Hi, everyone

I suppose it was bound to happen, even to someone as seemingly insignificant as me.

I am going to post a photo, just for those who may need a refresher of my work.

This is me, and a small example of my work.

I have been engaged in this form of the work since 2017.

Today I discovered that someone I know online is doing podcasts wherein she is sharing my work and claiming, or leading the hosts and viewers to believe it is her own. I do welcome and encourage others to share my work, what I have an issue with is the sharing of poor quality screen grabs and not properly giving credit to me as the actual creator. There are many steps I am now inclined to take, relative to all this, but the first step I am deciding to take is 1) contact the hosts of these shows, 2) let people in the comment section know this is MY work and correcting incorrect information verbally given during the podcast, and 3) asking people who know me to visit the links I am about to share and leave comments to the effect that you know this work and that it belongs to Casey Claar.

It is so easy for the importance, and most of all possibilities that lay in this manner of work to be taken down into meaninglessness when others who know not what this is lay claim. I would be very grateful to all those who may see fit to help me in this matter.

Let me guess those words were added later after the video was uploaded and Sean Attwood realized he had been fooled. Good for him for taking a step in the right direction, although they are small compensation for the huge fraud that has been perpetuated here. If he is a responsible and ethical person he should:

1) Remove this video immediately from his channel.

2) Issue an apology. The word "apology" just doesn't mean to say "I'm sorry" but also to explain. Sean should explain how he came to believe that he thought those images were taken by Beverly on her iPhone. Even if it implicates her as being a fraud (which it seems she is) he should not hesitate to give us the full story and make sure he very clearly mentions her name. (He could do that by requesting an interview with you - he would probably like to have the genuine story here directly from the source.)

In my eyes, if he did this, he would be fully redeemed for this error. As for Beverli, she seems to lack any type of real moral back bone. It's clear she believes in stealing and lying and has committed to this life style. The psychic world is filled with these people.

One suggestion Casey is to ask the mods to take the word "someone" out of the thread title and change that to "Beverli Rhodes". She needs to be called for her actions, and you have presented a very clear (or "claar" :bigsmile:) case that she is a fraudster.

And on a positive note, here's a quote by Oscar Wilde: “Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery that mediocrity can pay to greatness.” Casey, you certainly have a story here and have done work here that is of great value.

I checked out Sean Atwood's channel. He no longer has this interview listed on his main page so he has probably changed the status from "public" to "unlisted" or "private". Good. He does have a number of videos since that time featuring Beverli Rhodes where she "expertly" uses her remote viewing skills to let the world know what is happening with Trump, Diddy, etc.

Can someone save a copy of the mp4 before Sean Atwood permanently removes this? (I don't know how to do this, all mp4 downloaders from Youtube no longer work for me in the USA). It is always good to have the criminal evidence on hand.

Yes I was able to reach Shaun late last night / this morning and he was very quick to add in the show notes what I had asked, just a simple statement of the work belonging to me along with my links. I haven't much sleep and went to bed tired, four hours later than normal so I am still a little groggy. I would like to ask a few things. First, can the title of this thread be changed back to what I had put originally? ( and Beverli's name removed ) please.I do not wish to make any major waves for her, only to make clear that this is not proper -which I am sure she knows. Please do not involve YouTube in this matter, I would rather leave them out and handle this privately between the show hosts and myself. I will write to Beverli personally as well to express my disappointment. I want to thank those of you have left comments on the videos. I feel this is potentially enough to make it clear to the hosts of these shows that they need to be more careful in vetting the people they have on their shows. Sometimes when work goes out into the world it does so in ways such as this. My impetus is to engage in what has happened in a way that is beneficial to the work, letting all those newly aware of it where it comes from, and answering any questions that come through. New eyes to this are always welcome.

Okay, just this for now, I am still waking up. I am going to have a peek out there and at my emails and I will be back.

That seems like and most reasonable request and when I brought up the issue I addressed the question to you. I hope the mods will change thread title back and just refer to the offending person at hand as "someone" as you originally did.

On the one hand, the intellectual property theft is your issue alone to handle. It is your own grievances Case, and you deserve to handle them in your own way.

On the other hand, I (and probably many other Avalonians) have grievances against her for her lying to the world, and we have always done on this forum, we investigate these people. So perhaps we need to look into her a little bit deeper and start a new thread where we take a same hard look at her as we do with similar liars.

I want to thank you personally, so much, for your comments, Mike, they are just perfect. Just to say, it is only by happenstance that this video came to my attention, there was a far larger chance it never would have. A person associated with the woman in question reached out for a rendering request. As part of this process I now make it mandatory for the person to first introduce themselves on my forum board. It was through this process that I learned of the videos. The requester had also appeared on the same shows and had shared HER link. After listening in, I saw the thumbnail of Beverli with my photos. I did reach Shaun, the host of the much larger of the two channels and he has added my information to the show notes, which is all I have asked. I have begun conversing with some of the people in the comments section, but you know YouTube, many of them do not go through ( but many did as well ). If we reach even one person who is meant to come into contact with us this will all have been decidedly worthwhile. Ron, the host who is actually interviewing in the videos seems he may have genuine interest in what this capacity actually is. I have offered to speak with him off camera and share anything he would like to know. I am particular with whom I do podcasts with. A certain purity of heart is first required.

