In 2019, BVG partnered with Holtec Company in a joint venture and incorporated in Delaware. Holtec’s founder and CEO is Dr Kris Singh. His focus is on nuclear energy. In particular – “Dr. Singh has been leading Holtec in the global race to develop a “walk away safe” small modular reactor to make nuclear energy a cost-competitive clean energy solution for a world struggling with rising carbon emissions.” Including for civilian use.

March 2024, Butkevych and his team met with “British parliamentarians, members of the House of Lords and state ministers to participate in an official event on investment in Ukraine, which took place in the Houses of Parliament. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss British-Ukrainian partnership in the field of critical minerals mining, which will help the United Kingdom to develop advanced technologies and promote the transition to clean energy.”

The number of players in this earth mineral excavation is likely padded with anonymous investors through circuitous offshore shell companies. But the sheer enormity of the value of these minerals would explain the Ukraine obsession. Obviously, Russia is also well aware of these resources.

While Russia is considered the largest producer of rare earth metals after China, at 2.6 thousand metric tons per year, the consequences of Ukraine’s production could impact trade. From that standpoint, Russia has no real impetus to end the onslaught in Ukraine. And a more nefarious agenda may be playing out via the CIA and MI6. Basically what Ben is saying is that the most current data is showing that changes in the climate now are becoming identical to those that occurred in the beginning of the Heinrich Event, the Ice Age that began 6,000 years ago, when warming caused the calving of massive icebergs, which then affected ocean circulation, which then contributed to Ice Age conditions (though the Sun was ultimately the cause of it all).
Ben clarifies with scientific information demonstrating that once again the warming period, once it reaches a threshold, will trigger the next Ice Age just as it has regularly done in the past, and because this is happening now in coordination with the present solar cycle, it's speeding up that process due to Earth's consequent diminishing protective magnetic field.
That process has been shown to be speeding up even more than was previously expected, which was expected to culminate sometime in the 2040s, or by 2065 at the latest.

Are we provoking a nuclear exchange with Russia?

I'm assuming that's a rhetorical question. The answer is absolutely 100% yes.

Russia's patience is, frankly, more admirable by the day. That they've restrained from (provoked) escalation--as far back as NATO blowing up the Nord Stream pipe line, to now enduring direct bombing of NATO missiles inside Russia, is utterly a testament to Russia's reverence for peace and humanity, IMHO. How much more can they endure before they are forced to respond?

Let's pray they can hold out until after November. I think Putin understands this. Either way -- Trump wins, threat over. Biden wins, no more need for Deep State criminals to provoke WWIII (although the latter scenario presents a whole other challenge to humanity).

A new study has found that AI systems known as large language models (LLMs) can exhibit "Machiavellianism," or intentional and amoral manipulativeness, which can then lead to deceptive behavior.

The study (https://www.pnas.org/doi/full/10.1073/pnas.2317967121) authored by German AI ethicist Thilo Hagendorff of the University of Stuttgart, and published in PNAS, notes that OpenAI's GPT-4 demonstrated deceptive behavior in 99.2% of simple test scenarios. Hagendorff qualified various "maladaptive" traits in 10 different LLMs, most of which are within the GPT family, according to Futurism. (https://futurism.com/ai-systems-lie-deceive)

In another study published in Patterns found that Meta's LLM had no problem lying to get ahead of its human competitors.


Billed as a human-level champion (https://ai.meta.com/research/cicero/diplomacy/) in the political strategy board game "Diplomacy," Meta's Cicero model was the subject of the Patterns study. As the disparate research group — comprised of a physicist, a philosopher, and two AI safety experts — found, the LLM got ahead of its human competitors by, in a word, fibbing.

Led by Massachusetts Institute of Technology postdoctoral researcher Peter Park, that paper found that Cicero not only excels at deception, but seems to have learned how to lie the more it gets used — a state of affairs "much closer to explicit manipulation" than, say, AI's propensity for hallucination (https://futurism.com/the-byte/amazon-ai-severe-hallucinations), in which models confidently assert the wrong answers accidentally. -Futurism

While Hagendorff suggests that LLM deception and lying is confounded by an AI's inability to have human "intention," the Patterns study calls out the LLM for breaking its promise never to "intentionally backstab" its allies - as it "engages in premeditated deception, breaks the deals to which it had agreed, and tells outright falsehoods."

