New research produced by British scholars has claimed that vaccination with any Covid-19 shot lowers the incidence of heart attacks and strokes and therefore outweighs the risks of adverse effects.
Researchers from the universities of Cambridge, Bristol and Edinburgh were able to analyze millions of anonymized health records of adults in England, provided by the National Health Service (NHS) and dated from December 2020 to January 2022. By that point, over 90% of the UK population over the age of 12 had received at least one dose of the jab.
“We studied [Covid]-19 vaccines and cardiovascular disease in 45.7 million adults in England and found a similar or lower incidence of common cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks and strokes, following each vaccination than before or without vaccination,” said Dr. Samatha Ip of Cambridge, the lead author of the study.
Ip and 16 other researchers based their conclusions on the linked data from general practices, hospital admissions and death records, in a secure environment provided by the NHS. They were looking at the incidence of cardiovascular events before or without vaccination compared to after.
According to their findings, published this week in the journal Nature Communications (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-024-49634-x), the incidence of heart attacks and strokes dropped by almost 10% in the 13-24 weeks after the first dose of the jab. This went to 27% lower after the second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine, and 20% lower after the second Pfizer shot.
“This England-wide study offers patients reassurance of the cardiovascular safety of first, second and booster doses of [Covid]-19 vaccines,” said William Whiteley, associate director at the BHF Data Science Centre and professor at the University of Edinburgh.
The benefits of second and booster doses, added Whiteley, “outweigh the very rare cardiovascular complications.”
Previous studies have found a rise in myocarditis and pericarditis after the mRNA-based shots – such as those from Pfizer/BioNtech and Moderna – and vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia (blood clotting) following adenovirus-based vaccines such as the AstraZeneca one.
While this study confirmed those findings, it did not identify any new cardiovascular conditions and “offers further reassurance that the benefits of vaccination outweigh the risk,” the authors said.
The vaccination program, said Ip, “has been shown to provide protection against severe [Covid]-19 and saved millions of lives worldwide.”
The study used a technique called Cox regression to estimate adjusted hazard ratios and corresponding 95% confidence intervals in time intervals since vaccination, adjusted for a wide range of comorbidities, age, sex, and prior Covid-19 infections.
Critics of the vaccination mandates embraced by many countries – including the UK – have argued that the shots had not been tested for safety, failed to prevent transmission of the virus, and potentially pose greater risks to otherwise healthy people than the virus itself.

I wouldn't mate, have you seen the proliferation of de-fib units...Matt Le Tissier blew the whistle on soccer pitch collapses, as he said in his 20 years of professional Soccer he never saw a player collapse with heart issues, until the covid jabs were mandated for the players...it didn't take them long to pull back from that. What a pile of B.S they have zero shame.

There is no real science any more (https://corruption-of-science.blogspot.com/) - except off the official map, and among handfuls of amateurs.
Professional research has been for a few decades nothing more than a branch of the ruling bureaucracy - its core job it to provide pseudo-justification for whatever the Establishment currently wants people to do or believe.

I am fairly sure John Hilton was joking, but good to hear people express why NOT to have a Vaxx. There are so many holes in that report:bigsmile:

Dr. Vinay Prasad mercilessly critiqued this 'study' yesterday. :muscle:
New vaccine study says Covid-19 Boosters LOWER heart attacks. It is flawed. Here is why.

I WAS joking, in case it wasn't obvious. ;)
I had what was probably covid in Jan 2020 at age 69. It didn't kill me but I had a fever for a couple of days and couldn't taste food for a week. When the vaxx push began, it was obvious to me that it was a scam so I avoided it. Thanks, Bill, for finding the debunking video. The study was obviously wrong - I just couldn't say how they'd cheated.
By the way, I haven't had another attack of arrhythmia since leaving the hospital. The doctors denied that the tachycardia had been caused by the Thiocolchicoside, even though the manufacturers stated that it is a known side effect. Story here for anyone who missed it

These are facts from my personal social circle which is quite small, after vaccinations began. I've heard dozens if not hundreds of similar events in my extended circle (neighbors, friends of friends etc.).
- Very close friend, age 43. Heart failure. His heart dropped at a 15% function for no apparent reason. He's weight is normal. Still lives.
- Close friend (35 yo) dies one week after the vaccine, heart attack. Overweight but also an ex-athlete who used to hike and run local marathons.
- My father developed pericardits. Fortunately it's at a place which is not dangerous. He is a doctor and told me many of his colleagues silently admit the side effects of the jab.
- My mother developed thyroid problems. Her mainstream doctor told her that it's a vaccine side effect and he has several clients with the same issue right after the vax.
- Friend and colleague (47 yo) developed pericarditis. Normal weight and fit.
- Friend and colleague (47 yo) developed serious adrenal issues. Normal weight.
- My job involves personal 1on1 sessions with clients. Since vaccinations began, around 5% of my clients have vaccine side effects (possibly more but haven't shared it with me). Last month, one of them told me that she is seeing an alternative therapist who has created a private forum where hundreds of people with serious side effects talk and help each other.
- Even the electrician who came to my house a few weeks ago, said that his 13 yo son has a heart issue and is not allowed to play football anymore.
