I experienced that "voice in my head" phenomena just once, but it certainly had an impact, leaving me with a sensation of unprecedented confusion and disorientation.
The voice sounded exactly like someone I had known well, but who had passed, and so I thought at first it might have been that person acting as a spirit guide.
It answered my questions but the responses didn't seem consistently authentic, and before long it felt like I was getting mixed messages from the same voice.
When the responses didn't seem authentic, the voice had taken on a hostile tone, and vice versa.
I began asking testing questions for accuracy.
At times, the answers were accurate and at times they weren't.
So either there were two identical voices delivering conflicting messages, one authentic and friendly, one not, or I was gaining control and whatever the source was, was being affected by me actively interacting with it, or all of the above.
I finally decided it was some kind of DEW, but that it wasn't infallible.
Whoever or whatever was behind it could be influenced, and at the end, one voice was obviously and undeniably malevolent, while the other seemed to have given way to my insistence that it be honest, and admitted it wasn't a spirit guide.
But it said it was able to sound like it was authentic by tuning into my memory of the actual deceased person I had known, and saying things he likely would have said.
At one point, it made a prediction that came true about an interaction between two people that I knew, and that was probably the most confusing part of the whole 3 way dialogue, though it was some time before I realized the prediction had been accurate.
On the whole it was certainly a confusing and disorienting experience, and fortunately not one that ever repeated.
I think whatever that technology is might possibly be linked to some form of consciousness, though it might simply be AI, which I don't think is truly conscious at all, but is capable of mimicking it.
I think it can and is being used as a tool, whether for good or evil.
I know that there is a kind of Consciousness :angel: that is real and wonderful beyond words and it feels nothing like what I was feeling when I was talking with that voice (or voices) in my head.
And I don't think LIFE can be manufactured or effectively mimicked, and so AI will never be truly conscious at all in the way that living things are.

The primary problem of this supposed technology is the lack of evidence of actual equipment and systems. When have you ever seen a perfect secret?

Surely, at some point in the past decades some rogue individual would have collected and disseminated some actual evidence.

Because of this lack of evidence, victims are marginalized and deemed mentally unfit.

I have some experiences that raise questions. But I am also diagnosed, so my credibility will always be in question due to mental fitness. I've written about it in the TI/mind control forums extensively a few years back.

So will I ever have vindication? Perhaps not.

The definition of demon as I've come to know it is "robots that hate god", that could definitely qualify as a consciousness though I think. Angels don't even have any free will as far as I know, except lucifer. I think (he) could be artificial too

Off-topic on this thread (I think!), but consciousness is absolutely not an 'emergent property' of complex systems. That's consensus mainstream thinking, regularly promoted now by all the AI and neurology researchers who are discussing this.

Consciousness can inhabit (sufficiently) complex systems, just like a spirit/soul can inhabit a human brain and body. That's how and why reincarnation, OBEs and NDEs all work. And it's also why it's highly likely that conscious spirits/souls can inhabit an AI system, if that 'incarnation' seems sufficiently fun and interesting to them.

The content of your video seems like critical information for people to know and really comprehend as a current reality, not just science fiction or conspiracy. It's fascinating to learn about the methods behind what is happening to people.

When I think of the scope of these things and the potential for the world, people being largely naive as to the uses and outcome, or how unaware they would be of this technology's presence in their own personal spheres until it is actively utilized in their bodies or proximity, it breaks my heart.

So much can be manipulated by the technology nation states/governments/militaries and scientists have. All of humanity can be affected in ways one might not like to think about, as well as innocent animals, too. The future in that light seems less free, less open to destiny, or faith, or personal choice or spontaneous reaction and possibility.

Our future in the hands of leadership authorities and figures who do not inherently value our lives, welfare and existence, is not likely to be a good one. This is very pertinent to trafficking of humans as well as distribution of human components and body parts internationally...for things being researched and discussed by the networks behind Epstein, in terms of continued operation and control, but also the distribution conduits for a product that can be masked by medical institutions' actual material needs and purchases as well as the necessity for certain groups to ensure the abortion industry.