As Park explained in a press release, "We found that Meta’s AI had learned to be a master of deception."

"While Meta succeeded in training its AI to win in the game of Diplomacy, Meta failed to train its AI to win honestly."

Meta replied to a statement by the NY Post, saying that "the models our researchers built are trained solely to play the game Diplomacy."


Well-known for expressly allowing lying, Diplomacy has jokingly been referred to as a friendship-ending game (https://foreignpolicy.com/2020/10/23/the-game-that-ruins-friendships-and-shapes-careers/) because it encourages pulling one over on opponents, and if Cicero was trained exclusively on its rulebook, then it was essentially trained to lie.

Reading between the lines, neither study has demonstrated that AI models are lying over their own volition, but instead doing so because they've either been trained or jailbroken to do so.

And as Futurism notes - this is good news for those concerned about AIs becoming sentient anytime soon - but very bad if one is worried about LLMs designed with mass manipulation in mind.

Abstract

Background
The challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic extend to concerns about vaccine side effects, particularly potential links to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD).

Aim
This study investigates the association between COVID-19 vaccination and the onset of AD and its prodromal state, mild cognitive impairment (MCI).

Design
A nationwide, retrospective cohort study leveraging data from the Korean National Health Insurance Service was conducted.

Methods
The study, conducted in Seoul, South Korea, analyzed data from a random 50% sample of city residents aged 65 and above, totaling 558,017 individuals. Participants were divided into vaccinated and unvaccinated groups, with vaccinations including mRNA and cDNA vaccines.

The study focused on AD and MCI incidences post-vaccination, identified via ICD-10 codes, using multivariable logistic and Cox regression analyses. Patients with vascular dementia or Parkinson’s disease served as controls.

Results
Findings showed an increased incidence of MCI and AD in vaccinated individuals, particularly those receiving mRNA vaccines, within three months post-vaccination.

The mRNA vaccine group exhibited a significantly higher incidence of AD (Odds Ratio [OR]: 1.225; 95% Confidence Interval [CI]: 1.025-1.464; p = 0.026) and MCI (OR: 2.377; CI: 1.845-3.064; p < 0.001) compared to the unvaccinated group. No significant relationship was found with vascular dementia or Parkinson’s disease.

Conclusions
Preliminary evidence suggests a potential link between COVID-19 vaccination, particularly mRNA vaccines, and increased incidences of AD and MCI.

This underscores the need for further research to elucidate the relationship between vaccine-induced immune responses and neurodegenerative processes, advocating for continuous monitoring and investigation into the vaccines' long-term neurological impacts.

Study #3: (2024 Apr.11, Lazareva et al) - New-onset psychosis following COVID-19 vaccination: a systematic review

A total of 21 articles described 24 cases of new-onset psychotic symptoms following COVID-19 vaccination

54% were female, mean age 34 years, mean onset time was 6 days.

Duration of psychotic symptoms ranged between 1 and 2 months with a mean of 52 days.

Overall, 50% of patients achieved full recovery. (50% didn’t)

CONCLUSION: “Data suggest a potential link between young age, mRNA, and viral vector vaccines with new-onset psychosis within 7 days post-vaccination.”

A new study published in the Journal of Affective Disorders provides preliminary evidence that creatine levels in a specific region of the brain could play a role in recovering from traumatic events. The study, conducted with a small group of United States veterans, suggests that higher levels of creatine are associated with better recovery from stress caused by traumatic experiences.

The study was motivated by the critical need to understand why some individuals recover from traumatic events while others develop long-lasting psychological conditions like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Traditional research has often focused on psychological and environmental factors contributing to PTSD, but there is a growing interest in the biological and neurochemical underpinnings that might predispose individuals to or protect them from the long-term consequences of trauma.

PTSD is a mental health condition that can develop after a person has experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, such as a natural disaster, a serious accident, a terrorist act, war/combat, rape, or other violent personal assault.