After contacting him, he was very quick to add what he has to his show notes. No apology, though, and just a cut/paste of what I suggested. There has not yet been a verbal disclaimer, but I have not requested one either. I have, however, shared the hope that in any potential future podcasts they would share what they now know in real time during the LIVE.

The hosts truly did not know [ edit: (Jan 13 ) Ron, the interviewer, I have learned absolutely did know, he himself is who is covering over my name on the crystal contact photos right there during the show *see @37:20 ] that what this guest was sharing was not her own work (they did not actually ask that question). Shaun added to the show notes only after I contacted him. At no time during the show is credit for the work given to me. The guest is alluding to it being her own.

The videos remaining right where they are is important, though it may not happen. The work will help awaken minds regardless of who it seems to be coming from. My aim is to make friends and to aid in the elevation of consciousness. What is here living through me will beneficially connect with all others even if not properly known. There are upwards of 500 comments ( 500+ people ) I have the opportunity to reach out to. And if so moved, I will. Some of these people, if so fated will link in with me. We are all in a process of building our ship, one capable of what might be called 'escape velocity'. It is important we DO all actually connect. Heaven and Earth move, quite literally, to allow this. The idea is to surf Its wave in order to allow ALL that is possible. I hope this helps make my momentum more clear. I realize I can seem naive at times to real world people.

Thank you for this information. Yes, I am there right now and do not see it. At present it must be "unlisted" because the video can still be accessed through the link provided in the original post. Comments can still be left, but they may be getting moderated. A few people have written to me saying they have left comments but they are not showing. It could be they are getting held for approval.

I hope more people will continue to leave comments on the two video uploads in the original post, more comments are needed. There is also the matter of this person continuing to express this behavior. I would like to see if their own, the two show hosts will confront Beverli, (off the air, of course ) who it seems is possibly about to host for Shaun's channel, and also make a public reveal /statement of their error. These are things I would like to see happen, but am not formally requesting. I also have yet to contact Ron. This is my only day off, if I can call it that, so things are quite busy.

In briefly browsing through the first video from Casey's OP, at 44 minutes in, there is an image presented of various ETs, and lo and behold, we have the Blue Avians. It looks like she's gone 'Full Corey Goode.' She is probably scraping information and images from many creators for her interviews. I seriously doubt that Casey is the only one whose work is being 'borrowed.'

I may have need to call on the group further and I hope more will find the time to leave comments on the two uploads, if and when they find the time -only a handful have had the time so far and at least 50-100 are needed when there are 550+ comments currently standing from previous viewers. I will say more about what more those who wish could do as this all unfolds. My feeling has been to work with these 3 people, personally, and give them each the opportunity to do what it is right. It has only been 2 days, but so far none of the three have reached for the opportunity. I have not heard from Ron, the interviewer, yet, and I understand he is busier than usual with the birth of his new child so I will give him time. Shaun was quick to respond but offered no apology, he offered no words of his own, he may be of a feeling to distance himself from the situation; he is not actually the person involved in what happened, the podcast was simply uploaded to his channel, though he has also performed interviews with Beverli. He has, I think, removed the "public" availability of the podcast, so only those who HAVE the link ( like us ) can access it.

Beverli wrote to me this morning, saying she had heard from the show and they suggested she write me. The email only goes downhill from here. No acknowledgment at all of what she had done, no apology, only a paragraph about her new-to-be-released book which, last year she had asked to add some of my work. She never followed through on that, discussing the frames for potential approval or sending her book pages showing how the work would be presented for approval. I can only guess at this point that she went forward without me with of all things low quality screen grabs. I must confess that if this body had back hairs they would have been going up at this time. It is all more sad for me than anything, we damage ourselves when doing these things and I do not like to see anyone hurt.

Please first let me say there is a proper and improper way to go about sharing work that belongs to anyone else. I was truly saddened when discovering the podcast you did with Ron wherein you are showing my work in away that you are taking credit for yourself. I am at a loss for words as to what to say. You must know this is not right. I cannot imagine why you have done it. I trust it is not happening elsewhere and will not happen again.

When sharing my work, prior to doing so, do always verbally state who the work belongs to and give me proper credit ( present the work AS my work ), let the people know the images are screen grabs and not original photos, do not give any incorrect information about my process of contact or the photos, never alter the images in any way including removing or boxing over my signature and data. This is all common etiquette, Beverli, it should be a given in your understanding. The way Ron explored the images with different filters and contrasts is more than fine.

Including me in the process is something you might also consider.. let me know you are about to show my work on a podcast or presentation, ask for permission to share the photos you are considering. Please share the links to these podcasts, etc.. so I might see how my work is going out there.

