan, and others that would arrange parts of operations for their cabal.

I plan to walk you through the stages of this plan up to the 9/11 attacks, using Zodiac, Kryptos, Scorpion, and even to find that the Seito Sakakibara Ciphers, aka the "Japanese Zodiac Killer" letters host the details about their affairs.

As the Zodiac team was bringing in drugs and moving their goods through both entertainers (cocaine) and through street vendor networks (heroin) their team amassed a small fortune that they wanted to conceal. In steps Aquino, who having made deals with the Vatican to deposit their loot for a return plus interest, travels to Italy to conduct a mirror operation there, murdering the couples in the Il Mostro Di Firenze killings, which were timed to coincide with deposits made in their banks in Italy.

The first Zodiac Ciphers double to read out their descriptions of their identities and the operations that they planned.

They have had their eyes on the Twin Towers for the entire time it was being designed and built.

The design of their ciphers served as the beginning of their Drug Trafficking and Money Laundering efforts with the Zodiac, and the end of their Superdollars Manufacturing and Laundering efforts with Kryptos. Amerithrax was just a kid's playground game compared to this entire array of operations that came before them, so expect even more technical ciphers to be generated from here in the examination of the CIA's inclusions.

With Kryptos being conceived, the last cipher K4 became its own quagmire......using an Engima of encryption as the tool to deliver the technical breaks in ciphers that seemed correct, but concealed a secondary message in another layering inside of them. One that splits off into another direction using addendums added from historical ciphers that the Kryptos text is modeled on, to compliment one another.

As K1/K2 were examined again more closely, they revealed that their combinations together in a large block of text as seen in the attachment, shows signs of themes of intelligence comms that are made to deliver a ghostly discovery. They speak about Hitler's Secret Underground Base in Labrador, on the Churchill River, after WWII.

In fact the confirmation comes in the comparison with the use of the design of the building as a mirrored image, in the proximity of the actual puzzle in the courtyard, hinting at the purpose of the physical elements of the puzzle.

Now for K3's role. It is used in a similar manner, but indexes the plaintext solve to key in more descriptions of the theme to find in the K4 solve.

This brings us to closure in K4 when the final measurements are given, using a point of reference in the location of a stone map, with a rose compass and sighting rod hole added inside.

Making this discovery is one of the hardest, as it actually gives the measurement from a location outside of the puzzle, of which only faint details are known at this point in the decoding process to locate this stone map. It is situated at the base of a mountain in Dowsville, VT, on Vigilante Road. It is found right across the river after a bridge embedded in the road.

As you can see it points at 686 miles at a precise degree, with an adjustment added for Magnetic North, to a point where a German U-Boat was found scuttled at the bottom of the river upstream some miles.

With this in play first, I made the discoveries of the meaning of the ciphers later, having a fairly good idea what the purpose of this stone used to be. It was a marker to a series of Spanish Gold/Silver Mines in Vermont that was edited with the Rose Compass and Dowel Hole to accentuate it for this puzzle.

The maker of the puzzle mentioned that you had to look for the "Kryptos Pyramid" as part of the puzzle, and this is the exact object that is described in the block of text found online in one of the original commentaries about the puzzle, hidden by their crew creatively right in her public archives. The only piece of the puzzle's landscape pieces, the first you encounter outside the Agency when entering the building is this stone pyramid, and the text from the block mentioned the location being in Vermont.

K4 leads here alright, and all the pieces are present to compare for authenticity in the message, that has importance to the CIA as well, as this was one of the last operations of the OSS before it became the CIA.

The next part is where the puzzle turns into a nightmare, as the K4 solve or the plaintext message, is then coupled with the last unsolved Enigma Code from WWII - from U-534.

The idea spawned from the examinations of the K4 ciphertext being similar to that of an Enigma Code, but being unbroken from any attempts, it stood as the final challenge to cryptographers that were researching its importance at the end of the war, and remained a mystery as to what it said.

The text block featured two specific sections and a break in the block in the center. The left side read using the layout of the AIDS Ribbon, FIND VIGILANTE DIGS DPR.

There were stennos like QCLOCK, FAUCI PILLS GIV HIV, and NETANYA WAS NEW JERSEY.

On the right side a segment read out the instructions to cut the sections in two, and to use a specific rotational blocking of the text to form its layout. A STNO RTRN, CT AT XY XSYS

The blocks were laid out to show there were a series of variable phrases that could be extracted, and they become even more extensive as the blocks are rotated to the specific layout mentioned in each. I will post all of them I have generated so far, and you will begin to see how complex they are in their design. The multiple comparisons used in these layouts at the end of the puzzle, formed the basis for the creation of the previous segments and so forth, as the maker of this puzzle did so from this point, and generated the final image and blocks of text using the different methods that would carry as if a single break was all that was needed to discover something so large about such a talked about person, that you would forget the ultimate meaning of the puzzle was to convey messages to agents in the field.