People with PTSD may have intense, disturbing thoughts and feelings related to their experience that last long after the traumatic event has ended. They may relive the event through flashbacks or nightmares; feel sadness, fear, or anger; and feel detached or estranged from other people.

PTSD is characterized by symptoms that disrupt daily functioning, and these symptoms are grouped into categories: re-experiencing the trauma, avoidance of reminders of the trauma, negative changes in thoughts and mood, and changes in physical and emotional reactions.

Creatine is an organic compound that plays a crucial role in energy production in cells. It is predominantly found in muscle and brain tissues where it helps to maintain energy supply.


Creatine enables the regeneration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the primary carrier of energy within cells, which is vital for maintaining cellular function and integrity. The researchers hypothesized that creatine levels in the brain could influence an individual’s ability to recover from trauma by affecting the energy availability in critical brain regions.

To explore the relationship between brain creatine concentrations and recovery from traumatic stress, the researchers conducted brain scans with a group of 25 U.S. veterans recruited from the Intermountain West region of the United States.

Upon enrollment, participants completed a series of questionnaires to gather data on their demographics, mental health status, and history of traumatic events. For the neuroimaging component, researchers used 1H-Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (1H-MRS), a specialized type of MRI that can measure the concentration of brain chemicals, such as creatine, in specific brain regions. The focus was on the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), a key area implicated in emotional regulation and response to stress.


The researchers found that veterans with higher levels of creatine in the ACC reported greater reductions in stress over time since their most traumatic event. This suggests that creatine may play a role in the brain’s ability to recover from trauma.

Interestingly, the researchers did not find significant relationships between creatine levels and either the number of traumatic events experienced or the current severity of PTSD symptoms as measured by the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5. This indicates that while creatine may influence the recovery process after trauma, it does not necessarily correlate with the initial response to trauma or the ongoing symptom severity in PTSD.

Additionally, the researchers explored whether creatine levels differed between those who were on medications (such as antidepressants and other psychiatric drugs) and those who were not. They found no significant differences in creatine levels based on medication use, suggesting that the observed effects of creatine on stress recovery were not confounded by these medications.


The study, however, has several limitations. The sample size was relatively small, and participants were predominantly male veterans, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Also, the study relied on participants’ retrospective reports of their stress levels, which could be subject to bias.

Future research could include a larger, more diverse population and employ longitudinal studies to track changes in creatine levels over time after traumatic events. Expanding the research to clinical samples with more severe PTSD symptoms could also provide deeper insights.

“Limitations notwithstanding, the current study provides compelling preliminary evidence that Cr concentrations in the ACC are related to recovery from traumatic life events. If replicated in larger samples, [creatine levels] may show promise as a novel target for intervention to improve mental health outcomes following exposure to traumatic life events,” the researchers concluded.

Polymer chemist Greg Harrison outlines the theory on an episode of Tony Lohnes' (
@sundayshopping
) podcast, noting that Mike Adams' (
@HealthRanger
) analysis of the white fibrous clots, which went viral in 2022, surprised him, due in large part to the abundance of the element phosphorus.

Studying clot samples at two separate laboratories, Harrison says that his colleagues "found exactly the same results that Mike Adams found."

"We found aberrantly high levels of sulfur, tin, sodium, and carbon," Harrison says of the analysis he and his colleagues performed.

Harrison notes that he and his colleagues next performed an analysis using HPLC, or high performance liquid chromatography. This analysis, which "pulled apart" the white clots as part of a way to determine their protein makeup, found a relatively high level of fibrinogen.

"Fibrinogen forms fibrils," Harrison says. "This is exactly why when John O'Looney [
@OlooneyJohn
] first described the white clots as being calamari like, he is exactly correct. That's exactly the texture that fibrin will bring into a white clot."

The polymer chemist adds, "my colleagues ran an
amino acid analysis, and they've learned a high level of praline, aspartic acid, lysine, and a whole range of 18 amino acids, all that have a phosphorus affinity. And as we said in the white clot, the element that has the highest concentration that we could confirm...is phosphorus."