Regarding any images for your book,

I have not yet given you any images to share and you have not presented to me any book pages of potential presentations to approve. There is a process to move through for all this and you’ve not yet begun it.

Regardless of what has now happened, I will honor my original word to a certain degree.

Yes, indeed it would, make people think twice..

In the instance of the ET contact photos I put out to consensus, which are offered to be used for direct eye to eye contact, marring them with a hard or even light watermark would interfere with this, and thus the work and its purpose and function. This said, Guidance moved me years back, literally showed me in the expanded state a technique to use on the frames I put out to consensus. It serves more than one purpose, but one of these is so that only I ( and I jokingly say the controllers, who have access to near everything ) am ever in possession of actual original frames. Also, most of what we put out there these days are what I refer to as 'the contact series', the portrait style frames. This is NOT how the beings actually come through. I have to process the frames down to this, meaning there is much more in the actual original frames than what everyone sees in the portraits. Only I have these as well.

All this said, regarding most theft, there is a limited range in which anything can really be done. This is why I prefer to work in these instances at the intimate, more personal level. More good can be done here than in any other manner -in most cases.

In briefly browsing through the first video from Casey's OP, at 44 minutes in, there is an image presented of various ETs, and lo and behold, we have the Blue Avians. It looks like she's gone 'Full Corey Goode.' She is probably scraping information and images from many creators for her interviews. I seriously doubt that Casey is the only one whose work is being 'borrowed.'

This may be true. She has, however, more than 'borrowed' my work. She is relaying what is my process of working with crystals for the purpose of contact and communication with ET consciousness, as well as the result / visual evidence of this ( ie: my photo frames ) as her own. The other artwork she utilizes in this particular podcast, and perhaps others, at least she is not claiming to have created herself. She is, in a lesser fashion just employing them. The part of all this that really gets under my skin, is that she is giving incorrect information out and binding my work to that. I've much processing to do on this matter.

It has only been 2 days, but so far none of the three have reached for the opportunity. I have not heard from Ron, the interviewer, yet, and I understand he is busier than usual with the birth of his new child so I will give him time. Shaun was quick to respond but offered no apology, he offered no words of his own, he may be of a feeling to distance himself from the situation; he is not actually the person involved in what happened, the podcast was simply uploaded to his channel, though he has also performed interviews with Beverli. He has, I think, removed the "public" availability of the podcast, so only those who HAVE the link ( like us ) can access it.

Please first let me say there is a proper and improper way to go about sharing work that belongs to anyone else. I was truly saddened when discovering the podcast you did with Ron wherein you are showing my work in away that you are taking credit for yourself. I am at a loss for words as to what to say. You must know this is not right. I cannot imagine why you have done it. I trust it is not happening elsewhere and will not happen again.

When sharing my work, prior to doing so, do always verbally state who the work belongs to and give me proper credit ( present the work AS my work ), let the people know the images are screen grabs and not original photos, do not give any incorrect information about my process of contact or the photos, never alter the images in any way including removing or boxing over my signature and data. This is all common etiquette, Beverli, it should be a given in your understanding. The way Ron explored the images with different filters and contrasts is more than fine.

Including me in the process is something you might also consider.. let me know you are about to show my work on a podcast or presentation, ask for permission to share the photos you are considering. Please share the links to these podcasts, etc.. so I might see how my work is going out there.

Regarding any images for your book,

I have not yet given you any images to share and you have not presented to me any book pages of potential presentations to approve. There is a process to move through for all this and you’ve not yet begun it.

Regardless of what has now happened, I will honor my original word to a certain degree.

Thank you so much, John, we are beginning to gain some traction with comments reaching and staying at the top. I want to thank you for adding comments to what others have said, too, this and thumbing up those comments are what help them gain traction. I am already beginning my next steps, as now that I have had the time to view the podcast in full through 5-38 minutes, it is clear the interviewer, Ron, knew these images were not Beverli's and himself is part of the deception. Goodness, they failed to box over my signature at least twice. I will write to Shaun again soon, because now things have changed. I wanted to link this post from another thread, since it deals directly with Shaun Attwood and events that occurred on a simultaneous co-emergence with this situation Casey is dealing with.

Its a really serious problem when its exposed that a host and platform that is offering public ‘air time’ to people making the dangerous effort to come forward as legitimate whistleblowers is discovered to ALSO be hosting guests who are by hoaxing information from others, making claims of ownership or direct experience to hijacked heartfelt consciousness collaboration with ET beings.

I feel I personally dodged a bullet on this, as I was in talks with Attwood from just before Christmas about possibly being a guest on his show, after Charlie Robinson asked to introduce me to him via email after he mentioned me by name on one of his episodes from mid December, (prior to the Beverli Rhodes one on New Years). I said ok but then heard nothing, waited it out through the holidays, but on Jan 1 I had a strong intuition that I needed to back away from engagement with Shaun — All that happened just days before this thread began! But I feel the gravity involved (a platform that is not safe for whistleblowers being exposed as such) is worth sharing, as the simultanous circumstances that are emerging here on this thread of Casey’s is uncanny.

