Hello all

After looking for a while on the net I found "The 33 speeches of St. Germain" in my language (german).
It is said, that a disciple of St. Germain named Guy Ballard (synonymus Godfre Ray King) received the 33 speeches of the so called "I AM activity".

I am not a big fan of channelled stuff, but the 33 makes it interesting...

Somebody asked how to silence the talking in your own head. Find your frequency. Humm it in your mind non-stop. Can't talk and hum at the same time.

Violet flame = pineal gland activation

I see the "violet flame" during meditation - it takes me maybe 10-15 minutes, eyes shut, relaxed in meditation, but soon I find the morphing blob-type image... it's always purple for me.. usually has 2 "lobes" - irregular like a flame, constantly shifting form - I'm just reporting what I experience, but I have repeated it so many times with the same result now. That is the violet flame to me - activating the pineal gland or the "Ajna" chakra. I'm curious to know if anyone/everyone else experiences what I do with the image of the violet flame...
