Decalcification of the Pineal Gland
The pineal gland is seen by psychics as the “third eye”, the communication link to higher dimensions. It seems to be a doorway to higher consciousness and bliss.
And it is vital for supporting intuition, an ability that will be needed during hard times. So it is necessary to evolve spiritually in order to help create better understanding, acceptance of our fellow humans, and easier group cooperation. Meditation is a part of this evolving.
During the younger age the unconditioned mind can have many transcendental experiences, facilitated through a perfectly functioning pineal gland. Later, during adulthood, many of these childhood experiences are either diminished or completely blocked.
Why?
It is obvious that certain influences are taking its toll on the glands function over time.
It was discovered that the pineal gland and the associated production of the essential hormone Melantonin is
- very sensitive to extremely low frequency electromagnetic fields. They have been shown to reduce nocturnal melatonin production.
- disrupted by emotional or physical trauma.
Also attachment traumas and abandonment issues in early life have been shown to result in low levels of melatonin production.
But is it only the psychological environmental conditioning and loss of innocence that blocks these spiritual links or is there a hidden biological process, which might be responsible as well?
The pineal gland is like a water-filled cavity with receptors around it. It is like an eye looking inside at itself.
A particular process has been identified which seems to be responsible for the reduction of the gland’s functionality with age:
It is called Calcification.
Like most body tissues with high blood flow and high metabolic activity, the pineal gland gradually accumulates calcium as we get older. This calcification has a significant impact on how the gland functions and hence its effect on overall melatonin status with aging. German psychiatrists found for example that people with higher degrees of pineal calcification were more than four times as likely to experience daytime tiredness and almost twice as likely to experience sleep disturbances as those with normal pineal status.
It has been firmly established that the pineal gland becomes increasingly blocked by the incorporation of hydroxyl-apatite, the same mineral used in bones. This process is individually more or less pronounced, depending on factors associated with the way the individual is living.
It can be generalized that, as much more the gland is calcified, as much less it can carry out its various functions.
The often mentioned fluoridation is targeting this hydroxyl-apatite and further reducing the enzymatic function of the gland.
See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydroxylapatite
Without pineal calcification (PC) there will be no receptor-binding of fluorite to the apatite possible, thus also any accumulation of fluoride in the gland.
The PC can be understood as a kind of arteriosclerosis of the gland.
The key of reactivating the pineal gland is to understand how the process of PC is triggered and then stop it and - if possible - reverse the trend.
So how and why occurs the PC?
First some facts about the pineal calcification (PC):
The pineal gland can, despite its organic structure, adopt bonelike properties.
There was a very meticulous study carried out by Dr. Jennifer Anne Luke, but instead of you munching through all 300 pages of alienating scientific findings, I will post the most important info as direct snippets from the study, which can be downloaded here:
Here we go:
http://img146.imageshack.us/img146/1529/pinealgland00crop.jpg (http://img146.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland00crop.jpg/)
The pineal gland is an organ which is the second most “irrigated” organ of the body:
http://img15.imageshack.us/img15/5840/pinealgland03crop.jpg (http://img15.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland03crop.jpg/)
and it is outside the blood-brain barrier, it means it is unprotected –unlike the brain- from “unwanted” substances within the blood-stream:
http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/4912/pinealgland08crop.jpg (http://img84.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland08crop.jpg/)
About the progressing calcification though age:
You have 0.2% PC in the age group of 0-5 years, but ~40% in the group of 17-18 years old.

Fluoride and children:
http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/9461/pinealgland00acrop.jpg (http://img152.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland00acrop.jpg/)
http://img152.imageshack.us/img152/9461/pinealgland00acrop.jpg (http://img152.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland00acrop.jpg/)
http://img832.imageshack.us/img832/3082/pinealgland07crop.jpg (http://img832.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland07crop.jpg/)
The result: Already during the very first years the function of the pineal gland is significantly inhibited.
The fluorite content of muscle, bone and gland.
It is important to recall that the gland is an organ, which can be compared with soft muscle tissue. The gland is not a bone! (although it seems for some it is..)
http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/7327/pinealgland09crop.jpg (http://img831.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland09crop.jpg/)
http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/2285/pinealgland10crop.jpg (http://img687.imageshack.us/i/pinealgland10crop.jpg/)
So, in some cases you have more than 1000 times the concentration of fluorite in the gland, compared to muscle tissue.
For comparison: The F (Fluorite) content in the brain is only 0.08 mg/kg !