It is important that I synch with the proper pace, we are just in phase one of a much larger process at the moment. Phase one is an opportunity that is being extended to Shaun, Ron and Beverli to do what is right principally on their own. We are providing a little heat under that at the moment. It is important the podcast remain posted where it is. I require it for letters I am sending out to a host of people in our world's greater spiritual circle. Also, we are creating a stain of it, a sort of scarlet letter, as it were. I also wish for myself and others of us here and else to have the opportunity to reach the 550+ people in the comments section(s) of both uploads with the truth. I am currently in the process of writing to everyone who I see has gone on with Beverli, on Shaun's podcasts. Including Dr. Michael Salla, Elena Danaan, Dani Henderson and Marilyn Devonish. I am writing to alert them and suggest they may not want to have their names associated with a person who is claiming gifts they do not possess, who is claiming someone else's work as their own, who tells lies -as it is generally not limited to one. I have heard back from Marilyn, who expressed her shock and disappointment. She shared she has a couple more appearances scheduled on the show next month, and will keep what I have shared with her in mind. She also went to the added trouble of leaving her own comment on the video, which was very kind of her.

Thank you, OMD, it may seem like a lot but more are still needed, especially to the viewers in the comments area who have not yet been directly told the truth. It is a huge project in itself, isn't it? - but ground level UP is the only thorough way to make any address in the world, to get it to shift, change and move. My eyes are burning from all the screen time but it is important I continue. We do not always see in full the importance of what we do while we are here in this life, but I've a certain ability to see out a hundred or so years. The purity of this form of ( my ) contact work has a need of being kept spotless, so that far greater things may come of it once I/we are no longer here.We are its guardians in this time and I thank each and every one you who are putting a hand to the hilt of this sword.

This is such an obvious and deliberate takeover of someone's else's experiences and work. I am not a member of youtube but think it might be useful to include links to some of Casey's interviews with some of the comments?. UPDATE

This is to serve as a condensed log of events thus far.

It has been 3 whole days since first discovering the situation of my work being stolen.

We have left, from our group and others roughly 75 freestanding comments on the podcast in question, posted to the Shaun Attwood channel to help set the record straight. Additional comments have been left directly to viewers in the comment section.

I have written to Shaun and Ron, the show hosts, and returned a letter from Beverli ( see here (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?124112-Can-I-ask-a-favor-Someone-is-claiming-my-work-as-their-own&p=1650848&viewfull=1#post1650848) ) in which she gives no acknowledgment or apology for having done anything wrong or deceptive. Yesterday I discovered Ron, himself, was complicit in the fraud Beverli is conducting, so I wrote a second letter to him, and a second letter to Shaun. I will share these letters below.

In addition to the above, I have written to Dr. Michael Salla, Elena Danaan, Dani Henderson and Marilyn Devonish, who have all recently appeared with Beverli on Shaun Attwood's show and only the latter of which have I heard back from ( see here (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?124112-Can-I-ask-a-favor-Someone-is-claiming-my-work-as-their-own&p=1651107&viewfull=1#post1651107) ).

My first exchanges with Shaun were prior to having had the time to thoroughly explore the podcast in question. At this time I was giving both hosts of the podcast the benefit of the doubt, holding them innocent of knowing of the deception in play. We exchanged a few brief emails back and forth, the result of which was that Ron's contact information was shared with me, as well as credit to me given in the podcast's show notes *directly at the top so entirely visible ( -not so on Ron's channel, Project ROOQ, where it is buried and one has to click into the show notes in order to see it ). My second letter to Shaun is due to discovering Ron's involvement and Beverli's utter lack of acknowledging her activity -which changed things for me. This is that letter:

I am truly sorry to have to write you again. I had hoped what we had discussed would be enough.

I have had proper time now to more thoroughly view (via far more sets of eyes than just mine) the podcast episode we have been discussing.

When I wrote to you prior, I had not yet discovered that Ron, himself, was complicit in the fraud that Beverli is conducting on your respective channels. I am bringing to your attention that at multiple junctures in the podcast, Ron himself is blocking out my signatures and data at the bottom right of my photos; he is not quite quick enough at two junctures and leaves my information clearly showing before, at one point, even verbally saying “just a moment, let me fix something.” — at which point he boxes over my information **see 37:55. This — along with the lack of any acknowledgment at all on Beverli’s part of having done anything wrong ( and I mean none at all ) — changes things for me. I am still giving you, yourself, the benefit of the doubt, that you had no knowledge of what these two are up to, though if you would confirm this for me I would appreciate it. As for Ron and Beverli, something more is necessary to help prevent this from happening again.

