I dont want to make a huge fuss about this or to fanfare my own departure from Avalon but the feeling I get from being here has changed this year and I am no longer happy being a part of it.

My instinct is that all this 'Charles' material has flooded Avalon and diluted many important messages and I feel personally that things have changed for good and it is time to find a new home.

I do hope you stay. Just because a few people suddenly find themselves unable to ignore a sub-forum (which the Charles Material clearly is) doesn't mean the rest of us don't value your input and/or resonate with what you say. The forum has many sub-forums (boxes), and it's easy to navigate away from anything one has no interest in. The poll—yes, I know it was merely an opinion seeking one—shows quite clearly that the majority of those members who are active and regular visitors prefer you to stay. I do hope you will stay.

I see this forum like a home, Bill's home, where we all gather as guests—welcome guests, sure, but nevertheless guests. And we are free to choose which room we spend time in. Not every room suits every guest; it's quite simple, really.

Thank you for all that you do, but mostly I would like to emphasize on the GENEROSITY of your being in all of this. You have truely for me and most probably for a lot of us opened up some avenues and great possibilities for us all in these troubled times.

That said, wherever you need to be next in the folowing days, weeks, I would very dearly like to pursue this adventure with you and the rest of us who are seeking true happiness and true awakening and I might not be of great help in specific subjects or domains as my knowledge is quite limited on those compare to some I have read here but on the otherside of the coin my heart as opened up like it never did before and I feel I can make a difference so little it might be. :)

What's the best way for 18 people in various locations around the world to video conference, as a group? Skype has group video that supports up to 10 people, so perhaps something along these lines...

There is no need to move out because of Atticus, as said already there is so much else to offer on avalon but if you do that is up to you and I wish you well.

Atticus: I do not wish you to move to another site, BUT I do agree that there needs to be a better system in place for the members who want the info on what you have to offer so we can make more informed decisions for ourselves.

As has been said by members already we need a section where you (Atticus) can answer questions only, NO long threads by anyone, NO comments by anyone,etc.

Bill and Mods, can you please set up a system where Charles can get short precise questions from people that are on topic, no one posting on the answer thread except Atticus, Bill,Mods and Admin staff.
Questions can be asked on another thread but it must be kept strict and on point, mods to step in Big TIME and quell the NOISE and remove posts that are going off the rails like what we have all witnessed recently.

I no this sounds hard but if we are to get anywhere with this the bulls##t needs to stop, if Phillipe and Atticus/Charles have anything for us to know about what is going to happen in our future we need to shut up and bloody listen.

I believe the world is in a terrible state and things are moving along pretty quickly, I would like to hear Atticus and anybody else who has the inside info on what may come.

We all understand that Atticus can not reveal everything, that would be more than silly at this time. We know we are being watched very closely but I don't think the currant way is working, I'm sure Atticus has more info to bring to the table that we can use to further our own decisions.

Charles: I would say the frustrations that some may have has nothing to do with you.

You are there. You have no (or limited) control on how this forum works. You are not responsible for how anyone reacted to your presence. It exploded like a bomb shell. And......all the threads that were started concerning you was not of your making. It certainly got out of control. Congestion of the forum was causing most of the discomfort at first as it became impossible to get onto the site.

None of this was you fault. You had no control over it. YOU are not to blame.

You did not cause this massive influx of interest people. You were a sensational item it seems. You suddenly took on a 'god' image it seems.

It is all fallout of something no one could have foreseen. Something should have been done from this end at the first sign of the overload and congestion and I am sure that Bill and the moderators were doing their best. Their 'guest' here 'you' turned out to be 'A ROCK STAR' or who might be able to help save the planet and life.

Don't leave your interested listeners. They need you or seem to. I do not know what arrangements you have with Bill. That is not open to us and is as it should be.

Stay and let them work out something so you are not bombarded with so much. I believe that questions to you was a bad idea. It became out of control and ran over you like a Mac Truck. Don't want you to leave. Work everything out with Bill. He is a fair man.

Hello Artycarl, this comes from another former member "Ontarioguy" and he joined this site the same day that you did. March 16th, 2010. Ontarioguy decided recently to leave Avalon as well as he felt it no longer had the same "flavour" that it did back in the first 3/4 of the 2010 year. People come and they go, and who knows, certainly some will perhaps return. The important thing is to follow ones heart! Ontarioguy felt that something had definately changed, and the change , whatever he felt it was, no longer resonated well with him. And that is allowed right? I guess what you and many other elders have been feeling is comparable to having your kids already moving out of the house, things getting easier, living for yourself, you get to read the morning paper and BOOM, yet another baby appears from nowhere........here we go again, you love the newbie, although it keeps you awake at nights, does not know how to go to toilet, doesn´t speak a language familiar to anyone, a pain at times, but finally after a while it will be worthwhile, even if you feel like you´re too old for this hsit!