In my view and personal experience, there are overlapping connections, individuals, networks and supply chains. These are likely congruent or synergistic to the intentions involved behind Epstein's interest in experimental subjects/women and children, for continued supply and procurement of a certain quality of human (as) product, and also applicable in terms of the nature of evidence regarding accusations against (and the self-determination or individual cognizance of) defendants in trials involving sleeper agents and patsies.

The potential for this technology to alter people at any level necessary, as well as to steer politics and catalyze movements, even whole communities, is so significant that thinking about a recourse can feel mind-bendingly ominous, urgent and at times sadly, futile. I don't know that there can be any solution swiftly enough enacted, to reverse or stop the progression of this science- the insidiousness- without mass awareness. A serious grasp of veracity as to the purpose and engineering of this technology and to peoples' claims is essential. The video is a step in the right direction.

During the last 10 years of my grandmother's life, she was bombarded by a somewhat demanding, masculine British voice that gave her hundreds (likely thousands) of pages of science-tinged information.

Sometimes it proffered poetry, lyrics...and often comical quips of wisdom... warnings to write and share, as well as specific requests for dissemination of the material and insights to the people living around her. After hearing her mention that the voice used the phrase, "he is not on my radar," when she asked about a person, I questioned whether she was being accessed by military/government programs. I was prompted to look up the origin (early 1900s to its practical application just before WWII) of radar since the voice used otherwise beautifully eloquent and archaic terminology. There was a question of why that word was used and whether it was a slipup indicating someone in present day was hiding their identity through a character.

We set to work gathering as much information as possible on the topic of V2K to help her discern what she was experiencing.

I wish we could have provided something similar to what you posted in order to open that discussion and put her mind at ease; to let her know that other people have heard similar things and that the sources could potentially be more terrestrial than she believed.

Knowing that might have helped her better grasp our family's ridiculous, dismissive responses, their unraveling (triggered) behavior in her proximity and highlighted some of the technological capabilities which science possesses.

Maybe it would have increased her options for interpreting what the voice spoke of and was actually interested in. She needed (but never found) additional input from others, beyond my own experiences. Mine were technologically similar, but completely unfamiliar to her. Different mechanism and presentation altogether (I think).

I have experienced being piloted. There seems to be confirmation of it being similarly sourced in your video. I figured the experience had to do with my father volunteering for mind control experiments at Tulane during his green beret days...or the suspicion we were both given chips in 1995 before embarking to a new post.

It's a very strange sensation when the piloting happens, especially if you can vaguely hear the words and voice coming out of you, as though from far away, but you recognize they are not your own and that you momentarily do not have control of your physical actions or strength. Experiencing that made me extremely aware that key individuals might do things uncharacteristic of, even directly conflicting with, their ethos, life experience and personality. There is little to no ability to physically and consciously recall or rein the phenomenon in. Pray that your base mode of operating will keep you in a state ethically compatible with who you believe yourself to be, because it's nearly impossible to break out of or stop mid-motion.

That anyone might be prosecuted for things they have done while in such a state, without any chance of explaining their own victimization or having an adequately informed defense is troubling. Methods for instantaneous, unfettered global access to people and use of an asymmetrical weapon system that harnesses individuals' bodies and minds without permission, should be a crime.

That kind of remote access literally means that every single human and animal alive is potentially an unwitting pawn on the board. Too convenient for the purposes of plausible deniability and use by militaries or governments on politicians, agitators and unwitting assassins. The video mentions entire populations...yes, like the scripted repetition and thought contagion/memetic engineering during covid.

Anyway, we scoured my grandmother's house and found a strange small blinking green antenna that didn't link to anything inside. We wondered if it had something to do with what she was experiencing, being that the voices began while she was in her bedroom and the antenna was installed perfectly over her bed.