Now: How to stop or even reverse the calcification?
For that we have to go back to the 1930’s.
In 1933 a Dr. Price, a dentist, published a book, called “Nutrition and physical degeneration”, in which he described his astonishing findings.
http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/52/drprice.jpg (http://img138.imageshack.us/i/drprice.jpg/)
During his travels to remote parts of the world, like a very remote valley in Switzerland, a remote island off the coast of Scotland in the outer Hebrides and arctic Eskimo villages, he found that each healthy culture had “sacred foods” which they considered as being essential for their well being. He stumbled upon it because the apparent physical health of these remote cultures was not to be understood by a “civilized” doctor.
You can imagine the amazement of the dentist from Cleveland, lining up all the people in a Swiss village, all the children and all the adults, and discovering he had to look in three mouths before he found even one tooth that had evidence of decay. These villagers had less than 1% tooth decay. Furthermore, none had dental deformities. Their sacred food was the first butter made in spring. That butter had a peculiar orange color.
See the teeth:
http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/441/swiss.jpg (http://img543.imageshack.us/i/swiss.jpg/)
"He was very taken with the cheerfulness and spirituality of the people living on a remote, windswept, foggy island of the Hebrides. The sacred food on this island, one that was considered important for pregnant women and growing children, was cod’s head stuffed with oats and chopped cod liver."
The Eskimos had no arteriosclerosis despite their diet being predominantly only seal-oil…
From his findings he could identify mainly 2 vitamins - apart from other substances like Zinc,
Iodine and Special Fatty Acids - playing a very important part in the scenario:
Vitamin D3 and Vitamin A.
But despite attempts to explain all of the observed phenomena with the presence of these 2 Vitamins, he concluded that there was one ESSENTIAL SUBSTANCE MISSING in the picture. There was a third fat-soluble vitamin that Dr. Price described, but could not identify it.
This substance was obviously present in ALL “sacred foods” and as he was not able to find it, he called it ACTIVATOR X.
This ACTIVATOR X proved to be
- a potent catalyst for vitamin and mineral absorption.
- an important factor in the growth of children; it has potent curative powers.
- is found in foods considered sacred by primitive populations--liver and other organ meats from grazing cattle; marine oils, fish eggs and shellfish; and butter from cows eating rapidly growing green grass.
- it origins from green growing plants which have an unknown factor that animals transform into Activator x and store in certain fatty tissues.
- all healthy primitive groups had a source of the Price Factor in their diets
But when Dr. Price retired, all his research on the X factor came to an end.
But finally, in recent days, this X factor could be identified:
Activator X is VITAMIN K2.
Vitamin K2 is the missing link which turns, together with Vitamin A and D3, into a super potent mix, which has very remarkable properties:
It can reverse the process of arteriosclerosis. The enzymatic balance is being restored and the calcium is being removed from the arteries and placed where it belongs to: In the bone.
It has – of course- many applications, like treating osteoporosis also.
"The vitamin occurs naturally in two forms. K1, or phylloquinone, is found
in green leafy vegetables. K2, comprised of a group of compounds known as
menaquinones, is synthesized by intestinal microflora and also obtained from dietary
sources including organ meats, egg yolks, fermented dairy products, and the Japanese
fermented soybean dish, natto (the richest food source).
Although vitamin K2 occurs in much smaller amounts in the diet than K1, medical
findings suggests that the menaquinone form confers most of the benefits in regards
to heart and bone health and the inhibition of cancer. Vitamin K1, meanwhile,
has been studied for its beneficial effects in supporting healthy insulin levels."

