After 9/11 and the tunnel bombing in the UK we have to question *all* such excercises.

Putting the spotlight on *all* of them is a good thing. Perhaps it helps to change the plans???

If not then what have we lost in the process??? Nothing!

Even if the government is more concerned with maintaining control than our safety, I think our safety is part of the package. Plus it will bring awareness to people and make them think of what needs to be done in case something does hit the fan. Not everyone is thinking ahead.

I cant help but look upon these Exercises and think to myself about that scene in the final matrix movie Where Morpheus looks upon the still machines and is asked what is happening. He replies "Neo, he fights for us".

Southern states with guns, are the threat to tptb. They have been trying to get their guns out of their hands, in case of rebellion against the goverment and recinding or secession of tax revenues. They want to reverse ever goverment activity since 1863. They have issues and the cops nationally are finding that out.

They voted for the laws to have them, because some in high military positions, know how important it is to have self defense at home against the powers that be covert.
There was a young female Christian soldier that had a vaccine warning about it destroying dna, and two of her friends elderly parents got the vaccine for the swine flu, after being told they had to get it, they both developed cancer in two months. She was so scared and said they were going to concentration camp, anyone who refused, and then she showed the protocol papers. It was on you tube, she was in hiding and said her God wouldn't want her to keep this a secret. I felt so sorry for the whistleblowers, but this girl was truly scared for her life. I'm sure if you youtube search for vaccine mandatory you can spend a few moments researching and find her. Her friends on the outside helped her post she said, and they are hiding her.

But maybe if we put it out in the open it will not happen.
The plan may be to have a practice run and later, before Dec 21, 2012 or whenever they expect the natural shift to occur, they will make something happen.

Similar excercises preparing for an 'earthquake type incident' were attended by 20,000 police officers in the Uk last year at a cost of millions-

Well we'll know if the New Madrid blows that day, and no citizen is assisted, or evacuated because FEMA can state "The confusion was caused by the fact where were practicing for just such an event in the area area so there was uncertainty as to what is real and what isn't. "

Or it was a good thing that we just happened to be there when Haarp went off...I mean when the New Madrid line blew.

Rather like how Cheney explained why there was a delay of airborne interceptors on 9/11 to scramble into action. Well gosh darn how could we tell what was real or what was part of the excersize? Golly those danged coincidences....

The only thing that snags me is the coffin thing. Historically the government doesn't' tenderly bury each individual they kill in an individual way. People are generally tended by a bulldozer and mass grave. The coffin thing has always puzzled me for sure. I don't think they are an indicator of mass kill offs but a longer term project. Heck even cruise ships carry coffins on board...just in case someone kicks off whilst on vacation.

It the government's intention is to eventually round up folks in Fema Workcamps for a long term stay it makes since that people would die of natural causes (in addition to food, and vaccine deaths, and diseases artificially and not introduced into the workcamp). I'm thinking the coffin thing is more an indicator of a long term population containment program on a very grand scale where over the course of several years that many coffins would be used on a 'as needed basis' --projection of a lot of deaths in a large population contained in a camp over an extended period of time.

On the other hand...

FEMA is charged with the welfare of the people after a disaster. One could question it's efficiency in past disasters. Think about the aftermath of Katrina. So maybe it's being prudent and getting it's act together before a disaster occurs!

The government can not come up with thousands of meals, potable water, shelters and such without a bit of planning.

The most challenging part is the communications between police, medical and material resources. Who's in command? Who's responsible for communication to whom? What decisions can be made at what level?

Perhaps an exercise could be used as a cover-up for something else, but don't blame the exercise!

•FEMA has emergency commodities pre-staged across the United States should they be needed to support state and local emergency response operations. FEMA distribution centers have a current inventory of more than 5 million liters of water, 3 million meals, 500,000 blankets, 110,000 cots and more than 500 power generators.