I realize I may seem small, but I can assure you I am encircled by a quite large spiritual family, both in and beyond 3D, having been active in Spirituality via intense spiritual disciplines for multiple decades. I am humble but not exactly unknown. More and more people will discover what has happened here.

I would like to rectify things before the larger community gets involved, and, if appropriate, also put your name in the clear.

I think a public, on-air apology from Ron and Beverli is called for.


I wonder, will you continue with them even while being aware of the deceptive behavior? This kind of thing is rarely limited to a single instance.


I do hope Ron and Beverli will do the right thing, I was hoping they would do this of their own but there is no sign of this.

I am hoping they will not try to take the easy way out. It is too late to simply remove the podcast, a collection of folks have already downloaded it in that event ( others can be ever more protective than self ), and it would just pop up in far more places.

It would seem we are all bound until legitimately working this out.

This guest you are interviewing, Beverli Rhodes, actually a long time supporter of my work is misleading you and your audience into believing it is hers. She discovered me, if I remember correctly, years back when Kerry Cassidy of Project Camelot reached out and asked to have me on. It has been my preference -throughout my life -to keep a low profile due to the nature of what I am able to do, but I went on with her, as guided, and many people, including I believe Beverli found me at that time ( -and now also you ). She knows this is my work. She has been a Patreon supporter going on years. And this is not the first time she has put my photos through while eluding to them as her own. She has just gone so much further this time.

I am wondering, I must admit, how you could not question the area at the bottom right of my photos, where near every artist signs their work, being boxed out. Could you really not tell these were screen grabs and not originals? the quality being so low resolution. Did you not vet Beverli prior to having her on?

Contrary to what so many people felt in the comments (on Shaun’s channel) I felt you did a good job with the interview, and with the points that were needling you. Something seemed to be telling you that Beverli was not being genuine. And I like your suggestion to have her on again and go into the crystal LIVE.. that part gave me great pleasure. Seeing you push for more truth. Some others may not see, but they did not know she was being disingenuous and that you were being guided exceptionally well. Yes, Beverli has not awakened this capacity to work with crystals. A certain quality of what might be called purity of heart is first required for this. She gave so much incorrect information on your show. It really should be corrected. It will be for you to mull this over.

One thing I will tell you is that the beings are not in the crystal.

The beings are here, right here where we are, in a very similar space—space which they very much do have access to.
The vast majority (I have brought through roughly 700 and there are far more to come) are my Soul template.
They are who is behind me. Picture them thus. They can see you but we can usually not see them.

We are all so much more than we appear.

The crystal is simply a mechanism by which I may make them all visible to you.

The work with the crystal is a form of alchemy, in that I connect and work in co-operation with the elemental realm within the crystal. Were the elemental realm not agreeing to work in co-operation with me what would be seen in my photographs would be insignificant in comparison, and not be consensually seen. Ron,

It is 3 days (correction: 2 days) following my original letter to you.

Now that I have had proper time, in conjunction with my quite large circle of spiritual family to thoroughly view the podcast you held with Beverli, I understand why you will likely not reply back to me. You were complicit in the fraud she is conducting. Seen quite plainly in the podcast, you yourself are who is covering over my name and information on my photos. Discovering this was the saddest part of my day yesterday.

I do not expect you to reply to my letters, this is just a courtesy that I am letting you know I will now have to write to Shaun again about this. I did so want to give you and he the benefit of the doubt. I will have to ask if he knew about all this. It is a highly uncomfortable question to have to ask. I just can’t quite fathom why you and Beverli would choose to go about things this way. You could have been just as lifted by your audience simply introducing my work as mine. You were bringing it to them when otherwise they might not ever have found it. You seem like such a bright, talented and inspiring young man. I hope you can find the straight and narrow, a more beneficial footing for yourself upon the path. The magical truly does exist, and it is a worthwhile pursuit. I, myself, am evidence of this. You can be, too.


Do know I hold no grudge. I am more like one’s grandmother. I am always wishing the best for you.

This is to serve as a condensed log of events thus far.

It has been 3 whole days since first discovering the situation of my work being stolen.

We have left, from our group and others roughly 75 freestanding comments on the podcast in question, posted to the Shaun Attwood channel to help set the record straight. Additional comments have been left directly to viewers in the comment section.

Yes, the result of the letter I wrote to Shaun last evening resulted in a brief reply from him saying he was sorry this has happened, that he will remove Beverli's videos from his channel and will urge Ron and Beverli to accommodate my request for a public apology. So he removed not just the interview from Project ROOQ that was secondarily uploaded to his channel, but ALL the interviews and audience Q&A shows he personally held with Beverli as a solo guest.Shaun did not reply to my question, of whether he would continue with Ron and Beverli even while knowing of the deceptive behavior. I see he still has two thumbnails of upcoming appearances involving Beverli ( see here (https://www.youtube.com/@shaunattwoodOFFICIAL/streams) ), we'll have to wait and see. Just this quick reply for now -another work day.