http://www.lef.org/magazine/mag2010/sep2010_Brittle-Bones-Hardened-Arteries_01.htm
For us the effect of decalcification of the arteries is of interest:
It can be reasonably concluded that the natural condition of organs and tissues are restored by Vitamin K2, and we know that the pineal gland was originally NOT calcified.
It can therefore expected that an intake of Vitamin K2, combined with a healthy diet, will result in a de-blocking of the pineal gland and a restoration of our youthful abilities.
http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/4042/k2crop.jpg (http://img9.imageshack.us/i/k2crop.jpg/)
(I know, the infamous pyramid..)
PARENTS SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS INFO !!!
TESTED SOURCES of Vitamin K2:
Natto (fermented soy)
Goose Liver
Cheeses
Egg Yolk
Butter
Chicken Liver
Fatty Meats
Sauerkraut
OTHER PROBABLE SOURCES:
Goose, Duck and Chicken Fat
Crustacean “Butter” (Hepatopancreas)
Bone Marrow
Other Organ Meats
Fish Eggs
Fermented Cod Liver Oil
Some footnotes:
The research indicates that a reversal of clacification is possible:
“First it was demonstrated that induced arterial calcification has been shown to be inhibited completely by vitamin K2 in vivo.
Then in a new study, the researchers looked at the potential to regress calcification.
Arterial calcification was induced in rats by interfering in the vitamin K-metabolism, by adding the vitamin K-antagonist warfarin to their diets. Vitamin K acts directly on matrix Glaprotein which is the strongest inhibitor of arterial calcification presently known. The rats were divided into two groups, a control group with vitamin K added to the diet, and a warfarin treated group to induced calcifications. After six weeks of treatment with warfarin, the rats had developed significant calcifications. At this point, the warfarin treated rats were divided into four groups and fed a standard diet plus 1/ Warfarin, 2/ vitamin K1 at normal dose, 3/ Vitamin K1 at high dose, and 4/ vitamin K2 at high dose.
During the second six week period, the calcifications in the warfarin treated group continued linearly, and remarkably, in the group receiving a normal dose of K1 continued comparably, demonstrating that the normal amount of vitamin K in the diet had no benefit:
In contrast, high vitamin K intake (both K1 and K2) not only blocked the progress of further calcium accumulation, but led to an over 37 % reduction of previously accumulated arterialcalcium precipitates within 6 weeks.
It is interesting to note that in the high K1 group, the vitamin K1 converted into vitamin K2 to such an extent that tissue concentrations were similar to the K2 supplemented group.
Additionally, the regression of arterial calcification was accompanied by restoration of arterial distensibility, or elasticity, in the high vitamin K groups to a similar level as in the control rats.”

Hi Bashi,
Thanks v much for this. I have been experiencing a rapid increase in my own psychic ability recently and am wondering if this is related to a recent massive change in my diet. I have become what I call veganish i.e vegan but with fish (also no caffeine, no alcohol, very lityle white sugar). Its for health reasons so I am not completely 100% on it. But I do notice the days that I am more vegan I am more psychic.
I have been drinking reverse osmosis filtered water now for 10 years and really avoid flouridated water (I have noticed no degeneration in my teeth). At the moment I am remineralising the water in an alkalising filter but I know that might just be too much hassle for some folks. The reason I am saying this is because the diet I am following is for anti inflammatory reasons and in three months I have experienced a dramatic decrease in a pain condition that has been significantly affecting my quality of life for nearly 20 years.
So all of the animal and dairy sources of K2 would not be available to me though I do eat a fair amount of green leafy veg. I will see if I can get a good source of sauerkraut as I loved the stuff I made myself but its now difficult because of the climate I live in. Do you know if soya yoghurt, tofu, miso or tamari are also sources of K2? Like Natto - which looks gross.
Thanks for your time and effort into posting this. T.

I dont know about soya etc. My advice: Do some internet-reseach.
My guess: Most fermented vegetable products will contain K2. There are also supplement pills made out of Natto available.
I take them and sauerkraut. I think even the pateurised one is good.

Thanks Bashi, unfortunately I am unable to take Vit K as it is antidote to Warfrin as stated above.
I somehow got a 2 rather large clot in my arm (completly occluded the SC Vein) a couple of months ago and am now on warfrin (yes rat poison) to keep the blood thin enough that I dont throw off another one.
The body is meant to dissolve the clot while the blood is thin - hasnt happened yet I might add. I tried Natto for its fibrolytic properties but made no difference. (not even to the INR) I used the brand "Source Naturals" as had good reviews on the site. Maybe its a dodgy brand - not sure. As we know not all vitamin / supplement creators are the same.
Not all Natto is equal. For those who really dont want the bean curd product (which is the best way to take it) and choose to take Natto via capsule - The big difference is that the "NSK-SD" type has Vit K removed.
Just thought I'd let everyone know if they are going to purchase Nattokinase to be aware of the difference
Cheers

Thanks for the info. You know, in the Camelot, Pete Peterson interview, he also talked about de-calcifying the pineal to improve psychic functioning and then mentioned oil from the ratfish specifically as being extremely good for that. Maybe it's got all this stuff together.