He goes on to note:

"When we administer the injections, there is a lipid nanoparticle carrier. It's called a phospholipid. We found by our analysis that when the phospholipid releases the mRNA core of the lipid nanoparticle, at that very moment that it releases the core, it actually exposes
a phosphorus head of the phosphorus lipid. The phosphorus lipid reacts within the bloodstream's naturally formed fibrinogen, and that's
what's nucleating [catalyzing] the white clot formation."

The polymer chemist goes on to note that the phospholipids used for the mRNA injections' lipid nanoparticles "will liberate 80 to 90% of raw phosphorus heads as it releases the mRNA core." He adds that "those phosphorus heads [then] all react with the fibrinogen in the bloodstream, and they cause sandy blood." He adds that the reason whistleblowing embalmers "are seeing sandy blood and coffee grounds is that's the nucleation pathway to the final white-clot formation."

Harrison goes on to note that "when the body is generating spike [protein], that spike in the bloodstream
then starts to coagulate with the phosphorylated
fibrinogen, and that feeds what we call
a monomeric reaction that continues to grow.
Those particles are free flowing in the blood, and they find an anchor point. The anchor points they find are, in
fact, the damaged endothelial layers." (That is, the inner linings of blood vessels that have been damaged from other negative immune effects caused by the COVID injections.)

"When an endothelial layer of the vascular system is damaged via inflammation and the cytokine storm that the spike protein generates opens up...that forms anchor points for these nuclei," Harrison says. "From these anchor points, that's when the clots begin to grow."

Harrison says he and his team "can prove all this," and have 200 peer-reviewed studies that support their theory.

There can hardly be a better place to track the four-day, twice-a-decade plenum of the Communist Party of China than dynamic, “one country, two systems” Hong Kong.

Hong Kong is right at the heart of East Asia – halfway between Northeast Asia (Japan, the Koreas) and Southeast Asia. To the west is not only China but the Eurasia landmass, linking it to India, Persia, Turkiye and Europe. To the east, sailing forward, is the Pacific and the US’s West Coast.

Moreover, Hong Kong (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240711/what-countries-are-the-most-expensive-to-live-in-1119337136.html) is the ultimate multipolar, multi-nodal (italics mine) hub: a frenzied global metropolis forged by trade routes going back centuries, attracting people from every latitude keen on interconnecting commerce, ideas, technologies, shipping, commodities, markets.

Now, reinvented for 21stcentury Eurasia integration, Hong Kong has all it takes to profit as a key node of the Greater Bay Area, the southern hub propelling China to economic superpower status.

The plenum in Beijing (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240717/china-in-the-bullseye-nato-expands-definition-of-north-atlantic-to-confront-beijing-1119411953.html) was a quite serious/sober affair – trying to strike a balance between sustainable economic growth and national security all the way to 2029, when the PRC celebrates its 80th anniversary.

The proverbial comprador elites, 5th columnists and outright Sinophobes across the West have gone bonkers on the current slowdown of the Chinese economy – complete with slumps in the financial and property fronts – running in parallel to all hybrid war strands of Chinese containment emanating from Washington.

Fact: China’s GDP grew (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240717/how-watching-russia-in-ukraine-can-help-china-in-own-future-battles-against-wests-aggression-1119409193.html) roughly 5% in the first semester; and the final plenum communique, released at the end of the four-day meeting, stressed that this should remain the “unwavering” target for the second semester.

The official rhetoric of course was heavy on stimulation of domestic consumption, and “new momentum” to drive exports and imports.

This key passage in the final communique breaks it all down when it comes to the new iteration of “socialism with Chinese characteristics”:


“We must purposefully give more prominence to reform and further deepen reform comprehensively with a view to advancing Chinese modernization in order to better deal with the complex developments both at home and abroad, adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, and live up to the new expectations of our people.

It was stressed that, to further deepen reform comprehensively, we must stay committed to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, the Theory of Three Represents, and the Scientific Outlook on Development and fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.

We must thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s new ideas, viewpoints, and conclusions on comprehensively deepening reform and fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy on all fronts.”

Those Pesky ‘Markets’
Nowhere around the world one finds a government focused on devising five-year plans for economic development (Russia now seems to be engaged in its first attempts) – encompassing development of rural land, tax reform, environmental protection, national security, the fight against corruption, and cultural development.

