View Full Version : NIH/NIMH and the Reckoning

Lots of weird happening as we speak with the NIH/NIMH.

As recently as Nov 2024 I filed an FOIA directly with them to get records of what the hell they did to me in their laboratories. They closed the case in just 2 days flat with zero explanation as to why. And now their pedophile child torturer rat bastard scientists are crying about funding losses and job firings. No tears shall be shed in my house.

And the so called ‘justice’ department is playing along with big fat circus show of lies and ‘let’s not bicker about who killed who’ a la the Monty Python style that the whole cult lot of them exemplify so succinctly … and that savior sentiment was echoed in congratulatory ‘standing up for what is right[ly ours to conquer and exploit for our own reasons]’ by the eugenicists (the old British Eugenics Society) over at Nature magazine…

I am trying to deal with how strange it is, sitting on my cornflake, waiting for the van to come (so to speak). My husband, a catering chef, working for Bill Gates’ #2 right hand man at his resort that hosts many government and NGO groups on taxpayer monies, fed the Bill and Melinda Gates and Watermark Foundation crowd the other day whilst I summoned my courage to go seek help from to the local food bank because eggs (and everything else) are now $13-a-dozen here at the rural grocery. Oh the irony.

So yet again I embraced my relegation to motherhood and housewifery after my many years of wild wandering in the National Parks and in the current face of sucking up the unimaginable suffering wrought by the NIH and NIMH upon me in 1986-1990 timeline and all the endurance of that memory work revisited by current events has reopened for me by baking a celebratory ‘sorry not sorry for the NIH reckoning’ apple pie made with my food bank bruised-and-kinda-strange apple treasures.

Life on this planet does not get any weirder, so I am just going to have my piece of the pie, as best as I can muster, and call it good.

Also just fyi as an announcement to this group, I have requested retirement from Avalon as of several days ago, because frankly with the way the tyrranical privatization takeover of everything and the misogynistic white supremacy that is going in the US (and echoed in shocking accord here on Avalon by so many) and the ongoing Trump fanclub I see bandwagoning to the show, it just makes sense for me to retire from my efforts to rely on the PA Forum as a platform from which to whistleblow on the US government and academic/medical mind control and eugenics agendas as a survivor. One woman’s voice is clearly not going to change the force of reckoning that has been unleashed in this land, and as was pointed out to me on threads such as the ‘Please Keep President Trump in Prayer’ thread where my efforts to bring some reality and feminine empathic awareness to that obscene discussion were ‘corrected’ for being not likely to change anyone’s mind, its unlikely that any ongoing efforts of mine will do anything but make more misery and woe for me personally, and furthermore I don’t feel as though my contrubutions will change a thing as to the overall daily snowballing outcome that is occurring. The blended energies of feminine and masculine which I endeavor to bring to my communications here have little place on a battlefield of ideological distortions hell bent on assuring the destruction of everything true and sweet and good and rightfully justifiably furious at the apathy of acceptance for all that has occurred to humans (but especially women and children and vulnerable groups) in our lifetimes, by other humans, with zero accountability or care for consequences. It will clearly continue, and I have no more energy to share.

Anyways…

I am emulating Knitting cult lady …. like Madame Defarge in The ‘Tale of Two Cities’ watching the guillotine collapse of all we have known… and doing my best at staying neutral in the face of it because its about damn time.

Artemisia, there is some consolation in the fact that you are not alone – meaning: that you are not the only person. But the way in which each of us has been and is crunched in cognitive, sensitive and/or sexual dissonance is so different from each other of us that our predicament is even hardly shareable among us. That is where the bruised apple pie baking, the dog socks knitting and the chameleon grooming options – beside, of course, the voices of music and its birds and the silence of humans and their media – may be helpful. “What will you do when the end of the world is there?” a local Belgian saint was asked as a young novice, busy putting his shovel to the monastery garden. “Keep shovelling", was his answer.

I think the pie is beautiful and is probably delicious and your family is most fortunate! You faced Evil but it never rubbed off and you may be having a financial rough patch but when you do turn away from the thankless and perhaps useless attempt to change people, places and things BEYOND your daily life, I AM SURE, you will thrive.

Ironic. Maybe the Serenity prayer line "the wisdom to know the difference" is specially for those in whom the minion system programs a compulsion to "save the world". IMO we were such highly developed sensitive beings as children that no amount of abuse could kill the inner light. So, to channel that light to serve hopeless cause is a way to keep us from serving OUR INNER BEING.