They were hidden in these blocks of text and the Old English Box Ciphers found in each of them.

This block of text bothered me enough to highlight it specifically, as Arnon's company is stationed in LA, and the ciphers mentioned a "TIDE DOOM" brought from the deposit of mini-nukes under Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii.....this is actually something related to their Big Bang, planned for the end of this year in November, in order to create a massive tsunami and flood the West Coast cities from the shockwaves the massive eruption will cause.

We see that there are a number of these side-show operations mentioned, and there are more, but the point was to show that as the blocks were rotated, the events also came to fruition over time. The CIA were responsible as to their declarations when opening Kryptos.....Ed Scheidt is the name of the Cryptographer from their operations at the CIA. He is seen in statements on a number of videos claiming he was involved in making up the ciphers for these puzzles, of which the entire affair is based on, but later was handed to others to conduct as part of their plans.

When it comes to the Israeli side, in the ciphers of the Amerithrax Letters, you find that the ciphers were more basic and used the easiest comparisons to create the complications in the ciphers of the letters, whereas Ed Scheidt had demonstrated the fact that the CIA's technical capacity was far more complex, proving it throughout a period of time.

Also showing the people involved in the WTC and Amerithrax affairs were actually younger, as you mentioned, and conferred with a group called Gelatin in NYC's WTC Towers, the Israeli side had naurally wanted to leave behind more basic instructions as well as a few taunts for the American investigation teams to find. This allowed their AMAN trained soldiers the ability to more easily be able to interpret what was being said.

Knowing this, the Israeli lobby in the US were responsible for railroading Hatfill in the media, as well as luring the investigations towards Ivins publicly, using their pull in the media to coordinate the cover up of their own involvement, whereas the US merely used their denial complex and plausible deniability excuse to discredit any associations with this operation, having set the stage, and allowed for the Israeli teams to conduct the operations on their own, in effect, giving them the direction of operations related to 9/11 and Amerithrax.

The use of the simple word selections in the Amerithrax Letters allowed them the chance to easily coordinate the dual uses of the words when placed in the blocks, harnessing the similar letter selections, but also allowing them to try to dress the letters in a tone that appeared to be less fluent in English, choppy and basic, as if made by an ignorant Arab, when in fact this is actually a trait of Eastern Block Jews that are originally from different language groups.

I would consider this to be a form of deceptive use of language in the attempt at forming an intentional profile that backfired, when the phrase YADDA appeared vertically as one of the signifying traits and keys of the Amerithrax Letter.

AFR could be taken as AFRAID if seen alone, as it was taken from the word AFRAID but used in that manner only in the initial cover letter read, but in the context of the rest of the letter as it was placed in the blocking systems, it would be a stab at the African/Muslim race, as a way of insulting them while claiming that they participated in the genocidal spread of the AIDS Virus to Africans intentionally.

To continue where I left off in the breaks in the timeline of ciphers, Kryptos hosts a series of addendums that would deliver instructions to the agents in the field where to lay out their affairs.

As the Money Laundering at the Vatican was coming to a close, they were looking for a way to create Counterfeit 50/100 bills and increase their holdings, counterfeiting money in order to bring it into the US economy through trade in Japanese holdings, and forcing the nations to have to adjust to the new flow of currency, lowering the GDP and inflating the value of American currency, while degrading the value of the Japanese currency. It is during this time, that even though the efforts stimulating the economy in Japan were booming, that they saw the biggest decrease in values of the Yen compared to the US Dollar.

This was when they decided that they would move their operations to Japan, to create the Superdollars manufacturing racket and Laundering operations through Fuji Bank.

The movement there was also mentioned in the addendums of K4, but there was more, a lot more.

The first sign of this long-term planning came from a list of reports on the Libyan activities around 1983-84.

These are the preliminary planning stages that were found in this letter, of which additional letters in this group provide their own planning for 9/11.

When the Kryptos puzzle was commissioned shortly after these letters were filed as internal communiques, a group of 16 members of the CIA's SOVA Group were getting together to protest the opening of the puzzle, with an encrypted letter that served to extend their operations further into Japan.

With this letter came the underlying series of text block studies that were made to be used to decipher the letter, using specific parts to break down segments of the message they were sending to their Agent, Lt. Col. Michael Aquino.