•Of the commodities pre-staged across the nation, FEMA is proactively sending supplies to additional strategic locations, in case they become needed: 


•Oklahoma: To date, FEMA has moved roughly 57,000 liters of water, 56,000 meals, 2,400 blankets, 1,200 cots and one 54-pack of power generators to Incident Support Base (ISB) locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and McAlester, Oklahoma.

•Missouri: FEMA has already moved roughly 30,000 liters of water, 20,000 meals, 1,500 blankets, 700 cots to an Incident Support Base in Kansas City, MO. FEMA has also moved a 54-pack of power generators to an Incident Support Base in Eureka, Missouri. FEMA is currently transporting 31,000 additional liters of water to Kansas City.

•Kentucky: Today, FEMA is currently transporting roughly 72,000 liters of water, 20,000 meals, 10,000 blankets, and 10,000 cots to an Incident Support Base at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. FEMA is also positioning 23 power generators at the base.

•Ohio: Today, FEMA is positioning 20 power generators, provided by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, at the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

Earthquakes right this moment and for several days now cranking up in Arkansas.

FEMA's history of "just happening" to have exercises in an area that then mysteriously has something happen.

Looks ominous - But, as we know from the past, these things don't always add up to what we think ~ but sometimes do.

So what do we do? We all talk about staying out of fear, but are we practicing what we preach? Good time to practice.

1) Stay prepared, and watchful, tap into higher self, but release fear.

I agree that we should stay away from fear. Hopefully no one here is taking this thread as fear mongering. I just want people to stay sharp in case something happens. Plus, to stay on top of the government plans so we can have the opportunity to divert them.

We have a better chance when we see/know what they are doing…that will take away the fear. Fear is nothing but worrying about the unknown. If it’s known…we can face it. But, don’t give all your energy into worrying. Be aware…and think of positive ways to stop it. You can’t combat what you don’t see coming, or know about.

TIPS FOR EARTHQUAKE SAFETY

1) Most everyone who simply 'ducks and covers' WHEN BUILDINGS COLLAPSE are crushed to death. People who get under objects, like desks or cars, are crushed.

2) Cats, dogs and babies often naturally curl up in the fetal position. You should too in an earthquake. It is a natural safety/survival instinct. You can survive in a smaller void. Get next to an object, next to asofa, next to a large bulky object that will compress slightly but leave avoid next to it.

3) Wooden buildings are the safest type of construction to be in during an earthquake. Wood is flexible and moves with the force of the earthquake. If the wooden building does collapse, large survival voids are created. Also, the wooden building has less concentrated, crushing weight. Brick buildings will break into individual bricks. Bricks will cause many injuries but less squashed bodies than concrete slabs.

4) If you are in bed during the night and an earthquake occurs, simply roll off the bed. A safe void will exist around the bed. Hotels can achieve a much greater survival rate in earthquakes, simply by posting asign on the back of the door of every room telling occupants to liedown on the floor, next to the side of the bed during an earthquake.

5) If an earthquake happens and you ca nnot easily escape by getting out the door or window, then lie down and curl up in the fetal position next to
a sofa, or large chair.

6) Most everyone who gets under a doorway when buildings collapse is killed. How? If you stand under a doorway and the doorjamb falls forward or backward you will be crushed by the ceiling above. If the door jam falls sideways you will be cut in half by the doorway. In either case, you will be killed!

7) Never go to the stairs. The stairs have a different 'moment of frequency' (they swing separately from the main part of the building).  The stairs and remainder of the building continuously bump into each other until structural failure of the stairs takes place. The people who get on stairs before they fail are chopped up by the stair treads - horribly mutilated. Even if the building doesn't collapse, stay away from the stairs. The stairs are a likely part of the building to be damaged. Even if the stairs are not collapsed by the earthquake, they may collapse later when overloaded by fleeing people. They should always be checked for safety, even when the rest of the building is not damaged.