Thanks. Yes it reminds me of a contrast of quotes. David Icke is known to say, “Even the mighty oak was once just a nut who HELD ITS GROUND!”

But… the reality of the natural world, beyond all human presumptuousness, is that the great Oak forest of Duir that the Druids spoke of and wandered amongst in sacred care were planted by happenstance as the result of curiously effective genetic predispositions of squirrels to be delightfully obsessive AND equally forgetful in their nut storage placement as to have basically singlehandedly, as a species of rodent, successfully planeted whole forests by happenstance and errata of biological coding. As in… it was no accident. By pies and silence and moments of solace with birdsong and frozen toes as I anchor — Earthing — into the winter landscape… this is how the beleaguered have always endured despite despots and derelictions the centuries have wrought upon the souls of the poets of this land the tyrants beleive themselves to have forsaken for themselves. Quiet hippie mom’s and weird Trumpy gun toting hermit neighbors probably have a lot more in common than they realize, and it was worth it to me to stick around the wild west of the internet trying to build bridges between encampments of spacey stunchness and absurd tangents of Kerouakian poignancy and irrelevance. But after awhile growing roots into the infinite needs no bridge because it realizes it was always there and could never have been anywhere else anyways. As John Lennon sang, “there isn’t anywhere you can be that isn’t where you’re meant to be… “

And this is the kind of thing we will be missing if you retire. A drop in the abyss of tiresome and endless twitter posts and rambling videos in lieu of the beauty of the written word. A written word based on the thoughts, the pains, the experiences; however personal they may be at times.

Either way, my best to you.

Thanks Jack, that is very kind of you.

And to take a tip from you and our disagreement on the last thread we met at..... I will get myself back on task with the actual reason for this thread.

So just to rehash old ground, here is some of the shady business of 'What's a Little Funding Among Friends" that the NIH and its affiliated researchers and institutions that I have personally witnessed and worked to expose.

Quoting myself from the transcript I prepared of my interview with Richard Willett,

" Annalie: Ok, so… my mother the eugenicist does all these studies; the human gene mapping project, and then Clinton declares that’s done in the 90’s. And then she’s on the ethics committee that has to sort out the UCI fertility clinic scandal where all these fertilized embryos go missing. And where do they go? They go to biomedical research, ok. There’s no question. Look at all the stuff happening with stolen body parts and organ trade – there’s big money, ok. She does that. She’s doing the autism stuff, she’s trying to work with the people in Chemistry who got the Nobel Prize for the ozone work, and linking that in with the autism stuff. And then she sorta retires, Emeritus, and she becomes a government contractor – you can look this up online – government contractor for NIH, National Institutes of Health, and the grant review boards who are deciding which research projects have ‘merit.’ So then, this happens twice, in 2015 the ICTS reports an NIH grant $19 million. Cha-Ching. And then again in, uhm, I’m missing that paper but, again in 2019, a few years later, they report that NIH gives the ICTS a grant for $24 million dollars. So, a lot of money changing hands.

Richard: And NIH is Fauci, I believe, isn’t it?

Annalie: Uhm, yeah. Ok so we were in, at some point, uhm you know family stuff happens, there’s a divorce, we… she goes on sabbatical and she and I, alone, go to Washington D.C. and she’s on sabbatical at NIH. During the Fauci directorship years. Doing fetal alcohol syndrome testing. But this is where, I mean Washington D.C. is really where a lot of the mind control stuff goes on. And its very dark. Ok so that’s happening, I’m being sampled at her lab on the weekends when no one is there. It’s hard to put together for me. Again, terrified child. But Fauci’s involved. I’ve never met him, you know, they don’t…. I’m not relevant. You know they want to make research relevant and I have never been considered relevant.

Control sample.
But, at the same time, you know I’m being used at the Smithsonian Institution on these training things. I am being worked in the labs and then going to the museums and having to … sort of like being run like a rat in a [maze], honestly. Run these scenarios they test. "

Further, I also included information about NIH and my use there in conjunction with use in the UCI projects, in my whistleblower case with UCI, to paraphrase their response, I again refer to what I shared with Richard Willett during that interview:
" Annalie: When I recently went public, it was to share a Whistleblower Case that I have directly with the University of California. Specifically, Irvine. I was also involved at Scripps [Note: which is the old Salk Institute for Vaccine Research], but that wasn’t where this complaint went to. Ok and I shared what I could, you can find that online if you want to look, and their response to me was this, they say:
“In the 1980’s and 1990’s parents were allowed to consent for treatment or research procedures on behalf of their children. The Federal Policy for the protection of human subjects, or the “Common Rule,” was first established in 1991.”

