I want everyone to see this because I believe this guy since he has no history of posting this kind of thing before and the footage strikes me as real. It gave me chills to know that someone is running around out there at night using this technology. My father also told me years ago that 'They' that is vague as he never said who 'They' are but they are always 50 to 60 years if not more ahead of us and they are using this tech I guarantee.
Anyway with that said check this out. It makes one realize how easy it would be to sneak up on a cow when you see this but it also screams of fraud waste and abuse questions because it could be military hardware got into the hands of thieves too that are looking over campsites and vehicles for guns and ammo and other such things.
