Whenever I feel slightly sick I mix together

- Orange Juice
- Tonic Water (Quinine is the important part)
- Methylene Blue

+ Adamantane if I have it in stock.

It's a nice drink and it gets rid of a flu that would've lasted several days or weeks for me. The methylene blue your body doesn't use is excreted through the urine. So usually when I'm sick I'll urinate green at dosages I would normally urinate blue at. Meaning my body is using more of it. You get the sense of dosage from trial.

Carbon Dioxide helps, especially because of how it clears the sinuses. If you don't like soda drink sparkling water or put baking soda either in the tub or in an acidic drink, like Orange Juice.
_______

If it doesn't just go away the next day I add on

- Thyroid Hormone/Thyroid Mimetic
- Dopamine Agonist/Serotonin Antagonist
- A strong Quinone

The latter two are what tonic water does, but stronger.

_______

If I have stomach problems I eat activated charcoal and a bunch of boiled mushrooms. Carrots work too, its the insoluble fibers mostly, but I prefer mushrooms.

Well, this is what I would do personally: (not medical advice to anyone else!)

Oregano oil, up to 15 drops in a teaspoon of olive oil. (4-5 drops at first and then more later if it feels okay)
10,000 IU Vitamin D twice a day. (=20,000 IU total)
100 mg Zinc. (Zinc Picolinate is the most easily absorbed)
200 mg Selenium.
500 mg Quercetin. (Helps the zinc gets to the cells)
As much Vitamin C as I can absorb, to bowel tolerance. (I'd take 2-3g (2-3000 mg) several times a day)
If a nasal nebulizer is on hand, I'd fill it up with colloidal silver and then add a few drops of oregano oil + peppermint oil.

I use the above combo if ever I start to get any kind of 'tickle' in my throat. (I've not had flu for over 20 years)

I would and SLEEP! It almost works for me.

Three days in bed no food no water --DONE. I was taught this by my dad.

I would not try to interfere with, or get rid of the flu but rather take advantage of the opportunity to interface and biologically LEARN of/from the new organism in order to BUILD an even stronger immune system. My feelings about this run deep. It seems almost a responsibility I feel to do this. Interesting in itself.

A little off topic but I had a abscess the size of a golf ball in my cheek a while ago that I got rid of with the oregano oil stuff you recommended and MMS I learned about from the interview you did with Jim Humble. I could've died, so I gotta give you big props for that.

I have not had full blown flu since 1996. Every time I feel the flu coming on I take Oscillococcinum. It's cheap, effective, but it only works if you take it in the first few hours of the flu. If you have had the flu for the day it is pretty much useless. You can also take preemptively during flu season, but if you drink coffee, it might not work.

I've wanted to try that, a bit spooky homeopathic remedies that dilute still work. Makes me not want to eat with my hands