Yes Otho, Pete alluded to a study that was done by Weston Price in the ?'40's on children who they provided supplemental wheat germ oil with great effect. He said that they had since discovered a fish liver oil with a high content of the same element.
This oil does not go rancid - ever. So it is considers it a very powerful antioxidant. (He then slipped out Rat Fish oil, and from memory retracted it.)
I found a free copy of one of Weston Prices books for your delectation. (this is the one Bashi has in first post) This site has a few freebies:
Nutrition and physical degeneration: http://gutenberg.net.au/ebooks02/0200251h.html
"This eBook is made available at no cost and with almost no restrictions whatsoever. You may copy it, give it away or re-use it under the terms of the Project Gutenberg of Australia License which may be viewed online at http://gutenberg.net.au/licence.html"
I dont know if that particular study is included in this one tho.

Thanks witchy1. Yeah he kind of retracted it, didn't he,like it just slipped out accidentally. But he's probably a bit more calculating than that, don't you think? Spy master and all. I felt like it was a little gift ,perhaps to clean up some of that karma as he said. Couldn't find any source for ratfish though although they're all over my wing of the Pacific. Anyway, I'm the type who will just go out and do this regiment. My diet's already pretty high in all this stuff, but I'll be deliberate and consistent about it and see what happens. Now, to also eliminate fluoride intake. Don't have a reverse osmosis filter. I'll have to look into this.

Thanks for amazing info!
Looks like proper diet (at least 51% of raw vegetables and leafy greens) can do magic :)
I definitely felt a much clearer mind after 1 week of raw diet.
I would also suggest everyone to consider natural spring water to be the best for hydration, as it's 'alive'. We recently switched completely to natural spring water and the feeling is amazing :)

Thanks for all the info on this thread. I am a little confused about fluoride, though. I was brought up in an area where people's teeth were so healthy they did some research to find out why, and apparently it was the fluoride occurring naturally in the water supply from a nearby hill. Oddly enough, some time after this research was done, we got a change of water supply... If fluoride is a factor, it is my understanding that any good it does is on young teeth only, and so the logical way to administer it would be in kiddies' toothpaste.
What we need is the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth :o (groan, so help me someone for that...)

Stef,
I can remember reading / listening to somewhere where mercury mixed with Fluoride is more toxic than the two seperately... Mercury and ALumnium also effect the 6th chakra with a negative effect it is in Stephane Cardinaux's 3rd book (seen the charts and pictures but it is in French)

Pete Peterson, mentioned earlier in ther thread. It is fermented skatefish oil... to be taken with some sort of butter to maximise the effect. I got some and took it and was expecting some amazing effectly, I suppose with all these things it will not just go POP and open, you need to work on it and it will gradually start to work... If the other chakras are out of balance and you are stressed out and toxic, it is UNLIKELY to do anything. All the chakras need to be worked on. I'd recommend loads of healing, emotional work and getting a reiki attunement for reiki 1 and a clean diet and mindset. Crystals will help clear / bring these issues to light... Most however are pretty toxic if they haven't spent their lives living in the rainforest eating wild food / rain water... Fluoride, anti-biotics, toxic drugs, food, lifestyle all take their toll...

One of the best methods was with OSR Oxadative Stress Relief. It was SO effective the FDA stopped it.
I removed all my Amalgams back in October 2008 at great expense. Worth every penny of the £1500 it cost...

Are you buying your spring water? I'm starting to research a bit. There's the plastic bottle issue too.
I am against plastic and don't trust buying water. There is a web-site, called findaspring.com (http://findaspring.com), it's a database of natural spring sources, made by people.
I bought a big glass jug (25L) from wine making store, and fill it once a week or so at the natural spring. I started drinking about 2-3 liters of water a day, and realized i was constantly dehydrated before :) that made a huge difference.
From my research, this guy gives the best explanation of water,

Thanks for this useful post, Ive been looking for this info.
Spring water and D3 supplements along with lots of fresh veg have increased my intuition noticably over the last 18 months.
Seems natto is the healthiest and richest source of K2. Will be adding it to my diet asap. :)

I started making bone soup out of chicken stock & apple cider vinegar and eating more grassfed meat and dairy to originally fix a tooth problem, but I gotta say it sure is a potent healing food. The vinegar helps dissolve the bone material into the broth, so you can just sip it up. Definitely recommended. Also, eat the fat on your meat!

