View Full Version : Vault Discovered in Vermont - 150' off the ground in a cliffside in a valley

I am a cryptographer that has been fortunate enough to break through some of the most important ciphers to date, with the interests of exploring remote areas looking for relics, troves, caches, and other ancient artifacts that are mentioned in the codes I research.
In 2015 I was able to break ciphers in both the Book of Revelations, as well as in the works of Shakespeare, showing the location of a series of carvings, mapping their directions to a Vault situated in the side of a cliff, over 150' off the ground.
This is the short pilot teaser that I made with the journey through these locations to document their existence as a man-made creation, dating back to 1606 and 1607.

I created this to show only a fraction of the evidence behind my research, and have all of the other information gathered on this site:

So what was in the vault?
Did you find ciphers in the Hebrew book of Revelations?
I have no idea what you mean by that..... 'Hebrew book of Revelations'.
I found the ciphers from the KJV of the Bible, with the lines mentioning the Golden Angel, which was written by Francis Bacon and a team of Rosicrucians he was working with at the time.
I also decoded some ciphers from Rennes Le Chateau, in France, which had Bacon's signature on them, hosting the information about a tomb under the Chapel there, in which two people were buried. The story line goes that as of the late 1590's King Henry's men found the tomb during an excavation/renovation, and decided that they would reinter the remains in the new world in a new place called Acadia (Acadie - Fr.).
I worked to identify some additional ciphers from the Folios of Shakespeare and decided that it would be best to invite the State Archaeologist from the Historical Preservation Society in Vermont to confirm the locations I found with massive arrays of rock carvings were real, as described in the ciphers.
I hosted the American Cryptogram Association's annual convention in 2017 and then was able to invite Petter Admunsen to speak via internet Telecast concerning his discoveries of ciphers he broke down in Shakespeare.
I tracked their movements from France to Scotland, and into Nova Scotia and Vermont following details in books, parchments, paintings, and trails of carvings found along the path.
The ciphers and stories all read about the discovery of a tomb by a Priest in Rennes Le Chateau in the early 1900's, making them the basis for a number of modern investigations about the Chapel as well as the Parchments left behind.
Turning themselves into the keepers of the truth behind the Great Mystery, they created a secret order of Masons, and from that the legend was created and kept for centuries after, with most of the importance being lost.
A specific pamphlet in the archives of their history mentioned this exact trove of religious artifacts being moved to a location. The pamphlet was created for the Sublime Prince of the Greatest Royal Secret, as a part of the Great Mystery of the Bible.
Moving this into the spotlight, I was able to generate a massive amount of new information, and showed a ton of new discoveries culminating in the discovery of the Vault.
It was said that the remains of Jesus and Mary Magdalene were placed in a chamber under the Chateau when it was being built. They were originally interred in a grotto nearby, as they had fled the Crucifixion to France, where their children became the Regents of France, and later during their First Crusade to Jerusalem, they returned with the relics that accompanied Jesus' ministry, as Dagobert II had missioned there to reclaim the troves.
The storyline is complete with the later Assassination of King Henry, and the attempt at blowing up Parliament during the Guy Fawkes masquerade, as well as a slew of other attempts to indoctrinate the Catholics in a falsehood, which carried on throughout the decades, as they invaded a number of countries until they were able to claim the rule over their Kingdoms.
These are some of the stories behind this trove.
In reality it sits on the hillside, on a mountain that was known to the Spanish called Montana Tanto, or "So Much Mountain", as the trails and streams are literally littered with Gold and Silver everywhere.
To them it was a part of their exploration in the region, and they had continually searched for more of these types of areas, to find another in Arizona that they called Tonto Montana.
Both Tanto Montana and Montana Tanto are seen on the Spanish Coronation Sword as the legend was made a part of their Kingdom from the Order of the Helm, under King James I of England/Scotland/Ireland, King Henry IV of France, and King Felipe IV of Spain.
With this agenda in place, the explorations of the New World were brought under the control of a Religious Mission, to settle in these lands under a Peace Agreement made with the Native Americans, in France with the Mi'kmac first, and then with the Apache/Dine/Pima in Arizona. These are the places where they had decided to help found missions to work together in hopes of bringing medicines that were procreated in these lands to people in Europe, in hope that the studies of Medicine would advance on the practice of herbal remedies. They stationed a small settlement called New Ross, and planted as many as they could, in order to take samples back to the new world, and created a manuscript of them in order to document them. We call it the "Voynich" Manuscript.
These are the events and affairs of the Order of the Helm of the Knights of Christ, who sailed here in 1606 and 1607 to bring about the preparations for the coming days of a Catholic insurgency, and created a settlement for each country to pursue, in hopes of enriching themselves in the cultural ways of a people that they had met with and carried on the historical records of, in hopes of becoming one people in the future.
My favorite part of the works Bacon's philosophy heralded - "And they are but one mind".

