If you have managed to follow the drama around here, especially after some threads got merged together, you might remember that I have been (and still am) looking into some of the technical background regarding HeatherJJAnderson.

As part of this, I decided early on that Gypsy Woman needed a hard look.

Bill told me publicly it was OK, I didn't need to. But darn it, I follow the data - even Bill can be wrong.

What I did then was to make a mistake.

In public I said I'd put Gypsy Woman back on my Grey List.

What that means to me is that she was still someone I needed to check out in relationship to HeatherJJAnderson.

It also means that I hadn't made up my mind one way or another.

Unfortunately, some people have used that comment to re-enforce their own opinions of Gypsy Woman without any hard facts to back it up.

I regret being the cause of this, and causing Gypsy Woman so much pain.

The idea that a whole group of people are having a party to plot your demise when you have your hands tied (temporary ban from here) must have been "fun".

So, to those people that took my "Grey List" comment as hard data, please note: I have not found ANY hard data since I made that statement to suggest Gypsy Woman is "in" with HeatherJJAnderson.

I have apologised to her in private, and promised her I'd make this public statement.

And I will from now on be much more careful not to treat people like data - mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.
