Though this is my common language and I understand the semi-solid precepts of American constitutional ideals, fighting hard to retain its true and valuable charter guaranteeing many freedoms, I find it very odd that HuhrihMeet Kaur*, (NOT Haarmeet Kaur/Harmeet Kaur-big difference in meaning there), would see it necessary to speak in a language that very, very few Americans would understand, even though when taught correctly it has to be the easiest to sing, to say correctly. I have known this language for many years. I have taught it and its meanings for 35 years, along with the sacred prayers of other paths. Interestingly so, I have taught only non-sikhs the language of the sikhs for many years, souly based on a desire to experience the songs without any religious dogma, which is what they all are about anyway. And please do understand that a translation of anything should never be left up to Wiki-Whatever, including any translation of Gurmukhi/GoorMookee.

Comparing it to be 'God' is incorrect. That's not how GurSikhs understand it or project the phrase into their soul, listening for the amazing response that is always there...Soonee-eh Deep.
She does enunciate the word Fearless correctly, something that most american sikhs never do. The word is Nir/Neer-Without...Bhao/Fear...though the word is the foreshortening of the word Love. The vowel accent is a small, flat "u" under the "B", an aunkar. When we cut off OUR Love, we live in fear...and this state of limiting our Love is of our own creation.

She then says NeerVair/NirVair which means Without Revenge. Personally this has proven itself to me in my life. When we live without revenge, we still DO take care to immediately stop any violence to ourselves and others, but we stand back and watch as how the world of the hater self destructs, often in terms much harsher than we ourselves would administer to them. Don't stop the slanderer from slandering me...They pay my karmas off, even when I do not hold that word as worth any value.

Yes, it does come down to fighting when dealing with the b.s.. That's why we are always armed. We learn to cross the distance between our projection and the powerful presence that living it brings. That's what every sojourner on every path lives, each in their own way.

To conclude, though not to end this...Please do not ever conflate any of us sikhs with the evil yogi who taught his own adulterated version of a yog. Anyone "certified" by that group does not know a thing, especially about the real KoonduhLuhnee, the one they call kundalini. Would anyone really consider a serial rapist and thief a "teacher"?

For me personally I was reminded of this fact by Castaneda the last time we met and he scolded me for even associating with that group, even after he saw the change in the "light around me" that he was there to affirm, to a place I did not tell him I'd be, the day after we met again after the many years of our first meeting.

The word is pronounced Huhrih. The 'R" could just as well be a "D", as they activate the same area in the sound chamber of the mouth. The tongue touches the upper palate, activating the connections to the higher glands. It means Creator.

Additional background: (As if this post wasn't long enough...)

Last year, standing in a line at a store, someone asked me about the turban I was wearing, about the hair under it-that has not been cut since '71 ?, and the long beard. I told her who I was then began to talk about how westerners are usually, with purposeful and bad intent, taught a completely off way to speak most languages. I am by ancestral placement from this land in the west-tracing back to immigrants here in 1629 from Wales, and from other European folks.... Norse, Baptist, Catholic, etc...

When I began with the obvious misspelling of the word Huh-rih, written as "Har" and what it meant, a lady from Iran, not 'Eye-ran' as a westerner would say but "EE-raan" to be more correct, interrupted and said that Har, enunciated by most westerners as "Haar means "Shyte". She was right of course. Thus a well understood shock to most who were raised with these languages when they hear westerners speak it, so off.

Some may think it a bit picky to bring this up, but it is ignorant to forget that the first attack upon any civilization is by banning or changing its language, its songs, its dances. Entirely besides that need to correct the original assault on a native way of communicating, once anyone experiences the words in their body it fits the whole of communicating.....internally. It is all an entirely different experience than speaking 'Western-ease'.

It is of no surprise to those who injoy those words that there are many separate cultures worldwide who use the same, exact words in their common talk and in the names of their towns. There is even a town in New Mexico called WaaHay (Wahe), tho it is spelled differently.

There is an indigenous area in the u.s. east that is called Rama, tho they f' the original name up by calling it Ram-uh, like the animal and the truck brand, and not its original, native enunciation which is RaaMaa. Not my problem, but it should be noted.

No wonder why so many native cultures here in the states are inundated by drug and alcohol abuse....Genetics can also be weakened and lost when the language that feeds the soul is taken away by force. Do so many "modern" westerners not understand what colonists knew to be at the core of self respect and resistance to their evil actions?

