I have not heard anything lately about conditions in the Gulf area other than people getting sick from swimming in the waters of the Gulf. A friend was considering moving to Tampa and I said I'd heard air quality there was bad due to the outgassing from the BP debacle. When I searched sites devoted to tracking air quality, it ddin't look like there was much to worry about. Can anyone with some first hand experience tell me what they know about the area? Some of the reports I've read have indicated it is not a healthy place to be nor will it for some time.

And then there's the rising waters threat from earth changes to consider...

Australians can watch a documentary on Sunday 13th (tomorrow night) at 9:30 PM named Deepwater Disaster: The Untold Story (http://www.sbs.com.au/documentary/program/deepwaterdisastertheuntoldstory).
It may be available elsewhere.

Thanks, Str8thinker. Still have my doubts about how honest it will be though - after having gone through the media filter.