The cover letter was used to inform the CIA that they had formed a group that were recommending not to build the Art Installation, and for good reason....it was hosting a list of operations that would later expose even their roles in the creation of the CoronaVirus and other Bioweapons.

The segment on the left of the cover letter was used to describe the target mentioning the Marsh McClennan accountants in the other Tower, who were working on a paperless money transfer system that was going to be competing with their BitCoin and Blockchain developments, so they wanted to target their members, their computer systems, as well as to target the Fuji Bank computers that had the records of transfers through their US hub in the Towers, the reason that those exact targets were selected on 9/11 and the source of many comments and investigative leads throughout the aftermath.

The segment on the right of the letter mentioned their intentions of creating an image of the affair being planned, to begin in creating the look and feel of the operation, and mentioned the use of the word "Circulated", and the names being redacted stood out. They also mentioned a key that showed how they were able to rig the explosives, and how they were able to get into the many floors of the core of the building, through the HVAC ducts where the air is circulated throughout the building and has a number of vent openings to access the core.

Turning the signature sections right, the design of NYC's skyline would then show the Two Towers and the Building 7 layout, a block away.

Moving into the second letter, there were a number of signs that this block of text in the left side was used, as there were keywords like MISAPPROPRIATED and INAPPROPRIATE to act as a starting point, and a lower break in the end of the paragraph would serve to block in the text of those specific words as seen matching the cover letter's hints at a layout of importance.

Taking these words and entering them into a block, and working their pairs out delivers a phrase - PRIDENEAT NINE IS THE Q (17 pair count = letter Q). They also bring out the context of the affairs of the Seito Sakakibara Ciphers and how they planned to use a 14yo boy in Japan as the scapegoat.

I wanted to use the blocks of text more, but had to break here to make the threads as this was the newest discovery that I found when running examinations of the text as delineated with the text from the Disapproval Letter. The rotations will continue throughout the breakdown, as pairs removed will compress the block and allow for a new read of the Old English Box Ciphers with Stennos inside of them.

Taking notice also that there was a series of empty spaces in the typesetting positions of the words, it left a clear space or negative space, which would deliver the hints that were hidden in the physical arrangements of words in the body of text. The words MEANINGLESS ART and VALUE PIECES stood out as the most important segment and the longest of coincidental spaces seen, and they appeared as if the shape and position of the Two Towers themselves. At the base of the image of the Towers were the text strands spelling TWO TOWERS confirming the image was not a pareidolic coincidence.

This forms the basis for the movement into the next segment of ciphers from the Seito Sakakibara Ciphers, known locally there as the "Japanese Zodiac Killer".

Now we come to another very difficult series of ciphers that were sent to police following a series of murders of two school kids, who were abducted, and decapitated, with their parts delivered in front of the school where they were killed. This was in 1997. This would be the victimization of the public that was used to inspire fear in the population surrounding Kobe, whereas the ports to the South were being used to ship Cocaine into the country, and distributed across the area and into Tokyo, having a massive network established through their affilations with the Government.

Seito Sakakibara literally means ALCOHOL DEVIL ROSE SAINT FIGHT in Japanese, the same as the name Satoshi Nakamoto means INTELLIGENCE COLLECTIVE. They are one in the same affair, but were timed to be launched across a timeline of affairs, as seen in the different blocks of the K4 addendums.

Moving their enterprises into Japan to Counterfeit Superdollars, they had to bring the plates from the US, and it is said that the trips that Bill Clinton made there as a Diplomat would launch this branch of the operation, loaning them to the Japanese to make a digital scan, then allowing them to plot out their own plates on a CNC machine. It was said that the only way they could tell the difference from the perfection in the process that was used was that they were too perfect, as hand engravers have used ways to embed their signature mistakes into their work on US Treasury Plates as a form of authentication, as well as the fact that the finite engraving systems a CNC machine used having a specific symmetry would leave patterned markings at a microscopic level, which could be seen in some of the printing processes on the bills, differentiating from the hand made cuts and grooves that would be seen if a real person was making them at the US Department of the Treasury.

At the time Mori Seiki was the most advanced CNC machine that could be used with a fine bit for the engraving process of the plates, and with that, all they needed was a Government account to use through Fuji bank, and all investigations into it were controlled, if any scrutiny would arise from the discovery of these elements being engaged together.