Ahhh, I see, I have it the wrong way round....I assumed Shaun's was the original as it had 10x more views. Hopefully, people will continue to leave comments on Ron's original video then, what a deceptive scumbag, really.

Yes, Shaun removed his upload following my last letter wherein Ron, the interviewer can be seen himself covering over my watermark/signature/data. It would appear he also deleted all the videos in which he personally conducted interviews with Beverli ( there are some panel videos that remain ). Ron is leaving his up for the moment, but he may likely take it down. Shaun encouraged him to make time to reply to my letters, which he has now, he wrote late yesterday afternoon. He says he is innocent and fully believed my photos were Beverli's. I will share more about that, and my letter back to him when I get home from work.

In the meanwhile, something new has been brought to my attention, I have not even had a moment yet consider all the other platforms where this podcast may have been posted. I have a large circle of friends from consciousness-based Facebook groups. I contacted a large group of them by private message. One of them brought this to my attention, where Shaun's page uploaded the LIVE.. Recently I came across Laura doing reviews on New Age Channelers.
Despite the fact that I don't approve of anyone publicly ripping off New Age dark “extraterrestrial -entities channelers” on YT, I do agree with Laura's opinion.
She also gives a good picture of the gray alien Bashar. Also someone who gives false information to humans to distract them via a human channeler.

If s.o. is live and logged on to this I would also suggest to write into the active live chat, and even copy+paste the message every 2 minutes or so (if it's a 'fast' chat with many users), something like BEVERLI STOLE THE WORK OF CASEY CLAAR or similar. I admit I am not the type for doing this but if s.o. feels inclined to 'troll' them a little over there (for the right cause), it might work to raise awareness. ;)

Did he give any reason for covering up your name? You'd think if he was genuinely innocent and had been duped by her, he'd be very upset as her fraud will always cast doubt over his name and channel. I'd be furious but he's happily doing another live stream with her right now....

Yes he did. Not a very good one, to anyone who knows the law, but, yes.. He said he was passed the photos, told they were Beverli's to use, and asked to remove the watermark from them. He said sometimes he is asked to do this for someone who has an old brand on them. It is illegal to do this for any reason, but there are a few reasons why I ( want to ) believe him. First, the man has 7 children, including a newborn who just arrived Christmas Eve. In other words, I can't imagine he has a moment to himself for near anything, and sleep is likely lacking. I am not making excuses for him not doing his due diligence as a podcast host, just making an observation. Also, he can be seen during the show with something needling him, he interrupts and questions into things multiple times (the audience keeps asking him to stop but in my eyes he seems guided by the needling). Near the end of the podcast he has a burst of excitement and announces to everyone they are going to come on do this again and go into the crystal LIVE and show everyone how this happens. Beverli stops cold in her seat, lol, and starts making excuses about it. I must admit I loved that part.

In Ron's letter to me, he lets a light and then a dark aspect of him speak.

I am not going to share the exact contents of the letter publicly, that would not be right. I will just state this in itself, and say the dark part is quite concerning.

Before I go on to share the letter I sent to Ron in reply, relative to "happily doing another live-steam with Beverli", I've got to say, he did not look too pleased to me. This man usually has a beautifully exuberant on-camera personality, I did not see that here. He does know that he was lied to by this person, now. And that she and possibly others had him do something that was illegal. I think it will be harder for him to maintain a friendly face. We'll see. It could they are just finishing up with pre-scheduled events at present, but that it won't last. We'll have to be patient and observe.

I appreciate you getting back to me, personally. This has been very helpful.

I do understand you’ve just had a new wee one and realize how busy you must be. And, 7 children?.. my goodness, busy does not even quite cover it, does it? I congratulate you on them all. First let me say you’ve my apology, if the term ‘young man’ hit a sore note. At my age, anyone under 50 is a ‘young man’. And certainly anyone with the level of energy you seem to have. I’m afraid I was born somewhat of a granny, lol. No insult was meant in that sentence at all, it is entirely a compliment. What follows the words “young man’, if innocent of realizing Beverli’s deception, and truly well on to the magical path, this I can understand you taking exception to. I am glad you can see how the situation came to look from my end -this video podcast is all I currently know you by.

I am more than happy to take you at your word, Ron, as you see in my original letter to you, there are aspects of the interview where I felt you reaching for further truth, up to and including Beverli going into the crystal LIVE.. It does not make sense that you would suggest this if you knew the skill was not hers. You pushed in other ways as well, ways that Beverli could not answer to. So I accept your word and explanation. This said,—

Beverli employed you to do something that is illegal- it is illegal to remove a signature watermark.

How do you feel about that? Please let me express that no signature or watermark should ever be removed, not ever, it is indeed illegal to do so. Real owners of any art or artwork will already have originals without the mark. You might suspect anyone who does not and let them perform their own questionable actions.

Please let me point out that my own photos had my name and website address directly upon them. As a show host, absolute minimum due diligence should incite you to look into these. You would have immediately known you were being lied to. I have a contact page right there, you could have written.