To create a mystery around this site, a number of legends were spawned from it, including Edgar Allen Poe's Gold Bug.
Master Artisans also added their interpretations throughout a period of Romanticism, in which this location was dressed as a scene for Poussin, Tenier and his son, and others that came to know the place called Acadia. Even Paul Cezanne had made his work about this location, decorating a scene from the end of the journey to the saddle in the Valley where a specific stone Pyramid was set up, moving them into the presence of a number of people who would search for these locations in a quest of their own.
Most were lost on Oak Island spinning the wheels of the fabled Money Pit, without understanding the location was merely a focal point of reference of movement throughout the area, on the tour to Lake Champlain through the St. Lawrence Seaway, and into the mountains.

One such group that helped to accentuate the trail were the American Freemasons, as this was part of their planning to take control over the misdirection of the Kingdom and to redirect it back to the original planning that was founded during the Order of the Helm.

Having this to consider as a formal declaration made with the Great Seal of the Freemasons adorned with the two different locations that were seen in the movement through the Great Mystery, you find that a number of people were aware of the location back some decades ago, but was lost for some time, as the agendas that were the foundation of the new colonies were forced to adapt to the ideals of Manifest Destiny, in which there was a group of religious zealots that were hell bent on "conquering" the whole of the continent to capitalize on its wealth for themselves.
Knowing the Nation is founded on the ethics of a more benevolent settlement, I offer this insight to those that question why things are the way that they are today.

Some of the ciphers were mystifying, and some were basic and technical, allowing for a mixture of visionary skills and textbook studies, which would accumulate a mass of knowledge that could help to influence the upbringing of newer generations after, so that they remembered the movement to the new world was based on the survival of their lineages, and the procreation of a very lucrative trade in a number of crops, as well as the discovery of great caches of ore that would be used to fuel the Kingdoms for decades with a simple discovery using a majestic map.
Finiding the troves to be incredibly rich, the storyline was even more potent and would be considered one of the most amazing research projects to date, as I am hoping to be able to contain it all into a formal documentary that will last far longer than my own life.
I am available for questions about content on my sitepage, and am working on the public awareness of the location to be made through the creation of a UNESCO World Heritage Fund site.

Thanks for this! The detective story is way more than fascinating. :highfive:
A few questions and comments!
Your identification of NOIS (seen st 5:18 in the video (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?123285-Vault-Discovered-in-Vermont-150-off-the-ground-in-a-cliffside-in-a-valley&p=1621365&viewfull=1#post1621365)) was extraordinary and seems very significant. I spent quite a while, many years ago, looking into all this myself devouring Holy Blood, Holy Grail (in the Avalon Library here (https://avalonlibrary.net/ebooks/Michael%20Baigent%2C%20Richard%20Leigh%2C%20Henry%20Lincoln%20-%20Holy%20Blood%2C%20Holy%20Grail%20(2004).pdf)) — in which many of these ciphers are featured and discussed — and visiting Rennes-le-Chateau back in 2012, where I was privileged to spend half a day talking with the book's co-author Henry Lincoln, who sadly died in 2022.
But no-one I'm aware of has made the transatlantic connection, though you may know that Francis Bacon wrote a fictional story called New Atlantis, published 3 months after his death in 1626, concerning a future society which would have its headquarters in the west (meaning America, of course). The Wiki page about this is here:
A simple question. (I'm a mountaineer, and know a little about these things.) The video text caption seemed to refer to climbing to the cave, but the two bolts you inserted in the rock seemed to be rappel (abseil) anchors. If I were in a similar situation, I'd be rappelling down to the cave. Is that actually your plan? (And have you done this yet?!)
And a trivial personal side story. :) I did much the same thing, many years ago, at Tintagel in Cornwall, when I became convinced there was very likely a trove of ancient documents in a cave half way down a near-inaccessible sea cliff. I rappelled down to take a good close look, but I found the cave roof had collapsed 10 feet in and it would have been impossible to excavate it, especially as this was on public (UK National Trust) land with tourists all around. I abandoned the project, but have never forgotten it!