I definitely can understand your and many others frustration, you´ve done 126 posts in a year, I bet thinking long and hard about each and everyone - and here we are, newbies posting 126 a week.. I being a father of two, but also not very far from being a child can relate to both situations, I ask for patience, just like a child would, with absolutely nothing(if evergrowing demand doesn´t count :P) to bargain with, other than the promise that even the tiniest child will grow and in general they are darn qute.

This all applies to Atticus too, you have been demanded truckloads of patience this far.

in order to have a better future we need to have a basic air of acceptance. Charles shared a personal story with us about the Jewish man he met at the pub. What was the legacy of what he stood for that got through to a man like Charles ? Acceptance, Accepting people for who they are good or bad. If we dont then we are just one of them ... Yes that poor man got kicked to the ground , they hurt his body but they didnt get to HIM !

Its pretty hard for us to all be Angels.. We are not there yet... And in all honesty when you point a finger there is 3 fingers pointing back at you. So what am i trying to say .. Look at what we have here. We have access to an extrodinary person who is willing to answer questions about our future who has an inside track. Perhaps this is about protecting whistle blowers from the flack of the forum. Not just Atticus but any whistle blower can be hurt by callous and hate full comments coming from members of Avalon... The dynamics of Avalon change not just from new members but old members too. We say we are kind all loving spirits but we seem to have trouble putting that in the comment sections. This is by no means all but enough to make a solid difference.

I would suggest that all whistle blowers have there very own section of the forum that is protected from the flack, petty name calling and belittling, that has been happening.

This section would be a read all basis and perhaps invite only... And hurtful, spiteful commenters will be down graded so that commenting for them would not be allowed in those sections. Also the whistle blower has the right to down grade anyone from their section as deemed necessarily. So it would be like a buffer zone between the forums.

As we have seen many times before whistle blowers leave because of the actions from a few. If we want to continue this way that is fine, but it will keep happening unless the mechanics of the forum change. Or we grow up and stop being nasty... Of course this is to late for the past whistle blowers they are just pages in the book of Avalon.

Perhaps in the new paradigm that we are all waiting for will be nice, kind and loving to each other.

Well you put yourself up on the stage and you have to take what comes.I wouldn't label people hecklers just because they view things differently.Balance of opinion is a good thing and i believe it was being put there with the intention of giving other people a balanced perspective.

I'm fairly sure that charles said that he himself was divisive.

Personally i hoped he would of hung around and gave out a bit more info and experiences.Some of it was interesting but life will go on regardless of what charles says or does.Good luck to him

Just yesterday I started going through all the RULERS OF THE WORLD threads, with the idea of condensing them a LOT. Going through each page and copying into a Word document all quotes posted by Bill, Atticus, and Girl Friday, and also all posts thanked by Atticus.

After going through 16 pages of the forum in the "Charles' comments about a False Flag ET threat event: important new information" thread (320 posts), there are just 9 pages in the Word document (21 posts). That's an idea of how much space and time it will save.

I was doing this for my own benefit, but if you would like to use them for a new private website or if they would be useful on this website then they're yours. Although, I'm only half through that first one at the moment because unfortunately have to go to work yesterday and today lol

So I will continue tomorrow. Let me know :)

He was ruing a time before Charles when the forum supposedly was better. I found it not so well supported by his contributions. You have less than half the time here and have expressed yourself in a fashion that is 10 times greater.

Nobody should thank what they do not like. My point was that they found so little to like for a time disproportionately greater than the time Charles has been here.

Further, I was not speaking about their value. I was speaking of their perceived value fulfillment here since the arrival of Charles. The very point of the posters piece.

To ask for this means you want to sacrifice the whistleblower and sabotage his/her mission. You are willing to serve the person on a plate to the adversaries and will only stand by, looking what will happen to him/her. After the damage is done, the obituary might be:" We exposed his/her lies, that's why he/she is gone. Kudos to us!"

Either you are wicked or your urge to satisfy your curiosity is more valuable to you than the whistleblowers safety or life.

Just FYI, the 'thanks' system has been in place only for three or four months, and it took a while for members to fully start using it. Given the enthusiasm it is being used nowadays with, we might conclude the forum quality (signal-to-noise ratio) is now much higher than what it used to be.
Maybe that is the reason senior members are leaving or thinking to leave.

