In a way this can be a good sign , somebody from the highest hyrarchies in negociation with the People.

I mean at least they are interested.

That Charles was at Project Avalon , is not a coincindense , the top of our world doesnt work with coincidense.

I am not sure of the meaning or direction of the above said quote, although I have heard much on the topic.


So they seem to notice there a lot going on and maby they want to find out if someone can come up with a better solution then they have.

(I think their solution will create far more problems then they think)
They are trying to be ahead of the problems

What if the problems are manufactured deliberately and what if those who manufacture them are the ones believed to be trying to solve them?


then I think the people will even thank them...
So thats ideal situation for them to solve their karma they created and believe me thats a BIG karma.

What if their works are by the design of another, or even by another and appearing to be from 'them'. Then the belief of 'karma' is imposed on whom, using what standard - intent or by act?

Does not intent differ from the act itself? How would it be if a person is deliberate with thoughts of wrongdoing, but does not act on them - and person's act of wrongdoing simply became by chance or design of another.

There is a reason why things are as they are. To know and understand is to search the past, which may be found to have nothing to do with what appears on 'the face of things'.

Assuming that anyone in the upper echelons is reading this.

There is a book that could explain it quite simply. The book is called "Road of the Patriarch" by R.A. Salvatore.

The concept is simple. More charity from above. If one zero were removed from the holdings of the controllers (and their subordinates, across the board) and put into use addressing the problems of hunger, shelter, power, for ALL, without the restrictions on technology? Oh what a difference a day would make. Instead of 100,000,000,000,000 in holdings, reduce it to 10,000,000,000,000. Still enough resources to do pretty much anything.

And, it's a great book regardless.