Very Interesting. Are Rick and Marty Lagina aware of your work?
Have you met or communicated with them about your decyphering efforts, and conclusions and how you and they may work together and potentially fund some of your projects.
I think your take on the "Voyner manuscript" is also interesting with regards to New Ross and documenting all the plants in the new found land ;) Well done.

He's a cool guy....I watched his videos at times to remember all of the different ideas that they came up with at the time....interesting to watch them evolve over time with more research from a number of different angles. I tried to get my information to them as well, but there was not much interest from their end.
New Atlantis
Bacon was definitely the leader of this Order, and it's basically just a long read for me to find the small bits that are relevant, so it gets confusing, but the concept is definitely based on creating the Colonies under the ideals of a Utopian Society forming. Really cool to see his actual intentions in print.

I am a pro-climber with a lot of years doing Guide work, taking trips for schools, boy scout groups, and church groups, with the training of climbing teams, and building 3 gyms under my belt, managing one.
The site is situated on the side of the cliff, with a small ridge climb there to the base of the second pitch, which would require the installation of a fixed line to ferry people up who were wanting to see the view, with and the ability to rappel from the anchors with an amazing rolling bulge as the start for beginner, giving them that legendary view, feeling of accomplishment, and to give them the experience of a lifetime on a pilgrimage there, as I am also putting up routes there where there are lower sections of the cliff for more experienced climbers to try out. I love to take people out climbing.
Kinda like a win, win, win - Climbing on new trad routes with a top belay/rappel anchor, and the addition of the fixed line up the ridge to get to the start of the second pitches.
Now the second pitch begins at the anchors and climbs up through a roof, traversing left over the top of the entrance of the Vault. I want to have the route descend there in front of the entrance, but have no other climbers that are able to climb at that level, so they can just use a fixed line once I get up to the second pitch anchors, if I want to bring up cameramen. Waiting for my article in Popular Mechanics to hit this fall on the Beale Papers, and then will have more to grift with....lol
For now I am open to people like yourself that want to be able to experience it in person, and would either work with you on a documentary film if you had people available that wanted to work diligently on it, or would be willing to just go with as a climbing partner to get to the entrance and peek around inside....there are signs that there is a booby trap/false bottom floor there in the initial entry way, but I can breech it no problem if the conditions are right, probably for the end of the summer would be best, when its drier and the temp cools a bit. The place is majestic as well with carved images everywhere along the way, including the Sword in the Altar and the Guardian Knight that watches over the climb up the ridge o even if you don't make the climb you can enjoy the hiking at the rock garden there at the saddle at the base of the hike up.
Cool to hear about your Cornwall adventures. You can tell that something like this is an adventure worth planning to see at least once in your life.
Also to note....it was late August and early Sept. when we were there (two trips), and the rain began to turn to snow in the higher parts of the climb....it's a weird micro-climate there.

