I saw it earlier when you posted this and I couldn't remember anymore where I heard it or where I could find it !!

This is so interesting, because it shows a completely new view on these Chemtrails.

update: the VTRPE MILITARY PROGRAM

This is about the most secret project, the Navy's Radio Frequency Mission Planner (RFMP) program, which is a system encompassing a group of computer programs. One of its supporting subprograms is know as Variable Terrain Radio Parabolic Equation or VTRPE.
This is a computer radio frequency propagation program that deals with radio waves and enables the RFMP system to visually see the terrain of a battlefield in three dimensions on a television-type screen.

According to Jane Peterson (video) they are also dumping ARSENIC on us, so perhaps they get to kill 2 birds with one stone - prevent global warning and kills us off. Where I live, 15 miles south of Fort Knox, they have sprayed for the last 4 weeks and we have had an incredible amount of snow after each spraying. I have several theories on what they are up to, including clouding the skies so that we cannot see what they are up to.