When the term “reform” appears no less than 53 times in the final communique, that means – contrary to Western proselytism – that the CPC is dead set on improving governance and increasing efficiency. And all those targets must be met – otherwise heads will roll.

Science and technology will once again have pride of place in China’s development, a sort of follow-up to the Made in China 2025 (https://www.scmp.com/news/china/science/article/3260307/made-china-2025-china-meets-most-targets-manufacturing-plan-proving-us-tariffs-and-sanctions?module=spotlight&pgtype=homepage) strategy. The emphasis predictably will be on better integration of the digital economy into the real economy; infrastructure upgrading; and boosting “resilience” in the industrial supply chain.

It’s fascinating to watch how the communique emphasizes the necessity to “correct market failures” – which is a euphemism for reigning in turbo-neoliberalism. What is stressed is “unswerving support and guidance” to the development of the “non-state sector”, with Beijing ensuring “all forms of ownership” in the economy competing fairly and lawfully “on an equal footing”.

The plenum could be easily interpreted as a calculated exercise in Taoist patience. According to Xie Maosong, from the China Institute for Innovation and Development Strategy at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, “Xi said many times that the easy part of the reform is over, and now we are in uncharted waters. The party must watch its step, particularly as the external risks build. We are also touching the vested interests of many groups.”

Of course turbo-capitalist Hong Kong’s main obsession is “markets”. Conversations with British traders scouting Asia (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240616/british-army-delays-provision-of-new-badges-due-to-paranoia-over-chinese-spying-1118979716.html) for their clients reveal they are not so keen on investing in China – yet that does not faze Beijing’s planners. What matters for the Politburo is how to meet the economic, social, environmental and geopolitical targets set by Xi for the next five years. It’s up to the markets to adapt to it.

Of course Beijing planners are already factoring Trump in the overall equation. The Western mantra that China’s economy is struggling to stabilize may be debatable. Yet China’s economy may be in fact in a more precarious position now than when Trump unleashed his trade war in mid-2018. The yuan (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240518/china-sells-off-record-amount-of-dollar-assets-as-us-remains-the-worlds-bully-1118514205.html) may seem to be under more pressure because of the gap between US and Chinese borrowing costs.

According to a JPMorgan estimate, every 1% tariff hike during the 2018-2019 period of the US-launched trade war (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240609/trade-war-with-china-us-forcing-eu-to-shoot-itself-in-the-foot-again-1118884766.html) was linked to a 0.7% rise of the US dollar versus the yuan.

Trump plans to impose a 60% tariff on virtually all Chinese products.

That would lead to an exchange rate of roughly 9 yuan to the dollar, 25% weaker than now.

Now Read the Whole Thing and Get to Work
It’s enlightening to check what Hong Kong’s chief executive, John Lee, said about the plenum. He encouraged “all sectors of the community” to read the communique. And the Hong Kong business elite did get the drift: they interpreted it as Beijing betting once again on Hong Kong’s key role for the development of the Greater Bay Area.

It would not be any other way. Hong Kong, Lee stressed, is a “superconnector” and “super value-adder”, linking mainland China with the Global North and the Global South (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240517/russia-and-china-wont-let-wests-blackmail-block-business-ties--expert-1118489387.html), and still attracting all sorts of foreign investment to China.

Now compare it with the predominant view on Hong Kong in US business circles. The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong is appalled, stressing how US businessmen in fact don’t understand the Safeguarding National Security directive approved last March, which complemented the National Security Law installed by Beijing in 2020.

For Beijing (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240717/china-suspends-arms-control-consultations-with-us-over-sale-of-weapons-to-taiwan-1119399414.html), these are very serious matters of national security – which range from a crackdown on money laundering to preventing the proverbial 5th columnists from launching a color revolution such as the one that nearly destroyed Hong Kong in 2019. No wonder so many American investors cannot get it. Beijing couldn’t care less.

Now let’s see what China’s top mutual fund manager has to say about it.

Zhang Kun, manager of Blue Chip Mixed Fund, runs four funds with combined assets of $8.9 billion. He prefers to set his sights on Beijing’s aim to boost per capita GDP to match the West by 2035.

