I had my first out of body experiences when i was 16 and this recording helped alot with some of them.
Im visiting Estonia for first time in 15-16 years and i luckily found the recording that i burned to the CD 20 years ago from my parents house. For years i looked from youtube some shaman drum recordings for meditation and they were all bollocks. Wrong rhytm or changing rhytm,additional noises etc . But this one worked wonders for me so if anybody wishes to try .

I can give some tips how i usually received some of my experiences .
I always layd on my back in bed ,could be best to do it naked and without blanket and without pillow.
I would start from my toes and move upwards,finding and moving and relaxing every muscle i could find. Helps to become more aware of the body.
Same time could do a mental declaration to the universe what you want to do and why ,loudly and clearly stating it in your mind. For example i want to go out of body to get that experience etc.
Also have to lower the heartrate through slow rhytmical breathing.
For me i usually go with 3 second method. 3 second inhale,3 second pause and 3 second exhale. Inhale and exhale around 75% of air,dont fill your lungs to the full and dont completely empty them.
Doesnt have to be 3 seconds, whatever is comfortable . People got different lung sizes.
Best would be not to think of anything. I often would imagine some geometric object ,flip it around all sorts ways ,attach some other geometrical object to it etc. Just to keep the mind awake and let the body fall to sleep. Normally before falling a sleep is preceded by a tiny jolt of buzzing that goes through all over the body.
Also buddy will start to buzz and might help to concentrate on that buzzing and to mentally tune it into higher frequency. The higher ,the better.
Buzzing will turn into high pitch tingling ,for me usually in the centre of skull or third eye chakra. That tingling can be felt and heard through all the body if you manage to activate all chakras. That tingling seems to be the tip of our consciousness that can me moved around all over the body to activate other chakras so your whole soul-body becomes awake or you become more conscious of it.

Ah yes ,body might start try to block from exiting it. Usually it starts to itch or tickle from somewhere and it might get very annoying. Have to ignore that as best one can and stick to the breathing rhyhtm and keep calm mind .