8) Get Near the Outer Walls Of Buildings Or Outside Of Them If Possible - It is much better to be near the outside of the building rather than the interior. The farther inside you are from the outside perimeter of the building the greater the probability that your escape route will be blocked.

9) People inside of their vehicles are crushed when the road above falls in an earthquake and crushes their vehicles; which is exactly what happened with the slabs between the decks of the Nimitz Freeway. The victims of the San Francisco earthquake all stayed inside of their vehicles. They were all killed. They could have easily survived by getting out and sitting or lying next to their vehicles. Everyone killed would have survived if they had been able to get out of their cars and sit or lie next to them. All the crushed cars had voids 3 feet high next to them, except for the cars that had columns fall directly across them.

10) I discovered, while crawling inside of collapsed newspaper offices and other offices with a lot of paper, that paper does not compact. Large voids are found surrounding stacks of paper.

You are absolutely right. They were doing the same thing with 9/11. Off on maneuvers in Canada with all the air power so if 9/11 had been outside terrorists they would not have been able to respond. Most on here do not know me so I will give a little background if that is permissable.

I have had prophetic dreams all my life. In 2007 I was posting on an AOL message board titled Illegal Immigration. It was filled with people who mostly were not spiritually enlightened and they posted very caustic and painful things towards the Mexican people who are in our country. I never stayed 'on topic' I was there to disseminate information about the powers that be, and that our world was not what they thought it was.

I posted for several years and picked up many followers who agreed and became brave enough to support my efforts to awaken these people. Then someone posted an article about a rogue airplane that was flying over the united states with nuclear bombs aboard 'without authority to do so"?? And it was not an aircraft that was made to carry bombs. This caused concern from those few who knew the truth about what was going on, and knew the truth about 9/ll being an inside job.

These people were concerned. A couple of nights later I decided to tell a friend about a dream I had. I have that dream documented in a book along with many others. I will add it here so you can see the details of it. And at that time I was not aware that ET were here on our planet or even of their actual existence. I

t was not much later that I heard a loud voice in my head that told me "Walk away from this message board and never look back" I did exactly that because it had just come to my attention (in my innermost being that my life was in danger)

There were people PTB that did not like what I was posting. I left and three days later I ran across a video of David Wilcock which led me to more via YouTube and that was the beginning of my following Bill Ryan and Kerry Cassidy. This was Late 2007. I have followed them ever since and brought many others to their work.

Now the dream. When Charles said that there would not be any nuclear weapons used on us I knew that this was the truth. I knew what he apparently knew. Dear Joan. I Thank you for all your e-mails messages. Bless you for that. But there is something I need to share with you.

About a month ago I had a dream. In this dream everyone had become aware that they were going to die. I was very frightened as I thought something was going to happen right then. Actually I was a little terrified. Many People started talking about this while others were just listening. Chaos.

Some high up Military Commander were telling people that they were going to eradicate all people in the world who were in the lower classes. That meant about 75% of us.

There was going to be something released into the air that people could not detect and it would kill them instantly as soon as they came into contact with it. We were told that it would happen one week later. Everyone in the world then knew about this all at once.

I relaxed then thinking that I would have 7 days to put my mental house in order before I died. I went about mentally preparing myself and family for this..

Time past and then all of a sudden a 'Super High Man' appeared. He was not government or military. I could not tell what he was. Could not see him except in my minds eye. But he stood there and announced to everyone that there would be no releasing of this chemical cloud or any thing as such. He said that it had been a very difficult task that he had undertaken to prevent this event from ever happening. He told us to then go about your living. He said "no one is going to die. I will not let it happen." "Go on about your living."There was such a relief because as he spoke everyone knew what he was saying. And they all knew it at the same time.

Now Joan. I did not know what to make of this dream. But I knew that it was prophetic in Nature. And perhaps a warning to me that something was in the wind. And that it had been stopped by some very powerful person. PERSON???? NOT HUMAN