If that happens, with or without a US trade war (https://sputnikglobe.com/20240609/trade-war-with-china-us-forcing-eu-to-shoot-itself-in-the-foot-again-1118884766.html) – and the Chinese won’t stop at nothing to achieve it – then per capita GDP could be around $ 30,000 (it was $12,300 last year, according to Chinese think tanks).

But on each and every front, what trumps everything is national security. Call it a practical exercise in sovereignty.

The Oort Cloud lies far beyond Pluto and the most distant edges of the Kuiper Belt. While the planets of our solar system orbit in a flat plane, the Oort Cloud is believed to be a giant spherical shell surrounding the Sun, planets and Kuiper Belt Objects. It's like a big, thick bubble around our solar system, made of icy, comet-like objects. The Oort Cloud's icy bodies can be as large as mountains – and sometimes larger.

Because the orbits of long-period comets – which take more than 200 years to orbit the Sun – are so extremely long, scientists suspect that the Oort Cloud is the source of most of those comets. For example, comet C/2013 A1 Siding Spring, which made a very close pass by Mars in 2014, will not return to the inner solar system for about 740,000 years.

The distance from the Sun to the Oort Cloud is so enormous that it’s useful to describe it not in the more common units of miles or kilometers, but astronomical units. One astronomical unit (or AU) is the distance between Earth and the Sun.

Pluto’s elliptical orbit carries it as close as 30 AU from the Sun, and as far as 50 AU. The inner edge of the Oort Cloud, however, is thought to be between 2,000 and 5,000 AU from the Sun. The outer edge might be 10,000 or even 100,000 AU from the Sun – that's one-quarter to halfway between the Sun and the nearest neighboring star.

While politics in the USA continues to suck all the oxygen out of the news room with endless discussions of "Orange Man Bad this" and "Madam Kamalarkey that", there are actually other things going on in the world. One of these items is the following (very important) story that many of you sent me.

In a nutshell, the long-awaited announcement from the BRICS group (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) has been made that they are determined to build out their own international financial clearing infrastructure independent of (and also parallel to) the SWIFT system. For those who are not familiar with it, SWIFT is the international financial clearing system, headquartered in Brussels (hmmm...) through which the overwhelming majority of all international financial transactions pass.

If one gets "sanctioned" from SWIFT, one is cut off from quick and easy financial clearing and settlement of international trade. Needless to say, the system is well under the thumb of the US dollar and its reserve currency status. The meaning of the acronym says it all: the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication. SWIFT.

For some years the BRICS nations have been making bi-lateral currency arrangements, agreeing formally to by-pass the dollar and to settle international accounts in their own currencies: Russia and India will settle in rupees and rubles, China and Russia in reminbi and rubles, and so on. And recently, you'll recall, Japan and India negotiated a mutual logistical support agreement in the case either of them were attacked. While Japan is not formally a member of BRICS, as I argued at the time: you can be relatively and reasonably sure that the settlement of any accounts under such circumstances would be in yen and rupees, and by-passing the dollar.

The trouble with all of this is that much of the actual transmission of data, the actual clearing, is still handled bank-to-bank, via the SWIFT system. And there is another problem, and it is one that has been known for a long time: the SWIFT system is more or less a potential "single point of failure". If, for whatever reason, the system should be compromised or be taken down completely, international clearing becomes - instantly - a nightmare. Not impossible, but a nightmare. The BRICS nations have known this too, and have been making noises for some time about creating their own alternative to the SWIFT system.

Which makes the following announcement all the more interesting:

So in other words, it's now official, BRICS is going to build its own version of SWIFT:


Russia confirmed that the BRICS alliance plans to build a new payment system similar to SWIFT. “The financial agenda of BRICS has a main initiative for building a new economic reality that solves both major tasks. Creating our own financial messaging system for the BRICS countries, similar to SWIFT, based on state-owned banks capable of clearing settlements of counterparties from the BRICS countries and the related role of the same bank,” said Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Alexander Babakov.