Now, to also eliminate fluoride intake. Don't have a reverse osmosis filter. I'll have to look into this.
There's a site for what seems to be a great water filtration system using several method in one system. I haven't yet got one for it is too pricey for me.
http://www.purewatersystems.com
I have a similar unit, with a few less features, for a modest fraction of the price, from PureWaterGazette (http://www.pwgazette.com/economyro.htm). The old guy that runs it, Gene Franks, is honest and capable. I've been purchasing water filters from him for about ten years now, and he installed the system in my current home. He has a variety of articles on water filtration, including this one Fluoride in Drinking Water (http://www.purewatergazette.net/fluorideinwater.htm).
He's the reason I am in Denton, Texas now. I was buying stuff from him when I was in California, and when I found myself appreciating his straightforward and capable style, looked up his address on the map. I had not heard of Denton before. When I decided to move to Texas (for reasons of taxes, culture and politics, mostly), Denton seemed suitable.

Hi guys , thanks for all the great info. I have been doing lots of research on this subject as i have a daughter with Aspergers Syndrome (Autism) and i am very interested in any way to detox the body of any mercury or heavy metals.
A good friend of mine recommended to do this. Get a hair chemical examination. Firstly you cut a small amount of hair from the back of your head and get it analised. My friend got a read out on all the good chemicals in his body that were lacking, ie. iron zinc etc then he got a read out of the "bad" chemicals in his body, mercury etc. He then took this info to a homeopath and this person gave him a list of herbs to buy and drink like a tea over a certain a mount of time. Two years later, he has had the same test done on his hair, and found his good chemicals are way up, and the bad chemicals are all gone. He feels so much better for a bloke of 68, has more energy and his psychic abilities are through the roof.
Another way of doing this which i've heard can be dangerous is doing magnetic clay baths, Info here (http://www.magneticclay.com/store/magnetic-clay-bath-mercury-1.aspx), there is lots of info here, (http://www.curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=515208#i)
and here (http://www.modernherbalist.com/cilantro.html)
Clay baths are all over the net. Read this info http://www.claybaths.com.au/
But as others have said earlier, a good healthy diet eating lots of raw vegies, pure juices, and a good balance of fish and exercise, will usually get the pineal gland working. Also it needs to be exercised by meditation .

There is a benevolent and soothing type of light designed by Nature to nourish, cleanse, heal and activate the pineal gland.
The physical structures of the human body are designed for light to enter the eye, send impulses down the optic nerve and into the pineal gland.
We can activate our pineal glands by regularly sun gazing during the absolute safest times of the day, which are the first ten minutes following sunrise ... and the last 10 minutes of daylight before the sun sets.
As far as the amount of time to sun gaze: Start out by gazing at the rising or setting sun for just 10 to 20 seconds. That is all you need to do on your first days. You can increase the amount of time by 5 or 10 seconds a day. But only gaze for as long as it is easy, energizing and comfortable. Allow your eyes and physical feelings to be your guide for the duration of each particular gazing session. Take it easy ... follow your good feelings.
Since the earliest days of humanity on this planet, loving people from all over the world have enjoyed gazing into the setting sun. It has always been a benevolent, unifying and safe experience. I imagine that part of the pleasure that we have experienced is not only from the beauty of those incredible moments ... but because our pineal glands are being activated.

I have had very good results with the use of ratfish oil. The oil is made from the liver of the Chimaera witch is an bottom feeder as mentioned earlier.
Here are some of the documented specifications :
Oil's characteristic aroma and flavor is butter-like and mild.
The oil does not turn rancid after being produced by us. It withstands storage at room temperature. For the protection of nutritional topics, vitamins etc., it should not be exposed to temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius, and always stored in the blue glass bottle included. The reason the oil does not turn rancid, is its very high contents of antioxidants.
The oil contains Omega 3, 6 and 9 in an advantageous distribution to the body.
Vitamin Distribution: A, D, E and K1, K2.
The oil contains the entire spectrum of the body's needs for amino acids - by definition, "a perfect aminogram" - and amino acids are in an advantageous distribution in relation to each other.
The oil contains topics that makes it very easy to be absorbed by the body. both for in- and external bodily use.
The oil is antiseptic and applicable for in- and external bodily use.. It stimulates and strengthens the body's immune system. From ancient times it has been used in wound and skin treatment.
The oil removes the effects of chlorine, fluorine and heavy metals.
The oil dissolves and removes plaque in blood vessels and ensures that they do not harden.(Hardened fats that have attached to the vessels walls is dissolved - narrow and clogged veins will be like new.)
The oil decalcifies - including the blood vessels, joints, glands and other organs. It is particularly suited to decalcify the Pineal gland.
1 drop of oil a day is sufficient to prevent tooth decay.
The oil possesses qualities which increases the bioelectrical and piezoelectric energies in the body. That is, it increases the energy flow in the energy-body. Teeth are the body's most important piezoelectric energy producer - who will ensure fast and efficient communication in the energy-body - and the oil, ensures restoration and strengthening of this system. Some of the "side effects" of this is prevention of tooth decay. (In other words - healthy teeth).

