View Full Version : Arterial blockage

Yesterday, Sat, Jul 19, 2025, was exactly a year since I was rushed to hospital with tachycardia and arrythmia. I'm fine now. I'm not taking any of the prescribed drugs. Instead, I'm maintaining my levels of sodium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, etc.
By coincidence, yesterday my sister-in-law was rushed to hospital following a heart attack and is scheduled to have a triple bypass.
So this prompted me to wonder whether everyone here is aware that arterial blockage can (allegedly) be avoided (and cured) by taking L-Lysine and vitamin C. I take these every day now.
I'll try to upload two PDF files, which are very relevant.
OK, the first file uploaded but the second one (a discussion from another forum) failed. So I'll provide a link to it. Please read 2004--Heart Cure first.

It is good if you can get the Vitamin C with Citrus Bioflavonoids. I would also add Nattokinase.
Just a suggestion, as it has helped many patients that I have had in the past.
Hawthorn can also be helpful as a tincture or tea infusion.

very happy to hear you have solved/ managed this health situation for yourself. Good going!! Not the same but relatable, I had a rising prostate psa number. My doctor gave me the, you better get to my urologist. My cia scientist friend, the smartest person I know asked me about my diet? I told him I had been eating a keto, carnivore type diet, plenty of red meat.
He suggested I stop all the red meat and go with fatty fish, salmon cod etc Not rocket science.
I did so, and in 3 months i turned around my psa and it lowered by over a complete number.
Now, my obvious question, why did this doctor never ask me about diet? answer = money. The bounce around between the doctors and referrals make money. They dont want you healthy, they want you sick.

Doug,
Just sick "enough" - and dependent upon their side-effect laden drugs. Mhmm. Congratulations on your success with the prostate issue. Well done.

John,
I am pleased to hear of your turn around, and thank you for posting this data.
For the readers, I am very happy with new way I am getting my vitamin C, which is through : Organic Acerola Powder (So this prompted me to wonder whether everyone here is aware that arterial blockage can (allegedly) be avoided (and cured) by taking L-Lysine and vitamin C. I take these every day now.) : Acerola is a berry, it is dehydrated and ground into a powder. It is one of those super foods, which is a powerhouse for vitamin C (as well as A). A single teaspoon has roughly 6x the USRDA. It is a very easy, very pleasant, very beneficial way to get your C. I have not ever looked into organic, natural and sustainably produced sources of L-Lysiene. Do you (or does anyone) have any recommendations?

Sorry, I have no recommendations for L-Lysine. I buy the tablets in containers of 365. They are uncoated and I don't try to swallow them whole. I simply chew them. They have very little flavour. Certainly not repulsive.