Thanks for the ZH referenced article. Usha's background and that of Huhrih Meet Kaur Dhillon are distinctly different, albeit with a very similar cultural base of mutual respect and shared histories. If they are not buddies they should be..

It appears that Usha, JD's wife, is indeed Hindu, though I don't know from the many sects in Hinduism where she is from, which is likely immaterial. I heard, yet have not confirmed, that she was the one who convinced him to eventually become a Catholic, which is a sign of her openness to a real support for diversity. I do not know if she also is a Catholic convert. I was raised in that confine until I left at age 10, dodging the abuse that three of my older brothers went thru.

In the same real world vein, no one knows how any one individual lives within their chosen or hereditary faith. I do not expect any of them to live up to the humanity expressed in their paths, but I surely can call them out when they are not living up to their oaths.

At one of the many dire times in Indian history, many Hindu families gave their oldest boys to fight alongside the always outnumbered sikhs, attaching the common sikh surname Singh, Lion, to them as they both fought off the muslim mogul hordes who went on to dominate much of India.

Together the combined forces of sikhs, hindus, peaceful muslims as well, including those others considered to be buddhist, pacifist adepts in the Himalayas, fought in many battles instigated by the outsiders who were there to enslave them all.

At the time when the shackles of the british colonial empire left India, the sikhs then reluctantly gave up much of their historical lands in northwest India in order that the majority of muslims could form their own country, Pakistan, while the sikhs remained in a multi-cultural country.

That history does have an impact, but it is still the victim of abuse and an amnesia concerning those things that they found common and valuable in all of those devastating and painful, historical conflicts. Most modern countries are still bound by the super rich, while calling themselves democracies, who drain their valuable humanities by indoctrinating the masses into superficial diversities and the separation of cultures. The little they have left.....they must find, and find it together.

The only worth in any one of those cultural and religious paths is their ability to find common ground and shared humanities, which necessitates each one of them to eliminate any of the dogmatic norms that allow them to remain enemies....A hard but necessary task that will or will not define their own spiritual values, and their futures.

The list of things that she's done on behalf of Republican and Conservative causes goes on and on.

The vitriol, hate, mockery, derision, and general malice directed toward her is utter nonsense. She has had a spine of steel in taking on causes that other law firms were afraid to touch including COVID restrictions, Schools Transitioning kids, and the Medical Transition of minors.

She has taken on a leftist machine of Universities, government, corporate entities, and pharmaceutical companies...and she's been getting wins. To attack her now for her faith, clothing, or her skin color is to stab her in the back after she risked her entire career taking on lawsuits on behalf of conservative causes that nobody else would touch.

I'm a Pentecostal Christian, but I don't need to agree with her faith to stand by the character of the woman.

The comments on both of these show the digging on Vance has begun and many of us take nothing at face value any more.

The first glaring red flag is the height difference, Vance is 5’7 and Trump 6’3…not to mention the dodgy background of both him and the wife. Tucker recommended him as insurance against assassination apparently as the Dems don’t want an anti Ukraine war VP becoming Pres.

Wow. Antagent. Just in case you were playing your post off as purely fanciful sarcasm.....good one. Either way, I'll be here to shine a light for those not so open....

Did you read anything we've written about sikhs ? Read. Read. Read. and Read some more. Connecting the Indian community to planning some foreign infiltration by the monied controllers is just an uninformed projection. When you say that a sikh prayer could be part of an "NWO satanic religion" you tell me that you are about as misled as a person can be. Positing that even a very open and self-sacrificing code of conduct, the one distinctly written in the sikh code of conduct, the Rehit, can be manipulated as being satanic is the longest of stretches of even your own vast imagination. So, no.

However, do not ever be surprised that any religious identity can be twisted or manipulated, even beyond it's very honest and humane origins, even its intent. That is exactly why I question the placement of this path as a religion, when it is a spiritual path, quite a distinction. We just wanted to keep our hair and our prayers and not live in a caste system, or treat women the way the patriarchies had done for so long.

There for sure are many reasons to question the new inclusion of anyone or anything that is different and inject it into the political narratives that ALWAYS manipulate, obfuscate, and twist some culture, some religious identity for moving the needle on public opinion. I questioned that myself, and I have lived it. I questioned the Protestant words of my primary school commencement speaker from my background of being raised in a Catholic family. Yet, what do ya' know....I'm here on earth with humans and all of the "humanity" they use to deceive.