Thank you Bashi for very useful information.
May I also come with an additional suggestion? Magnesium is an antagonist to calsium and may help assist K2. Anyway is magnesium the mineral (included in enzymes responsible for over 200 enzymatic reactions in our body) we get the least amount neccesary of.
It will anyway help clear calcification of the arteries and make bonestructure stronger (in contries with high calcium consumption from water or dairy products - still have high osteporosis rate due to low magnesium/calsium ratio).

I found the following article a very interesting read: http://hubpages.com/hub/Human_Growth_Hormone__Melatonin_And_The_Pineal_Gland
It seems a good healthy diet is crucial for a healthy pineal gland and body.
Human Growth Hormone, Melatonin And The Pineal Gland
The Pineal Gland is the Least Known of All the Endocrine Glands
The pineal gland, no larger than a grain of wheat, is the most mysterious endocrine gland of all. In 1628 the famous French philosopher Descartes called the pineal gland, "The seat of the soul."
Because of its inaccessible location, deep within the center of the skull and attached by a stalk to the posterior wall of the third ventricle of the brain, the pineal gland hasn't been studied as exhaustively as the other glands.
The gland will sometimes shrink and then fill up with specific types of mineral salts that are referred to as "brain sand." The condition has been traced directly to poor nutrition. When this condition exists in the pineal gland, thinking and sexual processes are affected. The pineal gland will respond quickly to proper nutrition even after being "starved" and degeneration has begun. The pineal contains more lecithin than any other body part.
The pineal isn't an actual gland; it's a neuroendocrine transducer: meaning it converts incoming nerve impulses into outgoing hormones. Most glands are triggered by changes in the body or hormones secreted by other glands. The pineal gland releases hormones in response to bioelectrical messages from the outside environment received through the eyes. The optic nerve sends information to the visual portion of the brain through nerve fibers. The impulses from the brain are carried to the superior cervical ganglia (a cluster of nerve cells) in the upper part of the neck by smaller nerve fibers. From there the autonomic nervous system relays the information to the pineal.
In low light, or darkness, the pineal gland secretes the hormone melatonin. Melatonin has been connected to many body functions. If one references back to medical information written before the early 90's they may find no information on melatonin, even in medical dictionaries. Excesses of melatonin have been connected with alcoholism. Aging accelerates calcification of the pineal and calcification is connected with higher cancer rates. People who eat less sugar, less highly processed foods and spend more time outdoors, exhibit a lower incidence of calcification.
Melatonin production increases after dark. In the morning when sunlight hits the retina, production of the hormone slows. Light meals in the evening help improve sleep and maximize melatonin's anti-aging effects. Keeping a regular schedule and eating at set times increases hormone production. If we exercise or participate in any strenuous activity at night, we delay melatonin output. Stimulants and caffeine at any time of the day, but especially at night, slow or stop melatonin production.
Human growth hormone (HGH), dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and melatonin are all free radical scavenging, antioxidant and anti-aging hormones. Melatonin may be the most efficient of the free radical scavengers, especially for anti-aging, since it has the ability to permeate any cell in any part of the body. Within the cells, melatonin provides protection for the nucleus, the central structure containing the DNA. Protection of the central structure allows a damaged cell to repair itself. If a cell can't repair itself, it can mutate and turn into a cancer cell. The enzyme glutathione is stimulated by melatonin.
Glutathione is a tripeptide containing the amino acids glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. Glutothione functions in several oxidation-reducing capacities, meaning it's an antioxidant. Research during the 30's and 40's showed it to be necessary for delivery of calcium to the brain cells. Research studies on 44 mentally retarded children using supplemental glutamic acid, raised their test scores from an average of 69 to 87 (almost normal). One of the test subjects, a 17-year-old boy, scored 107 (average/normal) on his first test and after 6 months of treatment with glutamic acid scored 120 (superior intelligence, just below genius).
Organs and other body parts take their share of glutamic acid before the brain receives any. A nutritionally deficient diet has low or nonexistent amounts of this necessary amino acid. When added to the diets of hyperactive children, and others with behavior problems, glutamic acid was able to obtain the same calming effects as the chemicals so often prescribed and without side effects.
Glutothione has shown to be highly beneficial in removing lead from the body. Lack of glutothione contributes to chronic fatigue.
Glutamic acid can be found in almost all protein rich foods, natural cheddar cheese, (not cheese substitutes or highly refined and processed cheeses), eggs, lean meats, peanuts, whole grains, soybeans, legumes, peas and beans.
Balance out your mental powers, get some sleep and slow the aging processes by "naturally" caring for your pineal gland.
Peace and Love