NO reference to what happened out of the Nazi camps and the Nuremburg.

“With the passage of time, the law was changed to generally require child assent and parental permission for participation in research. The allegations in your complaint that relates to human subjects research, if substantiated…”

Ok. I’m the data point here guys! Ok, I am substantiated! I live, I’m here. Come sit with me all night with a flashback, I invite you into that… headspace.
“…may constitute a violation of UCI Policy under current policy and Federal Regulations. These policies and regulations, however, were not in effect during the time period outlined in your complaint.”

Thank you, have a nice day, go home.

So they’re not going to protect kids, they don’t care. I’m …

So they are always, the stuff on... with UCI right now and place where I’m really looking is this Institute for Clinical and Translational Sciences. And their sort of, self-description, is ‘making research relevant.’

Ok so what you need to know, is this translates to weaponization and monetization of research done at public institutions with taxpayer money, that will then be monetized and weaponized for government use, and private corporation use, and then used against the populace that funded the project to build their cage in the first place. I mean it doesn’t get… that’s where this is going, very clearly.
So right now, if anyone looks on the UCI News, their web page, they’re very happy to share with you all their great advances. The current state – this is from July 11, 2024 -- and “Revising Biomedical Research Reviews” . And this is what, you know, it’s longer than this but I’ll just read two clips.
“The emerging field of translational bioethics maintains…”

Maintains. Status Quo!

“That the socio-economic and psychological implications of pioneering health research such as gene therapy, xenotransplants, and artificial intelligence should also be considered. And so this is a guy, you know, who needs a suit and a toupee in order to tell you how he’s going to sell you the paper, ok?
Richard: And his Jesuit glasses as well, he’s got his little Jesuit glasses on.

Annalie: Right. So he says his very well researched and a lots of cohorts study reveals that “the US is an outlier. Of all the countries we examined, it’s the only nation that specifically prohibits institutional review boards from factoring in societal-social implications. Societal and long term implications of biomedical research are extraordinarily important, and should be considered in ethics assessments.”

So I include this AGAIN here because its SO IMPORTANT to understand that what the Trump/Musk Presidency is doing to the NIH right now has NOTHING to do with protecting people who end up being research subjects, or even with the researchers. Most likely they will later be offered positions at private corporations doing the same research which was being used by Department of Defense and Department of Energy and other government holdings/fronts. And the justice department? let's remember they did NOTHING to intervene on behalf of people, research subject, many of whom are children and or are in vulnerable financial positions, but that they only intervened TO BE SURE THE MONEY WAS STILL FLOWING INTO THE RESEARCH.

As usual, there is no justice coming from the justice department. Not a drop. This is about infighting amongst petty tyrants and murderous child torturing theives who have big brains and no hearts or empathy whatsoever. The NIH never had an ounce to do with 'health' of the people. Public health is not about wellness. Its about control, as is the primary focus with all cults.

Just to show a chain of evidence that all of this has been in the information source flow accessible by the government -- via my own personal whistleblower efforts and the heavily redacted FOIA of what passed for an 'investigation' on the part of UC Irvine into my claims, here are jpgs of the FOIA, which was mostly just their emails back and forth with me....

So if the Department of Justice or the NIH or whoever it is that is pacing what I am doing to try and still get free (and that safety concern is why I am both wanting to retire from Avalon and stuck in a dammed if I do, dammed if I don't position because this might be the only place I have to try and share some information that may keep me safe... ) really wanted to look, wanted to try and do the right thing for once by helping those that have been maimed and harmed by the NIH using taxpayer dollars for the wealth and advancement of private individuals, scientific researchers and the various government agencies that have profited greatly from the destruction of lives and the torture of children, then they would actually start filing some real injunctions instead of 'blocking' things that just keep the money flowing into the toilets of deceit called American Scientific Inquiry at the NIH and NIMH.

But the emperor wants another set of new clothes while leaving the NIH research subject survivors to clean up the mess of their experiments on their own with no help. They will not even tell me what they did in the experiments I was involved in, or why, because they are that corrupt.

So to the tune of my mother the NIH Grant Review Board helping the UCI ICTS secure

$19 million + $24 million + $28 million = $71 million

and then getting an "outstanding emeritus" award from them in 2017 for her 'efforts' to ensure that:

'With looming budget cuts and possible staff losses,” she says, “we urge the UC Irvine biomedical researcher community to learn more about the ICTS, because we may have the support they’ll need.”'