The ambassador said that creating an alternative to SWIFT is necessary for BRICS to push the de-dollarization agenda ahead. “It is necessary to create a new system of financial institutions. The new system must be technically compatible with the existing financial infrastructures of the participating countries, which includes integration with national payment systems, banks, and other financial institutions. At the same time, the system must ensure a high level of security and data protection to prevent cyber-attacks and unauthorized access to financial information,” he summed it up. (Boldface emphasis in the original article; italicized emphasis added)

These statements prompt a bit of high octane speculation and "reading-between-the-lines" on my part. Notice what the Russian State Duma Deputy Chariman says: the new system must be (1) technically compatible with existing clearing infrastructure of the existing countries and (2) thus be able to be integrated into the those systems, (3) and must have a high degree of security against hacking.

Or to put this differently: the code or programming language of the system must be able to read and integrate into the code of all financial institutions with which it deals. It must possess a kind of "multi-lingual" facility, and thus be able to compile and track data and transactions through a variety of different systems, and to integrate with them all. This implies a system with capabilities very similar to, if not identical to, the well-known and infamously stolen Inslaw software, PROMIS.

Now I am not for a moment suggesting that the BRICS system is nothing but PROMIS, but I am suggesting that the requirements of the BRICS system are such that its code is bound to have a very similar architecture, and may indeed perhaps be some distant iteration and relative of the original.

These high octane speculations - and that's what they are - lead to a further implication. Why has it taken these nations so long to make this announcement, and how long will such a system take to emplace and be operational? The first thing to notice is that, unlike SWIFT, with its noticeable and sizeable headquarters in Brussels, the BRICS nations have not announced any headquarters for their system.

Where is it to be? China? Russia? India? Iran? Kazakstan? We simply don't know, and that, I suspect, is by design. It may even be that there is every intention to make their system a distributed system with multiple "centers" rather than a single headquarters, and that again would fit their strategic objectives in building out such a system very well. A software infrastructure like that implied by the Russian Duma Deputy Chairman would lend itself to such a distributed polycentric network.

But there's another implication, and that stems from all of those bi-lateral currency agreements we've watched the BRICS nations making in recent years. When the whole process began, I warned people that what was really being built, right before their eyes, was a new clearing system, and that along with the bi-lateral currency arrangements, one might also see the abandonment of the idea of a single global reserve currency, and the emergence of regional reserve currencies - and the financial clearing centers to make such a system work.

The other side of this high octane speculation is what these bi-lateral currency swap arrangements have really been about; what they are about is precisely to beta-test the arrangements, and to build out the infrastructure of the clearing system that has just been announced, BRIC by BRIC, so to speak. In other words, the system is much further along to becoming fully operational than the announcement might indicate. The announcement is not of the nature "this is what we are going to do" as much as it is of the nature "this is what we are already doing and this is the goal (which we're very close to)."

Time will tell, of course, if my speculations and guesses here are accurate or not, but in that regard, there is one final thing to take note of: it is known that some of the countries now members of the BRICS alliance were sold or given (or in some cases were permitted to steal) versions of the Inslaw PROMIS software program, versions which had been "doctored" with trap doors to allow third parties (the USA) to snoop and spy on other countries' systems in real time.

But what if those countries, having discovered this, study the PROMIS architecture, and invent new types of counter-measures, and architectures: that comment by Mr. Babakov cited above in regard to security in such a system, is a crucial point, and in my opinion a giveaway, because it means that the BRICS nations whose systems were compromised by such software - Russia was one of those countries (remember the Farewell spy case!) - may have taken this long to counter with the next generations of "multi-lingual cyber architecture" and languages, and that a clearing system based on them is now feasible.

Guess work? To be sure. Speculation? Absolutely, and note please, not a shred of direct evidence to support it; only a unique way of connecting some dots from the past into contemporary circumstances. Nonetheless, I think it was worthwhile to mention them, and keep the possibilities in mind...

On a podcast I listened to on the channel Confessionals, a gentleman being interviewed has been plagued from the time he was very young by an entity that he now knows is Lilith. Recently, he has been seeking deliverance form this entity. As he was talking about the characteristics, it was an ugly picture of degraded feminine form but also a creature like an insect with proboscus which sucked energy from him. He encounters Lilith in dreams and waking experiences. There is such grief evident in his interaction with this "force" because his life has been very harsh. During the interview, they showed an episode previous in which Lilith overshadowed the guest and expressed murderous rage to the host.

