This new video isn't about the Golden Dome as a 'new weapon in modern warfare'. It's a terrific presentation by Professor Ted Postol about why such a thing could not and would not work.
It's actually Postol's response to the excellent recent Netflix movie A House of Dynamite (all about failed US missile defense, and the consequences that follow), but I didn't post it where that was discussed, in the Avalon thread titled Nuclear War - Annie Jacobsen (https://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?122878-Nuclear-War-Annie-Jacobsen&highlight=House+Dynamite), as Postol's presentation below is really very technical and I think better belongs here.
In A House of Dynamite, the chances of a ballistic missile interceptor (called an Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle, or EKV) destroying its incoming missile target are stated to be 61%, "hitting a bullet with a bullet".