They knew in the first season, then brought in Petter Amundsen who found more using the Baconian Ciphers.....they canned him and whitewashed the whole affair as they have other intentions with their show and that doubles down with the coring and taking of samples from the area, as they are tied to Heritage Canada for the only treasure hunting permit in the region, as well as having a company called Heritage as well, which is in the business of Wind Power and Oil/Gas extraction, and fracking is one way they made their fortunes in the US, ditching on some dividends that they owed the state.
Now moving into your next question, the answer was that they rejected the idea of any collaboration to finish off the mystery that they want to extend as far as they can, before claiming that they are done with their "explorations".
You have Prometheus that contacted me after Burns died, as they now saw the potential, but wanted to blow the surprise factor by giving a mere 15 minute of show time for the cut and pasted summary version of the storyline....that's how cheap they are.
The funding of a project comes from the State of Vermont, UNESCO, and other groups tied to the NOVA/PBS associations, if any are made. I do have a company on stand-by if I get funding from ? and they are a nation-wide film production company that has ties to a lot of major channels, so I have a producers portal site page for each of my projects, and have itemized the costs if DiscoveryID or HBOMax want to pick it up.
My goal is to create the best content as these are some of the best research, explorations, and adventure documentary topics, with the most content by far, and deserve their own full length film docs to be made, with the widest audience possible.

At one point in the movement, you find that the extended Cross of Stones on Oak Island points directly to the South of the Nova Scotian peninsula, and following the line there you find that there is a carved image of a map of a coastline, with 4 rock holes on the map, a Cross, and the Reeds with a Crescent Moon, and Eagle Feather.
At the base of the map is the signature of the two artists, Poussin and Tenier, with the numbers 06 and 07 under them, standing for 1606 and 1607, during their journey.
Their signatures are merely the first letter of their names, written in the Voynich Manuscript's alphabet for reference.
This is one of the signs of their affairs with the Natives there, the dates of their adventures, and part of the motives behind their movement.

You may find Adam Schneider's book "The Seal of Liberty" interesting along with three videos he made about the contents of the book. It's partially related to Oak Island, but not at all in a way I've encountered elsewhere. Oak Island interests me because I have more Nova Scotia relatives than I could ever count, and my mother's maiden name, which is still currently all over Nova Scotia, was the same as the guy who discovered Oak Island. Different branch of the same family. A common ancestor is prior to 1600.

Ecuador is a nice place....I did some codebreaking work for the Ecuadorian Govt a few years back.
Mostly the drone idea is a good one, but the only thing would be the interior's condition, webs tangling or close passages, but it's on the menu.
If you were able to get someone interested in funding your trip there, for the sake of making some documentary work, consider it. I am just trying to get as many people there as possible because it's really that amazing that it exists and the legends behind it are even more appealing, seeing something that is made for a climber to tackle is that part that calls you to go for it, as it's really that much of a challenge too, the route being a stout 5.12, but can just fix gear if it's that tough....mostly dancing the traverse on the overhang, with the undercling, but there is a large cliff face that was coincidentally made as a practice area, in which it seemed that they were getting people geared up to learn how to take on that final pitch.
The cliff is called Ethan Allen Park, you can see the climbs I put up with a couple of buddies here: https://www.mountainproject.com/area/106567224/ethan-allen-park
There was a sort of plaque that was carved with the name JIM PEQUIGNO on the rock, meaning "Little Jim".......that was left for me I believe but still am in amazement that there was a prophecy behind it, and feel compelled to follow it. It's part of the mystery....as there are other carvings on the cliff faces that are meant to act as maps. They seemed to lead to a series on the cliff's edge that were left for someone that would be climbing there.....it' really odd, and mystical, as if they knew I was coming and prepared areas like this to be seen by a climber.

Hi BREAKER, Thank you for this interesting thread. It can take a bit of time to get used to navigating the forum. At the top right hand side of each page there is a round FAQ's and Help button.
Click on that button, then you will see a heading How do I embed an image in a post? (http://projectavalon.net/FAQs.htm#5)

Bill, have you heard anything back from BREAKER?
I was recently re-reading "100 Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, in the final pages it's revealed that one of the main characters, Melquiades, was encoding a complete family history (and future).
Anyways, this lead me to now reading "The Seal of Liberty" by Adam Schneider, which was mentioned in another thread.
Does anyone have any recommendations (books etc.) to further dive into the art (and/or science?) of code making or breaking?