In this case it would be wise to keep that in mind, but I would suggest you give them their due. If they are corrupt and if they have an agenda it will be exposed. I'll be the first to do so as I know the background and the code their path is supposed to be bound by. However, I don't have to use any of that. Our laws cover the criminal acts. It's just whether or not those crimes are recognized and adjudicated by those who are left in power, though 'leaving' anyone in power is just what political and governmental criminals count on.

Going off on Hurih Meet Kaur is a stretch that requires you deny her all of the fights she has taken up in protecting a wide variety of issues concerning personal freedoms and constitutional guarantees. Giving her the time and space to attempt to describe what our prayers are about was a miscue on whoever did or forgot to pre-read her speech. Saying the prayer made sense, holding a supposedly constitutional guarantee up for a test. Having her equate it to a western interpretation of their religious identity didn't make any sense at all. I know this as well as anyone, as I have lived with the pluses and minuses of both.

Sikhs are not here to appease anyone else. Support others, Yes, and to an extraordinary degree of effort and at times, thru great self-sacrifice.

Anyways, westerners are a very sensitive and proudly uninformed group of folks that we live with. I do love some of them and I have protected some of them as well, to my financial deficit at times. That's just the things that make us all stronger and give us all deeper and less judgmental understandings of each other.

For sure, Doubt should always be held on anyone, but I suggest you read a bit more or talk to a sikh or a hindu and ask them the most pointed questions you can come up with. I also suggest that you look here in this country and in Canada, and in other nations where almost all forms of religious identities have failed to live up to any of the humane and caring, sharing tenants they profess to hold so dear to their hearts.

For example, the vast majority of people in this country who live by other religious paths I have found to be ethical. However, I wouldn't place a penny on the politically whorish sikhs in Canada who prove more to be following a masonic code than any Rehit, just like the American sikhs, most of whom took the sikh vows of Unmrit/Amrit-to make an honest living, etc., who then ran so many businesses in the states that were later proven to be fronts for criminal activity.

That also goes for the long gone, American political leader, the pseudo-sikh Tuggee (thief), the fake yogi who honest Americans had to deal with for far too long, causing many to leave, not unlike the 440 sexual abuse cases filed against him with the insurance company hired to protect the assets of the businesses he left behind. May they lose every single asset they have, as the pennies-on-the-dollar justice for all they have abused. They worked hard to deceive and cheat. They won't be surprised when THEIR devil is paid its due. Hopefully the justice system here in the states will do its job to give justice to those so abused.

They could start by removing the memorial road signs erected in his malevolent honor that mark the short road where the liquor store begins and the walk-in theater, the dream catcher, ends. The beginning of that road can be seen in Oscar winner Emma Stone's series "The Curse" where an ex bodyguard is seen standing in front of a van with words clearly written on its side labeling the yogi as a fraud and a rapist, etc. In the last episode of the series an actor talks about "losing his faith in religion, when someone like (that yogi) tries to F' his wife". Such is a rare instance of a film studio telling the truth about a highly connected political criminal in their midst.

I would not count on the few memorial signs being removed, as their placement there by a politician, then-Governor Bill Richardson-a frequent guest at Epstein's Zorro Ranch in Stanley, NM, would likely only be removed by another politician in the state with barely a sliver of integrity in any of them. Maybe someone can contact election integrity lawyer Dave Clements...., but he is likely too busy legally challenging the criminally manipulated voter registrars in this state to grow a pair or two, ovaries or testicles notwithstanding.

If you look into the real connected background of the VP nominee you will also find a world of dark connections. I wouldn't hold any single religious identity up to any political figure or their spouses, beyond my own expansive one and the ones of those others who live to the ideals, few tho they may be. I've learned not to project what others claim to be as anywhere near what they are. We are here as citizens to hold them to their duties to serve citizens and not any single, damn contributor who holds them by their goolies.

"The firefighter gear is fake… And they misspelled his name,” reads the post. It was a reference to 50-year-old firefighter Corey Comperatore, who was killed during the July 13 assassination attempt on Trump.

Similar claims were shared elsewhere on Threads and on X, formerly Twitter.

While it’s true that “Compertore" isn't the correct spelling, the late fireman's department said the jacket was indeed his.

“The spelling on his jacket was in error years ago and it was left that way by Corey,” the Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Department in Pennsylvania,where Comperatore worked, said in response to a Facebook comment noting the misspelling. “Corey did not change it and we will keep it as it was. I understand it may seem confusing but that was Corey’s choice to change it and he didn’t.”