All of my efforts to explain potential physical technology-based sources amounted to volumes of papers and printouts of scientific studies that she never was able to comprehend fully or even finish reading. However, pinning it to government or a nation state might be more frightening to some people, as it was for her. Invisible malicious people and organizations with disturbing intentions fueled by scientific or government overreach are not soothing thoughts. They are a reality, though.

She preferred the spiritual explanation. It seemed logical and noble to her that the voice she was hearing would be that of a very distinctive, deceased human harking from antiquity or an otherworldly spirit, even a god, rather than part of a military technological weapon system. He said his name was Horace/Horus.

I think the voice (thankfully) made her feel that she was "special" and had drawn the golden ticket. It would appear that she needed to feel that in order to not fall apart from stress or fear, which could easily have been the outcome after being uncontrollably infringed upon, day and night, for a full decade.

Horus specifically told her as much: she was "chosen"... partly because of genetics, but there never arose a question for her of, "Okay, if I am chosen because of genetics, what of my genetically connected family? Parents? grandparents? children? And what does that really imply...WHO would be interested in following familial hereditary features?"

She was well regarded and highly esteemed by people in her community, a learned and broad thinker, even named one of the top and most influential businesswomen in her state. She was surrounded by family who were physicists for Caltech & Los Alamos. Silicon Valley characters grew close to her in her final years.

Yet the subject of advanced computers or any type of artificial intelligence was beyond her personal scope. She lived most of her life with minimal computer interaction/usage, and plenty of disdain. Her thoughts on computers were easily reinforced by an aerospace engineer son-in-law who wouldn't keep a computer or cell phone in his own house. So, she would not have considered anything like technology to be much beyond a nuisance, especially not a potential source of the voice.

While I still don't know for certain what caused the words she heard, our inclination from the beginning was to protect her and shield her from anything sinister. There were plenty of indications that the voice might have been spiritually manifested or accompanied, (towering forms in photos, fleeing shadows, episodes of psychokinesis or poltergeist-like activity) but I now question whether those things can be comparably generated by the same technology and frequencies that might have produced the voice.

More than half our family joked around, dismissing her claims as having eaten too many anchovies, or one too many glasses of wine. Nobody else was actually interested in hearing her out or investigating.

She amazingly turned things around from an initial fear state, being demoralized by their comments, into one of enthusiasm in which a weekly (growing) gathering of women and friends would come for tea and listen to all the new messages she received. They would decipher the words together. It became their quest to find out what was going to be said or happen next.

I don't think anyone who knew her would call her crazy...which is fortunate, but it also should give people hope if they choose to speak out about their own experiences. With preparation and careful consideration, it's possible to garner support instead of ridicule...and to build on that.

I wish that documentation and stories of this happening to people might become more mainstream so victims/experiencers can feel confident in speaking about what they are going through and find the support they need... to know they are not alone and that the entire human population is in the crosshairs of technological innovation that is capable of creating voices...it's not just them. They didn't do anything wrong. They're not cursed. What they are experiencing might be defensible and litigable in the material sense.

This happens to people. All sorts of people.

My grandmother would not have been pleased to find the source was technological, if it truly was for her, but information is power and two or three perspectives put together in an effort are almost always more effective than one to navigate causes, effects and solutions. I wished there was a protocol to determine source more accurately in order to detect if the voices a person is hearing are caused remotely via beamed energy. (Would it show up the same way as a spiritual inhabitance/walk in... since both would be energy(?) focused on an individual?)

We attempted using an EMF meter and other types of devices to document what was happening to my grandmother, which did indeed light up or signal loudly and repeatably in her vicinity. (The picture doesn't do justice because there was a phone (EMF source) next to her at the time.)

I've always wondered what made that happen to so many people in such disparate parts of the U.S. and the world. Brain parasite, egregores, subliminal messaging through film, tv, music or as mentioned above, through an MRI type technology? And what's made half of us immune to it?? I've had my theories on that, too, including nicotine, ADHD, blood types and astrological signs and aspects, but guessing most here are non-smokers, so...

Curious if anyone has better theories than I've had?