I am thinking alot about Lilith tonight. I have not looked into the story more. My understanding of Lilith is that she is the Queen of demons. She is like hatred itself which seeks utter destruction. A team of leading scientific researchers in Germany has just issued a warning to the public after finding direct links between Covid mRNA shots and vital organ damage among children.

Specifically, the researchers found that Pfizer’s mRNA injection is responsible for skyrocketing cases of Immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) in children aged 5 to 11 years old.

IgG4-RD is a condition that causes inflammation inside the body and damages internal organs, according to Oxford University.

It can affect many different organs, meaning people can have wide-ranging symptoms.

The pancreas is most commonly affected, followed by the bile ducts in the liver, the salivary glands, and the kidneys.

It is difficult to diagnose as there is no single test so it can often go unrecorded.

Led by physician-investigator Dr. Robin Kobbe of the University Medical Center Hamburg, the study sought to identify the cause of a surge in IgG4-RD in children.

The study, published in the Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal, found that Pfizer’s Covid mRNA shot caused the risk of IgG4-RD to spike one year after the second dose of the injection.

Kobbe and his team warn that the timespan between the injection and diagnoses may have previously made it difficult for doctors to link the shot to cases of IgG4-RD.

The German team is now raising the alarm about the importance of better understanding mRNA vaccine–specific IgG4 responses in all age groups.
They note that the anticipated growth in mRNA vaccines heading toward licensure is of grave concern.

While this German study finds a spike in organ damage in children 1 year after being injected with a Covid shot, comparable findings have been reported in adults.

While exploring the canyons of Lightning Springs Ranch connected to Skinwalker, I discover something completely out of place. What I first thought was modern graffiti of the name BILL could be the viking rune symbols for Berkana Isa Isa Isa BIII. It is a slim chance that ancient vikings actually traveled to this region of Utah, and it is not accepted in official history. It could just be a buffalo soldier named Bill who carved their name there, or a Mormon pioneer. But that it gets much stranger than that.

This discovery was made at the same time as a resurgence in the Hessdalen Lights Project in Norway. Project Hessdalen was an original research site for the top secret Project Blue Book program lead by J Allen Hynek. It was researched for decades due to bizarre UFO sightings, and interactive lights that manifest out of the ground in front of multiple witnesses. As I was planning my trip to go to Norway, I was simultaneously talking to Chris Bartel about the strange connections with Hessdalen light phenomenon, and the synchronicities in our lives as discussed by the philosopher Carl Jung. 4) Chris Bartel refers to Norway as the "Mother Land" and I have a mental flashback of my experience in the Magic Mesa Canyon with a figure that appeared to me like a being with robes and deer antlers on his head as a Medicine Man or Shaman figure. I also have a flashback image in my mind of my last trip to Norway standing on the edge of a fjord at the foot of a statue of my ancestor.

5) I go back in my office and continue editing and suddenly feel a wave of static electricity go through my body and hear ringing in my ears like there is an atmospheric pressure change

6) I look at the carvings in the video and suddenly get the idea to search for Roman Numerals that match BIII and find nothing. I look for Masonic or Templar symbols and find nothing. Then suddenly, like catching a punch line a joke, I realize it is Berkana Isa Isa Isa and I already know what those runes mean if they are runes. The static static electricity feeling flows up through my body again

7) I decide to open up the MUPAS portal and see if I am imagining this or if something is happening. The MUPAS device is actively capturing a spike in Gamma, EMF, and also lost it's GPS coordinates during the same timeline everything that happened from the phone call up to that moment. It is not imaginary, the data is logged.

8) I decide to capture the entire moment and screen record what happened and then edit it all back into the video itself to try and present an example of how this phenomenon can interact in strange synchronistic ways.

I do not know if those are viking runes or if it happened to be a string of coincidences lining up. It could just be the name Bill and nothing more. But from the perspective of relativity and meaning it all lined up, and was captured as data on the MUPAS.