I do not like to see anyone being taken advantage of, and I would certainly not ever like to see you hurt for someone else.

It makes my back hairs go up just thinking someone would do this to a man with 7 children, including a newborn.

I do hope you are as equally displeased, and I am sorry if Beverli is a close friend. This makes it harder.

NOW ALL THIS SAID……….

What I have asked is different from your understanding. I have not asked that any videos be taken down.

So long as the comment area of the one video in question is left open for those who know me to express themselves, and any potential future mention of my work is stated AS my work, it is my preference the video remain right where it is. However, this is what suits me. What is more beneficial for you, as you are the one who during the show is being utilized to do something illegal it may be in your own best interest to scratch it. That will be for you to decide. If keeping it, 1) I ask that the sentence stating the crystal contact images shown in the podcast are the work of myself, along with my links, be situated at the very top of the show notes so the sentence is visible without people having to click into them. 2) I would also ask that the thumbnail be changed to include the truth. We can come up with and agree to something together, if you agree. 3) Please add this sentence and information in any other of your past shows. ( -that include my work ).

In addition,

4) Now that you do realize the truth, and because between your and Shaun’s channels tens of thousands of people who viewed the show have incorrectly heard the work belongs to someone else — I would ask a public correction be stated LIVE on air to your audience. My information (links) can be added to that show's notes. I would appreciate you linking me to this upload. That’s it. I am a very friendly sort and reasonable to work with.

I will share with you that Beverli, herself, quite sadly to me, is not yet acknowledging any wrongdoing. She knows I do welcome others sharing my work with prior permission, but bypasses the permission and does not seem to discern the difference between sharing and stealing.

If you wouldn’t mind, I would like to ask who gave you the images and made the request to remove the watermark.

Yesterday evening I deleted Beverli, the woman plagiarizing my work, from my Patreon and banned her. She should no longer be able to see anything I post. *but I don't really know, I have never had to do this before. I removed and banned her from my FB group ( the galactic travel channel ) and I likely now need to make it private. I have deleted all my portraits from my FB Page ( consciousnessexploration.com ) and will never post them on that platform again. In fact, I am not certain I will ever be able to post the photographs again. I may just have to use iMovie and do a 1-2 minute voice over with information related to each of the frames -upload these to YouTube and then link the YouTube to my patreon. The current thought is that the work in this form will be far less steal-able. I am open to feedback on that from anyone. I haven't had a lot of time to think about it.

It has been 2+ days since writing to Ron ( Project ROOQ ) with my requests. None have been accommodated and I have not yet heard back from him. He may be holding back further comments made to the video *this violates any agreement to let the podcast remain posted. If this is happening will have to report the video for copyright violation.

Beverli finally replied to my letter from 5-6 days ago, she is "astonished and at a loss for words" at my rescinding of her request to use my work in her book. I actually had not yet rescinded anything, I had shared with her the proper way to share someone else's work. I just wrote her back and have now fully rescinded everything.

For continued clarity’s sake relative to this communication—

I recently discovered you on multiple YouTube channels ( Shaun Attwood, Project ROOQ ), the former of which with near a million subscribers, claiming my work as your own. You show a crystal and claim the images you and the host are going to show to the audience have come from that crystal, which you state as yours. You then begin showing a stream of MY crystal contact photos, while live on-air boxing over my signature and data (watermark)—almost comically, at two junctures, so late that for brief periods my name and data can clearly be seen. You must know this is not only wrong but illegal.

Due to all this, having pointed it out to Mr. Shaun Attwood, he apologized and removed the upload (and possibly others). Ron Swanson (Project ROOQ) also acknowledges the theft. Only you, the person who actually conducted it and plagiarized my work, acknowledges nothing.

At the time of my last letter to you, the one above yours in this stream, dated January 11, 2025 I had not yet rescinded anything. I stated the proper way to share someone else’s work, which, as an author yourself, should be a given in your understanding, but, yes, I agree, it is time to cut ties and my work in its entirety should be left out of your book. In regard to our previous discussion about this, again I will say that where we left off in that communication was by me asking that we jump into a Zoom to discuss it further. You never replied to that request. None of my photo frames were therefore ever discussed for potential use in your book. Likewise, I never received from you any copyright page, nor would I expect to as we had not yet even begun discussing potential photos. Had we, Beverli, final approval for your book would only have come after a contract had been signed as to how they would be shared and the pages on which they appear sent to me.

All this said, yes, we are agreed—all content of our pre-discussion is now rescinded and no photos/artwork of mine is to appear in your book.

Regarding Patreon, I have removed you already -as I have from other areas of the my platform.


Regarding the posting of your rendering request… as you may remember, as part of the process in making your request you state your alignment with the shared nature of my work and give permission to share publicly. At the time of your request you gave permission also to share your full legal name and any of the photographs of yourself that you supplied for the side-by-side. I keep thorough records of all requests and have yours right here. This said, I will apply a filter to your photograph so that you are not seen/recognized and remove your last name -if indeed I ever added that (generally I do not). The rendering of the being is fully owned by me and will remain. Her name is Audeline, if I recall, an Earth human female of the New Orleans area, circa 1940.