On the other hand, soap operas and tv dramas get a lot of attention too (and I am not talking about Charles but about all the noise and fighting due to the behaviour of many new members).

Regarding the vetting:
Do you really think that Bill will have any whistleblower joining the forum if Bill’s condition would be:

“Either you tell all or you will not be allowed onto the forum!” ?

To ask for this means you want to sacrifice the whistleblower and sabotage his/her mission. You are willing to serve the person on a plate to the adversaries and will only stand by, looking what will happen to him/her. After the damage is done, the obituary might be:" We exposed his/her lies, that's why he/she is gone. Kudos to us!"

Either you are wicked or your urge to satisfy your curiosity is more valuable to you than the whistleblowers safety or life.

In any case: No real whistleblower will agree on these terms.

If Charles would chose to stay here, then he has only two options: Sacrifice his safety or his dignity.
It is understandable for me that he wants to retain both.

The damage has been done and i can only hope that everybody will learn from it.

Some may want you to go, some may want you to stay, but at the end of the day, if YOU believe the info you have is worth discussing, then the decision is yours.
For myself, I would prefer you stay.

Just to avoid misunderstanding I will set up a private site,and any avalonian will get a pass no problem of course , but this will help with this problem I thought,or as I said ,can we box it up out of the way to stop any upset for this site.

As I said a suggestion , I realy don't like the idea of peole moving at all, I have had no control over the site , I would not have the first clue about the forum.

There is no need to move out because of Atticus, as said already there is so much else to offer on avalon but if you do that is up to you and I wish you well.

Atticus: I do not wish you to move to another site, BUT I do agree that there needs to be a better system in place for the members who want the info on what you have to offer so we can make more informed decisions for ourselves.

As has been said by members already we need a section where you (Atticus) can answer questions only, NO long threads by anyone, NO comments by anyone,etc.

Bill and Mods, can you please set up a system where Charles can get short precise questions from people that are on topic, no one posting on the answer thread except Atticus, Bill,Mods and Admin staff.
Questions can be asked on another thread but it must be kept strict and on point, mods to step in Big TIME and quell the NOISE and remove posts that are going off the rails like what we have all witnessed recently.

I no this sounds hard but if we are to get anywhere with this the bulls##t needs to stop, if Phillipe and Atticus/Charles have anything for us to know about what is going to happen in our future we need to shut up and bloody listen.

I am going to put this out there first about Bill Ryan, just in case some haven't read his profile: Bill Ryan has a BSc in Mathematics with Physics and Psychology (Bristol University, UK, 1974), and followed this with a brief stint in teaching. For 27 years he was a management consultant specializing in personal and team development, leadership training and executive coaching. Why do I put this here? As a friendly reminder. We are all here at this forum because of a common thread of interest, a place of being able to share that common interest with like minded individuals. Bill has brought us together from all over the globe. Here at this forum, we are able to share what we have learned separately with others who may or may not find it interesting. If something resonates, then more interest, if the topic isn't a fit, this forum provides hundreds of threads that could fit the interest. Which brings me to this thread. The 'Charles' material was brought to Avalon because of Bill (thank you) just like other 'whistleblower' material in the past. Bill knows that a forum will start to take on a life of its own - he understands psychology. The 'Charles' material was not posted to offend or defend people on this site. It is only material. People then add their own value to it with their prejudices, past-experiences, and so on. When the human factor begins to spin around a topic, the topic itself is neither volatile or hostile, it is the reaction from the human factor. Bill has known about people like 'Charles' for a long time. He has the willingness to ask these people to share their information, knowing that there will be that negative human factor. But he does it anyway because he wants the information to get out to the public instead of staying locked up and shrouded in secrecy.
Definition of Avalon (http://www.answers.com/topic/avalon-1) : there are many, but it can be summed up to this....... a place of eternal rest for fallen HEROs. Bill started Project Avalon. He will continue to seek out 'whistleblowers' (fallen heros) - with or without us. We are the receivers. We can choose to receive at any time. Project avalon-the resting place for these heros?!!!
As for the leaving of Artycarl, he stated that he didn't want to make a huge fuss. If he doesn't like it here, okay, he doesn't like it. Is that why we are here at this forum? To try an convince someone to stay? We all made our way here for a reason. We will glean the information we are meant to glean, learn what we are to learn and we will move on.
I appreciate everyone here at this site, I have learned many things at this site, including the fact that Bill wants 'truth' to be known, no matter who's toes he steps on.
I hope that positivity and love will be the dominate thought (thoughts are things) and that discernment of what 'feels' to be the truth will lead us through. You have no (or limited) control on how this forum works. You are not responsible for how anyone reacted to your presence.

in order to have a better future we need to have a basic air of acceptance. Charles shared a personal story with us about the Jewish man he met at the pub. What was the legacy of what he stood for that got through to a man like Charles ? Acceptance, Accepting people for who they are good or bad. If we dont then we are just one of them ... Yes that poor man got kicked to the ground , they hurt his body but they didnt get to HIM !