With this format in place, a group formed called the Aum Shinrikyo Cult was given Sarin and VX Nerve Gas, and Israel provided them their Anthrax, according to the blocks in Kryptos shown previously. This would take on a whole new form of Occult Terror, as the group was tasked with creating the format for the disbursment of the Chemical and Biological Agents, as they were planning to make the entire world aware that they were in possession of these weapons, but the reality is that it had to have come from a country that had the capacity to make them. This would be part of the SOVA Group's intentions at the CIA, as they were the group at the CIA that dealt with the oversight of the production of Russian Bioweapons, as an intelligence group tasked with collecting the evidence on it's production. There was the intention of using the Russians as a scapegoat, and money given to the Cult was used to buy the surplus helicopter, which they planned to use to disburse the weapons over the regions, but the Aum Shinrikyo was even forming partnerships with a Russian associate of their cabal to presumably buy weapons from using bribes, and they made other affiliations with doctors and businessmen throughout their role in these operations conducted in 1994/95, as the laundering had just begun during Bill Clinton's terms. They wanted a distraction from the attention that was being addressed, as Fuji was managing Billions more than they previously had, and to shift the attention to a series of terror attacks in the country, nobody would be noticing their financial dealings, as all eyes of the media were on the Cult, which was mentioned in the letters before Kryptos and throughout it's program as well.

This is the same time frame that was used for the OKC Bombing, with John Doe #2 being that of Lt. Col. Michael Aquino in the lineups, as well as being mentioned as the person that was responsible for the wet work killings and cult indoctrination and programming developments that were being instilled in the media. They were preparing the stage for the later attacks and began to use tactics to implicate foreign actors in these attacks.

The Seito Sakakibara Ciphers were mailed with a few different designs to them, as one was made to serve as a key to a columnar shift function in the previous Disapproval Letter, and there were similar breaks in the words as they were positioned on the lines of the Disapproval Letter as well, so I took the leisure of segregating them into a more formal block, and it appeared to be the image of a person holding a rifle. It also had a separate cipher that appeared to look like the boots that would fit under the text blocks.

Moving to interpret this, I later found that it was in fact supposed to mention or appear as if it was Bernard Sanders.

You can see the one letter written in English, using a specific "Greek-ish" looking font for the characters, and it held a key to the identity of the person behind the message. Aquino and the CIA were still reeling over being exposed by Sanders when he made his break for it to hide in Vermont. Leahy and Sanders colluded to create the leaks of information that led to the Church Hearings, with Leahy using his position to buffer his own efforts to include himself in the affairs. The ciphers were meant to deliver their team's attempt to frame him and expose him if they were caught, designing the cipher as if communicating with them in Vermont, as seen in the Amerithrax Letter sent to Leahy specifically.

The phrase I AM NOT FORGETTING stood out, as the letters appeared to be represented as the numbers 4 and 6.

I used the letter E as the Arrow pointing to the letter before it throughout the whole thing, and removed the specific text strands in each section, rotating each both 4 and 6 times through the standard Caesar alphabet to derive the name of the would be Senator, as it also appeared in the Zodiac Z408. A reminder of who Sanders was.

Apparently they knew that the Israeli team would eventually try to branch off and create dirty tricks to try to double cross the CIA.....it was part of every cipher that I broke in the Zodiac.

With the ciphers identifying the CIA as being the authors, and Aquino's grift and Sanders being grieved again over their past operations, it seems that there are more pressing issues that would naturally be found in the ciphers, holding reference to the planning of 9/11.

First noticing the technical layout of a series of Japanese characters in a practice sheet for students, comprised of Katakana, Hirigana, and Kanji characters, they mixed up the format with the use of a translation to Romanji in the way that only sparsed characters would translate from the page, which was seemingly paired to a degree with the cipher layouts of Kryptos. In some fashion the 4 ciphers of Kryptos are accentuated with these text strands, but for starters I show the translations of these specific symbols to sound out the phrase on the first line - BREAK LIKE WE TAUGHT YOU, WE SPY BY THE WEB.

Adding more to the mix, the text of the English letters would naturally be formed into a block, as shown in the Disapproval Letter, and the ciphers from them would produce additional descriptions of operations that they were planning. The examination revealed the specific configurations were accurate when smaller blocks were found embedded inside of them revealed keys when the pairs were removed and the blocks rotated once through.

The Seito Sakakibara Ciphers are made to deliver operations in Japan that took place in order to accentuate their plans in the US.

They also included a key that was used to break into the structure of the operations using the one signature card from the cipher series.

It would relay against the block of text that was from the Disapproval Letter in order to complicate matters further, using the internal design of the columns of text, to deliver the planning for the actual attack using symbolic placement of the ciphers to not only deliver a message, but to appear to be part of the physical plan itself.

It was mentioned as being one of their "Grand Art" pieces to be commemorated.

