I had to remind myself what The United Arab Republic was:

The United Arab Republic was initially a political union between Egypt and Syria from 1958 until Syria seceded from the union after the 1961 Syrian coup d'état, leaving a rump state. Egypt continued to be known officially as the United Arab Republic until 1971.
Egypt isn't a war zone (yet).

But we might also include


Israel
Palestine
Lebanon
Syria
Ukraine (don't forget! :P)
Iran (if the recent port explosion was Israeli sabotage, as many suspect)
Kashmir
Myanmar
Sudan
Ethiopia
The Sahel region of Africa
Parts of the Democratic Republic of Congo
Haiti
And the southern border of the US might be included as well, depending on one's definition.

Yeah, definitely — Sudan and Ukraine should be on that list too. Also places like Gaza right now are still seeing heavy conflict. Sadly, there are quite a few active ones around the world.
