I just realized that one can use their body to de-code their dreams (to go beyond being stuck on a mental/meaning level).
It's part of the principles taught in Somatic Experiencing (which I studied after hearing about it first here on this forum - anno 2012 maybe)
While researching for the video, I found that dream analysis via the body is actually already a thing in Somatic Experiencing circles.
