USGS,

I know this is off topic, but I wanted to ask you this question and you don't receive PM. I have been monitoring earthquakes on the USGS.gov website for a long time. I have been sitting on the USA view and pressing refresh and have seen at least a 3+ size red square show up and then hit refresh within one minute and it is gone. Have you ever seen this happen?