I would like to ask you people of your experiences concerning the third eye. A few years ago I was visiting Mt. Shasta, where in a meditative mode I felt a triangle forming between my two eyes and the centre of my forehead. In the middle of the triangle I felt an eye - third eye I suppose. What happened was, that for about 15 minutes I got enhanced vision, which I had never thought possible. It was like switching from black and white to 3D color, except I started off from allready spectacular color and depth vision...
All the colors were 10 x more spectacular and they were at different distances from me, so to speak. All reds seemed to be at the same distance, all the blues at their own etc.
I have had a bit of inner vision, where I can scan a patient on a general level, "see" colors etc., but on this occasion something much more took place.
Later I found out that DNA emits photons at visible light frequencies - weak but coherent(laserlike). I guess I was able to tune into that, so I got the usual vision upgraded into VISION 2.0TM. Normal + third eye.
I am interested to hear your thoughts, perhaps someone has had similar experiences, even at will?
For the record, I have never even tried anything stronger than alcohol.

My pineal gland or third eye activates very strongly if I sleep outside for a night or too. If I close my eyes the images i see are just as you have described. Like having a 3d motion picture cast on to the back of my eyelids. Very vivid, complete sharp color--as good as any tv if not better.
I am presuming rat fish and skate fish oil are the same thing since both fish are virtually the same name.
Another thing about the pineal gland is once its activated it begins to slow and then reverse the aging process.

Interesting, with your eyes closed? My experience happened with eyes open. I have at other times woken up with seeing the room with my eyes closed, checking time from the digital clock and then opening eyes to confirm the exact same time. There seems to be different versions - 2.0, 2.01, 2.1 beta etc... :P

