Has anyone got any alternative supplements to slow this? Thanks, apparently it’s common in folk over 70. It’s a very slow leukaemia cancer. Ah well, we all drop to bits eventually!!!

It's no laughing matter but you managed to make me laugh anyway with your last line!:)

The good news is that there are more alternative cancer protocols out there than we can count. That's also the bad news, but it's a good problem to have. The only question is: which protocol do you follow?

Within a day or two this thread will be filled with great suggestions. Just a matter of plucking out that ones that intuitively resonate. I'm confident that you'll handle this thing just fine:heart:

Thanks Mike, already rattling with squillions of iu’s of all sorts, so looking forward to the rest of wonderful friends making me feel more positive. Just told heart is in a bad way, so my DNR was not in vain. The sun is up, buds on my camelia, hedgehogs mating in their fancy lodge, and I wish my son would remove ginormous dog poos from lovely spring beds 🙄🙄

I am not a doctor! This is not medical advice. And yet, I’ll share my opinion.

Diet is only one part of the puzzle when it comes to health, but it’s a big one. Basically, reverse all of the changes that were made in the 1980 USDA Dietary Guidelines and you have a decent template of what to aim for.

Cancer is fueled by glucose, which comes most easily from foods with a high glycemic index, but really almost any food because your blood sugar should be well regulated. Nevertheless, foods with a bunch of isolated sugars, processed carbohydrates, or even simple carbohydrates should be avoided (no joke, this includes most products in a grocery store).

For example, I eat green bananas, not because they taste better, but because they are more nutritious. You can also cook sweet potatoes and let them cool overnight in the refrigerator for a more complex carbohydrate. Vegetables with a lot of fiber are okay as well.

It’s not just removing the easy fuel for cancer, it’s about regulating your blood sugar away from diabetic states. What calorie sources could replace a carb-heavy diet? Healthy fats. Avoid seed oils (processed vegetable oils)! Instead, go for olive oil, avocados, nuts, fatty fish, and high-quality butter (Kerrygold is a good brand). I guess a decent approximation would be the Mediterranean diet, if we were to put it simply.

Finally, we want to reduce inflammation and oxidation in the body. Not because these things are always harmful, they are fundamental processes in the body, but because the stressors of the modern world almost always chronically activate them. Turmeric, ginger, cloves, and black peppercorn (chew) are a wonderful little mix that I use in a chamomile with a teaspoon of cod liver oil or a slice of butter. It’s not very tasty, but it’s very effective. The piperine of the black pepper increases absorption of curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric, by 20x. The fat in the tea helps bind to the fat-soluble compounds curcumin and eugenol. Cloves can be steeped whole or a pinch of powder can be added, but beware its strength! I use chamomile or rooibos because they are the flowers, not leaves, meaning they are annuals. Perennial tea plants like green and black can leech a bunch of nasty minerals.

That was maybe TMI, but you’ll want to work to regulate blood sugar and lower inflammation and oxidation. You’ll have to find what foods agree with you and which don’t. For instance, nightshades don’t sit well with me and I can’t do high histamine foods, like fermented foods, which is unfortunate because they are great probiotics. You’ll discover what works and what doesn’t!

Blood results. That’s all. They need to redo tnem every 6 months to monitor any change. most folk are fine for years.

I did not see anything in this video that specifically helped with lymphocytosis. Still, the different types of cancer that these two drugs are reputed to cure or put into remission are beyond impressive.
This is a 20-minute video that might be worth watching.

By the way, this video may freeze up (not sure why), but if that happens, click on the bottom right where it says Rumble and watch it on their platform.

Wow. Uh… many apologies. Lymphocytosis is obviously not lymphoma. Somehow crossed those wires in my brain. So please, disregard my comments on cancer. Unfortunately I don’t know anything about lymphocytosis.

Hopefully, the comments regarding avoiding diabetes and reducing inflammation and oxidation are generally applicable. Apologies again, I feel like an idiot for confusing the two.
