what's the point of getting more and more information - new approach needed

i have no desire to prove or otherwise what i am going to say
this is about personal experience and i speak from the one who guides me (pure self)

the conscious mind made of matter seeks to go on until death consuming more and more information - no matter what the source of that information is
pure self - non conscious self has no awareness of time past present or future
i am not religious and have been through that hell hole
you can gain the whole world and know all things and die
information self conscious mind must die - go to the recycle bin and then deletion
pure self will not be deleted -has known absolution -is disolved and free
forums come and go -people get bored and give up
please find a new way
get people together physically to meet face to face
the quest for more and more info is meaningless like this world of light matter and dark mirror matter - the black hole is waiting -the ego is doomed
please find a new way and find divine simplicity -it's hard to let go -i know - i am still struggling - knowledge alone leads to death but info according to the will of the one is life

This is a face to face meeting of sorts. And its not a gathering of information, its more a gathering of people sharing knowledge and information in order to expand together. Which is exciting all by itself and far from boring. And death is not final, it is simply the next step in transformation and transition.

Why do you rely on others for answers? You have them all yourself already.
All we need to do is access others info and then from there decide on whether it is real or not.

More and more information is exactly what I DO want.

I think that's a valuable position, genorose.

Myself, I see Avalon serves a number of purposes:


1. It's a research vehicle for people who want to investigate a line of enquiry about a certain subject and talk stuff over..

2. It's a virtual community and support network - most of us don't have anyone in our lives who share our thoughts or even know we spend so much time down the rabbit hole. One person in my life knows I have an interest in this stuff, one other knows I come here but is too young to understand. I have no one to talk to about this.

3. It's a place where we can prepare for off-grid living. That information is really valuable, especially for those of us who have dependent family.

I think you are absolutely right that information isn't everything. I can't remember hardly anything of the BA and 2 x post grad degrees I have done (yawn). I think the skills they gave me to interpret new material are the most important, but my brain just can't take it all in.

We've all got a role to pay in co-creating the future - I'm here to figure that out. While I'm on terra I have to be on terra (I actually quite like it here). A lot of people are going to be on terra after me, so ... you get my drift.
