View Full Version : Two kids secretly tested Roswell UFO material

This is a true story of two kids who grew up on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and got their hands on some magical metal from the UFO that crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. The 10-year-old boy found it hidden in the office of his father who was a high-ranking military man at the base. And, yes, the kids eventually got into major trouble.
The boy and his friend Jill (pseudonym) didn’t just see or touch the magical metal, they absconded with it and tested it in many inventive ways. But fear and cross-your-heart promises, kept them from telling their secret for 59 years.
Then in a one-on-one conversation about Roswell with Jill, she told me she’d once touched a piece of metal from the Roswell crash and that it would always return to its original shape no matter how it was bent or twisted. Then she clammed up. It took years of periodic encouragement from me to get her to tell her story.
Finally in 2016, she decided it was safe to share this most memorable adventure of her life. So, she allowed me to record and post it on YouTube. It’s a story worth posting again.
If you click on the video link below, you will hear Jill as she told her story for the very first time. It’s an interview that gets better as it rolls along because she shifts to telling her story from the perspective of a 10-year-old.
Twice during the interview, tears flowed down Jill’s cheeks as she recalled how it felt to touch the magical metal. You might even hear the emotion as she speaks about it. She also describes an area of the base where its UFO “collection” was kept.

Fascinating account, and an amazing story.
We've read about this magical, mystery metal for many years now, and heard first-hand testimony from Jesse Marcel. Though she gave the dimensions of the fragment, I'm still unclear on the shape. She compared it to a sheet of paper, but was it, like a sheet of paper, straight edged, or were they jagged and irregular, like a torn-off piece of debris? An important detail, as it would illustrate it was once part of a larger whole, and not therefore indestructible.
I wish those kids had the mind to photograph it. Stop playing with it for just one damn minute, grab a camera and take a photograph, then guard that photo carefully, bury it in a box in the back yard if you have to! It's always been difficult to grasp and picture what this substance really looks like and how it behaves. In the end, a picture -- better still a film -- is worth a thousand words. If only we had one in the public domain.

I have a friend who lives in Cashiers (whose motion camera shows black bears on his deck weekly it seems), and have been aware of a lot of interesting material from this website for many years.

I see this article link is on top of the front page - which contains links to various subject pages including Undercover Operations.
This page, which reports on a secret facility under Sugarloaf Mountain, among other articles

Aerial view of entrance to Sugarloaf Mountain’s underground facility
Secret facility under NC’s Sugarloaf Mountain
By Mary Joyce, website editor
There is a secret underground facility just west of Chimney Rock State Park in North Carolina. Its entrance is at the top of Sugarloaf Mountain and inaccessible to the public.
As early as 1969, an eyewitness living near the mountaintop knew something unusual was happening there.
“It was night and there were helicopters flying up at the top of the mountain,” Rebecca told me. “They would hover over the mountaintop and drop earthmoving equipment. They had floodlights up there and worked all night long. The shape of the mountaintop changed overnight.
“The next morning, my husband and I hiked up to the site. It was like walking on a fresh grave. It was like they’d dug something up, took it out, put something else in and covered it up. I don’t have a clue what it was. It was covered with sod.”
ABOUT FIVE YEARS LATER, the mountain trembled beneath Rebecca’s home.
“I was up here alone and heard and felt an explosion inside the mountain,” she explained. “It shook the entire house and the mountain. At the time, I wasn’t sure if it was an earthquake or an explosion.”
She soon knew it had been an explosion when she saw an unmarked 18-wheeler being escorted by two unmarked white pick-up trucks, one in front and one behind, and a person walking beside the 18-wheeler.
“There was something huge on the trailer that was covered with a tarp,” she said. “They all went up the mountain and stayed up there all day. Late that afternoon, the three vehicles went back down the mountain with something on the trailer covered with a tarp. I was under the assumption they’d replaced whatever had blown up.”
NOTE: You can read more about the Sugarloaf Mountain facility in my book “Underground Military Bases Hidden in North Carolina Mountains.”

Cool story, her (Jill, at ~70 y.o.) audio interview.
Thin memory foil, couldn’t cut it with scissors.
The 2 kids put it in the oven on high (350-400 F), and when they took it out the piece was room temp to touch.
Am listening the vid on the other iPad. Now at 15:00 of 26:37.
Burnt it in a fire (public fire pit), smashed it with a hammer, put under the tires of a heavy military truck. Nothing affected the mystery foil.
~20:, Silly Putty story. She traded him her SP for the foil piece (his request), had it for herself for ~1 day.
Noticed strange effects of street lights on it, in her bicycle basket rolling through her neighborhood that night. Said the light would go into it, and then come back out (same surface/side). Not a reflection, a different and new thing, to her.
The next night, her friend lad’s dad demanded it back. The dad was high ranking military, probably saw his own job+life on the line, since the kids took the UFO piece out of his office. Adamant would be an understatement lol.
At the vid end, she says she always wondered what that light-interaction property could be used for. Maybe do something good/helpful.

What gets me about this material that could unwrap itself if screwed up is.........
When screwed up in the hand it didnt try unwrapping itself until it was free from the human hand, ive known about this "material for yonks but ive never heard anyone say that it tried to unwrap itself while still in the hand that is crushing it, noone says they could not stop the unfurling of it while they were holding it, it unfurled after being placed down.
So if this stuff is fair dinkum, there must be some interaction of this material with human touch, chemical...?, paranormaly...?....................................RRR

That 'tries' to resist the hand-squeeze as well, just because it's 'trying' to retain its original stable shape.

Hey RRRob. I think you bring an interesting point. I venture that it may have been sentient.
My cue for that is, I’ve read of FTL ships that are controlled by thoughts of the brothers/sisters on the bridge. Thinking forward, the machine handles the superfast and dekes around hazard matter by going transdimensional. I’ve never heard or read of a fast UFO making a sonic boom.

Hmm the sponge comparison makes for a good argument, but ill have to wait for one to crash into my backyard so i can test it lol.

Yeah the lack of a sonic boom is quite telling and multidimensional could explain that.

Yeah the lack of a sonic boom is quite telling and multidimensional could explain that.
Don’t know if the handle “USP” is now used for the old USO, “unidentified submerged object”, the way UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) is the new way to call UFOs.
Richard Dolan is big into this, and iirc another YouTuber who is an ex USN bubblehead sonarman, Aaron Amick (chan name is Sub Brief), spoke about it.
My point here is, again iirc it was Aaron, said there have been submerged (blue ocean) radar traces moving hundreds of mph. I don’t recall any mention of signals of cavitation, so the physics seems broke. I put this in the same file as the no sonic booms by UAPs.

On a past episode of "The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch" series on the History channel, they captured real-time video of a UAP that flew very fast into top of a mesa and few seconds later emerged from the side of the mesa as if the mesa was not even there. So obviously the UAP has technology that let it traverse air, water and solid material easily at high speeds. One of the theory that I've read is that the UAP has some sort of energy/Warp field that creates a localized environment(bubble) around the UAP. When this technolopgy is in effect, the occupants experience normal gravitation experience similar to what they would experience in their native place/dimension regardless of the physical orientation and speed of the UAP goes through.