The first noticeable trait of the shift was that it included a move of 4 places to deliver the first message - MEANIN WE HAVE MO PIECES as the VTTER would then line up with the Japanese VT looking characters. The other side would mention both 4 pieces and another 3 in the design of its vertical count. A two step process.

The second step would then drop the column down further, revealing the text strands - MEANIS WOULD ALSO END, EMPLOYEE ARE SPLEATTER - with the vertical reads of the text inside of the empty spaces reading BE DLT LEAD and TIIHELE in regards to the addition of the block to the end, forming a rough image of the blueprint of Langley's corner section where the puzzle is found, as well as a signature image of the letters CIA.

It is a form of signature from their entourage of Crypographers and Agents that collaborated on this puzzle and the execution of this all was made with the interest of leaving it as a timepiece of their operations that is still going on today.

The closer examination of this cipher series shows the use of Japanese Characters to act as Pictographic representation of the events as they were planned, including the image of a falling man in the presence of the numbers 9/11.

After these events transpired the CIA was busy planning more events and affairs, once again leaving no doubt as to the planning of a Project For A New American Century of false flags and terrorist attacks, ritualistic murders, and the manipulation of the economies of a number of nations, while continuing their illegal trafficking of humans and drugs, their two biggest profit-based industries that they have tapped into, fueling criminal degradation of entire regions and destroying thousands of lives in their wake.

After 9/11 and Amerithrax, it became known that the Urban Moving Systems company employees that were caught fleeing the US on the Washington Street Bridge were found to have been holding a Contact List of names and numbers.

This was discovered in 2017 during an FOIA Request that had turned up evidence from their arrest in documents shown online.

I noticed one thing about the names in the lower section, that they were patterned with the first letters to form the phrase MMMRRRR BABBB........BABBB is known as the letter "Z" in the Baconian Alphabet for a Biliteral Cipher.

The internal complications seen in this layout would form the basis for building a cipher using only the available data enclosed as well as having the instructions embedded to guide the build of it.

The shape is of the letters OP for Operation. This is a kill list, used to create the variables that can deliver descriptions of people, their names, locations, and other information that is given to Agents to track and murder targets.

The first killing was seen in this to be Tom Wales, the AAG from Seattle.

The investigation became so heated, when Israeli Art Students began to show up at the FBI and DEA official offices and residences attempting to enter their premises on the intention of selling art to them, alerting them to the presence of a team that was tasked with gathering intel on them.

They had to shut down this operation after that, and did not start killing again until 2010 when the Disposition Matrix Legislature was signed into action, but instead of relying on a group of Art Students, they moved through the period up until that timeframe with the delivery of additional ciphers and plans for operations.

They were conducted by a man that goes by the Stage Name of Cypher Zero.

The ciphers are all gathered from the Fallen Angel Ricin Letters, the Tinsley Letters, the Long Code, the Sikikey Letter, and the Gidget Letter, which was mailed to the FBI's office in Seattle, claiming to be from the person that killed Tom Wales.

A second Ricin Threat Letter was found throughout the timeline of affairs, mailed in Seattle in 2009.

After the Disposition Matrix Legislature was signed into action in 2010, they mentioned a hit list all throughout the media being compiled and used, but not one FOIA or other inquiry or even a leak was able to turn up evidence of the actual list.

It was because it was hidden in the ciphers of the Contact List and the ciphers in letters that came afterwards, and the legislature was deemed as authorization that granted the CIA the ability to target and murder anyone they wanted, in the US or abroad.

Seeing this all engaged, I moved to expose the entire affair to the media and public, with the uncovering of their active operations under the program named Project Architeuthis.

I gained notoriety in 2017 for hosting the American Cryptogram Association's annual convention, as well as becoming the recipient of a Shorty Award Top Mention for research in this affair, given a top mention from their org and a place of reference on their awards page with a link to my research page.

There is sufficient enough evidence compiled here to be able to expose the entire timeline of operations that were engaged at the time.

This included the operations that were spearheaded by Julian "Assange" Hawkins and Wikileaks, exposing his roles in huge BitCoin Heists at QuadrigaCX. This also included the creation of an "Algorithm" that sources information from your social media and discussion board posts and threads, and compiles names of targets and their descriptions, with a kill list that has raked up over 200 murders as seen in the ciphers from these more recent active operations.

He clearly is not happy to say the least. This was his last message before being released from Belmarsh, with direct inflections about my presence in this game as a professional that exposed their plans, had the occupational forces forced out of Afghanistan and to a degree from Iraq, and with the continuations of these operations keyed into his own ciphers, he has admitted his roles in this affair. It is also seen in the Fallen Angel Letters where he is mentioned as being a part of their plans in the aftermath of 9/11.