Seeing physicality with your eyes closed is another biggie associated with the pineal gland. Until I better understood the function of the pineal I wondered if that were some sort of Out of Body event.
And forgive me for utilizing your experience to plug another hole against the fabled new age psychic bs....but it sounds like to me that you are experiencing these things without the aid of 'gatekeepers, aliens, spirit guides, angels, crystals, saints, or some mysterious command center in the sky.'
You are demonstrating that perhaps we don't really need those things ;)
There's a reason people do that but its not necessary.
Keep counting ;) ....7 Billion beta versions. One for each person on earth. They are all individual. Unfortunately what we know about psy ability is usually based on individual accounts of single beta versions which is probably vastly different than the next persons. Yet that is what peoples understanding psy ability is based on and ...they ignore where their natural ability lies at and become disillusioned to think they AREN"T enabled because of this false standard that has been put out there.
Psychic ability really revolves around ones individual personality and how much ego work they've done. People presume the pineal gland will override the ego and I'm just not sure about that, maybe it will, maybe it won't, but the ego has a great deal to do with why we can't pull up our abilities stronger. The fabled veil between the worlds . Some people have softer egos than others. People who are in reality emotionally sensitive have usually had the **** kicked out of them in life, so their ego is softer so they tend to be more psy sensitive too. They are also uncertain in mind therefore their psy ability has greater expression because the softer ego mind isn't overriding it. Unfortunately because they are wounded and uncertain, they can't trust their psychic expression.
Not being psy enabled doesn't exist. The ability to not be able to understand it or trust is very much exists.
And the way our ability expresses itself has a great deal to do with one's purpose in life.
Even if one's pineal gland is all crudded up it still functions in a limited way. And we have other psychic centers too. Most people have a latent ability that is roughly portioned down to hearing, seeing, sensing, etc. Clairaudient, clairvoyant, clairsentient, clairaugustant, etc. When the pineal gland starts to function better your preexisting knack comes on stronger but then you start to see differently, your clear-seeing (clairvoyant) ability either emerges more strongly because the pineal gland is a literal eye.
I wasn't really ever given to 'seeing' things consistently beyond energies--auras and things of that nature eyes open or shut. Not 'visions' certainly. So when the picture screen showed up on my eyelids. I was pretty amazed as I never thought of myself as clairvoyant--clear seeing. My physical eye vision has never changed much. I think this is because my clairaudience overrides it. I can remote view but I can't see what what I'm viewing. I can describe it but I can't see it like other people do. So I lost interest in it. Who wants to look at something they can't see..lol.
Clairaudiency is one of the most powerful of the abilities, the ability to psychically hear. I have to step out of line with the 'experts' and disagree that its rare (power is always associated with scarcity..lol) its also the most common. If I took this whole forum I'd probably find 3/4s had an audient ability they were unaware of even as they were trying to tap into other abilities and frustrated that they couldn't tap into something that was already there and quite strong to begin with.
We all have a little 'mind' voice that speaks to us. It has its own familiar voice. The thing is.... about half the time it's NOT your mind voice. It's your psychic voice. Your inner self voice. How does one tell the difference when the two sound the same because its both YOU. I know lots of people who went through their whole life not realizing how enabled they were because they simply thought the little voice in their head was their mind voice. It's not weak or whispery it just says things that are out of alignment with what the actual mind wants to hear. Words too. It's not about HEARING actually its about words, so an audient ability is also about 'reading' between the lines of what someone is writing. You become sensitive to words.
This is easier to do when you mind is quiet. And other psychics loathe me for revealing the mystery behind it all because its not mysterious. THEY like to keep it mysterious because their self identity is tied up in it.
I get most of my information over the coffee pot in the morning. My mind is still half asleep, my focus is on one thing--COFFEE-and the channel isn't cluttered up with thoughts of the day yet. Clear channel. Not very mystical, or woo woo or glamorous the old coffee pot there, but most anything about psy ability isn't.
Its just misunderstood due to false standards. People want me to teach THEM how to be psychic MY way and I can't. My personality is different. I get a great deal of information that no one else would be interested in because its only of interest to me. The Law of Attraction. We bring in information that we are most attracted to. One is not very sensitive to information that bores them or isn't very interesting.
Unfortunately though people fail to experience their latent abilities because of the false standards put out there by the 'experts'. The only expert on our abilities are us.

Great points, 9Eagle9. Each person has a unique way of accessing information beyond the traditional five senses, and it can be difficult to identify what comes from personal mind and what comes from Source/Universal Mind.

Do you know how to go about fushing out the toxic heavy metals from the body? Ive just ordered Bentonite for the heavy metals. Plus am going to use DMSO (probably topically). Then ORMUS for rebuilding.
By the time I get rid of all the toxins, I should be about 1/2 my current weight.
There is also perma-guard fossil flour... mix a tablespoon with water and drink on an empty stomach (it also can remove the good metals -- so you want to make sure you take this on an empty stomach).

I'm sure the flouride in the water there is calcium flouride, which exists in nature. The flouridation used in the water supply is primarily sodium flouride, among other by-products of phosphate mining industry, e.g. uranium, etc. The stuff they put in drinking water is banned from dumping in the ocean; it's more toxic than lead. Go figure.
Here are a couple good books on the subject:

Thank you Bashi, this is exactly what I was looking for in my research . . . I have been taking Methadone for almost five years now and have been methodically lowering my dose as quickly as I can stand it. (I am a recovering heroin addict and though methadone is nasty in it's own rite, it is still better for me than dope). Anyway, the Methadone is causing my teeth to deteriorate at a rapid pace. I have noticed that my psychic abilities have been increasing at about the same rate too. I need to do more research but I have a theory that the Methadone is also decalcifying my Pineal. (This could just be a coincidence). In researching online today, my search engine brought me to your post . . . I should have known it would all be here at Avalon! Thank you again . . . Namaste.
