last year it would have been 110
year before would have been 109

My logical explanation for this is we encounter lots of different numbers more than we think. What probably happened was you saw 111 for the first time. Then on another occasion by coincidence you see the number 111 again and this time you remember seeing that number before so the number becomes significant. So each time you see 111, the significance grows, you keep reinforcing the idea you are seeing this number a lot like adding your birthdays together it the same for everyone will be 112 next year. But if we made a mental note of all the numbers we came across in a day, week, you will find out that the number 111 is not that special.

Also its obvious that numbers like 911, 666, 1111 etc are significant, so it will stand out more than other numbers like 4:38, 531...And when something stands out you pay more attention to it right

be 38 this year subtracted from 111 = 73 year I was born, kinda neat.
get this though, older sister was born on the 13 day in her month, I was born on the 26 of my month and my younger sister was born on the 31 of her month.
13

13 backwards = 31
