We have identified a global pattern to UAP events negating any known natural state of matter that is the cause with a pattern suggesting that UAP are techno signatures around the Earth. Previous iteration of research (AGU 2024) discovered an orbital period and a range of inclinations can work if it is synchronised with the rotation of the Earth. Potential events may be demonstrated by using a hypothetical model to the connection between UAP as techno signatures around the Earth. The hypothetical model demonstrates potential events happening when a controlled AI type monitoring of Earth is applied. By using intersections of orbital tracks at specific locations at specific times, provides the opportunity of testing the theory at multiple locations favourable for such events to take place. Testing the theory requires an astrophysical approach using a wide range of sensors to confirm the discovery of a techno signature. The techno signature may have an inherent intelligence that also needs to be confirmed by using other modalities.