Its pretty hard for us to all be Angels.. We are not there yet... And in all honesty when you point a finger there is 3 fingers pointing back at you. So what am i trying to say .. Look at what we have here. We have access to an extrodinary person who is willing to answer questions about our future who has an inside track. Perhaps this is about protecting whistle blowers from the flack of the forum. Not just Atticus but any whistle blower can be hurt by callous and hate full comments coming from members of Avalon... The dynamics of Avalon change not just from new members but old members too. We say we are kind all loving spirits but we seem to have trouble putting that in the comment sections. This is by no means all but enough to make a solid difference.

I would suggest that all whistle blowers have there very own section of the forum that is protected from the flack, petty name calling and belittling, that has been happening.

This section would be a read all basis and perhaps invite only... And hurtful, spiteful commenters will be down graded so that commenting for them would not be allowed in those sections. Also the whistle blower has the right to down grade anyone from their section as deemed necessarily. So it would be like a buffer zone between the forums.

As we have seen many times before whistle blowers leave because of the actions from a few. If we want to continue this way that is fine, but it will keep happening unless the mechanics of the forum change. Or we grow up and stop being nasty... Of course this is to late for the past whistle blowers they are just pages in the book of Avalon.

Perhaps in the new paradigm that we are all waiting for will be nice, kind and loving to each other.

First of all can I thank all the members who pm'd or sent their best wishes, it is much appreciated.

I was not attacking the 'Charles material' specifically, just the sheer volume of material that has been generated by it and has flooded the forum.

It could have been about any other topic so I apologise to Charles/Atticus if he took that as a personal attack on him. Neither do I have anything against the new arrivals...we were all new arrivals once.

The reason I feel the need to move on is that the forum has changed. It was supposed to be about the 'ground crew', for learning and growing so that we may be better prepared to meet any challenges we may meet in an uncertain future.

Now it feels like the early days of ATS and GLP.

So I ask for a moderator to close this thread and wish everyone of you well.

To stay or to go..........that is the question. There are many bright people on this site which also bring about their own ideas and thoughts. We will have instances that one person may disagree with somebody else. It doesn't make it bad but more an opportunity to DISCUSS the ideas. At the end of the day the idea is to form a concensus and not to grandstand or shoot down other's opinion with calus disregard. We are better then the school yard bully one would think (hope). It was said before "I may not agree with what you say but will defend to the death your right to say it". So as time rolls on, we (the group) will evolve in hopes of becoming what we aspire to be. So I urge everyone to stay and help us grow in wisdom.

Charles: If you start your own group, you will find the majority of your members will be from this site. Why invent the wheel twice?

Considering his post here, it would seem he has had enough with being called divisive. You'd think he was paying people here the way some act.

He can't win here. It is a set up by the hecklers and jeerers. The person on stage doesn't put hecklers in the audience. People who want to stop the performance are the ones behind the heckling. It is absurd and intellectually dishonest to suggest anything else.

Just yesterday I started going through all the RULERS OF THE WORLD threads, with the idea of condensing them a LOT. Going through each page and copying into a Word document all quotes posted by Bill, Atticus, and Girl Friday, and also all posts thanked by Atticus.

After going through 16 pages of the forum in the "Charles' comments about a False Flag ET threat event: important new information" thread (320 posts), there are just 9 pages in the Word document (21 posts). That's an idea of how much space and time it will save.

I was doing this for my own benefit, but if you would like to use them for a new private website or if they would be useful on this website then they're yours. Although, I'm only half through that first one at the moment because unfortunately have to go to work yesterday and today lol

So I will continue tomorrow. Let me know :)

Ive kept quiet on the whole Charles invasion up until now . All i can say is im glad im not the only one that thinks its a load of nonsense ..... 90% of the cockneys ive met have tried to overinflate their position and status , this seems to me to be more of the same ( at least thats what my intuition tells me) . Has anyone really learned anything from it ? I know i didnt .
