I don't think Trump ever admitted Brigitte was a man during the call. I think he said something to Candace like, "I've met her and she looks like a woman to me."

I'm not sure what to think of it either. Except perhaps that Brigitte is just a doorway for researchers to far more sinister goings-on involving deep state actors from all over the globe.. i.e. a "gateway drug" if you will to global trauma programming, sexual torture, pedophilia, and so on.

So apparently it would have to be proven that "Brigitte" had sex with Macron when he was 14 in order for legal action to be taken.
That would probably be hard to prove at this stage.
Taking that into consideration, it's easier to see why the focus has been on "Brigitte's" falsification of gender rather than a charge of pedophilia.
But what really needs to be closely examined is why those two have risen so high in the ranks of French political position, and who their handlers are, which may be even harder to prove.