This letter to Beverli: I think you've been a lot more gracious than most would be here Casey and have to commend your approach. I can't see for the life of me how she thinks she's done nothing wrong.....again, outright theft from you and absolute fraud to her listeners.

I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I think you've uncovered quite an ugly nest of spiritual predation with this whole gang. I may be wrong but intuitively, I don't trust this Ron and his energy to me is very off. It seems this 'inner circle' discord channel he runs is likely a paid community or a place where they net people in to push paid services.

He boasts at the end of the video that he really 'knows a thing or two' and if you join him in this circle he'll teach you how to make sigils. Of course, there's a gazillion free guides on how to do this on the net and a 12 year old could learn the process in 5 minutes. As we know, it's the sentiment/energy/intention and long-term self-work which is behind such endeavours which make the difference. Sometimes this can be a lifetime of work on one's essence and a long process of 'clearing out' before 'bringing in'. I doubt Ron is able to teach anything in this department.....

Also, in the comments on the video from the live they did the other night, there's an unemployed woman who donated £10 from her benefit money and is feeling short-changed. The whole set-up just smacks of reeling in the spiritually naive and desperate. 'Awaken with Beverli', what a joke....

I shall bow out of this thread now as I'm finding hard not to get triggered by these people.

Thank you for your comment(s), I completely understand bowing out of the conversation due to getting triggered, yes, please do not let all this disrupt your energy. I've miles to go in this saga. It will all have been for the best in the end. You are correct that Beverli is using my work to give the illusion of proof as to her psychic ability for the purpose of gaining clients. Ron states in the video they are beginning a Patreon together and elicits potential patrons. My own is an unconditional platform, no conditional "charge" is ever to be applied to this work -- the entire body of it posted publicly and those becoming patrons doing so also unconditionally, only of their own accord, due to guidance, a feeling in them to do so. It is important the crystal contact work always remain freely available, untouched by the system. Even more importantly than the contact work itself, we are reminding those in our world of the unconditional, bringing it back into view, allowing the felt-presence of it to be experienced again. This is what underlies it all.

I understand, Paula, yes, (everyone), please do not do anything counter to your own center of gravity. I, myself, have due diligence to perform relative to informing the spiritual community about this person, in order to help prevent what has happened from happening again, possibly to someone else. There are wings to clip. By the time I am finished with my recorded public statement and article for the website, I will have finished with my communications with the three people involved in all this and the large wind beneath my wings at the moment will subside. At that point it will be time for me to rest, I will have done my best to state the truth and leave data for others also potentially plagiarized by this group to potentially find. This is my recorded official statement, dated January 20, 2025. **It is roughly 20 minutes in length.

Reminds me somewhat of Sylvia Brown who became a wealthy, well known "medium", making numerous guest appearances on talk shows, charging $700 for a half hour "reading", supposedly "wrote" numerous books and when she died the truth came out (delivered mainly by her own family) that it was all one big fraud. She had no psychic abilities. She did a guest appearance on a talk show and told the mother of Amanda Berry, one of Ariel Castro's victims, she was dead which devastated her mother who died soon after (I think) that show, never knowing that her daughter was still alive - an example of some of the false, harmful info she delivered.

Yes, unsurprisingly the overall picture of this woman becomes ever more shady. This article here says she was previously a consultant in counter-terrorism which I'd assume means she worked in tandem with the British Police and/or possibly British Intelligence....

I assume most people know that Shaun Atwood is actually an ex drug kingpin who served many years in jail in the US. Not saying that people like this can't reform and experience their own awakening but he's obviously now in with the likes of Elena Daanan and Beverli and don't know how all this came about in terms of his own journey. Again, this whole crew just smacks of one big disinformation operation....

I cannot tell you how sad I am to see it, AxisMundi. Whether the lies come so easy from being broken as a child, or whether Beverli's whole story is a lie I do not know. I am just pleased to have found all this out, with what was happening with my stolen work, and the door to this potentially continuing now being closed. The word will, and rightly should be put out. Otherwise this can happen again, and to someone else, and even more people could be adversely affected. As for Shaun Attwood, I had never heard of him prior to all this, but, yes, I have since had a look at him. He is very open, candid, and even graphic about his life leading into that of prison. It would seem he had a heart opening to those on the lower rungs of our society, and that he profits off their stories while at the same time helping them out with the same. Even those who in life manage to fall below the bar have to lift themselves back up, but, yes, I would have to concur that the great majority if not all those falling into this collective presence are of, and traversing a negative gravity. Now and again, throughout our life we are tested against it.. this provides the torque through which we have the opportunity to spin ourselves (and potentially others in our wake) beneficially in a GOOD direction. Not all tests are passed. I am taking this one extremely seriously.
